CREW ROSTER: http://pastebin.com/qVD3DM17
TANK ROSTER: http://pastebin.com/UCXDAajg
THE SHOP: http://pastebin.com/ZMy4Q2sq

You are Gertrude Pool, Sophomore Class President and new commander of Lafayette Girls Academy’s revived Tankery Team.

“General Message to all Student Council Members: There will be a meeting today after school to discuss current affairs in the wake of the Recall Election. Please be punctual in arrival and the sooner we get through it, the sooner you can go home.”

Fairless’ text was simple but effective. You certainly don’t mean to incur her wrath should you miss the meeting. Of course, it does give you less time to spend with your crews.

Now that you think about it, you’ve never really hung out with your crews without getting yourself into their problems. You need to fix that. Maybe after the tournament though.

Regardless, the snow has continued to melt outside, becoming nothing more than patches of white and brown slush. You and Kitten sit around the table, eating breakfast. Now that you remember it, you need to get yourself one of those fancy warmer-coffee-table-heater-blanket-cozy thingies that Nancy has. That or you could steal it, but why would you steal from Nancy?

Kitten blinks, looking at her smartphone. She grunts a bit. “What’s up, Kittycat?” you ask.

She says, “I was looking up Konigsberg Academy, trying to figure out what their roster was.” She continues with, “But they don’t have their roster on their site. It just says they have a Tankery program and that’s it.”

“Mhm.” You purse your lips a little.

We should look at all their recent matches.
>>
> “Sounds dangerous.”

You say, “Sounds dangerous. We should try looking into it when we can.”

“What? Do you think this is Medal of Honor and you’re Jimmy Patterson?”

“I have no idea who that is.”

“Medal of Honor, you’ve seen me play it before!” she says. “The original one, not the somewhat decent somewhat shitty modern version. The good one!”

You stare at her, blank.

“Oh come on, Trudy,” she says.

With that, you finish off breakfast and head out, wearing your coats for the cooler weather. You meet with your staff, also wearing nice coats for the weather. Lisa says, “Morning, Boss.”

“Morning, girls. Shall we?”

You all head out of the dorms and onto the street.

“So, girls, what’s been going on? Everyone have a nice night?”

Nancy says, “Well, Abigail and Elouise were a bit loud last night over something.”

Lisa giggles a bit. “Were they…?

“It wasn’t sex,” says Nancy simply. “They were just arguing about something, I didn’t catch what it was. Something about a pony or something. I just went back to sleep,” says Nancy.

“Oh, that’s terrible, Nancy. I hope you didn’t lose too much shut-eye,” says Kitten.

“It’s fine!” Nancy smiles. “I’m used to staying up late anyway!”

With that, you decide to consult the shop.

“Hello, Gertrude!” It’s Mr. Mishka. “What can I do you for?”

Abigail says, “Not much. Just managing a few things with the little Kittycat post and such.”

“Ah,” you nod.

“So seriously, what the hell is up with the horse?” you ask.

“It’s actually a Connemara pony,” says Abigail.

Elouise says, “You think she gives a shit?”

You say, “I do give a shit. Where did you even get a horse-“

Abigail interrupts. “Pony.”

“Pony.” You sigh. “Where did you get that pony?”

“It followed me home!” says Abigail. “So I decided to keep it at my dorm, ride it here to school, and give it a name!” She leans in, smiling. “I call her, Mystery!”

You say, “Is the horse even-“

“Pony.”

You stop yourself for a second, then say, “Is the PONY even trained?”

Abigail says, “Of course!” She points to the ground. “Sit!”

Mystery the Pony immediately plants his hindquarters on the ground, his bridle rattling a bit.

You blink. How the hell does this even happen?

Abigail says, “I dunno. Animals are just really agreeable with me for some reason.”

“I don’t know, Abigail. I don’t think it’s logistically possible for you to just keep a hor-“ You stop. “… a pony around. Especially on an Academyship.”

“But Mendel has a pony!” says Abigail.

You say, “That’s because Mendel is from Nebraska and grows nothing but corn, corn, and corn. Now, just report to the Hall Monitors about this, I don’t mean to rain on your parade or nothing but…” You check the time. “I have to get to class. So long, okay?”

Abigail frowns, groaning. “Okaaaaay…”

Elouise says, “Great. You can stop filling my dorm with literal horseshit.”

With that, you head onto class. English class goes by relatively smooth, as does Math and Chemistry. It’s more or less getting yourself used to the new units that’ll be you’ll studying for this quarter. Nothing too special and certainly nothing of note happens, but that’s school for you. You kind of wish you were in one of Kitten’s animes, the ones with the funny cast.

“Where did she even get a horse?” asks Lisa.

You shrug. “Apparently it followed her home.”

“I wanted a pony when I was a kid,” says Nancy.

“So did I,” says you. “But we can’t have everything you know? And then it turns out you literally can just get whatever animal you want if you’re Abigail Zwillman. Jeez, I bet tomorrow she’ll have a flight of Passenger pigeons and a pack of Velociraptors in her house having a tea party.”

“Can you imagine velociraptors having a tea party?” says Lisa.

You say, “I can imagine Velociraptors being fucking badass and not the feathery turkeys that so-called ‘scientists’ make them out to be.”

You say, “Speaking of which, we still don’t know where our next match is going to be, do we?”

“It’s not Australia that’s for sure,” says Lisa. “I’d hate to fight in Australia.”

“Why’s that?” says Nancy.

“Because… bugs and… kangaroo rushes!” says Lisa. “And box jellyfish- basically Australia is designed to kill people and I don’t like it,” she says.

You laugh a little. “I went to Australia once when I was kid, I loved it.”

Nancy shrugs. “They used only five tanks in the Anzio match up, same with their previous matches too. It was a Tiger II, three Tigers, and a Panzer IV.”

You nod. “Ah, so heavy tanks then.”

“Yep,” says Lisa. “Why do you ask though?”

You shrug. “We need to figure out their roster. And I propose we send a spy.”

“Not it,” says everyone.

“Not-“ you blink. “Ah, fuck. Forget it, I’ll figure something out.”

“I mean, no offense Boss, but I don’t think any of us are that good at spying,” says Lisa.

With that, the bell rings. You leave your staff and head onto Health Class.

“Now,” says the Professor. “There’s nothing wrong with being sexually active before marriage. What is wrong is not practicing safe sex. Condoms provide a healthy defense against STDs, unwanted pregnancy, and so on. However, there’s also nothing wrong with masturbating.”

The class giggles a bit. You’d call them out in their immaturity if you weren’t giggling along with them.

Well, as confident as you can make it considering you’ve never actually masturbated before. You’ve certainly walked in on Kitten doing it a few times and it certainly looked fun but… you doing it? You’ve never really gotten around to it.

You look around the classroom. The entire class looks elated at the implication that you masturbate. They blush, and stare at you dreamily. Even Nicole, Rachel Bradbury, and Willie Hanna get in on it. Of course.

The Professor nods. “Alright then. Let’s get onto the business at hand.”

With that, Health class goes by relatively swimmingly. French, History, and Theatre as well go on smoothly too. Boring day today you presume.

But, the day is over at least.

Anzio’s roster is pretty modest from what you can see. Modest though is putting it nicely considering the reputation of Italian tanks for not being all that great compared to bigger nations. They said they will be all fixed by Wednesday or Thursday, if we take the day off tomorrow and help with the repairs, we can get it down probably tomorrow or Wednesday.

I also mentioned that any tanks that do get damaged can be repaired since we have a perk to repair tanks.

The example can be used with Saunders since before the match with Walter Chrsitie we had a match with them and managed to repair our tanks before the real match

> Grab onto Fairless’s breasts

You reach out and let your hands feel up Fairless’ breasts, stopping you from a bad trip to the ground. You steady yourself. That was close.

Fairless says, “Could you please let go of my breasts?”

You look down, oh, sorry about that. You let go immediately.

… goddamn it, her breasts are way bigger than yours. Hell, they feel bigger even.

“You can stop staring at my breasts,” she says as she crosses her arms. She’s dropped her blazer in favor of just the blouse and tie. She’s chewing on something. Gum perhaps?

“Ehehe,” you rub the back of your neck. “Sorry, Bernadette.”

Bernadette spits, the trash can dinging. Oh, it was a sunflower seed. “Not your fault.” She walks over to the desk and sits down.

“What’s with the sunflower seeds?” you ask.

“Well,” she says. “I’ve quit smoking. It’s an incredibly hard habit to kick if I do say so myself which is why-“ She points to a plastic egg of silly putty on the desk. “I have silly-putty. And I also have sunflower seeds, some gum, and other repetitive things to use to keep the urge to open a pack back.”

“Oh, neat!” you say.

Fairless shrugs, adjusting her glasses a bit. “Not really.”

“So, Bernadette. Is… is it hard? Quitting smoking.”

Bernadette nods. “Very. It’s not helped by the fact that one of the few people I talk to is the drug store owner that I buy my cigarettes from and he keeps putting the cigarettes down on the counter when I walk in for me. And I buy them out of sheer habit.”

You nod. “I can see how that’d go awry.”

“Indeed,” says Bernadette. “But you know what helps stave it off?”

You sit down, placing your coat and blazer on the chair. “What?”

“Porn.”

You quirk your brow. “Porn?”

“Lots and lots of porn,” she says. “That and masturbating. If I get the urge and I’m at my dorm and I’m not expecting anyone, I just finger myself until I stop having the urge. It’s worked so far but I have feeling it’s not that healthy.”

You shrug. “Probably not.”

Fairless nods. “I’m guessing you must think I’m some creepy perverted fuck, huh?”

“No. Let’s move on though, this is an irrelevant conversation.”

With that, your staffs begin arriving. Nancy, Lisa, and Ramirez arrive. Nancy says, “Hello! We brought some pizza and drinks!”

The Juniors arrive next. “Hi!” says Betty. “We’ll just take our seats here.” The three of them take their seats and immediately get right into browsing their smartphones.

The Seniors arrive last, as usual. “Yooooo!” Henrietta and Andrea are really hype about something. “Fight Club Mako!” says Henrietta.

Andrea shrugs. “I’d have settled for JoJo instead.”

“BUT FIGHT CLUB MAKO!” Henrietta says. Claire simply rolls her eyes as she takes her seats.

“Right.” All of you sit around the huge table made up of pushed together desks. Fairless says, “Let’s discuss a few things before we get into our work. First thing’s first. Fredendall.”

Henrietta asks, “Is she in jail yet?”

“No,” says Fairless. “Quite the contrary. Yesterday, I was contacted by Fredendall’s parents that she is not in fact going to jail. She is going to be on probation doing community service aboard LGA.”

Everyone groans a bit, except for Nancy.

“However,” says Fairless. “She is to be held back from graduating this year with the Senior Class. She will not be allowed to participate in club activities. And if she offends again, she will in fact go to the cooler.”

You ask, “Do we get any money out of this?”

Fairless nods. “Fredendall’s parents paid LGA a good amount of money to drop the charges. I’ve divided it amongst all the clubs and the remainder shall go to us three councils. Five thousand dollars for everyone.”

> + 5,000 DOLLARS

“Besides that, I’ve also allocated certain Senior reserve funding into future events for the Spring, and for the Summer for the underclassmen.” Fairless nods. “Alright, does anyone having anything they want to bring up?”

Nancy raises her hand. “I was thinking we could reapprove the Foreign exchange program. We already have a few schools who are willing to send people over as early as Wednesday this week provided we also send someone as well.”

Fairless nods. “Of course. Are you rooming them, Nancy?”

Nancy nods. “I’m making them feel welcome every step of the way!”

Fairless looks over to you. “So, Gertrude. Do you happen to know these schools? Are they respectable?”

Fairless nods. “Alright. I’ll see about to enlisting a few students to exchange with them. We have quite a few students who are actually quite adept at Asian culture.”

“I thought they were all Vietnamese,” says Henrietta.

Claire says, “We have a few Chinese,Thais, Japanese, and other types of Asians here too.” She sighs. “But yeah, we do have a lot of Viets.”

Fairless nods. “Of course. Well, that’s settled then, next order of business.” She holds up a piece of paper. “The Sewing Club wish to book a date, December 2nd for a Fashion Show to raise money for the school.”

The Juniors nod. “Yeah,” says Jane Russell. “We were just hired for that actually.”

“As was I,” says Fairless.

You nod. “Seems good.” The Juniors and Seniors agree as well.

“Alright,” Fairless marks the date on the Calendar. She quickly pops a sunflower seed into her mouth, thoughtfully chewing on the shell. “Right, another thing. A group of students have voiced concerns over the Rifle Team and their very… generous armory of firearms.”

Henrietta says, “Oh, the Tumblrites?”

“Yes, the Tumblrites,” says Fairless. “Despite their general idiocy, they do raise a point. That many firearms is dangerous under the roof of only a few people.”

You raise your hand. “Fairless. I talked to the Rifle Team about this. Maybe we can set up a program or something. Something to help promote gun safety. The Rifle Team set up a workshop on how to operate guns safely and how to register them properly, general education on stuff like that.”

Betty nods. “I’d be fine with that.”

“Of course,” says Fairless. “The Rifle Team will need funds for that however. Approximately 2,000 Dollars to book a range for the next few months. And since they are all sophomores, I’ll leave you to pay that.”

You nod. “Alright. Is there anything else?”

“Beyond that, just club fundings and appraisals. Stuff like that. We can get to work on that for now.”

I think Blue Grass Blues, is a good name for their team

> Talk to Someone (Fairless)

“Hey, Bernadette.” You manage to catch Bernadette out the door. “Want to head out with me? I figure I’d stop by the Tank Shop if that’s alright with you.”

Fairless nods. “Oh, sure. I got time I suppose. Do you mind if we stop by the drug store?”

With that, you say goodbye to the staffs and head on to the drug store.

“Man!” you say as you walk out. “You almost bought a pack of cigarettes.”

“It was a force of habit,” says Fairless. “Mr. Nguyen always puts down a pack of Marlboro for me when I walk in.”

You shrug. “Well, I ain’t going to recommend you stop going to the drug store.”

“Of course,” says Fairless. “I’m sure Mr. Nguyen will learn.” She sighs as she opens up a pack of chips and starts shoveling them into her mouth.

“Let’s just head to the Tank Shop. I want to see if they need any help.”

“Alright,” says Fairless. “Speaking of which, Gertrude. I been meaning to ask you.”

“Oh? What?”

Fairless says, “You don’t jack off?”

You sigh. You knew this was coming. “I never really found the time to… schlick or whatever the hell people call it these days. It’s bit of an awkward topic honestly, Fairless.”

Fairless nods. “Sorry for bringing it up then.”

“Nah it’s fine,” you say. “I mean, ain’t it exhausting? Like, having to masturbate every time you get the urge?”

Fairless says, “Not when y’all have a vibrator.”

“Y’all?”

Fairless says, “What?”

“You just said y’all-“

“No I didn’t.”

You shrug. “Okay my fellow girl of Southern descent-“

“I’m from Pennsylvania.”

“There’s nothing wrong with being from the South!” you laugh.

“Yes there is,” says Fairless. “When I belt out with my Georgian accent, people suddenly assume I’m some kind of racist stupid hick. And that’s on top of people being really intimidated by me by default.”

You shrug. “Virginian accents must be more attractive then.” You smirk a bit at that. “I bet when people say Southern accents are sexy, it’s because of accents like my own.”

Fairless rolls her eyes. “Whatever.”

With tha, you arrive at the shop. Naval Studies Engineering and Merchant have arrived to help out. Lisa as well sits atop a tank, playing on her smartphone. Huxley and Benita are busy working on the suspension of the Scott.

Mr. Mishka arrives to greet you. “Hey, Gertrude!” He pats you on the shoulder. “Oh, goodness, who’s your friend?”

Mr. Mishka nods, skeptical. “I see. Uh, Bernadette. Have you seen the new tanks that have arrived? An M24 Chaffee and a Cromwell IV, uh…” He looks over. “Huxley!” Huxley looks up, flinching a bit as he sights Fairless. “Show our guest the new tanks, will you?”

With that, Fairless walks alongside Huxley, under the watchful eye of Lisa.

Mr. Mishka tells you, “I haven’t seen a stare like that since the NKVD Officer at Sevastopol.”

You shrug. “She’s trying, Mr. Mishka.”

Wishlisting will still have the one week travel time.

>>32188190

For multiple teams.

If we cant find the crusader or T-70, it can be a good 4 man tank for the juniors.

We appear to be playing the roulette for the pershing as well.

This is a backplan in case it doesnt show up in the shop.
>>
>>32188252
And if we don't need it? I rather not spend 10,000 on something we might not need?
>>
>>32188252
Isn't wishlisting still good enough for us, in case we do decide to keep it, it will make it harder to cancel if we decide we don't want it
>>
>>32188272

We're flush with cash now.

A 10k investment is a small investment against the threat of not having a good tank or being forced to purchase a crap or unsuitable tank from the ranks of those available on the the last week before the 20 v 20 to fill our roster.

>>32188292

If we really want to play the roulette, wishlisting reduces the chance of getting something we want be 20 percent each week.
>>
>>32188315
We can order tanks from Perrine, Ace, and others, we don't have to buy from the shop, we can ask if their willing to sell.

You bend over, looking over Benita’s shoulders as she tightens the suspension on the Scott. “Need any help?” you ask.

Benita nods. “Could you slide that toolbox over since Biff Slamchest is showing Scary McTerrifying around the tanks?” You slide the toolbox over with your foot casually.

“So, nicknames, huh?” you say.

Benita shrugs, wrenching with a ratchet. “Well, Huxley is pretty damn strong and pretty damn generic looking, I figure I might as well. As for Fairless, well you know.”

“Fairless is trying,” you say. “Gotta give her that.”

“Of course,” says Benita.

You look over at Mr. Mishka. “Hey, Mr. Mishka, can I ask something?”

You look over at Huxley and Fairless. Huxley is busy trying to show Fairless the Cromwell tank and not look terrified of her at the same time.

“… and this is Cromwell. Not slow or well-armored like a Churchill. Cromwell’s good fortune is its speed. With the right track tension and some modifications to the suspension, it’s also pretty maneuverable too,” he says. “Rolls-Royce Meteor is also a reliable engine that won’t break down as much the German engines.”

Fairless nods. “I see.”

They might have the tanks we're looking for? People are so focused on the shop we can ask them if we can buy the tanks!

We had this entire discussion about asking to buy tanks from other academyship regarding the Hellcat! but nope too risky with ship must buy chassis!

I'm sorry, I'm a little angry but considering this entire discussion we had about buying more hellcats and the fact german told we can ask other academyships to buy tanks.

Not to mention, the plan which was from also last time we discussed last week about taking the time off school to repair our tanks was ignored. I can't help but feel this way.

“Hey, Bernadette.” You break in between Fairless and Huxley. “Why don’t you help Benita over there with… stuff.” Fairless nods then walks over to Benita.

Huxley wipes his brow. “Phew. Thanks. I was scared out of my wits.”

“Yeah, Fairless does that,” you say.

“No, I was scared of Lisa.” He points to Lisa poking her head over one of the Shermans. She immediately ducks down. “The girl can get angry when she wants to.”

“She cares about your safety, Huxley,” you say.

“Kind of wish she didn’t,” says Huxley. “Or maybe if she was bit clearer. Whatever, thanks, Gertrude.”

You sigh, walking over to Benita and Fairless. “So, anything I can help with?”

You arrive at Fairless’ dorm. Fairless leaves the lights off though, deciding to just light the desk lamp on her huge desk in the living room.

Jeez, this is like something out of a Film Noir. Fairless says, “Go ahead and wash up if you’d like.”

You nod. That shower though.

You immerse yourself in the amazingly hot waters of the shower, sighing in bliss. You actually notice something you didn’t note last time. Fairless has a motherfucking bathtub. A pretty sizable one too, that’s certainly something you want to use at some point. But not now though, that’d be rude. For now, it’s a shower and that’s about it.

You exit the shower, putting on your night clothes. Fairless is on her bed, reading a book at her desk with the TV on for idle noise.

You decide to text both Joanna and Michelle to ask if either would like to take over for training next time.

Joanna says, “Sure!”

Michelle says, “oh hell no i ain’t doing no instruction fuck that”

You sigh. You suppose Michelle might need some getting used to. But, you can figure it all out later. You watch TV on Fairless’ couch, snacking on spare candy she had lying around. You look over at her. “Hey, Bernadette. What are you reading?”

Fairless says, “The Killer Angels by Michael Shaara. Good book, you ever read it?”

“Once, for a Middle School project,” you say. You shrug at that. “The teacher marked me down for choosing too difficult a book for my classmates to understand.”

“Ouch,” says Fairless. “But, that’s Middle School for you, huh.”

“Yeah,” you sigh. “I hated Middle School.”

“So did I,” says Fairless.

“So, Fairless. How come Shore Leave in Australia got cancelled?” you ask.

Fairless says, “Fredendall cancelled it last minute to spite the Tankery team after Chi-Ha-Tan if I remember correctly. She always was a bit of a sore loser.”

“How come we can’t get to Australia now?” you ask.

Fairless shrugs. “We’re already on course back to Virginia. We turn around now, we’ll miss Thanksgiving Break.”

You nod. “Understandable. Kinda wish we did get to go to Australia.”

“Well, maybe we’ll get lucky and the Tournament will take us there,” she says. She bookmarks a page then shuts the book and places it on the table.

You smile. “I’d like to see the look on your face when I punch a Koala in the face.”

She looks at you, confused. “Huh?”

“Inside joke,” you say. “Let’s just say my Dad is a real cool guy.”

Maybe we should "accidentally" leak all the details about the fire affair to the media outside. "Student snaps and attempts to set school on fire" might not be "Student snaps and shoots up school" levels of attention but that oughta make some trouble money can't completely cover up. At least raise some amusing questions at a job interview.

There was no "attempt". She destroyed two buildings and damaged hundreds of thousands of dollars of vintage armor.

The tankettes seem to make excellent high speed rabbits for other tanks to chase. Anzai apparently likes using them in that way to lure them into ambushes where her assault guns and her P40 can reasonably engage them on their terms.

> + 5 CP

You yawn a little, then say, “So, Fairless. You seemed confused about not having a lot of paperwork to deal with at the meeting.”

Fairless says, “Well, I usually have more stuff to do. It’s strange honestly, not having anything to do.”

“Hm, I’d kill for that actually,” you say. “Just being able to sit back and do nothing you know?”

“I’d kill myself if that were the case,” she says. “Having something to do means I’m at least useful.”

“Of course,” you say. You notice that Fairless has been drumming her fingers along her desk a lot as she watches TV. She must be having her cravings. Good on her at least for quitting smoking. She probably still tastes like cigarettes though.

You don’t know why you thought that but it’s probably true.

> Go to Bed

You lie back on the bed covered in Fairless’ spare blanket. Fairless lies in her own bed, naked under the covers as she rubs at and grips the sheets tirelessly.

You say, “You doing okay, Bernadette?”

Fairless nods. “Yeah.”

“If you want, I can step out and-“

“No, no,” she says. “You’re a guest. I shan’t force that on you. But hey, Gertrude, listen.”

“Yeah?”

“If you see me in the morning and I’m smoking, please punch me in the face.”

You smile. “Sure.”

Bernadette sighs, then turns over. “Good night, Gertrude.”
