The JoJo of Season 1 is too much of a nice guy, whereas Season 2 and 3 JoJo's are extremely similar to the character you've created.

Having overpowered characters can work if done right, but you do have to be careful not to have them turn into Gary Stu's.

I'm worried as well.

KlK is a universe that has no magic in it. That allows for a gravity user to destroy EVERYONE without effort, as they all have to land physical attacks.

At this point, I think Jhomas might be able to take down overcharged super Ryuuko in a fair fight just because she has to physically hit him. Gravity magic is the most bullshit ability ever.

He can curb stomp the entire Elite Four and episode 4 Ryuuko and Satsuki all at the same time with zero effort from the part. Increase weight on all of them 4 fold, they're now as slow as an average person, if not slower, Nonon's grounded, and Jhomas is at superhuman strength and speed.

I need better antagonists or turn this into a strictly humor story.

Have you read One Punch Man? Because the main character is literally the most powerful person within the series, able to one shot everyone, and yet it works and is a highly regarded manga.

It's also a comedy, but serious at the same time.

I strongly recommend you read a few chapters of that. Funny enough, your character is headed in the right direction with how he behaves and everything, but I'd still read a few chapters of One Punch Man to see how to properly write an Over powered character.

So, if you're up to it, your homework assignment is to watch Season 2 and 3 of JJBA, and read a few chapters of One Punch Man.

Pic related is One Punch Man, he trained for 3 years straight, and ended up becoming the most powerful person on the planet who can literally one shot people, and yet due to the humor of the story and his personality, it works out perfectly.

I think reading a few chapters of OPM will greatly assist you in writing Jhomas.

I haven't read the original, I've only read the remake, which is where I've gotten those scans I posted from. The original's art is pretty bad, but the story is still good and everything, from what I've heard.

You wanna focus on the remake with the god tier drawings done by Murata Yuusuke. It's on-going as well, so there will be more to read in the future.
