No one else except for me and her squad went to find her..."

I also assume you noticed that many of your chapter's forces consist of scouts and temporary sergeants, like yourself. All that was left in the aftermath of the war was your first and fifth company..."

Emily stands up and brushes the dirt off her power armor before looking at you.

"Well, now you know about our order's history with you... Please, I know that many of the marines distrust us now, but know that we are still loyal to the Emperor and to the Imperium. Keep that in mind, please..."

We basically have to take whatever punishment Balzer gives us.

We definitely ignored our orders and killed the monster, but the monster had already killed all the cultists and most of our forces.

In fact, had we just fucking waited a bit like we were planning to, the monster probably would have buttfucked the traitors before we fired a shot and our forces could have escaped without casualties.

He smirks and looks right at you again.

It's Sarge and it looks like he's gone through some surgery. His arms have been replaced by robotic arms and it seems that he's still recovering from his procedure. He gets out of bed, almost knocking over a lantern as he does.

"Wow, still getting used to these things."

You hear Emily in the back sigh a little before going back into silent prayer.

"Ah, you know you love me when I'm here."

"I just hope that you'll be healed in time for our assault on the enemy capital. I don't want to hear that you killed yourself because you flailed your arms around and accidentally shot yourself."
