Ok guys lets do this. Summary:

We were an orc clan stranded on an island with no means of survival. In time we adapted to our environment. We met 3-4 civilizations: Cyclops and Humans. The Cyclops are our friends while the Humans who live in an island to the east of ours are our enemies atm. We have had some engagements with the humans recently. Last time we attacked a ship convoy of theirs and barely made it out but in the end we have attracted the attention of the One From The Deeps.

We have a port and a village on our main island. Our docks have 5 medium ships and there is place for 3 more.

Our shaman Rockjaw is attuned to fire and earth magic. We have an Admiral named Ro'Taka and a Military commander name Gra'Ghus. Both of them command the ships engaged in the recently seabattle. We also have a Diplomat named Kolag who is on a Diplomatic mission atm.

We have discovered some Dark Elf Slaves and have 36 Human slaves from the ship fight.

Also we were ambushed in the past by some Serpentfolk living on an island south of ours. The humans have 1 colony to the west and their main city is to the east (island). We kinda know the humans were on good/neutral relations with some centaurs and had some sort of pact with the Dark Elves who come from the continent to the west.

Ro'Taka's fleet took heavy damage and will arrive next turn for repairs at our town. They will bring 36 humans and 12 Dark elves.

Ro'Taka starts questioning the Dark Elves. They say they were a part of the crew of one of the ships in the 1st big naval battle we fought in.(they raised the white flag and sailed away abandoning their human contractors). They had o be given away as slaves to the humans in order to save their captain's life and not risk war between the Dark Elves and the humans.

Gra'Ghus has 3 orc women to breed with the human mage but the result is not quite as good as last attempts. Maybe the human has depleted his abilities to reproduce. The result is 2 Halfbreeds.

We get 10 Cyclops to work on the farms and each of them gets one horse which means +280 food.

Ro'Taka and his ships arrive at our port. They Disembark and are quickly met by Gra'Ghus which assigns 10 orcs and one cyclop mage to be prison guards. We will have to feed the prisoners in order for them to survive

Gra'Ghus decides to give some houses to the Dark Elves which are grateful. They move into their new houses. One of them Decides to start teaching ranged weapon fighting into the academy. This means the new orcs will know how to use bows/crossbows better.

The Cyclop builders start making a tunnel from the cyclop settlement which will go east deep under the sea. They are using the human Slaves too. Some Orcs will have to guard the slaveworkers. Tunnel will finish in 7 turns.

Also the dock improvements are finished. we have 9/17 ship slots atm. (6 medium ships 1 emisary and 1 large which takes 2 slots)

Rockjaw comes with the ideas on how to build improved roads which will boost production. Also he comes up with the sewers designs which will be more like an underground level of the city. Sewers will decrease the risk of illness in the town.

Gra'Ghus has decides to interrogate the human mage about his spellcasting abilities. He tells them he is good at casting arcane spells. And knows arcane bolt and some other spells.

Also he reveals that the humans have a magic academy.

um A magic academy won't be of any good use to us because our orcs can only grasp very basic magic. And our half-breeds only a little more. We have a cyclop mage which can teach us most forms of magic.

We can ask the Dark Elves,or the One from the Deeps for some advice but both will probably come at a price. And we still haven't gained the favour of the one from the deeps fully.

Also we can't build a wall around the island, it is impossible.

The scouts stumbled on a human scouting party of 20 humans led by a Hooded Ranger figure (special person?) They were all carrying bows and longswords swords. They had padded armor. The ranger was trying to make a map A trail was leading to their camp. They were all silent and appeared to be trained. Just before your scouts decided to retreat an arrow struck the three next to them and they ran back home as fast as they can. Most of them haven't arrived yet.

The scouting party was noticed to the east along the river going out of the cyclop caves.

60 of our orcs and the 36 of the human slaves who quit working on the underground tunnel connecting the 2 islands ( 5 turns remaining) decide to breed under the careful supervision of some Cyclop Nature mages.
The resulting population will be all orcs with. 14 human slaves die in the orgy ( it was too intense for them)

Rockjaw decides to get two apprentices and teach them fire magic. They will be ready in 2 turns.
50 other orcs start training to become ironborn and 27 become ironborn.

Carefully doing calculations with the help of Ro'Taka Gra'Ghus found a way to make the current military system better improving all aspects of know training our civilization had.
The Ironborn cap is now 55 percent of population, warboar cap is 50, horses cap is 60. Also a higher percentage of new orcs will instantly become balista/catapult/crossbow/bow users.
Gra'Ghus weary of the human threat gets 40 of the ironborn and 30 of the cavalry and scout the island.

Meanwhile due to taking the slaves out of the unfinished tunnel the Cyclop Builders were assigned positions as farmers and fishermen because Gra'Ghus had to get so many orcs.

Gra'Ghus' forces go along the south shores of the island. They March in perfect order. At the end of the day they see 4 Human ships that have already disembarked on the shores. Three of the ships are medium ones and one Large ship. Some wooden fortifications have been erected. Sadly a scout is seen running in front of your forces who manages to enter the military fort (wooden walls).
Gra'Ghus sees with his spyglass that the human camp prepares for battle having foot soliders and also armored cavalry.

Gra'Ghus and the rest of the Ironborn decide to make the lives of the humans hell. They try and hunt out their scouts. And so far no human scouts manage to survive. Someone roll 1d100 for tracking the Ranger scouting force.

The rest of the cavalry return to the city and get 30 more ironborn all the shamans and the cyclop mages. Rockjaw also comes along with his 2 apprentices. They also get the warboars with them. We might need all our forces to fend off this invasion. 6 catapults and crew and 15 balistae and crew also join.

Ro'Taka gets 3 medium ships with 2 shamans and 1 cyclop mage each. He takes the human mage with him, might have to sacrifice it to the One from the Deeps at one point.

Some orcs are left to guard the prison.
An emissary is sent to the cyclops to warn them of the human invasion. They respond with fear and only agree to give you some enchanted armor and weapons for all your soldiers but would stay out of the conflict.

while searching for the scouting party Gra'Ghus and 30 of the ironborn got ambushed. By the ranger. Having been in enough engagements Gra'Ghus quickly rallied his orcs.

Sadly the first volley from the humans took out 6 of the ironborn. The ironborn fired their bows back killing 3 Humans.

give the armors and weapons to our vanguard divisions, if the humans sail fort to attack our setlement send the ship's boarding parties to capture their camp and disrupt their supply lines.
the orcs will defend their village behind their walls if the humam force advance or lay siege on the camp if the humam forces stay put.

continue to train warriors with our idle orcs.
ask the dark elves if they want to take part in the battle or give us any usefull information about human tactics or generals.

Gra'Ghus decides to stay and fight He gets 18 of the ironborn who surround him and they charge toward the ranger and his defense party.

The human archers fire a second volley killing 3 more ironborn
2 ironborn join the fight.

The ironborn archers fire and manage to kill 4 humans.

Someone roll d100 to see how the charge does
0-15 4 of the charging orcs are killed and they don't reach the humans
16-35 3 of the charging orcs are killed and gra'ghus reache the humans and kill 2 humans
36-70 Gra'Ghus and his orcs reach the humans 4-5 orcs die but the wave of death drowns 8-11 humans.
71-94 Gra'Ghus 5-6 orcs die but we kill 18+ humans
95-100 same as above but an archer manages to wound their leader
