Last time with the bandit outcasts are forces attempted to raid a hospital...it didn't go so well. As the crazies ended up disappearing on us real quick and it turned out said hospital had friends. Those friends turned out to be quite good their first strike force however made a fatal mistake allowing us to crush them between our two forces. Problem was that bought time for rest of their brethren to show up. They quickly arrived and began to attack our forces. We suffered heavy losses and when they attempted to blockade us we broke out right on time. However we lost many guys and even a few officers thanks to all of that.

We had to leave the crazies behind but they ended up coming back with some company in tow. From where exactly we aren't sure they were gone and then next thing we know they were back in their area doing as the insane do. They have also seemed to have brought company and some peculiar devices...

1. Which of our officers are injured, and do we have any KIA/MIA? I don't remember losing some, I do remember some being hurt.

Raid goes as planned our guys seemed to be a bit off though. The raiders hit a splinter group quite hard pilfering their ill gotten goods and wiping out what few defenders there were before speeding away. After that they granted us our share.

Let's take a look at our camp and see the interaction between outcasts now that having so many humans doesn't cover it all.

Accordingly, with the advise of our heroes, we should remedy whatever might be causing disunity between our forces on the homefront, which will create better recruiting opportunities and lead to better cohesion on the battlefield between people who actually give a shit about each other.

The crazies are doing as the crazies do despite now being the majority they don't seem to be doing anything with it much to the confusion of the others.

The ghouls meanwhile thanks to nasty conditions that occured earlier have...somewhat converted a few humans as in their reach has expanded beyond the highly radiated quarantine zone to complement this.

The mutants meanwhile have...an oddly good relationship with the slaves of all things in addition to the ghoulish forces. Its worth noting they are acting oddly.

The weirdos have been keeping to themselves though their numbers have slowly increased at a steady rate which we have failed to notice until now. They have expanded to such a degree they have 'officially' claimed a section of the base for themselves. There we found some stuff under construction and stuff being modified.

Heavy Teams for the most part have largely withdrawn to themselves.

Outcasts basic forces we have notice seem to be not exactly sure what to do with themselves and have fallen under the attentions of the more...unusual elements.

Urban scouts we discovered...didn't actually have a area in fact they outright migrated around the base wandering around and mixing it with their training. Apparently one gets heavily penalized if your seen by a non member while if you get seen/snuck up by a member you get whacked. Looks like an extreme version of tag.

Smarties meanwhile have seem to be meeting up with the bots plotting something. Not exactly sure what but they have taken over the medical bay and are extorting the other outcasts. Especially if they come in wasted and wake one of them up. Bots
Seem to be focused around access points the labs which they occasionally open up to slip into or out of. We have detected odd marches of them, colorful lights, and the occasional BOOM in a few select areas. Unknown what is occurring there. Only seen to have briefly dealt with the Crazies and seem to now be focusing their attentions on the Smarties.

Relations

Are tight among four lines the Odds, humans, mutants, and ghouls.

A fifth faction is present but refusing to take part those are the bots they are most focused around the access to the labs underneath us.

Mutants are somewhat good with ghouls until they started nomming slaves which has strained things between them for some reason. Not getting along with humans and odds are creeping them out.

Humans seem to be willing to put up with the odds but the mutants and ghouls both rub them the wrong way except for a few exceptions but that is only true for the ghouls and NOT the mutants.

Ghouls are strained with the mutants, mostly bad with the humans, and the odds are starting to get on their nerves.

Odds only get along with humans(who keep their distance from their...brethren). Have strained relations with both ghouls and zombies with no friends among either of them who at least had a few with only one of them...

Likewise, Ask Doc Wilt of his intentions in our base and the Intentions of the Smarties and the Bots.

If Our outcasts are unsure of what to do with themselves, then have our survivnig officers them train themselves until they are. Train them how to act as outcasts should, helping and supporting each other, strength through unity and cohesion and that includes with other NONHUMAN elements. If we can't make them want to get along with the ghouls and mutants, then we'll train them to.

Those of them who prove adept above and beyond the average, will be sent to various other groups among us to be trained if they are good at skills pertaining to them. For example, those particularly good at basic stealth training will be set to train themselves for the Trials of Ubrum.

That won't cover everything, but it will cover somethings for now.

Something more productive, you need to weigh the wants/needs of our larger population against the wants/needs of the mutants.

The larger population wants them for 'entertainment' (and food with the ghouls)...so if we just say "Boom, you're free" they'll get pissed. Meanwhile the mutants just dislike our having slaves because they've never gotten the chance to prove their worth and escape from their circumstances.

Syn is easy to get thanks to a certain organization. Problem arises however if you want the stuff that wont harbor any nastiness aka pure syn.

The vast amount floating around isn't 'pure' which means it can carry all sorts of interesting side effects if you want to miminize that potential when using syn you the purer the better.

Sadly truly pure syn is incredibly difficult to acquire not even harvesters carry the stuff what they carry is recycled syn ready to be 'processed' it doesn't have to be but it helps with quality to a degree.

Heroes simply put are exceptional individuals commonly refereed to as Supers but there is one KEY possible difference. One does not have to be a super to be a hero.

Heroes can be found by asking around and following the trail. Look around for any...'projects' is also a good indicator. Beyond that look for those who have talents or who take command among having a knack for things. Really same thing regarding officers/specials when it comes to finding them. Caravan routes have been scouted will amazing excellence.

Prime ambush location found. Troops seem to be rather light on this one though inexchange they seem to be harboring more vehicles. Tanks spotted and a couple APCs as well besides the usual cargo haulers.

Healing mutation seemed to have slowed to a crawl. Seem to be encountering problems to allow a mutant to not only create healing items within themselves but also allow it to be applicable to ordinary humans.

...that is until we made a breakthrough. Some of guys decided to use some stashed Syn along with a few cultures we had to create a serum that not only helped the mutants heal but also allows them to transfer their healing effects onto another. At the moment this is limited to blood enhancement(transfers certain effects to the donor) and better clotting. Basically figured out to enhance a mutants already robust system but also transfer some of it to another. From merely wiping it on someone to fullblown transfusion of blood.

Anyway we decided to leave it up to the ravager who had a very simple request of our forces that being 'let no body escape' as for our allies 'don't miss a single damned nut'. Man, Genie, I really wish that one day your heroes would actually teach us tactics we could follow, I mean, the General was good at that, but he was the only one who actively tried to teach.

That was bloody beautiful what she did even at half our strength and half of our officers dead and almost no pre-planning. If we got her going at the hospital it would have been worth an entire 2 days of planning, and we would've beaten their reinforcements to the last man.

Wish we knew their secret on tactical genius, but that is expect of all heroes, especially ravagers.

Vehicle drills continue this time we worked out the kinks of the previously discovered tricks. Not to mention there was only a single crash this time around.

Beyond that not much occurred until our forces returned from the underground.
