When we retire our house/poke-shelter must have a ball pit.
You and Robin barely made it out of that burning building. You've roughly soaked yourself down, but still smell of whatever chemical got all over you. Your eyes and lungs burn from the smoke. Your dress is probably ruined. That doesn't really matter though. Robin, the kid, and the Pokemon all got out.What if something happened to Robin though? Smoke and dust puffs off of both of you as you hug her tightly. "I love you." Your voice hurts."I love you too." She gets it out between coughing fits. It's hard to read her body language. You pull away and try to look her in the eyes, but you keep having to rub them. The thick smoke really coated you.You're too relieved to give any though to the implications of what you both said right now. Robin and the kid she rescued seem to be in the same boat. Everyone takes a minute to sit on the curb across the street from the burning building.The kid breaks the silence. "I'm so sorry! I just wanted to find new Pokemon. There was a Muk I wanted to catch and I took Growlithe and...It was an accident."She looks terrified. Is she even old enough to have a trainer license? She keeps blabbering. "I'll never do anything like that again. I swear!"You can hear sirens in the distance.You could all just get out of there before they arrive. You're sure they'll have a lot of questions. A female paramedic is waiting inside with a pair of Grimers, or are these ones Muk? They look a lot alike. "This will tickle, just try to relax." The Pokemon start enveloping parts of your body.The paramedic explains what's happening. "Grimers like to consume anything toxic. Rinsing was a good idea, but we want to be sure" They continue to crawl all over you until medical professional is satisfied. "I don't think you have anything to worry about, but if you do feel any of these symptoms, let me or one of the others know right away." She hands you a sheet. "Rinsing yourself off was very smart thinking.""It was dumb to go in there in the first place." The original fireman came back to check on you.
