No he became docile when he realized he couldn't get to a large population center because they don't live on a big island or near a city like Honolulu.

Since he literally can't swim/has a phobia of water he was stranded so his programming was overwritten and he calmed down over time.

I'd remove the armor save, and lower the invulnerable to 4++, but then give FNP and maybe IWND. (does he have a healing factor?)

As far as covenant goes, their energy weapons just arent focussed enough to do more than stun him. Needlers, though. Pretty much the only situation in which not having armor plate is a negative for him.

I have seen characters that would be able to take him, but thats elder vampires and werewolves, and some few mages. Containing him would be relatively easy, and Tzimisce couldnt just glom him due to his immunity to all diseases.
