That's why cuckolds exist, they enjoy being NTR'd, there's such a breed in women as well. They get turned on from seeing their husband fuck another woman, although usually such a breed has it in more of a masochistic fashion, making it more demeaning towards themselves, empowering the other woman and the husband.

However, the harem mechanics can vary wildly. It can simply be a three-way relationship, all three of the partners (or more) loving each other. NTR is essentially where someone is stolen from the relationship, for example, we get in a relationship with the queen, and then Valna comes, seduces us, and convinces Shin to fuck her, and marry her instead, while completely cutting off relations with the Queen. That would be NTR.

In this case, Shin would most likely "waifu" one woman, lets say the Queen, now after awhile in the relationship, lets say, again, Valna takes Shin's eye. The best course of action to find out if "harem" would be possible, would be to talk with the Queen, slowly easing her into the idea through heavy amounts of talking, most likely it will come out with direct resistance at first, but slowly she may come around.

Then will come the experimentation, a date with Valna perhaps, not directly into the fucking, maybe at most a kiss. This would be the pivot, if the Queen decides she likes it, harem with her would be possible. If she doesn't then, well, it wouldn't.

There would still be a problem in this scenario with Valna, however, so there is that to consider too. But you can understand the difference, right?
