After the walls of Castle Misogyny fell to the forces of righteousness, it took no time at all for the Politically Correct Crusaders to spread all over the civilized world. You were taught by the Revisionist Histo-bot that the righteous women and their white knights played a key role in the revolution and subsequent dismantlement of the major world governments.

The PCC managed their takeover due to a discovery of a new powersource. Hypocritium. Able to be harnessed by the Politically Correct Crusaders more effectively than any other group, they swiftly shut down the government in the USA and Europe.

30 years on, they have transformed society. A utopia has formed, where none want for anything. The world outside is harmonious and prosperous. It is the peak of human civilisation, and more than anything else, it is the correct way to live. The women rule from the peaks of their ivory towers, and the men work for them.

You are Gordon, a white cis heterosexual male-identifying male with a privilege score of 110.2, whose preferred pronouns are He/Him/His. You’ve got a world class education in the core subjects; English, Anti-Racist Maths, Women's Studies, Privilege Studies, Philosophy, Anti-Religion and Revisionist History.

You are currently lying awake in an underground panic bunker below the woods a few miles outside of London. Doubt racks your mind even as the chorus of a hundred men snoring torments your ears. Should you complete your mission and betray the revolutionaries who have taken you in? They merely wish to escape, after all. Or perhaps it’d be better to leave it all behind and sail with them into the unknown. But are they as nice as they seem? Perhaps some snooping is in order.

(You currently have a Solid Snake Style Stealth Suit, a V-4GN Alpha pattern Taser pen, and one of Her Empress’s Immaculate Utility Knives, as well as a remote tracker (Currently turned off) that can be activated to broadcast your position to the government.)

Something might be up with these people, and you’ve got to find out what. You quickly remove the shirt that you slept in. It’s not in tune with the stealth suit, and it could end up revealing your location if you needed to hide. Careful not to make a noise, you sneak over to the door. A quick glance over your shoulder reveals that you’ve managed not to wake anyone, and you slip in.

Still trying to be stealthy, you jump onto the railing and slide down, paranoid that a squeaky step might give you away. You hit the deck and start creeping across the length of the room, silent as a spectre. You give the computer a glance, you’ll come back for that later. Before long, you’ve reached the other staircase on the opposite side of the room. You slide down the railing, and end up next to the door leading into the stockroom. It’s locked, but the lock is more than 30 years old, and with your dexterous little fingers and the army knife you manage to expertly pick the lock in a few seconds.

You slip in, and find the stock room is much the same as before. Clothes and food line the walls, with crates packed one or two high taking up most of the space. You grab a bit more of that salted meat and take a bite before continuing. It doesn’t take long to find it - an almost ominous looking staircase leading down, with an eerie red glow bleeding out the edges of the door. A soft, almost soothing humming noise can be heard from within the room. You head down, and stare at the massive door. It too has a lock. It appears to be semi-electrical. You known you can pick it as normal, but it'll probably trigger an alarm or something if you mess it up.

Three reasons. One: Russia really doesn't like the English. That hatred extends to their people as well. Two: There have been reports of Russians shooting immigrants. It serves as a way to keep out spies, but there's no point risking losing people. Three: What kind of British man would leave Britain for an even colder, more miserable place? Australia has deadly wildlife, but at least it's warm.

Hey, can we get rid of the skirt for now? we originally wore it because its what we know, but we since learned it is a symbol of a sellout for the miners, and got confused for a girl because of it.

You try to keep a calm, cool head about this. What’s the worst that could happen? If you mess up, the alarm would go off and they’d know you were a traitor. You’d almost certainly be captured.
The fear of what deprived and horrifying things a pack of males might do to you if you were captured and helpless makes you tremble in fear, which only makes you more afraid that you’re going to fail. But these men, they all hate the government, and you’d be a scapegoat for it. They’d take out all of their frustrations on you, before leaving…

*CLICK*.

The sudden sound almost enough to make you jump. You scan around for a bit, before realizing that the sound was that of the door opening. Seems like while your mind was in fantasy land, the rest of your body was picking the lock. Must not have been that hard, or perhaps you’re just that good.

You sneak in, only to find a rock wall. That isn’t glowing. But a red glow is still behind it…
You march through the poorly disguised hologram and head down the corridor that lay on the other side, your way lit by the crimson glow that covers the hallway. It’s really quite long. You head down the featureless white corridor for a few minutes before finding anything. It’s almost nostalgic really, the sterile look reminding you a lot of home. Eventually, you come to a small room, filled with couches, potted plants and a desk. It sort of looks like a waiting area. Two corridors branch out to your left and right, while a massive glass pane gives you a perfect view of what’s happening below.
>>
>>35156540

A huge red core pulses inside a massive glass tube. Even through the glass, the pulses are starting to make you feel ill. Figures of indeterminate sex, gender or ethnicity are dressed entirely in white and walking up staircases before hauling chunks of… something into the tube from above. You can just about make out that the stuff is purple and glowing…

A chill goes down your spine as you hear the CLICK CLACK of high heels and a pair of feminine voices approach from the distance.

You’ve got no idea what’s going on, so you focus on what you do know. That there’s a pair of individuals walking down towards you, and you have to /hide/. You dive behind one of the couches and activate the suit. Your skin tingles all over as an electrical current passes over your body. You hold one of your hands up to your face, but you see nothing but a translucent, wavering figure. Good enough. You breath a sigh of relief just as the two enter the room. You focus on listening in.

“Thank the empress we’re almost done. This all nighter was the worst.” Wait. That voice sounded very familiar.
“You’re telling me. I can’t wait to just sit back, relax with my servants and have a nice week off.” You’ve never heard this one before...
“Mind if my things and I stay at yours for a bit while my stuff moves into my new spire, Bo?”
“Sure thing, Mel.”
“Gosh, you’re a lifesaver.” She laughs for a moment. “I can’t believe it worked! That bitch Cher was always bitching, always complaining, always offloading her work onto me. But when this happens under her watch and I catch the ‘culprits’?”
Thier voices become faint as they walk through your room and down the corridor, but you catch a few snippets here and there
“Shame about Griselda though.”
“Eh, you win some you lose some. You know she can't keep her flabby mouth shut…”

The sound of heels clacking eventually fades and you sit there in stunned silence for a moment.
>>
>>35157812

You sit there for a while. When you’re finally sure that they’ve gone, you peer over the couch for visual confirmation before switching the invisibility off. One thing that you’ve noticed is that the glowing spherical core seems bigger. A lot bigger. It’s nearly touching the sides of the glass. You stare intently, trying to piece together what the hell is going on. As another purple crystal hits the core and -

A sudden burst of inspiration hits you. Those crystals. They're hypocritium. You mind casts itself back to the deep recesses of your brain, into the memories of hours upon hours of lessons. When subject to an extreme electrical current, hypocritium begins breaking down into a red state. If hypocritium touches this red form, it too turns red, adding to the mass. And then it explodes into crimson dust that also turns hypocritium red. A chain reaction could be deadl-
>>
>>35157840
>eat some of the hypocriticum

>>35157840
THEY'RE PLANNING ON BLOWING UP THE MINES AND BLAMING THE ESCAPED MINERS.

You begin sweating profusely. This is illegal. This is definitely illegal. Alex and Griselda probably know nothing of this. This is big, hypocritium dust is pretty poisonous. An explosion in the mines could take out the whole shaft with the chain reaction. The men down there, they'd be screwed out of a job and might get sick. Could the city even hold itself up if the underground collapsed?

But why? Why the hell would a person do this?

You shake your head. That core is looking rather big. Considering that the people in white coats have stopped dropping hypocritium into it and are now taking off their masks and walking away, it's probably due to blow soon. It won’t do much here though, so it’ll have to be moved, which means you have time.

Let's work within the system to make it better and eliminate corruption. I think it fits him and is much more interesting than just rebelling.
>>
>>35157915
calling for backup would be BAD because they backup would get killed in the explosion

You need to either let someone know. or shut it down yourself.

Since they are evacuating it means it is already started, unless we remember a way to disable it from our studies, we need to GTFO
then wake the miner, explain to them what is going on, and see if they have a way to contact anyone else. Or have another idea
That being said, griselda kinda deserves to get made into a scapegoat because she euthanizes people for brining in too little...
>>
>>35158099
I agree that Gordon wouldn't want to question the system too much, but we're also contending with natural compassion to the miners (now that he's met them and they don't *seem* that bad) and the curiosity that anyone (especially a 13-year-old boy) would have towards a group of "outsiders"
>>
WE should get out of here and activate the tracker while we're with the miners for pickup.
>>
>>35157915

the miners will be KILLED for escaping, and if not, they will die from poisous hypocritium or be euthanized for low yield.
>>
>>35158239
That's unfortunate for the miners then.
>>
>>35158259
The ONLY thing this bomb is going to do is
1. kill miners
2. make griselda into a scapegoat (the hambeast who euthanizes miners for low yield)

>I was told this and asked to find where you are gathered, and then trigger a homing beacon which I did NOT do when I realized you just wanted to escape. I figured if you want to leave to Australia its your right.
>But then I investigated further and I found a giant bomb, they are going to blow up the mines, killing all the miners still in there, blaming it on you, and using it for political purposes
>Either we disarm a giant hypocritum bomb that has already started a chain reaction, or if you don't know how we need to get away from here so we aren't caught in the blast

No, there is no way you can do this solo. The miners have to be free, but you can’t let the bomb take out the others. There are too many that might get caught in the aftermath if this goes off. You can’t have their blood on your hand. You hit the button on your skirt, causing a signal to pulse out. Almost instantly, you hear the communicator in the tracker click to life, and the high pitched voice of Alex buzzes it’s way through

“BZZZT-don, Gordon, we’ve got your signal. We’rBTTTZ -ding in.”
You have to tell him. “Oh my Empress Alex, there’s a bomb! Bring in a bomb squad!”
He sounds shocked. “A bomb? Why the fuBZZZZTT- there a bomb?”
You have to be quick. “A hypocritium bomb, at my location. Hurry!”

That’s all he needs to know for now. You rip off your skirt, short-circuiting your stealth suit, and throw it against the window pane. There’s no way he could miss the bomb when it has the tracker right next to it.
In a swift motion, you turn and begin to sprint. You’ve gotta save the miners. They’ll be screwed if they’re caught. You pump all of your energy into dashing down the 120m long corridor drenched in pulsing crimson light. 6 seconds later, you abruptly pivot and leap up the staircase in a single bound. You hop over the crates and between the gaps of shelves in the store room, and emerge in the main room. Still empty. But there is that computer, and it is turned on…

Japan has a very old, ageing population. They've remained fairly safe due to their 'no foreigners ever' policy, but their economy is suffering due to losing Europe and the Americas as trading partners and the huge number of old people. With the invention of both male and female sex toy robots voiced by anime voice actors, their birth rate has plummeted, less than one in 10 women aged 16-35 will have a child.

But they figured out how to make mechas and finally have their own military, so they're happy as shit.

Considering many of the players wish to sail away to Aussieland, I doubt you'd get the chance to.
>>
No. No time for computer. No time to spare. You leap past the computer onto the stair railing and run up it, before jumping off and kicking the door to the sleeping quarters open.
You shout as loud as you can. “EVERYONE GET UP, EVERYONE WAKE UP WAKE UP WAKE UP”. You pause for a second as the miners stare at you with a mixture of confusion and disdain “THERE’S A BOMB AND THE WHITE KNIGHTS ARE COMING, WE’VE GOT TO MOVE NOW”.

The crowd is silent, before erupting into a chorus of incredibly girly screams
The next few minutes are frantic. The miners begin changing as quickly as possible and a few head down to grab provisions as you change and frantically try to wake them all up.
As soon as the miners are all gathered, you try to think. Where the hell are you going to escape to? Down just leads to the bomb, you’ll get lost in the mines, and those might be about to blow up. Guess the only way is up.

With the hundred miners assembled, you get to working on the lock upstairs with all due haste. In just a few seconds, you manage to crack open the lock, and push the door open. And you’re greeted with a… spiral staircase?

A colossal spiral staircase at that. You usher the men through, and get to climbing. It takes two minutes to reach the top. Another door, thankfully unlocked, bars your way and you nearly tear it off it’s hinges. Freedom is so close!
>>
>>35159987
The sight that greets you is not of the rustic cabin that you expected. Trees do surround you, but a massive, white blocky building stands not 200 meters away. A cracked, dirt path leads to it. Everywhere else is naught but British foliage. You turn around. It seems as if the staircase was concealed in a pair of OUT OF USE outhouses.

The miners are right behind you, they'll catch up soon. They kept slowing down so they were always a bit below you, but you can't imagine why.

The hell is this building?
You’re utterly confounded for a moment.
So many questions spring to your mind, but they bounce off of the veil of confusion that covers your brain. But a single question does stick.

The only rooms in the bunker were the stock room, main room and sleeping room.
Where the hell are the Commandos?

>>
>>35160314
It looks like we're torn between bailing and waiting for the white knights to show up.

>>35160314
I'll wait for the white knights. Commandos are jack asses. If we bail we'll just be hunted down by the CISQUISITION
>>
>>35160314
Plan a cover story. We can't accuse the women of being behind the bomb plot with a privilege score as high as ours, BUT we can say that we thought the TRIGGER WARNING patriarchy had exploiting those women as it always does. We didn't know who all the TRIGGER WARNING patriarchy had exploited so we were merely trying to get the minors away because the TRIGGER WARNING patriarchy would no doubt use them to build an army
>>
>>35160019
Ask the miners if anyone knows where the kommandos are. Anyway move away from the entry into cover, once everyone is rallied up somewhere safe, come clean ala >>35158344 . Then try to find out a way to flee (maybe go to Scotland and steal a fisher boat. Like >>35158672
).
>>
>>35160314
Not much we can do with this info for now. Lead these guys as far away as we can, then go help the knights. If we get accused of betrayal, we can say something about following our orders and that nobody deserving to die that way.
>>
>>35160019
it was a setup, there was no cabin, the miners were being liberated by a white knight working with a high ranking femme fatale to set up a political enemy
there is no cabin, there are no boats, you are in the middle of the city. the miners were just moved to a place where they can be easily captured by the white knight in question who was seeking glory.
>>
>>35160314
well, i only see 2 options

option 1: make a run for the border with 100 crippled miners and no supplies, or a map, or anything... oh, and get shot by the border guards.

option 2: wait for the white knights, talk to alex, implicate the guilty, gain rank and status in the white knights, plan and plot for the future. can probably even convince them to just treat the miners as normal (aka, send them back to mines and write it off as them being taken by force rather then being rebels)
2b: send the miners who want to go off on their own towards the border while we do the above

I don't see option 1 as working. So option 2 is the only reasonable thing.

With a giant bomb we might be able to. especially considering the fact that she was trying to frame 2 other mistresses. The griselda and cher would both be VERY upset to hear about a plot to frame them and will act appropriately against the mistress in question.

our story specifically

>I went undercover as a miner to find out what they were planning
>Armed commandos suddenly broke through the wall and carted us all away through secret tunnels
>They gave a highly suspecious story of having hidden in the woods for years, claiming they have brought us to an underground bunker and that they will be taking us on a boat to australia, where the patriarchy reigns
>I waited until they fell asleep and investigated
>While investigating with my stealth suit, I saw and overheard [name] and [name] talking (anyone remembers her name?)
>They discussed their plot, they would set of a giant hypocritium bomb, they will frame the miners. The white knight in question would get much recognition for "catching" the miners whom he will frame as the culprits. While the mistress will use this to politically ruin Griselda and Cher
we deliver this report to alex directly, and suggest that considering the nature of this conspiracy, he should immediately contact griselda and cher and get them involved in clearing their own names.
>>
>>35160686
I like this, especially the talking to Alex directly part. I think the eunuch (he is a eunuch, right?) has a thing for us... which I'm not opposed to.
>>
>>35160669
We aren't testifying in court, we are loyally bringing a high ranking mistress information of a lesser mistress trying to usurp her position by framing her.
I expect cher to crush the other one (since from the conversation it is clear that she is the weaker on politicially)
or maybe not, maybe she would squirm out of it. Heck, she might even turn it on us... in which case we leg it.
>>
>>35160558
I'd say do the first option since we still need to defuse that bomb.

We simply say that our report implicates someone of lower privilege than us, and therefor may constitute Rape.
>>
>>35160681
QM, just a question, the white knight speaking to melissa about the bomb, that was NOT alex, right?
>>
>>35160686
a useful thing about reporting this to alex, is that as a high ranking white knight he might know enough about the politics involved to sidestep any severe issues

=============================================

You sort of just stare at the sky as the miners limp up the stairs and stand behind you. They all groan in despair as they come to the same realization as you. You’ve been duped. Bamboozled. Those empress damned commandos duped you all!

alright no need to panic it’s going to be fine it's going to be fine

You can probably reason with Alex, tell him the truth. These guys will get off easy. Just say they were tricked or kidnapped at gunpoint. Worst comes to worst, they just go back to the mines and nothing changes. Nobody has to die. It’ll all be fi-
“Mates, let’s not give up yet! Look at all of this wood! They won’t find us, come on, let’s go!”
It’s Jimmy. He’s trying to rouse the men. The various looks upon the faces of the crowd show that he’s not successful. Instead of a chorus of cheers, he’s met with apathy. A few of the men even start crying.

One has slightly more success. “What’s the point? Let’s just go back down and hope they don’t execute us.”. Rather more grim, but many agree with him.

Dejectedly, they start walking back down the stairs to the sleeping quarters AND OH MY GOSH THERE’S A BOMB THERE.

You vault over the top of the men and sprint down the stairs. You burst through the doors and leap down the short stairs that lead into the main room.
You expected nobody to be left in the main room. Or perhaps even some White Knights.

You did not expect to see Kel packing away the computer into a bag. But he looks… different. His wrinkles are more smoothed, he looks more like a guy in his late thirties instead of one in his fifties. And his hair, it’s no longer the faded grey you saw before, but a brilliant blonde. His physique is rather impeccable, muscle covering his body without being too grotesque, like the Brogre. What strength could lie within that frame?
At the sound of you landing, he turns around to face you.

“Welp. By the look on your face, the picked lock on the door and fact that my scapegoats were all missing, I’m pretty sure you know I’m not with the Miners, and I’m pretty sure you aren’t either.”. He reaches for the Bowie knife on his side. You feel around and try to grab your taser, it could be the difference between life and death in a battle against him. He falls into a combat pose, awaiting your response. You stare at him, trying to figure out how to attack, how to get him. It comes as a surprise when he suddenly grabs the bag and just bolts down the stairs. He moves fast for a guy his age.

>>Fuck, he has the computer! That has evidence, probably. Maybe in the email department where he would keep correspondence with a theoretical mistress that he may or may not have just come back from servicing.

>Give chase, focus on taking him out!
>Get that bag off of him. He can get away, the evidence is all that matters.
>Fuck it, head to the bomb and find a way to get rid of it. Alex hasn’t arrived yet, and you’re a bit nervous that he might not get here in time. It’ll look like you’re chasing him for a bit, but you’ll stop once you get to the bomb.

The only way to do that completely is to apply a hammer to the hard drive, and 'wiping' a HDD can take a lot longer anyway
>>
>>35161907
>The only way to do that completely is to apply a hammer to the hard drive
false. writing all 0s on the harddrive makes it completely impossible to recover.
some have hypothesized that it might be possible, but its in the same way that it is hypothetically possible to do FTL, and FTL is actually more plausible then recovering data from a HDD that was zeroed out.

That being said. you are right that it takes a while... but it could very well be an SSD. Those wipe really fast
>>
>>35161973
Isnt the conventional method of wiping to just delete the 'free space' repeatedly or something?

not true, single-pass zeroing is recoverable with the correct tools and/or software, which is why the NSA required 7 passes of 1s followed by 0s for non-sensitive/semi-sensitive HDDs, or just melts the platters down for the real sensitive stuff.

hell some commercial applications can recover data from single-pass zeroing.
>>
>>35162120
>not true, single-pass zeroing is recoverable with the correct tools and/or software
absolutely false

>which is why the NSA required 7 passes of 1s followed by 0s for non-sensitive/semi-sensitive HDDs, or just melts the platters down for the real sensitive stuff.
that is just government paranoia and the people at the top being ignorant about computers.

>hell some commercial applications can recover data from single-pass zeroing.
false

You are not letting him get away with this. Crushing the hopes and dreams of all of those men, building a bomb, trying to murder people? No way. You sprint off after him. He dives into the stockroom and glances back at you. His eyes actually look slightly fearful for a second as you gain on him. Him tossing shelves in your way actually works, he manages to stop you gaining on him. But it’s not enough. You redouble your efforts and the bag is mere inches away from your fingers.

The air is smacked out of you, as you slam your abdomen into the outstretched arm of one of the commandos. There’s no time to waste. You slap the gun out of the hand of the commando and stick your taser into him with one swift motion, and you’re off running before he even crumples to the ground. Kel made use of the distraction his friend gave him. He’s almost at the window pane that overlook the hypocritium core!

You command your legs to move. They groan in protest, but you fight through the pain. As you speed up, Kel looks back, panic in his eyes. He turns forward, set on doing something. But what? You’re answered immediately by the sound of shattering glass. He leaps through the window pane, shards of glass flying everywhere. You spot where he’s aiming for. A bit of scaffolding near the core. His arms are outstretched, looking to grab onto it. You take aim with the taser pen, and hurl it at him.

Through either sheer luck or your own incredible skill, it avoids the falling glass and hits Kel right in the back of the neck just as he tries haul himself up. His body spasms as a current courses through it, and he begins to fall.
>>
>>35161973
What about tossing the HD into an electromagnet?
>>
>>35162304

The fall isn’t that far, he’ll probably be fine. The computer, however, won’t be. You cycle between various plans before the most dangerous, yet most likely to work one sticks in your brain. Not slowing down for a second, you leap through the space that was previously occupied by a windowpane, and you pray. You pray to the Empress that her brand of army knives is well constructed. You whip out the tiny little grappling hook, and hurl it towards the rafters while your other hand reaches out for Kel. You grab him, and the cable for the hook pulls taut. It feels like it’s going to tear you in half. Wasting no time, you shimmy up the wire and haul both you and Kel onto the scaffolding, before collapsing on it, panting.

Taking the bag from the unconscious man, you begin to pass out, but you’re jolted from your state by some huge, pulsing red thi-
Oh yeah. The bomb. You should probably deal with that.
