Hmm...

On one hand, Ryoko can dish out and take damage pretty well in her berserker rage, though she is getting to the point where she needs to stop for a minute and let her regen heal the damage her absurd parameters are causing to her body. JAGER-4 looks like she could provide enough suppressing fire to support Ryoko pretty well. It might pay to regen some of our health/go-juice and wait for a prime opportunity to strike at Fenrir.

But on the other hand, he has go-juice regen too, and a pesky ability that lets him be tanky when he has enough. We may need to pressure him so that he won't have the opportunity to recoup some of his go-juice.

You look at your cero, then back to Fenrir and decide against using it on him. You reabsorb the raw energy and rush the god eater. You barely manage to dodge the first cleaver of blood, leaning slightly so the vile smelling thing goes too far left rather than split open your head like a coconut. You sonido forward, gaining speed and sliding under another cleaver, whipping just above your head. The organic weapon lashes out with small needles, piercing your shoulder and trying to pull you in. You smell the hate and disgust it feels towards Gods, and it makes you a little light headed but with some clever shapeshifting you pull yourself free from the barbed thorns.

You punch the ground as you slide, launching yourself into the air and just above a third spinning cleaver then your wings seem to let out a scream of energy as they fire you like some sort of Risa missile at Fenrir. Your tail shimmers as you cling to him, and you use what little go juice you have left to shift your arms and legs into grabbing tentacles lined with razor sharp teeth and mouths. You cling to the beast, your torn white shirt absorbing wolf blood and becoming a sticky crimson. You feel your soul make a large void in your go juice pocket, then you start drawing in energy. You feel your soul parts chew up the vital force of life from Fenrir and digest it into the delightfully tickle of your own go juice.

He tries to buck and tear you off of him, but your hold is too much for the God Eater to slip free from in his weakened state. You let out a whoop and holler of joy as he bounds around the cage, making you feel like one of those yanks who beat horses then try to ride them. Or the ones who they send clowns to for their execution.

He is so distracted by you he doesn’t even notice the JAGER 4 close all its heat vents, turn on a small red light in the cockpit, and turn, the top half on a sort of swivel. It shouts something about humans being peachy keen and the chaingun on it roars to life, firing countless vampiric spikes at your two of you. You note that the machine doesn’t seem to care you are sort of in the line of fire. May have to have a little chat about that. It sonidos faster than Jager above you, jets on the legs and back keeping it aloft. It opens fire with a salvo of missiles which Fenrir seems to think is a larger threat than you. It barely manages to avoid the torrent of destruction, its own speed nothing to sneeze at, but as you drain more of its health and turn it to go juice you notice the beast getting sluggish.

A cluster of the missiles gets close to the beast and you take that as a cue to move, Fenrir barreling into the blast radius as if he were drunk. It sends him spiraling away to Ryoko who slams her fist into the side of the wolf and sends him flying off. Jager’s mech follows his trajectory and fires the cero cannon a few meters in front of the beasts flight path, connecting squarely with him and sending him spiraling end over end to the ground. He lets out a growl which turns to a yelp of shock as several bolts of lightning strike him, sending enough voltage through him to make your tail hair stand on end.

He leaps to Shiba above him, evidently wanting to take one of you out, when seven arrows slam into his chest. Time freezes for a moment and you see a roulette wheel of symbols form inside it. They match up and time is displaced within the circle itself. Reality corrects the oversight by causing the time within the ring to detonate and send Fenrir back down.

JAGER 4 lands next to him and you see it raise its foot and start stomping on the prone wolf, small thrusters on the leg helping the acceleration. It does this for a few moments before stumbling back as Fenrir rises back up. He takes a deep breath and lets out a roar to try and summon something. The energy doesn’t manager to gather, and with his head pointed up like that Ryoko has a perfect shot. She punches him right in the face and sends him skittering back.

He looks like he is on his last legs.

Perhaps the final round!

Just to help clarify things behind the scenes, some of her rolls would not have been bad were she in one of her second release forms.

The more powerful someone/something is the lower the DC is.

Like, if you were fighting someone in your first form and the DC was 90 like that

Then Second form would be 80

You coat your body in Cero energy and throw yourself at Fenrir your smile too wide for what would pass as normal. You slam a fist into his eye and tilt your head slightly at his return attack. He bites into your collarbone and you feel his teeth sink in sending lances of pain through your body. You gently place your hands behind his head, almost sweetly, and turn to him. “Now now, no leaving a mark. What will my father say?” You ask.

He tries to pull back, but your body splits revealing a massive mouth with saw like teeth running from your shoulder to your stomach. You dig your long nails into his head and neck and pull him in. Bladed tongues lash out against him cracking huge chunks out of his flesh. You taste the pleasant metallic piquancy of blood through the attack and keep holding him closer. You gently wrap your tails and legs around the both of you and shush him. “Quiet love. It’s okay. Risa is going to make everything okay.” You say and then detonate.

You laugh as bloody chunks of you get sent flying back and Fenrir flies heavily back towards the empty void. Ryoko is running on the ground towards him and quickly matches his velocity. As he falls she grabs him over her head, leaps, spins, then slams Fenrir into the ground of the cage. The universe vibrates at the impact and your one reformed eye, in a thick sticky pile of meat, turns up to see a pair of reformed fists slam into the impact site.

Ryoko steps out of the impact site of twisted metal, steam hissing off of her body as her regeneration goes all out to heal the damage her massive strength does to her slightly more than mortal frame. Fenrir leaps from the wreckage, chains of blood stabbing into Ryoko. She twists and her go juice flares even larger than before. She grabs the chains, thorns ripping into her muscle and bone, and tears them from Fenrirs body.

He is momentarily stunned giving JAGER 4 enough time to get a lock. “SPITTING IN THE FACE OF GOD.” She says as she launches another total attack.

The missiles rain down on the wreckage of dwarf metal and wolf. You see countless grey ceros explode and scatter spikes in the area and you note this time, with a strong supply of go juice, the mech doesn’t have to cool down. Evidently it is able to use go juice as a coolant somehow. What will they think of next.

Fenrir hobbles from the destruction, spikes in most of his important parts, and glares pure hate at you. You know it is finished, that now you will hear the last words of something engineered to devour god flesh and bring about the end of days. He opens his mouth to speak, thick ichor pouring out, when a single silver arrow streaks through the air and slams into his head.

His eyes roll up, there is a bolt of time energy, then Fenrir falls over dead.

YOU HAVE KILLED FENRIR.

Shiba drifts down on her rain cloud, muttering and annoyed, and you see strange light in her hands as she works on her legs. She seems to not fully understand how her powers work, so she might actually have regeneration. Who knows? Her pastebin isn’t finished at least.

Ryoko lets out a sigh and her aura slowly starts to vanish. Her gauntlets do as well, evidently returning from where they came in order to be repaired. Sam Is looking over the dead wolf and nodding pleased.

JAGER 4 is sending out a beam of green light to sweep over all of you. “SCANNING TARGET. THREAT ASSESSMENT PROCESSING” She says.

You remember the QM saying her robutt could perhaps eat wolf. Then again it is just right there.

What should you do?

“Hey there Jager Bot number four.” You say wiggling your fingers.

The machine’s chaingun spins to life and you hear it reloading all its weaponry. You raise your hands and sort of keep them up to show you do not have any weapons. “Here is the thing, you are sort of low on the power level curve and I would rather not have you get killed. So, can you, like, eat the god killing wolf?” You ask.

The Jager mech makes zooming sounds, and turns to the wolf corpse. It scans the corpse for a fee moments, the beams forming a cross section pattern as it slowly moves. After a few moments it finally says something again. “COMPATIBLE. DOWNLOADING. RE-PURPOSING.” It says.

The beam takes on a blue colour and you see it start to go over the wolf corpse again. This time however, huge chunks get taken out of it, turned into digitized white light, and absorbed by the mech. When it is all said and done the Wolf is gone. You don’t notice any immediate difference in the mech, but then again the machine doesn’t emit go juice at all so it could just be a matter of you not knowing what to look for.

“Well then that is-“ You start saying then turn.

“MOVEMENT CONFIRMED. ANALYZING INTENT.” It says its chain gun whirring again as it turns to you.

“I was just turning.” You say looking back at the machine as it loads more missiles.

“TARGET CONFIRMED. RISA SCHRODINGER. ANALYZING HOSTILITY.” It continues in all caps which is actually giving me a headache.

“We lot are all mates we are. Seriously, all we need is Short-Fin here and we will have the Hollow Angels. Well, and Charlotte. God rest his/her soul.” You make a cross.

“NO IMMEDIATE HOSTILES CONFIRMED. SHUTTING DOWN.” It shouts again far too loudly for me to be totally comfortable.

You see the machine dissipate into that weird digitized pattern and Jager lands where it once stood in her first form. She looks up at you and goes wide eyed. “Are you okay? Did you get hurt? Are you okay answer me!” She shouts shaking you but at least the caps is over now.

Your head bobs forward and back, very quickly as the larger woman shakes you. “I was but now I think I am going to vomit.” You say, though with how she is shaking you it sounds like you are saying it through a fan.

“Thank god, number four isn't the same.” She mutters as if making a mental note.

Hum, that certainly isn’t odd. You break free from Jager’s grasp and feel the universe start to vibrate. Without Fenrir within the cage pushing against it, it seems that the world will collapse. You think you would really rather not be in here when it does so you point your finger towards the horizon, and push your will out. It takes a moment, but you finally manage to punch a small hole in the universe about the size of your thumb. You shove one of your tails in it and fill it with go juice, then pull. It stretches so you can get the others in and you pull it wide. You wave for your group to hurry right the fuck up because frankly it is sort of exhausting.

Jeff takes Shiba, and Ryoko seems to lament going indecent again. Jager is last, grabbing you by the waist and pulling you with her as she falls. You are sucked through the whole of time and space, universes swinging by you at rapid speed. You see several other holes have been made in the other worlds, likely others taking advantage of the eclipse to go eat their fill here and there. You look ahead and see your world, several black cancerous marks along the edge where things have come in, left, and where you or your plant broke fate particularly hard.

You land in a snow bank several feet high. Your tails stick out of the top like a periscope and so you form an eye on them because let’s face it, you think you are just adorable. You spin your tails around above ground and see you are back at the shrine, several people around you. You spin all the tails like a helicopter blade and dust the snow off of you. “Hello everyone! How are you all? I missed you terribly. Unless, of course, you are actually not my universes stuff. Then you are all evil and I request you line up in an orderly manner for your summary execution.” You say looking them all over for mustaches or perhaps goatees.

“Hey there Ri-chan.” Hiroshi says with a warm smile. Okay, that checks out. “Did you guys have fun Ryoko?" He turns to the girl

“Yes. Super, wonderful. Will someone give me some pants?” Ryoko demands hiding in her snow pile.

Well, all is almost right with the-

“AND LIKE THE BLAZING SUN WITHOUT REST I SHALL GRANT THIS WORLD THAT WHICH IS WITHOUT EQUAL! ONE AS GREAT AS I IS THE ONLY ONE ABLE TO QUESTION ONE GREAT AS MYSELF FOR I AM FUEGO!” A voice calls and slams into the ground.

Fuego pulls himself from the ground, pumping his fists and flexing to show off a pretty nice body. You hear a small buzzing sound and see Caede land next to him, her fly wings twitching every once and a while. She sniffs the air and her eyebrows furrow for a moment, a look of horror crosses her face, then she assumes a totally neutral mask. Something to think about but first, you notice something interesting.

You and the others go back to get a change of clothes, settle back in, and generally do just got home stuff. Then you…

You storm over to the science section where the shinigami are working on the machine and give it the old two fingered salute, stick out your tongue, and blow a raspberry at the damn thing. Satisfied you decide to go check out Jager and touch her abs. “No, I am planning on talking about her second release and seeing what the dealio is. The bloody hell is wrong with you?” You ask. You watch Kouta teach Zweity to do something called “The Monkey” and then go to find your Shortest of all the Fins. You climb up to her room avoiding the stairs and see her sitting facing the wall. You worry that she is broken, but as you get closer you see that she has two columns with words you can’t read. She tilts her head one way, then the other.

“Hey there Sitting-Fin. What is that then?” You ask.

She slowly turns to you and stares, a creepy noise filling your head as I try to add sound effects to make it feel less judgmental. I fail to make it less painful. She finally speaks after a sufficiently long time, perhaps deciding if you are a Risa she is supposed to talk to. “I am… deciding.” She says and then turns back to the wall.

She narrows her gaze while staring at her statue. “Dragon fire, real dragon fire, can burn water, stone, even mortal fire. The Hell Wyrm’s breath is able to burn even the fires of hell. It is insane, powerful, and truly absolutely evil.” She explains.

“The Hell Wyrm, were he is your shoes, would kill Jager because being with others is not as fun as watching them suffer. It is a bad guy.” She explains.

“So why didn’t the dragon come out earlier?” You woke the dragon! “I mean, if it is such a heavy weight why did it kick around in hell?” You ask.

“Because there was lots of food there for one. Another Hell is really, really easy to get into. Much easier than any other afterlife but once you get there it becomes nearly impossible to get out of. There are a few circumstances which make it possible but generally once you are in there you are there for good. At least until everything bad gets burned off of you and you become pure energy.” She says.

“Okay, so he is a massive cunt, get that much. But how powerful is he? In terms of between Amon and Lucifer just how much weight we talking?” You ask moving to her sides.
