Hand Maid May, Mahoromantic and Mahou Shonen are all those annie-may things. They're followed by a number (possibly an id code of something in said annie-may) and then a verification.

Both Hand Maid May 11 and Hahoromantic 12 are "Oujo-Sama" and Mahou Shonen 1140 is "Aincrad"

Not a lot to go on, but it does suggest we may be able to reverse-engineer his command codes given sufficient time.
