It won’t hurt to go to the beach for a little while right? It is a pretty relaxing place and some of your friends are there...even if you haven’t spoken to them in a while.

And so with that guilty thought in your head, you head off towards the beach to see your old delinquent pals. The friends you made mischief with for about two years of your high school career.

Arriving at the beach you take in the fresh salt water air, it is pretty warm even for the morning too. Today looks like a great day for swimming...and you’re going to spend it in the air conditioned school listening to whatshisface rant about the decline of Japan’s youth during math class. You sigh and see a couple of huddled figures hanging out right next to the docks, smoking cigarettes and talking.

You hop the short concrete barrier and head towards your old friends wondering how they’re going to react to you showing suddenly showing up after two weeks of nothing.

You haven't seen Mio and Keiko recently, so you ultimately decide on your easy and foolproof plan...you walk over to Mio, grinning at her.
"What's with the stupid look on your face?" she asks as she gets her lunchbox out
"Wait here. I've got an idea." you say and rush out of the class before Mio objects to anything.
A few minutes later, you carry Keiko fire fighter style into the classroom, laughing.
"Wakana! Put me down now! I have work to do!" Keiko yells as you stride over to Mio's desk.

After a while of eating, you finally remembered your helper assignment thing.

Keiko swallows the last of your lunch and puts on a thoughtful face. "Oh right. Where do you want to go today?"

You think about it while staring at the grain of rice sticking to Keiko's face...that's absolutely adorable....
