>rain is just the oceans way of telling you how much she misses you. You should visit soon.

In a prestigious school for young girls, the students have assumed complete control and are refusing to obey authority, disregarding their studies, and just generally having a hell of a time without learning their letters or whatever they're supposed to be doing.

You are the Loli Talker, aka Nee-chan, a specialist dealing in bringing unreasonable lolis to reason. Your objectives as stated in your contract are to "subdue the students and restore order without bringing harm upon or compromising the innocence of the girls," and you've just endured an ambush by the Choir, only barely managing to broke peace via sugary bribes. Not that you couldn't take on some little girls, it just wouldn't help you very much so you settled it peacefully!

Still, you were unable to retrieve from them the location of the Teaparty Party. Having already shut down the Sleepover Party they are your only remaining obstacle to complete the job. According to the advice from your baby sister, who by a stroke of luck happens to be a student at this school, your only remaining clue is to seek out the Chess Club. Of course you don't actually know where that is, but surely you've made enough friends that you could ask.
>>
>>35131418
So who should you turn to?

>Your sister. Last you saw her she was in the gym playing with the only member of the sports club not attending the sleepover. Though that was a while ago.
>Fiona, the girl who cooks with more enthusiasm than skill. She might still be in the kitchen.
>The gardeners, Lily & Melly, are probably still in the gardens. Though they weren't very helpful last time.
>Someone else?

If I call for dicerolls, I always mean d100 best of first three, even if I accidentally say something else because of my flighty mind. Crits and crit fails at 100 and 1 respectively.

Since I've completely fucked up my own pacing by running part 2 when I didn't have the stamina to actually finish the episode (still very sorry!), I've prepared some OPTIONAL BONUS CONTENT. There are 2 unrelated sets of these. They are completely optional and skippable, so when you unlock one I will let you guys choose whether or not you want to play it. Everything should be fine either way!

Didn't we send someone to her? The girl with the books.

Haha, beginning to wonder if maybe 24 hours notice was too short for such a niche audience. Oh well, I should at least be as patient as my players have been!

Yes, you encouraged the lonely bookworm to go hang out with her. She should be there as well.

I have episode 2 in the sort-of-planning-not-exactly-sure-how-I-want-to-run-this-idea phase. Naturally, I intend to tease it a lot in this thread. There's room for more after that, but I'll decide at the time if I've run the idea too thin.

Looks like the votes are drawing us back to the kitchen.

Alright, cooking time!

Fiona, the girl with a lot of enthusiasm in the kitchen who may or may not have poisoned you slightly. You're really not sure anymore. You encouraged the lonesome bookworm to go see her due to their shared interest in the culinary arts. Who knows, together they may actually manage to pull off a basic meal. Time to see if they're getting along!

You carefully make your way through the labyrinthine corridors of the upstairs floor, slightly paranoid of further ambushes. Fortunately, no more vengeful choir girls are waiting for you. Arriving back to the main hall you can already hear loud banging coming from the direction you now know to be the kitchen. Uh oh?

The kitchen is a terrible mess. Despite being easily large enough to feed an entire school the two of them have managed to fill just about every spot with... more ice cream and from their frantic running about they're apparently not satisfied with the quantity just yet. How could they possibly have made all of this so fast? Spotting you in the entrance, Fiona promptly picks up a bowl, not very dissimilar from the one she previously served you from what you can tell, and rushes over to you.

"Ahh, you have already come back for more? You won't regret it Miss, with the help of Rita here we have made the recipe much better! Would you like some?"

>Let her down. You can still feel an odd tingling from the last sample and you're really just here for directions
>Well... It is ice cream. And it couldn't be worse could it?

Thinking rationally, you should really tell the two to start cleaning this up. That's essentially your job heere, making them be good little girls and making a mess like this certainly doesn't fall into that category. And she didn't even do a good job at the ice cream last time! Why would you even want to try it again? That's ridiculous! You're strictly professional, aren't you?

Nah, time for ice cream!

"Sure, I'd love to try some more!" Oh. Was that your voice? You don't usually sound so... cheerful? You'll have to control yourself a bit more. As Fiona guides you over to a not-really-empty table the other girl, Rita apparently, also creeps over watching you closely. Seems she's just as eager to see what you think of it. Did they even try it themselves? Oh well, here goes!

As you draw a spoonful closer to your mouth you instinctively freeze for a second, bracing yourself. But there's not turning back now. You smile to yourself. Death by ice cream, not the worst way to go. You close your eyes Here goes...

Nothing happens. You're not dead. You're not vomiting. The spoon is still in your mouth. There's a taste of... vanilla? Creamy texture. It's cold, but not so much that it hurts. Hey, that's actually what it's supposed to taste like! It's not amazing, a little bland and slightly watery but it's definitely ice cream now. And you're still hungry!

"Well, do you like it, Miss?"

There's no time to answer. The closest to food you've had since you woke, you need to put more of this in your belly. Rita looks over to Fiona and they each nod in turn, heading back to their posts. As you take down absolutely unhealthy amounts of the sugary meal you watch the two at work. They're exceptionally well coordinated considering they just started working together.
>>
>>35132595
About a minute later, you're finally sated. There's still more in the bowl but you definitely made your mark. Having calmed your raging sugarlust you're finally able to ask the question you came for and wave Fiona over to you.

"That was wonderful, but I really need to find the chess club. Do you know where it is?"

She beams at the compliment. "Of course, it's just down the hall. Uhm, 3rd door on the right! Would you like to take the rest of this with you?"

You couldn't possibly eat anymore. But maybe you could give it to someone? A half eaten bowl of ice cream isn't the most flattering gift, but it's something isn't it?

Ha~, for once you don't have to walk all over the place to get where you want. The gym is just on the opposite side of the main hall. You take the bowl and a clean spoon and shout a thanks and encouragement to keep at it to the two and make your way. Unforunately, you find the gym to be completely empty. Seems they got tired of playing? It has been a while after all. Oh well, you can just give it to whoever is in the chess club, then. As you turn back into the main hall however, someone calls out to you from above.

It's the hyena with the 'camera'. She's rushing down the stairs waving her arms wildly to catch your attention. "Miss Nee-chan! Miss Nee-chan!" As you lock eyes with her she freezes momentarily, an expression of fear briefly passing over her face. She closes her eyes, swallows down, and approaches you.

"Excuse me, Miss Nee-chan. Uhm, I was wondering if maybe... maybe I could interview you? Because I want to be a reporter and reporters do that and you're the most important person here!"

[Bonus Content 01 "The interview" unlocked!]

I've intentionally left the protagonist of this quest somewhat vague but given that the quest is so short my hints at her background and personality probably haven't managed to make much of an impact. So this is a chance for you to learn more about Nee-chan, if you want. Or we can just go back to cute girls doing cute things and leave her 'mystique' intact. Your choice!

[Bonus Content 01 "The Interview"]

[Begin]

You are Annie Watts, and today is the most exciting day you've ever had at this school. Everyone was running around having fun, throwing parties, and just doing whatever they like! And then this girl showed up and she's just so cool! When you saw her you teased her but she caught you and as punishment she tickled you so hard you could barely speak when she was done. The teachers only do boring stuff like making you sit in a corner!

The girl, everybody just calls her Nee-chan, has agreed to let you interview her. This is going to be your first! You sure hope she'll be gentle...

Now, you read that it's VERY important to think carefully about what questions to ask. If you ask stupid questions or questions they obviously want to keep secret sometimes they will get angry and walk away! And the ones you interview usually don't have a lot of time so you should make sure the questions you ask are good!

So what should you ask her?

>I trust you guys to come up with questions on your own! Anything goes as long as I can translate it into something Annie might actually ask. You may not get all of your questions answered, but please ask away anyway!
>>
>>35133245
>"How did you become so good at dealing with little girls ?"
>>
>>35133245
>"What were you like when you were in school ?"

Hard to tell, we can't really ask about Loli-Talker stuff since Annie doesn't know about why we are here exactly.
>>
>>35133339
Feel free to ask anything. I will try my best to translate it into something she actually would ask. And if I can't then you're still not anyworse off! The more you ask the more I have to work with.

And if I can't get to something, I probably already have plans to reveal some more in the second set of bonus content.
>>
>>35133245

Ahhh, did I just bite off more than I can chew? I'll do my best to answer as many of these questions as I can. Might take me a little longer than usual, please be patient!
>>
>>35133539
Feel free to just pick the most fun/interesting ones, I don't think we want to spend ALL night on this, or have 3 word answers.
>>
>>35133245
Okay! Just start with some easy questions that lead to the important ones, right?

"Uhm, you're Nina's sister right? She says doing this is actually your job! You just go in, make everything right and leave! Is that true?"

The girl nods, her face unmoving. "Basically."

Wow! That was a short answer. Maybe you need to change the way you ask. "But uhm, I've never heard of anyone with a job like this! So uhm, how did you get a job like that? How did you learn?"

She thinks for a while. That's good, right, that means it was a good question! "I met someone who does it. She... she helped me out of a tough spot, so I helped her back. It turned out I was good at it so we've been helping each other out since. That's more or less it."

Ahhh, she's still not telling you much. Maybe it's because she doesn't want to talk about that? Still, one more won't hurt, probably. "Do you like your job?"

She smiles! Finally her face actually moved! "I love it."

She seems happier now, so you can probably ask more about it! "Uhm, do you make any friends doing this? Does it get hard to have to leave them?"

1/2
>>
>>35133763
She looks away. Did you make her uncomfortable. "Yeah. To both questions." She locks eyes with you. It feels as if she's staring right into your mind! "But you have to remember that having someone for even a day is better than to never have had them at all. So it's better to have to say good bye than not having anyone to say good bye to at all." She releases your mind again.

Wow! That was kinda scary! But it makes sense, sort of. Maybe you shouldn't ask more about this. Maybe you should ask about her childhood? "What were you like in school?"

She seems to like that question, looking into the air and smiling to herself. "I guess I was a troublemaker. Just like you, little hyena."

Okay, a troublemaker! That's something to write about! How about family? You know her sister, but how does she love her parents? "Uhm, how about family? Do you see your family a lot?"

She lets out a sigh, frowning slightly. "Just my sister, you know her. I ran away from home and I haven't been back since."

"Why?" You just blurted that out. Stupid, she doesn't want to say that!

"Didn't get along. We're done now."

Oh, that wasn't the right question at all, now she's leaving! But at least you got some answers, right? And she didn't punish you again!

[End of bonus content 01]

Sorry if you didn't get your question answered, but we do have to get back to the quest, right?

Maybe you were a little rough back there. Fortunately you have a disposable solution in your hand. You turn around and kneel down to hand her the bowl.

"You want something to report? Report this. There's more of it, Fiona and Rita are in the kitchen pumping out ice cream as if there was no tomorrow! So why don't you run and tell everyone about that?" There! You gave her ice cream AND a story! What more could she want?

The hyena takes a spoonful and her face lights up again, as bright as the first time you saw her. "This is yummy! Okay, I'll make sure to tell everyone, bye Miss Nee-chan!"

She really shouldn't be running with a spoon in her mouth... But it's not scissors, so there's no rule against it. Not your problem! Finally you can make your way to the chess club and hopefully be done with this job soon!

The chess club appears to reside in an otherwise ordinary classroom. As you've almost come to expect, the room is almost empty. Only a solitary girl remains, apparently occupying herself with the oversized chess board in the back. The pieces are almost as large as her! Seeing you enter, she jumps to her feet.

"Aha! Finally a challenger has come! Do you think you can best the grandmaster herself?"

It sounds like she wants to play chess with you?

Right... the little guys are pawns, they can only move one tile except on their first move and... urgh, head hurts! Probably the ice cream, delayed brainfreeze? Yeah that must be it. It has nothing to do with this!

You make your move, moving the pawn in front of your queen forward. That means you can use her, right? Oh wait, no she doesn't even move like that! It's too late though, you've already made your move.

She considers your move carefully. Maybe you really are out of your league here. After what feels like an eternity she finally looks ready to make her move. She grabs the corners of the board with both hands... And flips it!

"Ahahaha, I win again! I am the greatest!"

You're pretty sure that's not actually allowed.

Aww hell no, you're not taking that. She didn't beat you! "Ahaha, you celebrate too soon, little one!"

In her confusion she lets out a single "Wuh?"

"You have walked right into my trap! Behold, my secret unbeatable move!" You carefully pick up the few pieces still left on the table, placing them between your fingers. Extra ticklers! You pounce, bringing her with you to the floor. Grabbing hold of her you flip unto her belly, sitting yourself down on her back as she protests loudly.

You go for the feet first this time. Your idea with the chess pieces was... not that great. Extra ticklers or not, moving your fingers is a lot more difficult this way. Clearly you are meant to work with the gifts given to you by nature. You quickly discard the unnecessary tickling aids and get back to your work.

"Ready to give up, oh grandmaster~?" You can't help but taunt her a little.

You're not even nearly as rough as you could be and still she's struggling to speak. "This is... cheating! Cheater!"

"There's no rule against this. So it's not cheating!" You pick up the pace to show her that you've only just begun. "So do you give up or do we need to do play this game to the bitter end?"
>>
>>35135020
Pausing the treatment for just a moment to give her the chance to speak, she finally speaks. "No! I can't lose! Please, anything you want, just don't tell anyone I lost!"

And that's all it took! "Tell me how to find the Teaparty and we've got a deal"

"Okay! Okay, I'll tell you!" You release her. "It's in the attic! There's a leader near the stairs leading there."

Huh. That makes sense, one party in the basement, one in the attic. Not very creative, but there it is.

"Seriously though kiddo, this isn't really how chess is meant to go. Maybe you should try playing by the rules.

Staring at her feet, her voice has been reduces to almost an whisper. "I know. Nobody wants to play with me anymore. I promise I'll do it right from now on. Okay? Just don't tickle me again!"

Poor kid. Seems there a lot of girls here having trouble getting along. But you probably helped out a bit. Halfway out of the door, you see the entire Sleepover Party down the hallway charging into the kitchen. Right!

"Hey, you should head down to the kitchen. They've made tons of ice cream, looks like everyone is going there. I'll just go tell the girls at the Teaparty too so you can meet them there, alright?"

She blinks. "You're going up there? Really? Uhhh, you sure? Well..." She runs past you, head to the kitchen. "Good luck, then!"
Well that was weird. But she's a pretty weird kid. Looking around upstairs, the ladder is REALLY obvious. You're not sure how you didn't even notice that until now. Climbing the ladder, a girl's voice greets you from behind.

"Hello. Are you here for the Teaparty?"

That's... odd. She smiles at you, but her eyes seem, well, just wrong? And her voice is so monotonous.

"I can show you to the Mistress."

This is so weird. Mistress? Who even uses that word? And why does she talk like that? Still, you have to keep going and do your job. You nod at the girl and she gets up starts walking off. Damn, even the way she walks is weird. What is going on here?

Less than a minute of walking and she has guided you to a large open room in the attic. In the ceiling above light shines through the windows. Around the room, girls in fancy dresses sit by small tables with little pink tea sets on them. They're just staring at each other though, not saying a word. At the end of the room, a girl in a dark dress sits alone staring right at you.

Wait. You remember, something Andrea once told you about. The way these girls behave, almost mindless, and that girl they call their mistress. You've never encountered any yourself. Could she really be a...?

"The Mistress is waiting for you."

Man we got a job to do. Business man, business. You don't mix your business with your pleasure, that leads to bad places.
>>
>>35135669
You're being silly. Just keep going. It's nothing. You're just imagining it. Ju-ust your imagination. The girl, apparently a servant of some sort, leads you straight through the room. As you pass the other girls, they each slowly turn their heads to follow you, making the short walk feel like an eternity. You're starting to sweat.

The girl in black greets you politely. "Nee-chan, yes? It's such a pleasure to finally meet you after all I've heard. I was beginning to wonder if you would ever arrive at our little... party. But you've finally come to join us."

The rest of the party simultaneously gets out of their seats and start walking towards the both of you. This is bad, so bad. What are you even supposed to do about this? Argh, you should've paid more attention to the stories. Your eyes lock with hers. They seem so... fluid. Hypnotic, almost. Oh. That wasn't what you were supposed to do, was it?

"Haven't you?"

She laughs.

They all laugh. Wait what?

"I can't believe you fell for that! Haha, you really thought I was a vampire, didn't you?"

You... you did fall for it. How could you fall for something like this, there's clearly light shining into the room. Vampires can't go in the light!

Finally calming down from laughing at your misfortune, the girl in black smiles and pats you on the arm. "I'm sorry if we scared you, Nee-chan! It was just too much fun. You understand, right?"

Yeah. You understand. Actually you kinda wish you'd have come up with this prank while you were still in school.

"Nee-chan? You're not mad are you? It was just a little prank!"

It was definitely fun for me!
>>
>>35136444
Not all vampires are hurt by sunlight, maybe Nee-san only ever read Dracula
>>
>>35136533
In the original Dracula, the man was just fine walking around during the day, but lost his powers when doing so and still had to follow the bans (presumably, he never tried going into houses during the day if memory serves).

The whole sunlight kills vampires thing was introduced by a movie. It ended with the vampire burning up when he "greeted the dawn" as it were. The concept stuck, but originally sunlight was only a *major* inconvenience for the vampire.
>>
>>35136594
That was exactly what I said, yes.
>>
>>35136275
Finally calming your heart, you can't help but laugh. They really did put up quite a performance just for you, and at the end of they day nobody got hurt. Well, maybe your dignity a little but when have you cared about that? The worry that had weighed down the atmosphere and the entire room erupts into laughter again. It's just good fun, right? Nothing to get upset about.

The girl in black speaks again. "I'm Mina, by the way. Thanks for being such good fun, Nee-chan!" She leaps into your arms and hugs tight. "We all had a great time! And I promise we'll be good from now on. That's what you want, right?"

You hug her back. "Yeah, it is. I had fun too, sort of." You try to get her off you, but she doesn't seem very interested in that. In the end however, you're stronger and she's forced to release you. God, it's always like this at the end of the day. They just won't let you leave. But you have a surprise for them too! Looking out over the flock gathered about you, you can't help but smile at their adoring faces. What did you ever do to deserve this?

"You should join the rest of the girls down in the kitchen. There's more ice cream than you could ever eat." You didn't even have to finish the sentence. You're left alone now. Well, that's a job done then. And just on cue, your phone rings. It's Andrea.

>Answer?
>She can wait.
>>
>>35136533

>>
>>35136764
Well, you certainly have time now. Might as well answer. You give her your usual "Yea?"

Andrea answers in a cheerful tone as always. "Heeeey, you just got a new job offer. This one is specifically for YOU only. Really high pay, probably dangerous, definitely not legal. Some boy, an 'eccentric millionaire', you know the type. You interested?"

Well doesn't that just sound wonderful. "Let me look it over, okay? I'm just finishing up here, so meet at your place in... 4 hours? Alright, I gotta get back to it, see ya then"

You don't give her a chance to answer. She doesn't argue with you anyway. You need to finish up here and then let the client know the job is done so they can transfer the pay. And now that all the girls are distracted is the perfect time to make your exit painlessly. The halls manage to seem even emptier on your way out, even though they were empty to begin with. Probably just your emotions messing with you again. It doesn't matter, you're out and nobody saw you.

She looks away, more than you could manage. She was always stronger than you, she just mistakes your cowardice for strength. She'll be strong again, but for now she only whimpers. "O-okay, Nee-chan... If you're sure, I'll trust Nee-chan."

Oh god, you can't leave her with just that. "Fine, I'll take you."

"HUH?" Her head snaps to face you, an expression of utter confusion.

"I'm taking you into town for some REAL ice cream. But only if you promise to do your best and make me proud, okay?"

She nods excitedly, the tears on her face whipping through the air. A suitable compromise. "Okay, Nee-chan!"

You take a moment to wipe the tears from her face. And yours.

[Begin]

The trader's late again. Why is he always late? It's probably because he knows you don't have anyone else to turn to for these things. These kinds of things, most people would just laugh at you for asking. But this guy, he understands. But that doesn't mean he couldn't treat you with a little more respect!

Your partner has just landed a big job, but dangerous. And you're not allowed to tag along. You've got some savings so you want to get her some new gear to help out as much as you can. Well technically she hasn't accepted it, but you know she will even if you told her not to. You both need the money and she always does what needs to be done even if it hurts.

"Sorry to keep you waiting, pretty. Traffic, you know how it is."

The trader is a creep by any measure, trench coat, shades, the whole deal. You have to put up with it, just for now. There's nobody else in the business you remind yourself.

"I've brought some great stuff for you to make up for the wait, just you wait girly. Three very special items! One offensive, one defensive, and one just good old utility. Which would you like to see first?"

"Show me the defensive one first."

"Yes, ma'am! Feast your eyes upon this most powerful of tools!" The trader reaches into one of his many coat pockets, and present to you... a pair of contacts? That's it?

"Ah, you are not impressed? I should explain! These are the famous Anti-Puppy lenses! It took scientists years of research to pinpoint the exact glimmer that makes those puppy eyes so devastating, but they succeeded, and now they have produces these! These special lenses effectively filters out the glimmer and nothing else, effectively rendering the wearer immune to puppy eyes! Or at least helping her resist them... A powerful tool, wouldn't you agree?"

You do agree. But you shouldn't show him that just yet. SHe taught you that.

"They also come in a wide variety of colors, though if you will permit me to say so you certainly don't need that. Your eyes are lovely just as they are!"

"Could you show me the offensive one?" That's really more of her style after all. You know that.

"Certainly! This I'm sure you'll love!" From a pocket on his left sleeve he produces a small pair of gloves, each with a pink bow. Cute. But what's special about them?

"These are more than just gloves, as I'm sure you can imagine. Enhanced with extremely sophisticated nanotechnology that I honestly don't understand at all, these gloves allow the wearer to hold on to just about anything or anyone, no matter how hard they may try to escape. Perfect for a grapple, or even for climbing walls and I'm sure a plethora of other uses you may come up with!"

Well... That's certainly something she would know how to make use of.

"On top of that, they're quite cute don't you think? I guarantee they would look wonderful on your delicate hands, my pretty!"

"The last one, then? The utility item?" You merely nod. You're sure you're putting up a fine act.

The trader produces a small leather bag and... what is that light. So many colors, so pretty. You can't stop staring. And then as suddenly as it appeared, the light disappears and you find yourself now only a few steps from the trader, his arm held out with a clenched fist.

"Haha, you're impressed I see! You should be!" He opens his hand just a little bit and the light comes pouring out again.

"These unique marbles do not merely reflect or refract light, they project it! Flowing, colorful and mesmerizing patterns that only the strong of will can take their eyes off. Anyone else is sure to pursue the little balls with a burning desire. Perfect for providing a distraction! And they come in sets of five in this safe little bag!"

"So what do you think? I'm sure I can expect you to purchase all three, right?"

Argh, thanks to that tardy trader you're already late! You were supposed to meet her at your place. She has a key so she'll probably be waiting inside. You have to catch three different buses to get there and knowing your luck each of them will be late too! Argh!

You finally make it back to your apartment. As expected the door is unlocked, and... oh. She fell asleep on your couch. Guess today's job really beat her up, the sun hasn't even gone down yet! Well, you can show her tomorrow, you're not in a hurry after all. Lying there in her 'work clothes' she's just too damn cute. You can't help but sit down next to her and brush your hand over her hair.

You idly wonder if she knows. She always did read you like an open book. But if she does know, does that mean she doesn't want you to say it? Or maybe she's just waiting for you to be ready? Argh, this shouldn't be getting to your head so much! Maybe you should just tell her? When she wakes up maybe? But what if she doesn't feel the same way? Would you still be friends? What kind of job is that anyway? It's so stupid! You're supposed to be helping people but now she gets to risk her life just because some stupid rich kid is willing to pay for it. But what choice does she have? You'll need the money soon, before... before it's too late.

You'll tell her.

I'll make sure to keep you updated via my twitter!

For now, I hope you will look forward to Loli Talker Quest Episode 2 "Lolis on a Boat!"

Oh, and criticism is still very welcome. Seriously, I'll read it and everything. I want to get better.

oh you had better do episode 2, and mabie a 3 now that you teased such delicious plot hooks in front of our nose.

Current interest is sufficient. Episode 2 will happen. I just need to make it work and find time to run and try to improve my writing and... yeah. It'll happen! Soonish! I'll warn you in good time.

Oooooh.

Hmmm, alright, well I enjoyed this thread more than the previous two and part of it was definitely breaking the pattern, so to speak, with the bonus content. My main issue with the quest so far is that it was all very rote and predictable: come upon loli X with one personality trait (shy, mischievious, serious, etc) and one hobby, engage in hobby-related activity, find way to outsmart or outgun (so to speak) loli. Or just get help without beating them at anything. I'd say either going more ridiculous, full Mission:Impossible or the like, or less ridiculous, with more character-focused storytelling and interpersonal conflicts, would both be more engaging and interesting. That said, this thread was already an improvement on the above issue so you can also try other things to vary things up.

You seem quite good at pathos and just emotional stuff in general, so maybe include that more. It's not very useful advice since this is a silly, fun-type quest, not exactly the best place for pathos, but it's the best I got.

Personally, I think going either way would detract from the premise and ultimately make things less iteresting.

I can definitely recognize that. Going in I had intended to fit the entire episode into one thread but I apparently had no idea how slowly I move. My scenario was simply not set up in a way that allowed a great deal of freedom without throwing out all of my material. Basically I was worried about going too sandboxy and I ended much farther on the other end of the spectrum than I intended. In the future I definitely want to try to work in much looser terms and be more willing to let go of my notes.

I enjoyed the bonus stuff a lot exactly because it was a nice escape from the pattern I had unintentionally locked myself into. I'll have to make sure not to restrict myself in such a way again.

Honestly I was barely paying attention to some parts of thread 2 because things got so repetitive. The premise is frankly kinda thin, and not deviating at least a little from it is a recipe to quickly running out of anything entertaining. I thought this thread was a nice step forward though.

Thanks for the thread, nice first arc. The last couple updates felt especially nice.

Thats odd, I didn't find it repetitive in the least.

I like this premise. We solve cute problems by doing cute things with lolis. Course, this also means potentially dealing with vampire lolis and the like. Vampires are a problem, they predators yo. We hardcore "all-beef" humans are like capri-sun pacs full of need man. Course, given their innocence, maybe we make that work for us.

All fun and games, I like that, but vampires man, mere mention of those has me wishing we have a black key or an established weakness up our sleeve at least. Vamps are things you don't take a chance with...

Though, dealing with one can be cute. Maybe she just wants some blood and to be told there is nothing wrong with that. Vampirism has a potential for moe, though it is a rather macabre form of it. Good thing the macabre is a kind of fetish for me...

Yeah? So possibly the girl is involved in some serious supernatural shit without her knowing. Think that don't make her blood more appetizing? Perversion is universal and said supernatural shit won't do her any favors in that department.

Demigod? Virgin? Messiah? Half-Breed? What have you in this, could spell Potato Chips to a vampire. Can't eat just one ya hear? Ya really don't want to be blood candy savvy?

I love that image. In a perfect world papa or mama or other guardian remembers to pack her Capri Sun with Special Flavor from home. You can't really blame a child for getting cranky when they forget it and she can't trade with any of her friends because they only have regular juice!

That's just asking for a tantrum. Stuff is definitely getting thrown, especially stuff most girls age couldn't even lift.
