If you don't know, Elsa was originally supposed to be a villain, with "Let It Go" written as her "Hellfire"-tier villain song. However, as soon as they got Idina Menzel in the studio, they changed their minds. But now the movie had no antagonist, so they turned Hans into a bad guy last second. And it shows: there is no hint in the slightest that something's up with him, even when no one is looking (which would be the perfect place to show that he's got something up his sleeve).

AoS & CA:TWS - HYDRA are way more subtle and basically take over SHIELD with a lot less difficulty after the Avengers failings as the world agrees with their aims,although Cap is able to stop Insight, Hydra will be able to make more in a year or two. Ward, Garret and the rest of strike take out all the major loyalists except Widow, Fury Cap and Coulson's team, who now form SWORD and search for new operatives, and possibly even a new avengers team.

The Emperor's New Groove

Kuzco never got turned back human and Kronk continued to work for Yzma. She is still alive fueled by dark magics and potions galore

Despite years of loyal service from Kronk Yzma denies his son a job and Kronk Jr. or Jronk for short takes up a job as a llama farmer where he sees just how bad the peasants have it.

He's not as big as his father was but his father always tried to teach him right from wrong as much as he could when the world was being run by Yzma so when he sees a group of Yzma's cronies about to slaughter a llama that pissed them off he saves the creature, only to find out that it can talk and, in fact, has sworn a vendetta against Yzma for turning his father into a llama.

Jronk and Kuzco II (Pronounced "Kuzco Two" not "Kuzco the Second") team up. Jronk, being much smaller than his father, rides the llama like a mount in a very Don Quixote manner.

The two of them team up to boot Yzma off the throne and make their father's proud. The story ends with Kuzco II being turned human and taking the throne with Jronk as the head of his guards.

I think you may have fallen into a false dichotomy here. The options are not just "Auto-controlled sterile paradise" or "backbreaking and miserable agrarian serfdom." Auto wasn't evil because he protected the humans; he was evil because he also prevented them from becoming anything greater. He could have been so much more; a facilitator, guiding humanity towards ever-greater self-improvement. The fact that Auto couldn't even see this as a possibility was why he had to be removed. And, of course, every Halloween, darkness comes creeping out from shadows, as the Pumpkin King claims his day of Dominion.

Hell, Canada can have the Great Bear opposing the encroaching English presence.
