Previously, you dreamwarped into another area, hailed down havoc on another deity, un-dreamwarped yourself back with the help of your ever-faithful vassal, Sandra, sauntered over to the has-been church, dismantled the entire establishment with your DIVINE POWERS, and absolutely SMITED the opposition who dared to harm Sandra. ’Twas good.
>>
>>35942146

Sandra seems to have calmed down, now that you gave her some time alone. You have temporarily moved your base of operations to your newly created temple, because you figured that the trek back down would have been an unnecessarily silent one with your vassal. Comforting humans is an incredibly daunting experience.

The crowd has all but disappeared, going back to living their own lives presumably. Many gave donations and prayed at the front entrance. A nice reception to celebrate the making of your temple.

“Better?” you ask Sandra, still in the washroom. You don't know exactly how you managed to get the plumbing to work, but you're not questioning it. Magical god powers need not be explained.

“Yes. I'm better,” she lies, voice cracking.

“If you say so.”

The temple is eerily quiet. At the same time, it's rather peaceful. And peace is something quite desirable right now. You're not feeling well – you haven't slept a wink because of random dream-teleporting shenanigans. Tomorrow will be a better day hopefully. But first things first. Talk to the girl.

She opens the door just a peek. “Vala,” she mumbles. “Are gods supposed to be just?”

“That's a tricky subject,” you exhale. “Want to know what I think?”

She nods from behind the door.

>A god is just to those who follow the deity. A god is wrathful to those who harm the deity's followers.
>A god should be just, but in the end, they are as human as their followers.

“A god does what they want to do,” you respond. “Whether that's for the sake of humanity or not. But what I do think is that good gods are just.”

Sandra creaks open the door just a bit more. “And what kind of god do you want to be?”

You pause to think over that. “...I want to be a good god.”

“I'm not satisfied with that answer.” Sandra frowns.

It's been an exhausting day. Indifferently shrugging at her, you reply, “Humans are never satisfied with any answer. However, I'm off to the realm of dreams. You can ask me another time.” You get up, stretching your arms. “Night, Sandra.”

“...Night,” she murmurs.

Sleep takes you easily. Maybe this time you won't reappear in the middle of nowhere.

Much to your surprise, you wake up groggily in the same bed you fell asleep in. Great. No mishaps today. Throwing off the covers, you carry yourself to the showers, where you barely manage to keep yourself awake.

Tumbling out of the shower in a warm-water induced trance, you waltz your way to the living room. Sandra looks at you in contempt.

“Vala. I'd like to ask you a question.”

“Ask, and you shall receive,” you drearily mumble.

“Do you know what time it is right now?”

“...No.” You stare at her blankly. She stares at you back, disappointment lining her face.

“It's noon,” she flatly answers.

“And?”

“The fact that you have to ask is a problem in itself.” Sighing, she shoos you out the door.

A crowd. Bigger than yesterday. The chatter coming from the mass of people filing through the entrance is audible, to say the least.

“What are you going to do about that?” asks Sandra.

Err.

Darn, I missed my favorite question.

Just in case it comes up again,
>"Goodness and badness are subjective, like most other things. I did good by you, certainly, but the man I smited? The deity he worshiped? I was bad to them. Possibly enough to outweigh the good I did to you." *shrug* "In the end, it comes down to my own personal decisions. Those who do not feel strongly about me, I won't go out of my way to do wrong to or to help. Those who ask me for help believe in my power, and so I help them. In that way, of mutual friendliness, I gain people who are as much friends as followers, and I will go out of my way to do good by them. Those who do wrong by me, or by those who follow me, I will in turn do wrong by them...beyond that, it's just a case by case basis. I'm a god, but that means I'm powerful, not perfect."
>>
>>35943208

his church was fake, to exploit people for personal benefit.

You decide to wade through the crowd yourself. Best to figure out what the commotion is by diving into it.

The chatters quickly escalate to a mix of cheers and shouts.

“Hello. I'm Vala, the current Deity of Eire. What is it that gathers such an audience/”

“Vala!” a young man shouts, breaking free from the throng of people. An elder thwacks the man on the head, muttering something to him. “Great Vala,” he corrects himself. “Is it true that you have expelled the oppressive churchman and his teachings?”

“Expelled the churchman, dispersed his religion, stripped his church, yes. It is all true,” you reply.

“Great deity!” asks another. “Is it also true that you aided those in need when the fire burst a merchant's cart?”

“I helped!” you quip.

The crowd gets a hearty laugh at this. Much better. That was the response you wanted the first time.

“Great Vala,” an older man solemnly asks, “now that Wylindraism has dissolved as a religion, what will you do to us, the followers?”

“I have questions of my own, if you'd oblige.”

“I'll do my best to answer them,” he states.

“Were you oppressed?”

“No,” he replies.

“Did you benefit from Wylindraism?”

>Guilt
“...Yes,” admits the man.

“Did you partake in... 'religious' activities?”

>Guilt
>Guilt
>Guilt
“...Yes.”

“Then you're free to do as you please. Whether that means following me or not. Have a nice day.”

“Wait!”

“What is it?”

“Will you not punish me?”

“I have punished you enough, haven't I?” You go forth to pat the man on the shoulder.

The man, still for a moment, bows his head and touches his forehead to your knuckles. He then turns, wordlessly returning to the crowd.
>>
>>35943773

“Be well,” you call to him. Stepping away from the crowd, you clear your throat. “Ahem. Now, those who do not wish to be my followers, you are free to leave.”

None move.

“Great! Now that the formalities are over with, I have but one command to give to you people.” Sucking in a breath of air, you boom, “From henceforth, you are not to address me as 'great' or 'revered' or 'deity.' I expect to be called Vala and nothing else!”

The crowd, stunned by your bold declaration, is unsure what to do.

“Dismissed. Get back to work. It's noon, right? Leave!”

You don't wait for them to exit your temple – time to return to your quarters.

Sandra follows suit, obviously impressed by how you handled the situation. “That was horrible.”

Or maybe not.

“But it wasn't too horrible, I guess.” Sandra, always the critical one.

“We have followers now. Do you know what that means?”

“...You now have responsibilities to bear?” she asks hopefully.

“No,” you grin cheekily. “You, my dear, need a silly hat.”

“...Why,” she flatly questions.

“Don't all important religious authorities have silly hats?” you ask her.

“No. Not even if you order me as a deity.” Sandra crosses her arms, glowering at you. Back to business, Sandra checks the entrance of the temple through a window. “Looks like the crowd's actually gone. I don't know if they did that out of shock or respect.”

“Both,” you helpfully add.

“Most of them were from the Village of the Cloud.” Sandra looks at you idly. “What are we going to do now?”

Current Stats:
Magics – 4
Wish Intuition – 3
Strength – 0
Influence – 3

A refresher on proficiencies:
>Magic
Your ability to control the elements, as well as proficiency with spells and magically imbued attacks, not including magic used via Belief Points. It also decides your limit on how often and how much you can cast spells before it mentally exhausts you.

>Wish Intuition
Your ability to perceive and gather the wishes of humans. The more you allocate into this proficiencies, the more likely it is that you find a Wish encounter. You also gain a passive ability to read the emotions of humans better.

>Strength/Combat Ability
How adept you are in physical combat. It also includes your physical prowess, which includes your strength not including any benefits from using Belief Points.

>Influence
Your influence over people. Your proficiency in Influence will affect how easily you can acquisition Belief Points. It also plays a factor in voluntary conversion to your belief and passive follower gain in your area.

>>
>>35944226
>>35944252
>>35944338
Nobody can wrestle us into submission because we just can smite them with a miracle OR magic.

If we need to lift a giant boulder we can do it with magic. Or miracle.

It is pointless to split your points between both strength and magic. unless you intend to magically charge up a sword or something. You CAN combine magic + miracle to make a super spell, and presumably could combine strength + miracle.
Miracles are the ultimate magic, we are very limited in how often we can use them. Strength and magic lets us do little pseudo miracles all day long.

I'm saying that since Vala prefers to do things himself, and doesn't let other people put him on a pedastal, he should have a few points in strength.

It isn't a strawman. We aren't feeble. We are normal human strength at 0.
Divine strength 2 is pretty damn fucking strong

>Except that you're deliberately overspecializing in order to maintain "normalcy"
No, I am just not at all concerned with the fact a mortal could out wrestle us

>and? "Because it isn't necessary" isn't reason enough to abandon strength entirely.
Ironic that you tell others to not strawman
Your entire argument was that we are a cripple who needs to depend on mortals for anything involving strength.
And that such dependence is against the character of a strong independent womyn like vala.
This is wrong on several levels
it is not out of character to have such dependence
it is not true that we are such dependent (str 0 isn't cripple)
and even if we needed to do something major we could use magic for it. (or for minor stuff, like getting something from the top shelf or opening a pickle jar)

“Let's go pay the other villages a visit, yeah?” You're still not sure what exactly a deity is supposed to do, but you'll figure it out sooner or later. In the meantime, you'll go explore your homeland.

“Sure,” agrees Sandra. “Maybe you can find something deity-like to do.”

“Must you spite me so, my vassal?” you complain.

“Every single opportunity I can get, matter of fact.” She flings open the door and walks on ahead.

You walk to the Village of the Air first because it's closer than the main village. As you walk, people stop to stare at you, making you slightly uncomfortable. A quiet falls over the area. They dare not approach you, but you can feel their eyes boring through your person. The whole place is silent, until a woman steps forward.

“Vala!” she hollers. “Fancy meeting you here!”

“Yes, you too, um.” You squint at her. She has jet black hair and green eyes. “Who are you again?”

She pats her cheeks with her hands. “Can't recognize me without all that soot, hmm?” She puffs out her chest proudly. “Name's Nina! Nice to meet you.”

“Likewise,” you chuckle.

“Um, you do know that this man's a god, right?” Sandra interjects.

“Huh? Of course I do. He made my job a lot easier.”

“Oh.” For some reason, Sandra is completely at a loss on what to say here.
>>
>>35945146

“So. Anything happening over here in this village?” you ask.

“Yes indeed!” She lights up. “We've just finished chartering a map of our visible world! Wanna see?”

“Sure.”

She giddily thrusts the map into your hands. “Take it~ I have several extras in our office. Me and my crew basically run everything here. From public safety to repairs. We're all-purpose.”

“I'll keep that in mind.”

“Yep, nice meeting you!”

“Uh, going already?”

She doesn't reply – she's already running off.

Sandra blinks. “She's a lot different than what I thought she was. Gave off a different vibe during the cart incident.”

You spout your favorite excuse. “Humans are a mystery.”

The Village of the Air was rather uneventful. The rumors have already spread, so they're either already following you or in hiding. You don't know why people think you're scary. Was it because you imploded their church? Is that it? It's not like you're going to take their firstborn. Humans.

The Village of the Sky is a lot more lively.

“Deity! Sup!”

“You're Vana, right? Or was it Vala?”

“To a new era of peace, Vala.”

You just bask in the cheerful emotions of humans. “Sandra, this is much better.”

“Is it?” She raises an eyebrow at you. “Because they're not really treating you as a god.”

“Exactly!”

“I'm glad you think that way, Vala.” A man in his twenties waves at you. “I'm part of Nina's crew. I'm sure you've met her by now.”

“I have, yes,” you respond.

“Good! Then you probably have a map, yes?” He nods fervently.

“I do.”

“Wonderful. I have a proposition, you wonderful deity, you,” he eagerly prattles on. “How about exploring this section of the map?” He points to the areas labeled, “Currently Unknown” right below Ffion.

Uh. “And how would I do that?” you question.

He shrugs. “I thought you know know. You're the god.”

“Well, I could try and–”

“Wonderful!” He slaps you on the back. “I'm glad we had this talk.”

Yes, because all the justifications given for such a thing are wrong/bad.
1. There are countless deities of wisdom, arts, crafts, revelry, and what have you that are human strength and not hulking brutes
1b. Yes, divine strength 2 is hulking brute. Not mountain lifting, but pretty /fit/ and stronger than most or all mortals
2. I am not at all, in any way shape or form, concerned about not being "well rounded" and it being possible for a mortale to out wrestle us (should we allow them the privilege of a fight where we don't use any of our powers)

only if we denounced magic. Also, we aren't overly relying on it.
Most of what we do don't use stats. when we do use a stat, it will usually be miracle, wish, or influence. Only rarely will we even use strength OR magic.
>>
>>35945423
the interesting thing about influence, is that it works for passive accumulation of followers (like, an aura of charisma?) as well as for improving our ability to draw power from followers (more BP per follower? more miracle points?)

Why not?

“Great. I'll be doing it now.”

“Now?” Sandra parrots back.

“Yes, now. There's no end to your questions, is there?” You allow yourself to be swept into the Wish Current, dematerializing into... wait. “Sandra. Hold on.”

Sighing, she grabs your sleeve reluctantly.

“Not good enough.” You wrap your arms around her and close your eyes. You can faintly hear complaints, but they're drowned out by the gentle breaths of humanity. Your being melts always, dispelling any trace of your existence from the physical tethers. Sandra washes away with you, conjoining existences with your presence.

And then.

You reconnect with the planes of mortality, entering the world in a bright flash of light. Sandra joins you.

She gasps, wide-eyed and disoriented at the sudden teleportation. “What was... did you just, gah.”

“I did it, Sandra! We're probably at–”

A sword flies past you. Seems like an army of sorts is charging towards another smaller battalion. Two sides are definitely clashing with each other.

You understand that. What you don't understand is a flash of yellow about to hit your face.

You react before you can even think, cutting the air with a gust of wind... except you accidentally release forth a tornado.

The cyclone smashes through the magical bolt and creates havoc onto the battlefield. The skies, previously overcast, are ripped of its clouds due to the sheer force of the wind.

The swirling vortex of death sends weapons, armor, and arrows flying into the netherworld. One tornado released. In its wake: absolutely nothing.

A blonde woman with light blue eyes emerges from what's left of the area. She's already wounded from your tornado but she takes a stance, clutching her sword. “Your name,” she utters lowly.

“Must we do this?” you pointlessly ask.

“Your name,” she says once more, spitting it out.

“...Vala.”

“Anya,” she icily replies.

Then she charges, taking heavy steps towards you. She can't possibly reach you with that speed.

Rotation in spells.

Earth.

The earth itself shakes, rippling the the ground in tremors. The soft, pliable dirt fractures, piercing the floor with stalagmites from beneath. The wind blows an entire sandstorm from the desert, covering the field in sand dunes.

The girl clicks her tongue. You can hear her every footstep, padding through the dunes. You can feel her feet tapping on the soil that you own, the rocks that you have claimed. She disappears from view. But not from your sight. Throwing out a slash that cuts through your stalagmites, she rematerializes point-blank to deliver a sharp stab.

But you've seen it all.

Light.

You throw out a pulsing nova, temporarily guising the entire world in darkness. A swift dodge. Then, gently tapping the ground, you unleash the light. The entire sky clears, devoid of all imperfection. It is now noon. Again.

The explosion from the burst of light is a delayed reaction. Before the blonde woman can even blink, she is ripped away from her current position, flying back and smashing into a lone stalagmite.

She fights for breath, hit with the force of an exploding star. Her left arm convulses involuntarily, dripping profusely with blood. But she still has the will to fight. Planting her sword in the ground, she jumps. Into the air she goes, flipping once before charging a fist that splits the air in two.

…Water.

You don't move, instead letting her come to you. She comes within inches of contact. Inches. But a wave of water rolls forward, deflecting her punch. The current makes it hard for her to move. Panting for breath, she's completely and utterly exhausted.

You motion for Sandra to come over.

She, spectator to all this, is understandably frozen solid. The water passes her by, ignoring your vassal.

So you walk over to her, skipping over the water as if it were solid ground. You secure your vassal safely. But you're not done.

A tsunami from Ffion comes crashing down into the battlefield, enveloping all in water.

The waters clear, creating the earth anew. The twisted soil reverts back to flatlands, the blood spilled washed away, the wounded refreshed and restored. The blonde girl, Anya, falls forward. Not a single scratch on her body.

“You,” she speaks, barely audible. Her sword clatters to the ground. “Who are you?”

“Deity of Eire. Nice to meet you..” You extend a hand out towards her.

She slaps your hand away. Resheathing her sword, Anya staggers closer to snarl, “Next time.” She pauses to enunciate each word with personal hatred. “Don't. Spare. Me.”

In a flash of light, she disappears. The soldiers from her side have all disappeared as well. Victory, you suppose. But for whom?

Sandra, dizzy, keels over. “I wasn't prepared for that.”

“Well!” you chirp. “I wasn't either!”

To respond to that, Sandra passes out. Welp. You hoist her over your shoulder. Wouldn't want anybody stealing your vassal or anything like that.

The sound of metal scraping the ground alerts you. Well, damn. You're not sure if you have enough power to face another opponent. Plus, your vassal's unconscious.

A blue haired woman tackles you, spinning you (and your vassal) around in a huge hug. She's... rather strong. You fight for your breath, forced to lay Sandra down.

“The man of the hour! Ya really saved our behinds there!”

Uh....

“First off,” you start. “Who are you?”

“Yay, introductions~” she twirls around, swords clacking around her waist. “I'm Minerva, Deity of The First Regime of Arkad Insurrexio.”

“Arkad Insurrexio? What's that?” You're completely lost here. It's foreign. Too foreign.

“A fancy name for Arkad's Insurgents. We're currently in contested territory. The gist of it is that Arkad, a bi~ig kingdom, believes in conquest. We're not the same, so we decided to peacefully secede.” She gives the ground a disapproving look. “Might not have been the smartest move against a conquering kingdom... but let bygones be bygones, right?”

“And I saved you guys?” You're beginning to piece the situation together.

“Mmhm! For now! The thing about Arkad is that they never really give up. Ever.”

“That's not very reassuring,” you sigh. Looking down at a passed out Sandra, you ask, “So. How insulted would you be if I offered you a job based solely on the strength of your hug?”

“I'd be delighted!” she beams.

“Okay wel–”

“Declined!” She taps the hilt of her main sword. “My heart and soul belongs to the battle against Arkad and her guard dog Anya. Ah~ cruel world!”

“Hrmm.” You muse over your options. ”So... you'll join me if I help you beat Arkad?”

“Absolutely!” she flashes a smile.

making us some sort of overgod or the leader of a pantheon.

then again, we already have a semi god worshipper/herald

those aren't traits though, its the description of the influence attribute.
traits sounds like some sorta addon you put on top of it.

mmm, i bet having another god convert to being our follower would be massively rewarding in terms of earning BP. To the point of potentially exclipsing a mechanical 2x bonus

>INFLUENCE:Vistera – The amount of Belief Points you gain (not including winning fights against deities) is now doubled. Your cap is unchanged.

It will always be available. You met your prereqs, so they'll be available next time you get a specialization prompt.

Who knows when you'll get the prompt itself though
>>
>>35948635
We'd need a crap ton of strength and one diety converting means only lump sum. WE get this and then Valera we get a lump sum 2x
>>

>The amount of BP you spend is proportional to the miracle you can create.
we choose how much to spend

>>INFLUENCE:Vistera – The amount of Belief Points you gain (not including winning fights against deities) is now doubled. Your cap is unchanged.

Double gain is good.

I think we should investigate the current situation first however.
>>
>>35948687
>Who knows when you'll get the prompt itself though
So, all of us here assuming it happens every time we go above 100BP accrued are off our rocker then?
>>
>>35948673
The price is 50+, as determined by us.
>>

Specialization
More belief points, i guess.
>>
>>35948722
Wow wow wow, I'm not assuming that. Specializations look like something that'd have an increased buy in for each successive purchase.
>>
>>35948751
oh hey, that is an interesting idea

or just open a chasm and let it fill with the ocean. instead of full on floating islands, just make AN island nation. its a lot easier to defend. since the enemies have to come via boat.
>>
>>35948781
Couldn't the opposition just miracle away that hindrance?
>>
>>35948823
That generally puts a pause to any conquerin.

And vala just WON a diety fight. They may be lacking in BP
>>
>>35948823
good point, anyways I've got a feeling spec is going to be much needed. Also we should get our island to 100% if possible before we get embroiled in other nations affairs, need power to level up. Wargirl would likely have trounced us if we did not blindside then ult her.
>>
>>35948823
... yes
so its actually a waste to do so
although seeing us perform such a miracle might get us converts and as such earn us back BP
>>
>>35948895
I have no doubt that Anya's hurting for BP right now, but her boss? The other Warlord Gods? I'm betting someone on their side is strong enough to shrug off any geographic barriers we could throw up, and they all have a serious interest in taking us out now.
>>
>>35948948
what other warlord gods?
we were told there are only 2 gods in this conflict earlier.
one is hugging us, the other is the blonde swordswoman

err... unless the one hugging us is not a goddess at all but just a regular warrior woman
>>
>>35948948
Well, that depends on how willing the other gods are in fullfilling anya's revenge. Wasting time and power on us leaves them vulnerable to a counterattack by the nations theyve been invading.

Specialization gained!
>Vistera – The amount of Belief Points you gain (not including winning fights against deities) is now doubled.

“It's a tempting proposition.”

“...But?” Minerva pouts.

“But. I'm not one to slay mortals for the chance of peace. This is their battle.”

She closes her eyes, smiling wistfully. “It's my battle as much as theirs. If I don't fight, we have no chance. Their army will slay ours, then kill our men, women, and children. We're rebels of a conquest kingdom. They will spare none. Otherwise, all the other conquered lands will riot.”

“I see.” The circumstance is pretty horrible. “Plans on losing?”

“None. We may lose the battles, but we will win the war.” Her gaze turns unexpectedly cold, smirking triumphantly.

“Good,” you nod to her. “Think you can hold off for a couple of days?”

“Definitely!” she beams.

“Well then. I have a cute vassal to nurse.” You pick up Sandra in a piggy back, draping her arms around your neck.

“If you'd like, we're welcome to give you temporary shelter.”

“I'll pass, but thanks for the offer,” you wave to her with your free hand. “I think I've bitten off more than I can chew already.”

“Suit yourself,” she shrugs.

“I really do appreciate the offer though,” you reply back to her.

“A wasted opportunity is appreciated by nobody,” she winks. “I suppose I'll be seeing more of you?”

“Maybe,” you give her a vague answer.

“Later, knight in shining armor~” She waves goodbye.

Sandra stirs, but doesn't wake up. You assume you'll have to bear the brunt of her anger later. But that's for another time.

Right now, home.

> 6 – 5 = 1/75 BP

Once you return to the temple, you notice that it's pretty dark out right now. The nova you shot out earlier must have messed with the day cycle back in Arkad. You're not sure how. Settling Sandra down into her bed, you bask in the light of the shining stars above.

You blow air through your teeth. “Am I doing well, Goddess?”

A falling star flies out from the sky, sizzling out in its final moments of glory.

>>
As a side comment, my mechanics system almost chopped itself to pieces because it could not comprehend the sheer awesomeness of winning every important roll for the past three threads. You guys have reworked my system when you didn't even mean to.

I love/hate you all.

As always, questions or comments? I'll be here for a while longer.
>>
>>35949721
She's as strong as we are magical, and considering she's getting her ass handed to her by Anya, I can understand her low influence.
>>
>>35949770
Two gods in the entire war as of now. Arkad has the superior military force and resource/land leverage.
>>
>>35949773
I hope you didn't just make it so that the system assumes we'll continue to roll awesome for everything ever, because we won't.

I've seen QMs do that before, changing their system to assume 90+ as the baseline because of awesome early rolls, and it always ends in tears and rage when the luck turns and the players get ass-slammed even harder than they should've.
>>
>>35949773
Does the fervor of belief affect bp, or is it just number? Can we ignore Strength entirely?
Will we have to start spending multiple point for stat ups if they get to a certain point? How old are Anya and Minerva?
>>
>>35949838
I did not. You'll still be rewarded when you land the impossibly huge rolls. Don't worry, you can still kick ass if you don't hit 90+ all the time. I

I did have to change some stat gains and rates, though.

>>35949854
>Does the fervor of belief affect bp, or is it just number?

The rule of thumb is if they are devoted to you, you'll gain more BP than if they are indifferent. There is also a different way to trigger "devotion" but I won't reveal numbers or the like.

>Can we ignore strength entirely?
Why not? It's entirely up to anon.

>Will we have to start spending multiple point for stat ups if they get to a certain point
_____________

>How old are Anya and Minerva
Ask them next time.
>>
>>35949780
that is not what influence does
influence gets mortals to worship you via an innate aura of awe
as well as increases the amount of BP you get from conversions (and thus access to miracles)

Also, her total points are
Miracles level 1
4 attributes total: 9 points

ours is
Miracles level 2
4 attributes total: 13 points

that being said, I bet we misread her.
>>
>>35949936
So, if we'd picked "go all out" instead of "zone belligerent deity" would we have ended the war in addition to defeating Anya?
>>
>>35949960
You're right on the influence points. You may or may not have misread her. But don't treat other deities as you would Vala. He's super special.

>>35949968
See image.
>>
>>35949960

Average in height and weight with disheveled black hair and sharp brown eyes. Comfy oriental robe that's gray because comfy. Usually has deadpan (relatively flat) eyes with a smirk.

>>35950334

>>
>>35950334
Why rage? This just means we have someone out to get us now. Since she has more followers and a much larger army. I wouldn't be surprised if she got some strong as hell counter or anti magic for next time. Lots of threads we made for you today.

Also are we like the greek gods each with their own domains and specialties? Or are we more like the classical interpretation of can do anything with enough belief deity?
>>
>>35950334
>Will buying Magic make us look willowy and mischievous?
>>
>>35950366
Fit? Definitely. Hunky? Definitely not with the way you're spending your points. Keep in mind that strength is meshed in with (physical) combat ability too.

>>
>>35950478
> Definitely not with the way you're spending your points.
Why?
>>
>>35950502
We really aren't wrathfully enough to be any Greek god, but if I had to pick one I'd probably go with Hermes over Athena.
>>
>>35950543
yeah but hermes wasn't much of a fighter, We beat Anya with TACTICAL BRILLIANCE!( and a metric fuck ton of magic)

Also, even if antimagic is a thing (and anti strength isn't)
>We have to burn a miracle to overcome it
the end
>>
>>35950593
He was explicitly asking if we RAISE strength, if it will turn us into more of a hunk with each point.

Also... if strength makes you fit/hunky
does influence make you beautiful?
>>
>>35950662
You forget she has more followers and a larger empire under her thumb, in a straight up miracle fight she would likely trounce us. Also I imagine we have some spells to sap strength, we'd have to see which countermeasures work better.
>>
>>35950630
Me too. The rate of strength gain is currently at 0.

>>
>>35950689
I think it turned out that raising strength makes you more physically healthy, you get fit/hunk out by exercising that strength frequently.
>>
>>35950699
If she has such awesome miracles, why didn't she miracle us during the fight?
Also, so far we have only gained miracles on conversion.
You are also assuming that she rules the empire, instead of having recently joined it to start gaining worshippers

>>35950759
She teleported her entire army. Also we blindsided her with a really strong attack, then a reality breaking one. Besides she had probably been fighting Minerva so she wasn't in top shape. Even if she wasn't she was not foolish enough to try a 2 on 1 when she doesn't know what we can do. Besides would you want to fight after getting hit by a supernova?

>>35950720

>>
>>35950817
>She teleported her entire army
There is zero indication of this happening.
the two nations share a land border. teleporting it would be insanely wasteful as it leaves her weak and volnerable to enemy goddess
and if she could, she would teleport to their town to bypass their military, not teleport to their military (after all, their stated goal is to murder every man woman and child in town to make an example of the rebels).
No, she marched with her army, to meet the enemy army in the field. because she isn't a total retard.
>>
>>35950817
>Even if she wasn't she was not foolish enough to try a 2 on 1 when she doesn't know what we can do
She saw us decimate her entire army. and THEN, while injured, attacked us. while minerva and her army were still there.
