Fatso introduces himself as Henry Huge, er, Hughes and it looks like he's joining up with everyone, he's convinced that he can be a hero of some sort.

You make nice and don't call him a dumbass, a handshake, a “Good to have you.” and you're off to your room with the two following after.

Echo falls onto your bed and stretches, switching her legs into some kind of French Modeling pose. With a glance at her, you reach for the wand that's tucked away under the bed.

The woods are a bit brighter than chicago's sky, giving you some clue of their actual location. Likely back out west and in the north away from the coast.

Reminder that while we might not want to do it now, spending time with Hydra would be worthwhile. Currently, her lack of a normal soul means that making her hang around us could result in her turning into our Familiar, like how Solace the cat is with Dorothy.

It would give her magic related to what she is (natural healer) combined with what we do (sum+alch+pyro), resulting in her being an effective lab assistant. “FAUST!” The angel screams, her body turning blood-red, and a bright burning aura haloing her uneven horns, “You stupid son of a bitch, how DARE you strike me!” With a wave of her hand, you get a sinking feeling in your gut and nigh shit yourself as you glance over into the astral, trembling with the wand in hand.

A literal pillar of flames is set to explode around you, to char your very bones.

“Die!” She screams, as she brings her habd down, hellfire exploding around you as you hastily cast yourself out.

Fire molds around your body, incinerating you down through your organs. Inhaling fire, you die...


With a blink, you see everything from a different angle. Emilia's despair, the pillar of flames towering in the woods. That was just you. Emilia screams in despair and rushes out at the fallen angel, her body freezing over and crimson blades flying from her fist as subsonic shards.

The angel steps forward only to be hit by the infused shards, staggering a bit to get smashed in the face by an enraged Emilia.
