SO here you are, in front of the door to Michiko's house to hang out. Why are you going to hang out again with shorty? Right because she called you and convinced you somehow, maybe not doing anything for a good chunk of the day. In a way you're thankful because it has been two days since you got assigned to serve Meiya and she is the rich person sort of special. You didn't now what fue grass was until yesterday and with all the shopping you've been doing all day long you have barely have had time for yourself. Despite constantly skipping work your boss, despite being angry with you for that gave you this day off and Aomi will be taking care of Meiya for the day while you get some rest.

And so here you are with your dark pink skirt and and a black shirt with embroidered skulls debating whether you should actually go in. It doesn't matter because before you can think of anything the familiar short, orange-haired girl opens the door with a grin, "I got tired of watching you decide whether you wanted to come in or not." Michiko says and she opens the door wide for you. "By the way, my dad found out you were coming so he wants to meet you before you leave."

Your face sours, "Yeah, I guess."

"Please do, he's been bugging me a while. Oh and as to the reason why, he thinks you and Aomi are illegal immigrants, I had to tell him that so that he wouldn't take you to a hospital and to keep quiet because...well, you know your body is different."

As you walk in you notice the distinct smell of rubbing alcohol and clinking sound behind a closed door with a nameplate that says, "Office of Dr. Kurosawa" and you:

[]Go ahead and meet her old man
[]Just go upstairs and watch movies or something.
[]Peek in to tell him that you're going to come later.

You open the door to see a man with wild, graying hair working on paperwork, maybe he just had another person come in. "Yes yes, you can come in." He says without looking at the door or at you, "Welcome to the Kurosawa Clinic, how can I help you?" He says in a monotone. He then looks up and freezes. You wave nervously and he immediately perks up, stands from his chair and walks up to you.

"Uh hey, Michiko said you wanted to meet me." Yeah nothing to be nervous about, it's not as if he's staring.

He sighs in relief, "I thought you were a goner when your employer sent specialized medical care, you're lucky she cares that much. I didn't believe you felt better until I saw you myself, you almost died bak then you know? Your heart rate and blood pressure were through the roof." Yeah almost dying does that to you. "I also wanted to talk to you about something I noticed when I treated you. Well, besides your ears." YOu hold up your hand to your poiny bits of flesh, "Speaking of you might want to have a cosmetic on those, it will make you look more normal." Wait, what? No one else has commented on your ears before.

"I like them the way they are." You sharply cut him off before he can speak any more.

He coughs and hands you a piece of paper, you don't understand at all what it says, "Last time you were here I tried to take your blood type several times. You either have no blood type, switch between blood types or have all of them." Huh that's interesting, "And when I tried to use my stethoscope I could faintly make out the sound of glass breaking constantly every time I checked. Not something that someone usually hears."

Well, shit. You respond by:

Well, it's hard to tell. We look and act human enough. If we don't have actual human biology, it certainly emulates it well enough most of the time.

It's possible that when under strain or without the presence of magic, it begins to revert to crystal though. Lubu did say that we needed magic.

But the other way of looking at it is we're just about as unique as everybody else. It seems like there's plenty of people running around without perfectly human biology.

Crap! He knows about you he definitely knows, oh god you're getting dizzy. You cough and look away. The Michiko's dad raises his eyebrow. and you lean on one of the chairs' backrests. You begin to stumble for words and look at him in the eye and then away, he found you damnit! Quick think of something! "Well, it's not my fault that I'm not human!" You blurt out in a girly embarrassed voice you didn't know you had. Yeah that should do it.

>[x]Anemia
Huh when did your body and eyelids started feeling so heavy? Why are you so dizzy and why is that old dude rushing towards you?

----------------------------

You open your eyes slowly to an unfamiliar ceiling, you don't think you've seen this room and are immediately shaken awake with a cold can of soda on your cheek. It takes you a moment to react to the cold but it then hits you hard, "Wait WHAT? Oh god, what did I do?" You look around and see one of the least girly rooms you have seen. Theres hardly any pink or stuffed animals or whatnot and instead you see a punching bag and a set of dusty set of dumbbell weights.

And a mildly annoyed orange-haired girl with superpowers staring at you, "You really need to stop passing out like that." She hands you the closed can of soda and that's when you realize that your throat is parched as hell and immediately start drinking. Michiko looks at you and finally asks, "So what made you pass out this time?"

"Your dad suspected something was really wrong with me, like being really weird." You begin saying and your companion raises her eyebrow, "And I kinda said I wasn't human. By the way, your dad could see my ears like they really are, pointy."

Michiko burrows her face into her hand and takes out three dvds and puts them on the bed in front of you, "Listen, my dad can keep a secret if he finds out but you really need to control yourself. Now choose."

You choose the one with the man and a machine gun, besides the title 'First Blood' caught your eye. "Huh, Rambo? Not many girls are interested in it. They say that the guns are too loud and it's too violent." She takes the disc out of the box and puts it in the player in her room and the movie starts playing. For starters, even though you're not sure how America is, at all you are certain that if all the cops there are like that sheriff you're better off staying here. Fuck them. You had to ask about a the war he was in because you didn't see it in class and all the answer you got was that America lost.

Really one man against that many people? Does that gun ever run out of ammo? The story is pretty simple but you don't care about that, all you care about is how that guy is a badass and doesn't take orders from almost anyone, hell yeah! You gloss over Michiko's explanation of PTSD and all that.

"Theres more movies about this?" You yell out in glee when Michiko tells you. "That's awesome!"

"There's a lot more bodybags in the latter movies so I don't really like them all too much. Give the other movies a shot sometime."

Your stomach growls and right when you thought you and Michiko would have to make your own food Michiko's dad walks in with a tray of snacks a jar of juice.

"Hello girls! Thought you would be hungry by this hour so I brought you some snacks." His gaze goes towards you and you look away.

"Dad. You should really knock before you bust into my room." Michiko clenches her fist.

"Oh it's no problem." He brushes her off and leaves the tray and the jar on the table before quickly leaving the room before his daughter throws a heavy looking pillow at him. It hits the door after he leaves with a very loud THUD.

Princess Bride is pretty good according to Michiko you don't expect much but...frankly this isn't what you expected. YOu expected some sort of sappy romance all the way through like the stuff Momoko likes but damn, this is way better! "It was both cups! He's crazy!" You almost scream out loud when he reveals how he won. And that glorious swordfight, that delicious amazing sword fight you could tell from your experience using the sword it was mostly for show but it was a damn entertaining one. Best part of all? Neither of them was left handed!

"Hello, my name is Indigo Montoya. You killed my father, prepare to die." You say when end credits begin to roll. YOu liked it much more than you expected it to. Way more.

"I hope you liked it." Michiko says as she puts the disk into the box once again. "I didn't know what sort of movies you would like so I put down some of everything." She stacks the three movie boxes and says, "Though I should have expected you'd choose Rambo first."

It is now mid afternoon, you've had some snacks and you are enjoying the movies you've seen so far. Michiko takes out a magazine out from somewhere and says, "What do you feel like doing right now?" She asks, she doesn't seem to want to watch TV anymore, "How about some shopping?"
