Thread two for the night! I guess me being far less mobile is good for you guys afterall! haha.

Old thread:

[x] Let's see your shop, first.

“Let's go check out your shop, first.” You say, noting that, while she didn't run, Brigitte wasn't exactly slow to get back in her strikers. Ice, on the other hand, made it clear that the cold stone floor didn't bother her one bit, and only dismissed her familiar when she slipped her feet back in her shoes.

“O-ok! It's this w-way!” Merlin says, tugging you along by your wrist.

You follow her into one of the cleared rooms running alongside the hangar- you'd been told they were carved out in the early 1960s and on into the 1970s, as storage and maintnence shops as well as potential expansion space for the hangars proper. Then the castle's importance dropped off in the mid-70s, and most of the work going on was stopped, with large parts of place shuttered.

>>
The castle is just now starting to open back up- you heard some witches talking about it becoming the UK's major hold again, one of the most major in western europe, but there's still plenty of ready-made space for everything, and Merlin's brand new machine shop is no exception.

“S-see?” She says, opening the double doors from the hangar leading in, letting you get a good view of the shop and everything in it- all the equipment is gleaming and new- and must have cost a fortune.

“Wow.” You say, walking deeper into the room. “This is amazing kiddo. What all can you do?”

“I-it's easier to tell you what I can't.” She says, her voice playful. “I-it's full-function a-and designed s-so I can make almost a-an entire striker set i-if I want. Only t-thing I can't do i-is metal c-casting, really. “

“Electronics?” You ask- she points to pair of benches off in the corner. “O-over there. T-they thought of everything! I-isn't it great?”

[] It's awesome, kiddo. I guess you and Kenji will be spending a lot of time down here, now?
[] It's great, but what did they want for it? All this gear must be expensive.

Nah, I say we trust Kenji. Kid's got a good head on his shoulders, it seems, and we don't need to let Merlin think we might have some kinda issue with her choice of man.

The look on Kenji's face when Frank comes in with a shotgun would be hilarious.

[x] It's awesome, kiddo. I guess you and Kenji will be spending a lot of time down here, now?

“It's awesome, kiddo.” You say, still looking around- there's a bit of everything here, and you're starting to think she could design and build an entire damn figheter down in here, if given the time and the raw materials. “I guess you and Kenji will be spending a lot more time down here, now?”

She nods, still smiling. “I-I tried to convince B-brigette to move a pair o-of cots down here for us. S-she wouldn't because s-she said I had such a nice bed upstairs it w-would be a shame to not sleep in it.” She pauses, then looks at you. “A-and it's t-too drafty down here anyway, e-even with your jacket a-and poncho liner.”

“Now, Samantha, you're not going to let this mess with you in the air, are you? I still need the Merlin I know up there.” You say, after a second.

She shakes her head viciously. “N-no!” She says, still shaking her head. “I-I would never do that t-to you, Frank. K-kenji and I will be d-down here a lot though, w-we're a good team, Brigitte a-and mr. Perry both say so.”

“So what are you going to make first?” Ice asks, finally speaking up.

Merlin shrugs. “I-I don't know y-yet. We'd like to f-finish the widows o-out there, but we need t-to move them in here first, a-and find time to test t-them. I-I'm going to work on s-some things for the fighter, b-but I'm not sure how long that will t-take.”

She spins around at that. “O-oh yeah! They brought in n-new weapons systems f-for us! Want to go s-see them? I sat in b-breifings all morning about them!”

[] Yeah, let's go check them out.
[] That can wait- what kind of things were you thinking of working on for the fighter?

i got an idea.

Merlin will be the founder of a new defense company.

and this will be her first offering.
>>
[x] Yeah, let's go check them out.

“Yeah,” you say, nodding. “Let's go check them out.”

“T-this way!” Merlin says, running off ahead of you. You elect to walk- you can see where she's going easily enough, and you know where the weapons magazine is anyway, so it's not a problem when you lose sight of her.

Ice follows you, still looking pensive.

“So, boss, what's on your mind?” You ask, fully aware you're probably not doing yourself any favors.

“I-” She pauses. “Frank, have you thought about all this?”

“All what?” you ask, confused.

“Merlin. All... this. All the things vought's giving her, the machine shop, everything. Have you thought about it?”

“Sure.” You say, wondering why she's worried. “They're trying to ingratiate themselves with her, so when she gets out she runs straight to them. It's recruiting.”

Ice nods. “and the things she builds, now?” She asks. “She's basically doing work for free for them. And-”

She stops, and shakes her head. “And I'm not sure she realizes what she's doing.”

“In what way?” You ask, looking over.

>>
“Frank, she built a striker that can handle full sized AAMs. Imagine fighting witches with agile threes. Or even sidewinders. Imagine witches that can engage you at all ranges- Frank, she's designed a half dozen systems and made strikers world beaters again.” She says. “Witches with agiles? No dogfighter stands a chance. Witches with AMRAAMS? God, she's going to be the darling child of every coven in the western world when this gets out.”

“And that worries you?” You ask. “Shit, I'd have thought you'd be happy. Witches haven't been the goddesses of air combat they used to be since missles became a thing.”

She shakes her head. “I'm not worried about that as much. I'm worried because news travels, and what if someone decides maybe Merlin needs to come home with them, with or without her consent.”

Your blood runs cold suddenly at the prospect- especially because you realise Ice is absolutely right.

[x] We'll talk to Brigitte, see if she'll task a witch to keeping an eye on Merlin.

You nod. “Yeah... yeah, good point. We'll talk to Brigitte, see if she'll task a witch to keeping an eye on Merlin.” you say, nodding to the SEAL on duty near the armored door to the magazine. “I'm ok... I think... with her going, like, back to Japan with Kenji, eventually, but... that, ya know. Thats different.”

Ice nods.

Inside, Merlin's already standing by a pair of wheeled weapons carts- designed so a cart can be hooked up to them to wheel them out, in the castle they're more reliant on sheer manpower- though you're pretty sure if it came down to speed, one of the tank witches could help move one pretty quickly.

On the left, a pair of cannons with angular aerodynamic shrouds rests on a custom built rack, with a pair of other, unidentifiable pods sitting below them. On the other, something that looks like a larger bomblet dispenser box sits near a pair of smaller twins, along with another pair of flat black modules, each about the size of your nacelle bays.

“Ok, so what are we looking at?” You ask, and Merlin nods.

“O-Ok. So this one,” She pats the pair of cannons. “Is the Electromagnetic launcher, or EML. You k-know how stonehenge works?”

You shake your head, having not actually paid attention too much.

1/3
>>
“O-ok. It's a combined propulsion cannon.” Merlin says, explaining. “It u-uses powder for the initial propulsion, t-then adds in electromagnetic, like a r-rail gun. This does the s-same thing, but it's m-much smaller.”

You walk around, noting the leads on the bottom of the cannons, and the ports on the insides of the other two pods. “And the smaller pods?”

“C-capacitors.” Merlin says. “The c-cannons carry their ammunition internally, eight shots e-each. B-but they eat a lot of power to f-fire, so we have to install the capicitors. O-our centerline bay w-will be free with these, though.”

“That's not too bad. What kind of lethality are we looking at here?” You ask.

“W-well, the projectiles travel at mach f-fifteen or so.” She says. “S-so it's very good. I-it's got two kinds of shell, a-armor peircing and fragmentation. F-fragmentation is supposed t-to deliver one hit lethality t-to anything ever made to f-fly, but I think they forgot dreadnaughts.”

“Still sounds damn nice.” You say, and she nods.

“A-armor peircing m-might be able to beat witch sheilds. B-but there's a catch to it. T-the whole thing needs a w-witch to work.” She continues. “S-so it's not much good to anyone e-except us, really.”

“Ok, and the other?” You say, shifting your gaze.

“A-all directional mini missile.” She says. “T-they called it W-wasp when I was talking to them. The t-three launch boxes go in our centerline bay a-and our two topside bays. T-they contain enough ammunition f-for three launches each. T-the two nacelle pods are weapons computers t-to assist with targeting. T-they're optional, b-but without them we can't fire on a-as many targets.”

You whistle. “We could have killed all the fighters over Berlin with something like this.”

2/3
>>
Merlin shrugs. “H-honestly, with my n-new weapons bay we w-won't need it. B-but it doesn't need magic, s-so it can go to fleet u-units too. They're w-working on one for tomcats now.”

“So it's totally useless to us?” You ask. Merlin hesitates.

“W-well, no. My bay d-design is going t-to mean that weapons like this d-don't work at all, a-and we have to stick to bombs a-and missiles, things l-like that. B-but it won't matter because w-we can carry so many of them. T-the advantage of this would be i-it's able to destroy multiple t-targets in one shot.”

“Something else for you to work on, huh?” you ask, smiling. Merlin looks at the missile box, then, after a pause nods slowly.

“I-I think so. I-I have an idea now. Y-you're the best, Frank!”

Somehow, that phrase fills you with worry and curiosity in equal measure. Whatever she's going to do, someone's going to love it, and someone is going to absolutely hate it.

I'm half asleep, but that was fun ghost.

And here's some more commie tanks for those who are of the Red persuasion

It wasn't supposed to feel this warm in the middle of a winter night. In fact, the bed was sweltering. Slender, but deceptively strong arms held Lieutenant Georgy Lel tight under the covers, making it difficult to move. His groggy mind struggled to remember how and why he was here, and not in his own tent. In the dim light, he saw a simple wedding band on the left hand that kept him prisoner. He grinned, recognizing it immediately: Sophia had always been a bed hog. Georgy decided to share the warmth a few minutes more, intertwining his fingers with Sophia's. He lay as long as he dared, but he need to get out and ready himself for the coming day. Gently, he unwrapped the arms around him and slid out of the cot. Sophia murmured and turned fitfully in her sleep before rolling over and snoring again.

Georgy stretched, his back cracking from sleeping in such an uncomfortable position— Sophia was just as possessive as always. He looked around to get his bearing, a few small windows letting in just enough moonlight for him to see. The tent was better furnished than his own spartan quarters: the cots were larger and there was more room—almost a waste of space for just two witches. Stirring from the other side of the tent caught his attention. Another cot lay on the far wall with another figure—Dasha, he assumed—sleeping peacefully. He looked back at his wife as he set down to put on his boots. The disheveled, snoring, drooling, blanket stealing woman in front of him was very different from the imposing, stoic soldier the rest of the military knew. Georgy smiled at the sleeping woman, leaving her with a light kiss to the forehead before he stepped out into the cold morning air.
>>
>>33141467
Georgy walked aimlessly around the post and stretched his legs, letting the cold air dispel his grogginess. The barest hints of dawn peaked over the horizon, but the the moon and the stars in the clear sky made artificial light unnecessary. His mind drifted to his youth in the collective dairy farm, helping his father milk the cows early in mornings much like this one. He had been a small, almost sickly child—but he always wanted to help. Running errands, cleaning, helping his mother cook... always looking for something to do around the cottage. He smiled to himself, remembering a younger, then Captain Glukhovsky, coming to visit his father and bringing a young girl with him. The two were about the same age: Georgy seven, and her eight. The girl had stood a few inches taller than him and, compared to the scrawny boy, seemed imposing. Georgy remembered her smile as his father pushed him forward to greet her. His hand had shaken nervously as he awkwardly extended it to her for a shake. Her smile and gentle handshake had made all his nervousness go away... till she dragged him outside with unnatural strength to play. That had been his first experience with a witch. And with Sophia.

Funnily enough, i do have an idea for that, but it'd be how the Paris date ends, not something that happens in the middle of it. There is some lingering worry I'm going to torpedo the whole Paris thing- I don't now plan to, have never planned to, and think it'd honestly be a pretty big dick move on my part, smacking of pretty blatant favoritism (which i get accused of anyway, but that's a whole other ballgame)

But, with that said, I really, really don't want to do spoilers, so I'll stop there. But yeah. Paris isn't gonna be an action date (Even if Katya is kinda into that)

Distant explosions brought him back to the present. Those seemed farther away than they had the day before. Maybe the front was pushing up faster than expected? If so, then all the better. It had made no sense that the Polish air force would bomb civilian targets in Communist International territory unprovoked, but they had—and the rest of the West would pay. Georgy and Sophia had been visiting his parents when they heard the news, and returned the the 20th's head quarters as quickly as they could. Images of wreckage and blackened buildings in Sandomierz had played on news stations across the country for those who had television sets. Reporters retold the story on the radio countless times. Pictures of blanket-covered bodies had filled the news papers. The memory sent a shiver of rage down his spine. How could the Poles be so stupid? Surely they could see the futility of such a cowardly attack? It made no sense to Georgy, and that only made him angrier.

“Excuse me, Comrade Lieutenant, can we help you?”

Georgy startled, looking up at a heavily armed sergeant and his soldiers. They were standing guard in front of one of the entrances to the motor pool where his tanks rested. With resistance fighters being reported in many of the conquered areas, extra precautions were being taken to keep vehicles from being destroyed or stolen.

Georgy opened his mouth to reply, but another voice answered for him.

“No need to worry, Comrade Sargent, we are just here for some early morning work on our tank.”

Sergeant Anton Rezanov stepped out from behind Georgy, startling him for the second time in less than two minutes.

The Sergeant stared at them both for several seconds but before he could open his mouth, one of the privates spoke up.

“I saw these two in the group that came in yesterday, Sergeant. They rode those T-72s over there.”

Okay, you're missing the bigger picture.

Putin doesn't yet have the global PR campaign he does IRL. If he launches a coup, brings down Stalin and ends the war, he will get great kudos but will still be seen as an opportunistic military officer setting up his own junta.

OTOH; he can amp up the theatrics if he has Ice's cooperation. Play up, on an international scale, a story that comes out as the bastard lovechild of Anastasia and Once and Future King. Long lost descendant of Russia's Emperors come to save the people from their mad Martian-collaborating dictator, in their hour of need. *That* will give his takeover both public support domestically and internationally, as well as a huge pile of outright Legitimacy.

And under this scenario, Putin makes a *brilliant* Head of Government; and he's guaranteed to keep getting re-elected after the wartime provisional government wears out thanks to, y'know, saving the nation and not becoming Stalin Mk. II.
This, on the other hand, is really only possible if Ice sticks around - not as the Autocrats the old Tsars were, but as a Constitutional Monarch in the same pattern as the British have. You have a direct continuity of national identity, and a Head of State who is a symbol of the nation which is not tainted by partisan politics like the Head of Government is.

Ice, showing up and claiming the throne on her own? Not plausible.
Putin trying to take over Solo? Possible, since he has witch backing but still hugely problematic.

Both of them working together on the whole thing? Holy shit Russia's out of the fucking fire and ready to not get fucked by Inevitable Maritan invasion and People baying for Soviet Blood in a Versailles Mk. II.

Georgy followed the private's pointing finger. Just like he said, their tanks, along with the others left in his company, were neatly lined up.

Georgy nodded curtly at the soldiers as he and Rezanov walked through the gate, walking past a number of ComIntern vehicles on the way to their own. It was a testament to the amount of firepower the Motherland and her allies were throwing against the West: A line of Polish T-72Ms, a company of Ukrainian A variants, various models of T-62s, and a fair number of T-55s as well. Georgy wasn't sure what good they would be against NATO's newer AFVs, but they looked just as dangerous as anything as else present. He was, however, somewhat taken aback to see T-34-85s as well. That there were many still in service of the ComIntern's militaries were well-known, but he had not expected to see them this close to the front. He winced thinking of driving one into combat. I was scary enough to be inside his T-72B—fighting inside one of those would be hell.

“A hell of a lot of shit piled together, isn't it?”

Georgy looked back at his smirking gunner. A grin of his own etched across his own face.

“What, no faith in the products of the People's blood and sweat?” Georgy asked as they came up to their tank.

“If blood and sweat could grease little Suka's gears or stop bullets and missiles, I would be the most faithful man in all of Russia.”

Both men laughed at as they started walking around the tank, looking for anything that would hinder the vehicles operation.

“Decided to let Pavel sleep in?” Georgy asked as he climbed on top of Suka to take the covers off the turrets optics.
>>
>>33141518
“I thought it would do him some good. The young bastard tried to familiarize himself with a few of the witches; only got himself a slap to the face.” Rezanov laughed. “Poor boy reached too high, I think. A few of the others are milling about, but I sent them to get breakfast first. And what about you? Normally I have to wake your lazy ass in the mornings.”

Georgy grinned sheepishly but didn't reply.

“Oh-ho! A night with your lovely wife?” Rezanov hooted theatrically. “If only we all were so lucky!”

“It wasn't like you think, you vulgar ass. She caught me by surprise and I woke up in her tent—get that look off your face, I told you nothing happened.” Georgy smiled despite himself.

Anton had been a good companion ever since Georgy had joined their company. Despite their difference in rank, Anton had taught Georgy more about the their tank than he had ever learned at the academy. He trusted his Driver/mechanic with his life and Anton trusted Georgy with his. He had impressed on him so much, Georgy had even made him one of the groomsmen at his wedding.

The morning sun was already above the treeline when the rest of the tankers arrived. They busied themselves with checking the tension of the treads, and oil and fuel levels. It was all monotonous work, but no one wanted to be in the vehicle that stopped at the front due to improper maintenance. Crews took bore brushes and swabbed cannons tubes, not stopping till Rezanov was satisfied they were spotless. Each crew preformed function checks on their tanks, making sure they started without trouble, and that all the systems and hydraulics were functional. Anything that looked suspicious or troublesome was written up, and given to the maintenance crew to be dealt with.
>>
>>33141508
The moment Robostalin was proven to be in cahoots with the aliums the Russian people would flock to him. He doesn't want or need Ice there, and I'd hazard a guess that Ice has very little interest in reclaiming a throne that was destroyed 70 years ago, that she didn't even know was "hers" until recently

Georgy watched as the crews packed the last of their gear back up. Fortunately, there were few problems with the remaining functional tanks. A few leaks here and there and one had a cracked road wheel, but Anton had assured him that maintenance crew would have the issues fixed by the evening. Satisfied that their work was done, Georgy dismissed the crew for the morning. It would do them well to have some time to either call or write to their families. Anton walked from behind Georgy, throwing his arm over Georgy's shoulder.

“Let's go get us some breakfast ourselves, eh? I'm as hungry as a bear, and the others are saying they are serving real eggs in the chow tent.”

“That sounds good to me, comrade. After that I'll need you to help keep an eye on the men. I still have a report to finish for the Battalion Commander, and I don't want Pavel getting himself slapped again.” Georgy chuckled, remembering the young soldier's still slightly swollen face. He had tried to change the subject when Georgy had asked him about it.

“Hah! I wouldn't worry about him to much. His pride is hurt more than anything, but he will be back to chasing skirts soon enough.”

The chow tent was still busy by the time they arrived. Fortunately, there was still plenty of food to go around, and the two men enjoyed their breakfast of eggs, toast, and ham. The two men were so engrossed in their food that they didn't notice a young girl walk up behind them.

“Um, excuse me. Comrade Lieutenant Lel?”

Georgy turned to face the voice behind him.

Yana Llyin stood at attention, trying her best to look serious.

“Yana! How are you this morning? Would you care for some breakfast?” Georgy offered her a slice of toast with jam, which she politely declined.

“Thank you, Sir, but I just have a message for you. Captain Lel needs to meet with you at the nearest available opportunity.”

Georgy smiled and nodded.
>>
>>33141557
“Then please inform the Captain I will meet her at the Striker hanger.”

The young girl nodded, and tried to straighten herself even more. Georgy grinned, and ruffled her hair, causing her to squirm and duck, squeaking in surprise. Yana's face flushed red as she gave a rushed salute and hurried out of the mess tent. Georgy and and Anton both laughed as they took their trays to collection counter.

“I won't hold you then.” Anton dumped his utensils into the receptacle and gave Georgy a lazy salute. “I don't want to keep your lovely wife waiting. Give her a kiss for me, will you?”

“She would probably slap me for it.” Georgy grinned at his friend. “Keep the men out of trouble, will you?”

Anton grunted as they parted ways, Anton heading towards the soldiers tents and Georgy towards the witches' area. With less than fifty witches in the 20th Tanks Division, their area was much smaller than the rest of the camp. The first thing Georgy noticed was the lack of witches in the area. Most were probably at the front, and the few who were not were probably resting or training. A few small hastily made hangars stood in the middle of the area, the crest of Sofia’s unit painted on one of the doors. Sliding it open just enough for him to fit through, he made his way inside. Aside from one set of strikers—Sofia’s, he noticed—it was empty. With nothing more to do besides wait, he went to examine his wife's equipment. He saw her weapons stand next to her strikers. Georgy smiled as he studied over his wife's choice of weaponry: an AKMS—the one originally used by her father in his younger days—sat next to her PKMS. His eyes turned to the cannon that dwarfed the other two weapons. Sofia’s favorite armament, a 52mm cannon, lay on it's side; she had always preferred more firepower. Georgy had witnessed Sofia punch through armored plates over three kilometers away with this beast.

You seriously underestimate the scepticism people have for a Military officer overthrowing a government; Especially since he's kind of an unknown factor compared to, you know how much flashy PR he has as PM/President IRL.

“You aren't jealous, are you?”

Georgy turned to see Sofia, closing the door behind her. He hadn't even heard her open it.

“Too much to carry, I think. I'll stick with my tank.”

Sophia laughed, her voice and boots echoing in the empty room.

“You *are* jealous, are you?” She grinned, stopping behind her husband, wrapping her arms around his shoulders. He grabbed one of her hands, intertwining his fingers with hers.

“Why would I be jealous? I have Suka, don’t I?” Georgy gave her hand a light kiss before she could smack him with her other. “I’ve missed you, you know.”

Sophia hugged him tighter to her bosom. “I know.”

She let the words hang for a few moments while they stood in place, quietly staring at the strikers. She rested her chin in the crook of his neck, and he reached back to stroke her head. The two stood like that for what felt like an eternity before Sofia spoke up again.

“I want this to be over.”

“Me too. And with luck, we’ll be finished within a few months. Then we can finally start our lives together. We’ll have plenty of children for you to dote on, so you can leave the younger witches alone.”

Sofia blushed furiously as Georgy snickered.

“I do NOT dote on them! I treat them like soldiers. Defenders of the Motherland.”

“Yes, if said defenders were a litter of kittens maybe. You fret over them more than a hen over her chicks.” Georgy twisted out of his wife’s grip to avoid another smack.

“You are lucky I love you, dearest husband.”

“And you are lucky to have me, my lovely wife.”

Giggling, they embraced once more, both looking into each others eyes, faces coming closers together.

Still, if that's a concern for him he'll probably work wtih actual Russian politicians rather than an American war hero symbol of the pre-revolution

A loud knocking on the other side of the hangar caused them both to jump away, faces red.

“Oh ho! What do we have here? The two love birds spending some time together before the briefing?” Colonel Artyom Glukhovsky stepped the rest of the way through the door way, his laughter filling the room.

“Father! Please, you don’t have to interrupt us like we are still children!” Sofia pouted, looking very child-like herself, Georgy noted.

“Aha but I do! I fear you would be preoccupied for some time if I hadn’t come by. Now come, we have many things to discuss.”

The Colonel ended the conversation without giving the two a chance to reply. Georgy grabbed Sofia’s hand, and they followed him to the command tent.

What threads did you start writing these?
>>
>>33141571
Sure, but I think you're probably also overestimating how much people in Russia want a Tsar back. Even as nothing more than a figurehead, I think they'd find it easier to swallow a Russian born and bred hero officer who is at least nominally communist. Bringing back the Tsardom, AND giving that throne to an American? They'd rather have Putin

And that's it for now. I hope y'all enjoy, and I'd love to hear critiques.

Ah, so West and East Poland then?

And the Saxe-Coburg-Gothas were the German Monarchs of England at a time they were Fighting Germany.

So which side are they on, Putin's or roboStalin's?

Heres a bit of advice for you:

Make a pastebin now so you don't have to trawl through 1400 threads to find all your writing...

Right now, Russia's. Neither of them particularly care for politics, but I'm working on it.
>>
>>33141668
Well I'm hoping they don't end up in Stalin's Guards and get thrown into the meat grinder, they are too adorable for anything less than a happy end.

Thanks, and I will. Right now I'm nodding off, at the keyboard.

Goodnight all, and thanks again for the thread, ghost!

Ba-dum-pish.

If there's any of that, it'd be Katya, and she's like "bed, pssh, ok, whatever. kinda boring though."
>>
>>33141895
It's more exciting when there's a possibility of being caught by people who maybe shouldn't see what she's doing.

>>33141925
If that's what passes for excitement Frank's gonna die of a heart attack before he even gets to do anything with any of the girls

So no feels or lewds today?

I have to say the bays of holding are a pretty ambitious move, Ghost. Particularly when you seemed to be moving thematically towards a witch+pilot dynmaic thing as the basis of future air combat.

Right now I'm kinda expecting the bays to be horribly draining magic wise, or something, because ATM it looks like Witches just vaulted into indisputably better than steelwings, even in the areas Steelwings used to be better.
>>
>>33143400
In all likelihood there will be some drawback or issue that pops up and I do agree it is a big move. Though in regards to what you said with the bays possibly be horribly draining of magic, I can see when we get the Wyvern integrated with one that it will accelerate our fatigue Hate to say death but it's possible if we are indeed that magic battery to Merlin.

In a unrelated topic, I'm worried that Slider hasn't gotten us back for the Aussie Snake Wrangler routine. I mean sure, she was serious mode after the fight and all but she could be planning something.

Was reading up on the archive and I have to ask, Since when did Jessica and Katsumi have a thing?
>>
>>33143845
I'm guessing after the airliner incident Jessica's balls made Katsumi all wet.
>>
>>33143845
Well, most of us were thrown off by that so the answer is fuck if I know? I've always thought their relationship a buddy cop one like anon said last thread or maybe a teacher and student one.
>>
>>33143845

They've been together for a while, and I assume that Jess made a good impression. We haven't seen very much of it at all in actual threads, it's more something that's been hinted at.

No, I'm not just saying that for the /u/.

Been missing Hornets updates. Shame Holly's arc ended.

Personally I'm oddly interested in the Napoleonic witches writefag.

I've just been happy that we've had writefags again. They were always a nice addition to SWQ.

Well get a reading anon! You got a ways to go unless you've got an unhealthy amount of free time. We're gonna hit two years next month.

Hey, don't worry, you've got a fun ride ahead of you. Best thing about finding a series you like is learning there's a LOT of it to experience.

holy jesus you're right. Where the fuck did all the time go?
