"But I don't know..." She says, looking to her friends and crewmates. Miho is the classic shrinking violet- you wonder just what happened to turn an iron-hard Nishizumi into someone with such low self-esteem. At least she's better than when she started.

Saori speaks up in defense of her friend. "You're always trying to get people to do things against her will!" She says, leaning forward aggressively. "Why can't you find someone who actually wants to do this interview?"

She bites her lip, looking between you and Saori- it's noble that Saori is looking out for her, but Miho needs to be pushed. "Alright, then." She says, nodding firmly. "I'll do it!"

The four girls stare at you. "What kind of party?" Mako says, keeping her eyes closed as she lays on the grass.

That's actually a pretty good question- Russells had suggested a Hawaiian Luau but getting a whole pig in Japan, let alone a school carrier, will be difficult and costly. But something on the beach might be fun, regardless.

"We'll be fine." You say, nonchalantly. A few minutes later the three of you stride into the cafeteria and immediately begin looking for your target- he isn't hard to find, sitting alone at a table one hand holding a sandwich and the other holding open a large book.

Exactly- its always been a pet-peeve of mine in fanfiction- sometimes a really great story can be spoiled when characters that in the original work never swore are now swearing like sailors.

Granted, it doesn't *always* ruin the story (See SWQ.) but in many cases it can ruin the suspension of disbelief and pull you out of the universe.

Additionally, abstaining from swearing can add extra impact when it does happen.

You take a bite of sandwich before washing it down, letting Russells question your continued attention. "You know, if you'd like I could even find Miho's favorite recipe."

He immediately guesses what you're getting at. "Sure you will. How much of my soul will it cost me, though?" He says frowning.

"I've got no need of souls, Russells." You say. "But you could consider it payment for your good behavior with this afternoon's interview." You smile inwardly- you get to troll Russells in return for him allowing you to troll him. You are a genious.

Yuzu clears her throat. "Speaking of which- Richard will be here for the interview at sixteen-thirty today."

Russells looks confused. "Richard's doing the interview?" He looks to you and back to Yuzu.

Yuzu giggles a bit. "I'm sorry- the interviewer from the BBC is named Richard- they confirmed it by email a few minutes ago."

I'm not kidding. Richard Hammond is actually a really good correspondent when he needs to be, and his enthusiasm and knowledge on the subject is sufficient enough to bring it to a wide audience. In addition, of the three Top Gear presenters, he's the one with the most affinity for American engineering (he's the one who actually owns American muscle cars, for one).

I can think of no better British newscaster to get the world interested in the Greatest Grudge Match of Senshado.
