You are Zokarth the Eternal Storm! Last time, you decided to be a benevolent leader and help your new settlement of followers. You brought forth life saving water, so that your people will survive. Doing so unleashed a torrent of water which you stoped with your growing knowledge of water magik, saving a group of orphans. Later, you helped construct a forge, ingeniously using a water wheel, which turned thanks to the spring you brought to the surface, which in turn powered bellows, raising the hearths of the forge to high enough temperatures. Finally, you constructed a system of law and justice, so that your followers could thrive. In your absence, three seasoned elders are left to judge right from wrong, in your steed. Oman Thall Dipamni, most likely the oldest mortal you have seen, Irikit Thall Erkat, who has proven to be a resourceful, tactical, and wise advisor. The last man you left in charge is Oman Thall Jaiki, who you have had no dealings with, but he is an overweight mortal, with shifting eyes. It is quite annoying how mortals could have the same first name. You know that no one is named Zokarth, for there is only one Zokarth, and that is you! Zokarth The Eternal Storm! What a beautiful name, “Zokarth”.

After consulting with Irikit, you have set out on an expedition to the ruins of Lotik. Reaching the destroyed town was easy, and you even learned something about your followers, the “Thall”, but will the trip back be as easy?

Welcome to Hoard Quest!

A long column of people approaches your small party from the west, the direction the Planewalkers had been rampaging towards. You believed them to be refugees, but who would flee towards the direction of their attackers? You spot the glint of metal from the distance. Long pikes and round shields. These are no refugees, but an armed column marching in your direction.

Your warriors do not have the same magnificent sight as yours, so all they see is a large group of people approaching, a mix of emotions of their face. Concern, curiosity, some stare unfazed while others nervously grasp their weapons. You cast a glance at Venvia, and see a look of worry on her face. None of the mortals would recognize it of course, dragons are far superior and can hide their emotions far better.

Your expedition is making its return trip after scavenging what they can from the ruins of Lotik. Some food, building supplies, weapons, armor, tools, and so forth. Supplies your new settlement needs to continue to grow, thrive, and of course worship you. The most important thing of course is the GOLD and crystals you and Venvia found hidden away under some town hall, or rich noble’s house. Greedy nobles, how dare they hide your GOLD from you.

Being laden down with supplies, you would most likely wish to avoid a conflict. Then again, you are Zokarth the Eternal Storm! Slayer of Sandpeople, Crusher of Bars! You don’t need to heed to “logic”. Your own column slows to a halt as the other approaches. Venvia makes her way over to you, “Zokarth, what shall we do?” She asks, that look of concern still on her face. As she speaks, Aryana stands by, hand of the hilt of his curved sword.

>Aryana, ask these petty nobles what they desire

These people could be after your GOLD! You can’t let them get it, “I believe it is best if we avoid them for now. We should not head directly back to the settlement, wouldn’t want to lead an army there”, you say with a dry chuckle. Venvia and your followers nod to your wisdom, but remain silent, apparently your humor is just too advanced for them. They quickly get to turning the camels and their carts away from the column, the tension in the air is palpable .

It would seem your shift in direction was not unnoticed. A lone rider detaches itself from the column, clearly making its way towards you. Though you could fly faster than any mortal and his beast could crawl their war around the ground, you have carts (sleds? damn mortals and their words) and the carts have your GOLD! Oh, also you have your devoted warriors with you, which are somewhat important.

You face a difficult decision. Should you just fly away, taking as much GOLD as you can fit? Gold is heavy, your followers probably couldn't fit, since you would have to carry as much GOLD as possible. All these thoughts are swirling around your head, the weight of a single GOLD coin, the additional weight of a wooden chest, your endurance, when suddenly you remember it’s only one rider, and that you’re fucking Zokarth.

You could try to lose the rider, perhaps returning to Lotik, or some strange hills in the distance, which you don’t recall seeing on your flight over this area. Of course you could confront this rider and ask what he wants, not you directly, you can’t just grace any mortal with your presence, perhaps Aryana will paralay for you.

“Aryana!” Your commanding voice rings out, almost God-like. Your loyal commander runs up to your side, kneeling to better hear you, “Approach this rider see what he wants”. The Thall warrior stands and bows to you, making his way towards the lone rider with his sword drawn, “Wait come back!” You quickly add before the rider arrives, Aryana runs back over worry on his face, “Say what I’m about to tell you”, you say as you lean in, whispering something that will sound grand, the only type of words that can represent Zokarth! Aryana seems confused slightly at your words, but still walks off determined towards the rider.

As the rider gets closer you can see that… Is that a rhino?
No, you are definitely sure that is a rhino. The large beast lumbers towards your party at a surprising pace. Seriously, who rides rhinos? The Creature is covered in colorfully dyed leather armor, a strange shield strapped to its side. Atop its back sits an equally colorfully clothed man, green and yellow dyes decorate his pants, while a silky blue cape rests on his back, with more colorful dyed leather as shoulder guards. His chest he leaves bare, exposing rich and dark skin, while on his head rests a two horned helm.

Everything about this desert is strange and confusing. You don’t recognize half the people, and when you do, such as this human on a rhino, they are very odd. For example, this human is riding a rhino in the desert. When the rider gets close enough, “WHY DO YOU ROAM... THIS LAND... THE LAND OF ZOKRATH SINCE TIME IMMEMORIAL!”, the rider returns Aryana’s call with a strange clicking language, which you have absolutely no knowledge of. It sounds of savannah grass, beasts, and the shade of trees . Thankfully, Aryana seems to understand him, to an extent, and returns his address with the same clicking language. After several exchanges, Aryana makes his way back towards you, casting several glances back at the rider.
>>
>>35153960

“This is a Ghandaiee tribesmen, they live on the edge of the desert, it is strange to seem them so far into the sands”, Aryana seems confused, but no longer worried
“Tell me something about these… Ghandaiee” You say, you have no knowledge of these people, which is strange. Dragons are imbued with a basic knowledge of the world, and can understand languages which where spoken when they were layed, but you can not understand this strange clicking tongue, come to think of it, you couldn’t understand the Sandpeople either.

“They are terrible warriors, though they are numerous”, This he says with a smile, “They sometimes raid our caravans which leave the sands, but we do not blame them. They are savages, each tribe acts on its own agenda, each one numbers in the thousands though, they live a nomadic life, massive herds of their riding beast carry them everywhere, shitting along the way”, Aryana says with a grimace, “ I told this barbarian to leave, but he refused. They wish an audience with you my Lord, what shall we do?”

It wouldn’t hurt to listen to what these tribesmen have to say, with an aloft tone you stare at the rider, “I shall grace them with an audience”, Aryana seems to repeat what you said to the rider, who simply nods, and spurs his beast off back towards what you suppose is the tribe of Ghandaiee. You are feeling in a gracious mood after all, perhaps you shall make these tribes men's lives by revealing your beauty to them. You quickly decide that only you and Aryana should go, you to be beautiful and lead, Aryana to translate. Venvia will be in command while you are gone. Before you go, Aryana informs you, “The Ghandaiee have strange customs, on such an occasion as this, it is tradition for both parties to bring a gift, perhaps I should suggest one of the chest of gold we fou-”
“NO!” You shout a little louder than you intended, but it’s GOLD after all. You cast your glance around your party, which seems some what surprised by your outburst. You quickly compose yourself, straightening to your full height, “ I mean, no, what use do savages have of GOLD?”
Aryana seems caught off guard by your outburst, but recovers quickly, “Your wisdom is sound, my lord. Perhaps a chest of the precious gems we al-”
“NO!” This time Venvia cuts off Aryana. She quickly shifted her gaze to her feet when she realized all eyes were on her now.
Aryana simply sighs, “Okay… a chest of ...silver?” He pauses, waiting for another outburst. Seemingly surprised when there is none, he reaches up and grabs a chest. The strong Thall warrior easily hefting the chest of bullion.

You have to go at the pace of Aryana, so it seems you have sometime before you reach the tent. You decide to pass the time by finding out more about your loyal followers, “Tell me more about the names of the Thall, Aryana. It seems confusing to me, but there is an obvious pattern”.
>>
>>35154857
“Of course, my Lord”, Aryana says with a grunt, shifting the weight of the chest, “The most prominent thing about a Thall’s name is that they all contain Thall as the middle name. Other peoples don’t need this. Say, you are wondering around in the dark, and you hear someone, you call out ‘I am Aryana Thall Erkat, who are you?’. They will respond with a normal name, such as ‘Harien Smith’, or something stupid like that. We Thall are hated by almost all, so if someone’s name is not a Thall name, we can quickly assume that they are an enemy. In conclusion, it is a cultural result of our history.”
Aryana walks a bit in silence, letting you soak in the knowledge he just gave you, what strange people the Thall, are they truly hated by all so much that it is even seen in their names? How foolish, someone could simply insert the word Thall between their first and last name, and catch them off guard! Your thoughts are interrupted by Aryana, “The last name is sort of a cast thing. It is given to you at birth, for it is determined that you shall be best at the profession. In towns, it is not that important, you could even take on a different profession if you wished, thought it is somewhat difficult. In small clans roaming the desert, It is more important. You would take the name of, say a herdsman, because one has just died, and must be replaced. Each name obviously means a different profession. For example, ‘Erkat’ is the name of a warrior, ‘Jaiki’ is merchant, and so forth and so on”.

What an interesting system. Of course, you are Zokarth, you can not be given such simple labels! A thought quickly crosses your mind, something of a darky origin, “And what of… Vizzik?”
>>
>>35154915
Aryana seems to stagger in his step, giving you a strange look, “Vizzik is-”
Aryana is interrupted by the calls of the Ghandaiee, who seem to be cheering your arrival, raising their spears, beating it against their shields, those on the ground on stomping their feet. Their is a clear path through them, leading towards a tent. You can’t ask Aryana exactly why they are cheering, the sound is deafening.

The tent is quite impressive for what Aryana dubbed “savages”, a it was huge, big enough to fit a rhino or two, but easily accommodated your size. Yellow and green dyed rope hung from every point possible, so much that you suspect the tent would blow over at any moment. The inside was just as lavish as the outside, rugs were strewn all over the floor, along with pillows to sit on, strange metal contraptions were placed at random intervals, smoke seems to be seeping out of them. Sitting in the center of the tent, using the metal contraptions to smoke were three elder tribes men.

You and Aryana take seats across from them, they spare you a curious glance, before addressing Aryana. They click at each other back and forth, Aryana translates, “They welcome the Thall into their tent, and wish to talk about the massive beasts which seem to come from this land, what shall I tell them?”

You think for a moment, a claw stroking your chin, before responding, “Tell them that Zokarth the Eternal Storm has brought a gift, and asks what they wish to know of the Planewalkers”, Aryana translates what you just said, when he says your name though, the Tribesmen seem confused, looking between you and Aryana, who is talking furiously at what you assume are questions. Arayan points at you, then them, then at the silver, speaking all the time. It would seem that they are confused by you somehow. Then you remember all the dragons you have found so far are feral, uncivilized. You seem to forget sometimes that you are just so amazing. Perhaps the Tribesmen finally realize that YOU are the leader of the party, not Aryana, at which point they burst into laughter.

How dare these mortals laugh at you, you feel your magik break its containment. It flows into your maw, gathering into blinding lightning, sparks dance across your chin. The eyes of the Tribesmen grow wide in fear, they pitiful laughter caught in their throats. Several tense moments pass, the Tribesmen are struck by your beauty. They probably see their whole lives pass before their eyes. Their short, short lives.

One coughs awkwardly, shifting in his seat. He reaches a hand out and rests it on the chest, a forced smile on his face, he bows his head to you. He then calls out, supposedly for your own gift, you see the front tent flap moved, sunlight spilling in and you see...

A Tribesmen walk in with a chest. OH GODS YOU HOPE IT’S GOLD! He sets the chest down, and bows his way away. The smiling elder opens to chest to reveal… an egg. A dragon egg. It is gold or yellowish, with patches and stripes of orange. It rests on a small pile of various metals. Coins of GOLD and silver, iron, and steel. The pile is quite small though, truly, only one or two pieces of GOLD for every ten coin of iron, you didn’t even know they made iron coins. These egg is strange, or more correctly, normal for what you expect of a dragon egg. It reeks of magik, which seems to being radiating into the world without bound. This egg is old, perhaps as old as the sands.

As you were soaking in every detail of the egg, the elders seem to be talking. Aryana leans in, since you refuse to take your eyes off the egg, “They say they found it on their way here, their riders found a temple. It seems to have been buried under the sands for eternity, for some reason it resurfaced. They found many interesting artifacts inside, but at the center they found this egg, with the pile of coins underneath it. They have no use for dragon eggs, which they claim are luxury pets, excluding you, my Lord. They thought it was a fitting gift for me, who they assumed was a dragon tamer of sorts”.

You feel no anger towards these Tribesmen, or their insolent words. You only wonder at the sight of the egg. Another dragon, like you.

The Tribesmen are talking again, smiles on their face, supposedly from your reaction to their gift. They also seem happy with the silver, Aryana translates that such a large chest will buy much goods their tribes needs. These mortals, so distracting. This egg is much more important, perhaps you can let Aryana deal with the Tribesmen…

Screw diplomacy! Screw trying to keep this roaming army of savages away from your followers! You have an egg to hatch! You look up at Aryana, “I know you are a warrior, but I wish for you to deal with these people, since you speak their language, and I don’t”
Aryana seems horrified, “I am a warrior! I do not know how to make deals! My Lor-”
You cut him off, “You’ll do fiiiiiinee”. You say as you get up from the pillow you were resting on. With a jump you land on top on the now closed chest with the egg. You simply nod to the Tribesmen, these mortals have given you a fine gift. You shall spare them for now.

With a great heave of your wings you lift of from the ground, each flap of your wings throwing the rugs and sand around the tent into chaos. Surprisingly the tent holds firm, apparently more structurally sound than you suspected. You fly over the camp of the Ghandaiee, and then your own warriors, all of them cheer as you pass over them. Venvia takes off after you, you both simply fly, enjoying the rays of the sun. A good site to experiment catches your eyes. Stunning hills, a visual rainbow of hues, it looks beautiful from the sky. You land gently amongst the hills, carefully putting the chest down, Venvia lands near you, “What’s in the chest?” She asks excitingly. You simply respond by opening the chest, revealing the egg inside, she seems just as captivated as you by it.
“We’re going to try and hatch it”, you say, still staring at the egg. You quickly get to work.

Venvia breathes a strange blue flame into a pit she dug, placing the egg in the pit. You both watch, sadly, nothing happens. Next you fill the pit with water, provided by your magik. After several moments, nothing happens still. Next you breath lightning onto it, still, nothing. After something thinking, Vevnia curls around the egg like a mother. To it, it’s a sight to see, she seems so peaceful curled around the egg. Sadly, it does not hatch.

In frustration, you call forth your Arcane Energy, and unleash of beam of energy on the egg. The beam is reflected, and shoots high into sight. It seems the egg’s magik protects it against your own. Apparently unleashing pure Arcane Energy into the air is a surprise for some. A flight of creatures you can’t identify takes off from several hills over, their cries are strange.

At the edge of the sands, forest elves stop their merry making, a great beam of lighting shooting INTO the heavens. Even further, a marching human army stops as they crest a mountain to see far to the east, a bright beam of what could only be magik arches into the sky. At the other end of the mountain pass, a dwarf ambush is caught off guard by a bright beam, in the sky, at first they panic, mistaking it as some human weapon, but calm down when they release it originates too far to the east, but only a little bit. At the edge of the world, Incar sailors let their boats drift in the crystal waters, watching as the beam races to the heavens.

You are Zokarth the Eternal Storm, and you are out of ideas.

AE[25/30]

The flight of creatures you seem to have awoken seem to be circling you. No matter, are you Zokarth, Slayer of Sandpeople and Bars! Let them come! Using your Arcane Beam reminded you of something, your crystal. You reach out with a claw, picking up the egg. It’s so light, yet you can feel the strength underneath it. Venvia watches from a spot she decided to rest on, a large rock. Slowly you place the egg against your crystal. Nothing happens, you start to take the cry-

You dream. They are strange, outlandish dreams. Sights which are not yours, memories of another. Swimming deep under the ocean. Flying over a grey, barren landscape, devoid of all life. Tribes of four armed men fighting amongst each other. A great dragon of black burns them all with red flame. The landscape is barren again. From the grey emerge people, grey skinned, tall people with silver hair. Then great beings of light descend from the heavens, they craft and shape people of all looks and life, but ignore the grey folk. The Gods leave, giving their people each a gift, while the grey folk are ignored again. Ages pass, forest grow, cities built, but no city is as grand as that of the grey folk, the other grow jealous and call upon the Gods. The Great black dragon comes again, burning the city down.

Suddenly you are amongst the stars. A God like no other is there, he is not made of the holy light of the others, but rather of matter itself. He is a being of colors are stars. You are in his great forge, and he is forging . . . Everything . With mighty hammer blows, he shapes it, imbues it with power, giving it knowledge. The Forgemaster looks up, and see you. He reaches out one of his dazzlingly hands, and plucks the crystal from your chest

This is existence. All that ever has or will be. You simply are, alone in this world, but wait! There is something in your way. It defies you! It denies you! It disrespects you! You will destroy it with your might, remove it from this plane of existence, scatter the ashes of its offspring! With your strength, your will, you shatter it! What stood in your way is no more! With a mighty roar, you declare your victory to the world! You are the Destroyer of Worlds! The Scourge of All Life, with your breath, thousands will fall! You are Power, They will cry tears of joy at your majesty as those around them die in droves of thousands! You are! You are… a dragon hatchling, you have just hatched... and it is very bright…

You are Venvia (no title) and you have just witness an interesting scene play out. After Zokarth picked up the egg, and holding it to the CRYSTAL in his chest, there was a blinding flash of light. Time seemed to slow for an instant, and the color drained from the world. In the next moment, everything was normal, sort of. Zokarth was on the ground, seemingly unconscious, while the egg was starting to crack! Something else catches your attention. A thrumming in the air. You look over to the flying creatures, to what you thought were some sort of birds, but as they near, you can see what they actually are. Dragons! Their colors are very bland, nothing like Zokarth or yourself. There are rust reds, browns, greens, and greys. The beating of their wings filling the hills with noise, bouncing back and forth, and they are heading right for you….

You are Mazer the Endless Sands! You are the sands of time which are always moving. Your yellow scales have scales of orange flowing through them, casting patterns. You feel power well up inside of you! Power none can match! It crawls up your neck, and wells into your maw, and you breath it into the world! Twin beams of Arcane Energy burst into the world, one orange, one a yellowish gold, they circle each other into the sky. Slowly rising like smoke, or flowing liquid.

You are Zokarth the Eternal Storm, you awake to massive headache. Venvia is having some panic attack in the corner, some small yellow and orange dragon hatchling besides you is breathing some strange Arcane … smoke? That’s weird, it actually looks pretty eloquent, the show off. It takes you a moment, and then you realise there are HUNDREDS of FERAL DRAGONS, sitting around you. Watching.
>>
>>35158356
Some have their head cocked to the side, a look of curiosity on your face. You can’t blame them for forming a crowd, you are the most beautiful being in the world. You should probably address your newest audience.

You do feel.. different though. Were your Arcane Energy was once located seems… shifted. You feel weak, tired, but new strength seems to flow through you. You’ll have to look into this when you aren’t surrounded by possibly hostile dragons.

What shall you do?

Just finished catching up. Holy fuck, what have you people gotten into?

Clearly, the Godsmith is working for the CIA. Mazer is a sleeper agent, and Zenvia's just an FBI investigator looking for a chance to fuck us in the ass for how we've been treating children, though we'll easily be able to bribe her. The feral dragons are part of the NSA trying (as always) to crudely muscle in on the CIA's turf.
>>
>>35158391
That little dragon next to you seems to be enticing the crowd of dragons with his breath. The smoke of orange and yellow seem to be weaving and dancing with each other in the sky. Show off, you’ll show him. You call forth the magik, it starts to flow into- no, it’s condensing into the crystal, building up. You try to rip it out like you are use to, but it seems to swirl around in the crystal. You are starting to panic, it’s not like some mistakes you’ve made where the energy keeps on being sucked in, but it’s still there… dancing in the crystal. You still feel like more energy than usually is taken though

AE[15/30]

For the first time, you notice your surroundings, everything is grey. The crystal is actually sucking up the COLOR…? No, it definitely is. The colors are being ripped away. The rainbow stones of the hills, the brilliance of Venvia, the dullness of the hundreds of dragons, and twin colors of the hatchling. The world is grey, and you are the single point of brilliance in this world. The feral dragons are captivated. Venvia is worryingly silent. The hatchling seems to notice its surroundings for the first time, looking away from the smoke it was casting, following the color being sucked into your crystal.

When all is grey and silent, you can feel the dance of energy stop. The energy bursts out of the crystal, and into your maws. You know what it is. Pure destruction. You point the only direction you can. Up. A beautiful torrent of light splits into the sky. Far greater than the Arcane Beam that was reflected upward last time. As it reaches into the skies, it pulls the color away from the surroundings.

ARE YOU FUCKING READY?

At the edge of the sands, forest elves run deep into the forest, gathering together, are preparing for the end of worlds. The color leaving their clear blue sky . Even further, a fierce battle between dwarves and humans is stopped. They stare as color is drained from the sky, as it races into the heavens. Both signs take this as a sign from their Gods, throwing themselves into the fight. At the edge of the world, Incar sailors dive into the water, swimming for the shore, as the great ocean above is drained of color, a single beam piercing the sky.

It is as if a thousands suns have suddenly appeared right next to you. As you unleash the last scraps of energy, the ray seems to finish reaching into the skies. A thin tendril left where the brilliance once was. Wow, you are quite amazing Zoka-
THE TENDRIL OF ENERGY EXPLODES INTO HUNDREDS OF RAINBOWS OF COLOR! You can see the shock wave throw clouds across the sky, and right above you, the tendril explodes, throwing up a fierce desert wind, sand flying everywhere. As the colorful tendril explodes, color is slung back into the world, as if a canvas is being painted.

There is silence. Hundreds of dragons have their unwavering eyes on you. Waiting for you. You know exactly what to say, “ BEHOLD THE MAJESTY OF ZOKARTH THE ETERNAL STORM! BASK IN MY GLORY IF YOU SO DESIRE! PERHAPS YOU SHALL GAIN A SPECK OF MY GREATNESS FOR YOURSELF!”

Your voice echos amongst the hills, filling them with sound. A beautiful choir to your magnificence. When the echos die of, the silence returns, all are still staring. Most have their jaws open, perhaps their puny minds cannot comprehend your beauty.

(2/6)
>>
>>35159561
we just left him political power
Are we gonna have a coup in the future wise one?
>>
>>35159594

Suddenly, the silence is broken, by a voice, which is rich as silk, it’s deeper than your own voice, “And I am Mazer The Endless Sands! I shall follow you, Lord Zokarth!” Dear gods, did that hatchling just speak? Why is its voice deeper than yours? What the hells?

But the silence is broken, the other dragons, with their small minds, latched on to the most important word, chanting it, “Zokarth! Zokarth! Zokarth! Zokarth!”

[+350 Dragon followers!]
[New God powers, yet to be determined]

The Thunder of dragons, (Yes, a group of dragons is called a Thunder, you are positive) swarms over you, they touch their heads to their feet, always chanting your name. They are showing that you are dominant. You are the leader of this Thunder. You can feel their energy flow over you. These dragons are strange, they lack any sort of true Magik in them, but their collective presence still fills you with Arcane Energy. You will have to read more into this. Mazer, freshly hatched, climbs onto your back, still chanting your name. Venvia stays close, the other dragons paying her respect as well. Her brilliance of crystals far greater than their drab colors.

(3/6)
>>
>>35159624
The chanting is broken by a single, lone hoard. On the crest of a hill, stands a score of warriors. They are Thall, their silver hair blowing in the wind. Their wear silk which is split down the middle. One half is black, the other is white. Adorned on their face are beautiful silver masks, they wield various silver weapons, which match the silvery armor on top of their clothes. A voice rings out, “DRAKES! We are the Vizzik! The Dragon hunters! For months we have waited for this moment, prepare to DIE!” A voice, diluted over the distance. The other “Vizziks” around the speaker let at a war cry, which is echoed around the hills. It can be deceiving, sound can bounce around this hi-

(4/6)
>>
>>35159602
You've got a bunch of puny humans, sorry, Thall who are used to everyone being their enemy. MAYBE there's some shared beliefs in that everyone hates dragons, but if A) Our origin in their old city comes up, B) They stop liking just how we do, or C) They just go back to their generally xenophobic ways, then yes, there will probably be a few plots on our life. We're ZOKARTH, THE ETERNAL STORM. We don't need that shit.

Around your new Thunder of dragons, endless waves of unmasked Thalls crest the hills, wielding spears and curved swords of silvery metal. Your Thunder panics, some take breath what fire they can, buying time for the others. They all lift off, high into the air. You go with them, Venvia sticking close, while Mazer holding onto your back for his life. There is chaos around you. Dragons race around in the sky. Sometimes, they swoop down, raking the Thall with fire, arrows soar up into the sky, striking many of the dragons. Thankfully, many of them just shrug off such mortal weapons . The dragons seem to have no order, simply doing what they please. The Thall have clusters of archers protected by pikemen. The Vizzik seem to be in between commanding the archers.

They are like prowling hunters, just waiting for a dragon to land. Many of the mortals perish to fire, but more seem to fill their space. As you raise up, you can see a sea of metal and silver hair, how could you not hear them approaching? Perhaps it was all the magik.

There are shouts, and roars, but you can only hear one thing in your head. It repeats again and again. A voice. A familiar one. The voice of Morgu Thall Vizzik

You let loose a roar. Unlike the roars of the normal dragons, yours can be heard across the battlefield. Your voice draws the attention of everyone. EVERYONE. One of the Vizziks picks you out as some form of leader, and starts to cast some form of spell. As the Thall works its magik, you climb the skies. Your dragons fall after you. Some rising faster than the others. You start to make a slow circle, far above the range of the Thall’s arrows, and possibly even their magik. Or so you thought.

The Vizzik you saw casting a spell leaps into the air, like an arrow from a bow, he shoots straight towards you. You’ve seen this before though. Your eyes narrow in anticipation. As the Vizzik soars towards you, a pair of dragons get in its way. With a swirl of speeding metal, and blood, the Vizzik soars past the dragons, leaving both healy wounded, they limp in the sky.

You are not as easy prey as these feral dragons. You are waiting. You can move in the sky, but this mortal cannot. When the Vizzik nears, you whip around in the sky, making a quick pivot. You can see the eyes on the Thall widden, time slowing. You can see that is is a She, and she is slowly moving her twin curved swords to hack at you. Faster than her swords though, is your tail. It collides with her in the air, and she plummets straight into the ground. She falls like a rock, her grip on her swords lost. One of the Vizziks uses some form of magik to take leap bounds, fast than any mortal ground beast. As he nears his fellow Vizzik, he leaps into the air, catching her. You can only assume he used some form of magik to slow their descent, for they both land peacefully on the ground. The savior looking up at you. You think it’s Morgu.
>>
>>35160949
You and your Thunder circle high above the Thall, safely out of range. It’s a critical moment. You could commit your forces, which you only acquired several moments ago, or you could safely retreat. You could of course unleash your new found magik, but who knows what that would do. You shall teach them true beauty.

What shall you do!

A vicious grin breaks your majestic face. These puny mortals shall know who you are. You are Zokarth The Eternal Storm! You call forth you magik, letting in rush into your chest. It dances around, you can start to see the color leave the air around you. You shall rain death upon these mortals. You are beauty. You are Zokarth. You are death. As the color starts to drain from the world, you aim at Morgu Thall Vizzik, you spit the word in your mind, who has retreated to the center of his army. The coward.

Something seems off though. Suddenly, everything is grey. Not just the area around you. Is ev er y th i n g g e tt in g slo w e r ? Wh a t i s g o ing on -

Not far from the Thall army, a well of shadow builds, floating above the ground. It suddenly explodes, painting the beautiful rainbow hills with shadows. A shock wave reaches up to you, throwing you around in the sky, your Prismatic Ray lashes out into the sky, thankfully hitting none of your dragons.

AE [20/30]
When you regain control and stop the fall you didn’t realize you where in, you can feel your blood leave your veins. There towering above everything else, is a single Planewalker. It roars, and every part of your body is telling you to run.

What shall you do?

I think I see the danger here. If we go below zero our energy may in fact encounter an overflow condition and wrap around to the maximum possible positive value, regardless of whether we can physically handle that amount.

5. Soylent Gold is Dragons.
6. Conspiracy Anon is actually a government plant throwing us off with his wild ramblings.

He's the one who made the Crystal in our chest, of course. I'm guessing he's higher up the hierarchy, and that the Planeswalkers are just here to make sure whoever has the crystal doesn't break everything.

We're not doing a good job of that.
>>
>>35163023
Morgu is now a follower of the dragon we freed.

The dragon we freed isn't the Destroyer of Worlds guy, but is still an enemy.

We're going to meet some elven doomsayers and make them worship us.

The dwarves will take one look at our magic evolving armor and say "Feh, we can do better"

The gem heart is an artifact that channels not just Arcane energies, but the very essence of matter, in the form of color. The power of the rainbow is the strongest and fiercest of all. Fear the rainbow storm.

>>
>>35163195
Not us, the crystal. My theory on the crystal was that certain races/factions, like the Planeswalkers (if they're truly feral) were becoming so powerful that the lesser races were in danger of being destroyed. Thus, things like the crystal were made to give 'lesser races' a chance. When the dragons, powered by these crystals, led an all-out war on the higher powers, these powers were driven away from their home.

Millions of years later, the remnants of these once-great magics are still around.

Well. It would seem that things have gotten out of hand. You sort of forgot this all happened because you met some tribesmen. How is Aryana doing? You chuckle at the thought of him having to make deals with the rhino riding tribe people. The load roar of the Planewalker below you snaps you out of your thoughts. The Thall seemed to be more panicked than your drakes. Of course, you can tell that your drakes would have already fled if you were not leading them. Your presence calms the drakes, enough so they continue to circle above the battlefield. While it remained calm in the skies, the same could not be said for the ground.

You don’t know if these Thall have encountered the Planewalkers before, but they seem to maintain some sort of order. The archers still remain in their clusters, the pikemen offering some sort of deterrent to the Planewalkers. Of course, when the Planewalker brought its massive foot down on one of these clusters, at least a hundred of the Thall were dead instantaneously. You think it is valid reason for many of them flee, as you observe from above. Still, many hold their ground, flights of arrows embedding themselves into the underside of the beast, thought it seem unfazed.

Suddenly, the Vizzik bound into action, they soar high above the ground landing on top of the Planewalker. Most of them achieve this amazing feat of aerobatics, though your sharp eyes can still pick out Morgu, with the other wounded Vizzik . They immediately set to work running their blades along the beast, cutting deep gashes into its flesh. A cry of pain comes from the Planewalker, and still the Vizziks danced along its back, drawing patterns in its hide.

You see the perfect time to strike. You call forth your Arcane Energy, throwing it into the crystal, you call out to Venvia, “Venvia! Lead the drakes to a safe distance, lead them back to the settlement if you must, and make sure you find Aryana and the warriors he commands!”

“Zokarth! You need me!”, She says, yelling across the circling ring of drakes.
“No! I need you to lead these drakes! You are the only one who knows the way back to the settlement. This is a battle, do not argue! Now go!”
You can see how agitated Venvia is from where you are, but she argues no more. She gives an angered roar, and dives towards where you left Aryana, the other drakes let out their roars, and follower after her.

As for you, you tuck in your wings you plummet towards the Planewalker. This is your moment, you are the lone dragon, you are-
“YEEEEEEAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA”
Where is that incredibly deep voice coming from? Oh right, Mazer, you sort of forgot about the dragon clutching onto your beautiful back. Oh well, what’s the worst that could happen? All you are doing is bringing an hour or so hold hatchling into battle, against a titanic beast.

As you draw near, you spin gracefully in the air, avoiding the slowly moving tale of the Planewalker, which is as long as a tree is tall. Have you even seen a tree before?
Anyways, there you are soaring through the eye, the crystal on your chest pulling in all the color around you, a small dragon hanging onto your back for dear life, looking beautiful as hell. Your wings explode from your back, slowing down you speed to a crawl. You land on the back of the beast. Its hide is tough, it reminds you of stone, your claws make a clacking noise as you position yourself. You have a perfect target. A row of Thall, all preoccupied by the giant beast they are standing on. Your Prismatic Ray is charged, the dance is the crystal has stopped, and you are ready to unleash death on these so called “Dragon Hunters”. You feel the energy building in your maw. It’s odd, you ray is charged, you about to unleash it, but color is still being drained. E v er y th i n g I s g r e e e e e e y. O h f u-

All vision around you explodes. It erupts into shadow and darkness. Painting the world with black. When you can make sense of what you are seeing, the world has been replaced. Above, a beautiful night sky has replaced everything, In the center, providing all light, is a glowing orb, a moon, or perhaps a planet. The landscape is purely rock, irregular, and jutting out of the ground. As you watch, parts of the ground are ripped out, a small cloud of earth (?) is slowly rising towards the glowing moon. You are still on the Planewalker, it is quickly lumbering through the terrain, making off in some unsure direction. The Vizzik have stopped moving, frozen in their actions, some heft swords, and their spears, posed to strike the beast below.

They are like shadows of themselves, or silhouettes. Pure black, their hair still silver, and their weapons still shine though. You even think Mazer is frozen, his damn deep voice absent in this world. You still have the perfect opportunity. The Vizzik are all frozen stock still, but you have no idea what would happen if you unleashed the Prismatic Ray.

What shall you do?

You decide it’s best to wait. The last time you used your magik without restraint you awoke the Planewalkers. The beast continues to lu m b er a nd t h e n y ou are back in the real world. Everything around you explodes, the blackness scatters revealing beautiful colors. You didn’t realize that you missed them so much after such a short time. Now that you think about it, how long were you in that place? It seemed like a short time, but you had nothing to gauge time. The moon held its place, and the Planewalker moved at a steady gait. Perhaps that was The Plane you were just in, hence the beasts are nam-

There are clashes of steel around you, What seems like men and dwarves are fighting to the death around you. The dwarves wield strange stick, which emit a loud sound and a flash. Humans on horses (not rhinos, thank the Gods) Charge the lines of dwarves in formations. The strange sticks the dwarves wield seem to be some sort of range weapon. Files of the short mortals used these weapons to sling metal at the charging humans. When the humans got close, groups of dwarves would rush out, trying to protect their ranged brethren. The dwarves used pikes and axes, while the humans used lance and long sword.

Of course, the battle you were witnessing came to a halt, as you bitching ride, the Planewalker, suddenly exploded into existence in the middle of the battlefield. In the silence, you notice that it is snowing. It is sanguine, blood mixing with the white fluff on the ground, while is floated peacefully down from above.
>>
>>35163459
Actually you know what...
why not let the vizzak and the planeswalkers kill each other? then sweep in to kill the victor?
we should just head back to our settlement and make sure it is protected
>>
>>35163861
The Thall on the Planewalker seem to be shocked into motion, many slump onto the ground, losing the grip on their weapons. You can hear Mazer let out a deep, but quiet groan from your back. The silence is suddenly broken by the primal roar of the Planewalker. The mortals below stare on, terrified.

It seemed that you, and technically the Planewalker, are the only ones unaffected by your gaunt in another dimension. World? Plane? Realm? While the dwarves and humans are failing to process what they are seeing. You seem to have the initiative.

What shall you do?

Why not? It makes perfect sense to kill it, and there's no fucking telling where we might go if we don't off it now. Killing it is the best option, as it has the potential to gain the most followers who we can then ask for directions.

You rear up on the back of the Planewalker, your voice carries over the red snow, you God-Like presence making you heard by all, “I AM ZOKARTH THE ETERNAL STORM! I am the most grand and beautiful creature you have ever seen! I come from my faraway desert land! I ride this beast, for though I may crush armies under its feet, it is nothing more than that to me. A beast! Perhaps you have seen to rays of light shoot up from the sky, that was I! Which way did they come from?”

One of the humans shots up at you, his armor is more decorated with feathers and emblems than the others. His voice tiny in comparison to your own, “Who do you thin-”
“SILENCE WORM! YOU SPEAK TO ZOKARTH! KNEEL FOUL MORTAL!” The deep voice of Mazer drowns out the human captain.

You can’t let Mazer call the shots around here, your own voice rings out, commanding and foreboding. Or so you think. That damn Mazer, why is his voice so deep?, “KNEEL!” You surprise yourself a little bit, when everyone, both the dwarves and the humans, kneel to your command. Your voice has something which Mazer’s. The voice of a saviour, one who must be listened to, “Now” You continue, “Where did the beam of light come from?”

The kneeling dwarves and humans all point in one direction, off the mountain, over an expansive forest. From the stars in the sky (When did it get dark?) you assume it’s south.

You are surprised the Planewalker hasn't stirred while you gave your speech. In fact, you forgot you forgot you are standing on the massive beast, the mortals below you little bigger than ants. Off to your side, the Vizzik stir though, grasping what weapons they can. In your chest, the crystal throbs, you have been holding in this energy for too long.

What shall you do?
>Kill something? What?
>Blow your load into the sky?
>Other
>>
>>35164805
oh those vizzik assholes! kill them. the beast is not even threatening us, but they will kill us if given a chance.
>>
Through the Vizzik, into the planeswalker.
Then turn 360 degrees and fly away.
>>
>>35164805
Kill the vizzik
>>
Hey im wondering now since its been awhile since youve said but how big is Zokarth now. Last time i think you said 6 feet but its been awhile since then
>>
>>35164892
haha! NICE!

also the planeswalker is suprisingly docile now, I wonder if we can get it to go back at our direction... or maybe use our magic to control its teleportation ability?

but wait, don't fly away! we will be passed out for DAYS without gold, and the hatchling needs to discover his affinity.
We should get assorted metals for him to test, and then get some gold for us too (a few chains will suffice, bling!) so we can make the trip back
>>
>>35164805
Try to murder the Vizziks without carving through the planeswalker. Although, I'd love to question our former companions at some point.
>>
>>35164805
I suspect our abscene will cause a commotion in our town, it might be days of flight to reach back...
but if we blast in the right angle, we could probably both kill our enemies AND send a shaft of light into the sky strong enough to be seen back from our home, thus indicating to them our current location
>>
>>35164805
at the Vizzik for daring to attack us, if that means hitting the Planeswalker(ie you wrote that already) than so be it.

avoid killing Morgu for now, his punishment shall be after he explains how we ended up in a cage.
>>
>>35165015
i don't think we can realistically interrogate him
or kill him with such precision while sparing the others.
>>
I'm back! So, it looks like kill stuff... and maybe fly away

2 for SHOWER ME IN RICHES

>>
>>36165136
1 unless we can figure out a way to turn the planeswalker around.
>>
>>35165202
this means they are still a threat to our village, especially if their appearance percipitates a crisis of faith (they come back and we don't, did they kill us?)

after killing those scrubs here and getting showered in riches, we should maybe shoot an arcane ray straight up into the sky to signal our location before flying home?
... or maybe its better to preserve our energy. if only we knew magic to teleport home, or to use wind magic to accelerate our flight there.
>>
>>35165243
Staying could possibly take a longer time than you expect, that's all I'm gonna say
>>
>>35165220
maybe we can just pilot it, push magic through and it try to control how it gets used? although this can also get us totally and completely lost

This seems to have gone far enough, now that you know where to go, you know longer need the Planewalker. You lift off from the back of the Beast. The crystal in your chest sends out dazzlingly rays of light. As you climb, your purple scales stand out amongst the white snow. You climb high, all eyes are on you, you utter simple words, your God-Like presence caring them over the snowy landscape, “I am Zokarth The Eternal Storm. I am lightning. I. Am. Death” . The Arcane Energy is already dancing in your maw. It bursts forward. Brilliant rays of light burning their way into the flesh of the Planewalker. The beast roars in pain, it’s cries start an avalanche high above. The ray of brilliance rakes the back of the Planewalker, the Vizzik are consumed by it.

You watch with glee as their aloft and militaristic demeanor breaks down as they realize what is happening. Some are dead instantly, other watch as those around them are slaughtered. One or two jump off the beast, casting their strange magik to slow their decent, but you doubt it was enough. Still, they land comically in piles of soft, white snow.

The beast slumps down, one of its four legs bending, trying to keep it from toppling over. You can see the mortals around you speechless. The human’s and dwarve’s eyes are bigger than they should be, their mouths hang open, but you are not done. A thin tendril of phorescent rainbow mist connects your maw to the gaping, and charred wound along the Planewalker’s spine.

Then small at first, an explosion of rainbow ignites from your maw, it paints the world around in brilliance, the white snow acting as a canvas. Painting the richest blues, greens, yellows, and all the colors in between across the white surface. The first explosion was small, but it sparked the next one, which grew in size, and then the next, and the next. The explosions caused a chain reaction down the thin tendril of rainbow, making its way towards the Planewalker.
>>
>>35165660
The entire world exploded in a brilliant supernova. Light greater than the sun could ever shine is erupts onto your vision, you are thrown into a nearby cliffside, the snow somewhat softening your landing. The brilliance that was once the Planewalker was too much. You cover your eyes, burying your head in the snow.

To the south, the Wood Elves watched awestruck as a miniature sun radiates from the north, every color that can be. Tired Incar sails reach the shore, after swimming from their boats, watching humbly as the Gods paint the Great Sea Above with their brilliance. Learik people stop their dances, the music dieing as the sky warps, a new sun taking its place, heralding coming times. Ragiki Thall Kraman stops his work at the forge, watching with awe at the new sun to the north. He was told it is the battle of Lord Zokarth and the beasts which destroyed Lotik. Truly, he is as a God.

You are Zokarth the Eternal Storm. The snowy valley that was once a battlefield is covered in fresh snow, avalanches from the massive shock waves shifting the landscape. You slowly take off, circling over the silent valley. A crater, larger than the size of the Planewalker, takes up much of the mountain. Oddly enough, it does not steam, or is charred in any way. From the peaceful snow, the surviving dwarves and humans pull themselves up. They stare awestruck at your beauty.

From your back, a deep voice booms out, “This is the might of Zokarth the Eternal Storm! Fear him! I am his humble servant Mazer the Endless Sands!” . This kid has a knack for trying to steal the spotlight, as always, you call out, your voice far superior than his, “I am Zokarth the Eternal Storm! Spread the word of my might, mortals!”

With that you fly off, south. To your followers, to Venvia, to home.

Thanks for reminding me

Old powers
[+Savior]
You radiate calm and reassurance to those around you. +1 command/+1 speech

[+Wrath] You strike with the fury of all those who follow you +1 to any attack.

[+Fury of a God] You can not be struck down like some mere mortal, the people you fight for call on you to continue fighting.
Roll against any attack that would put you at 0 hp can be rolled against, as Fury of a God

New powers
[+Apocalyptic]
Your powers are greater than any being ever seen by mortals, they can not comprehend it. Enemies are more likely to flee during battle

[+The Herald]
Your strange powers dazzle and amaze the entire world, what will it mean? You can more easily convert people, if they know you are the cause of such amazing sights

[+Drake Messiah]
You are far greater than any dragon seen in ages. Drakes will flock to you.
>>
>>35165792
Still, it would be awesome

This is all going to bite us in the ass if we cant control, let alone understand, the chest gem

>>35167014
It's roughly explained
Dragons are magik. They are imbued with "basic" knowledge when they hatch
>>

I mean it's weird in an entertaining way. Can't wait for Zokarth to open up an ampitheater to play orchestral music he should not know about.
