And before you know it, you've made it all the way across the castle to Citrine's room. Or rather the door to her room. Marianne seems a bit disappointed to stop talking (come to think of it, has she ever talked to you for that long before?), but she goes back to her usual quiet self as you knock on the door.

Karel goes completely tense when you call out to her, you even think you see her jump a little bit. Cautiously she then turns to face you... and you can see the relief wash over her face as she realizes that it was you who called her out.

"Hey Reinhold. Princess," Karel says, waving as she approaches the two of you. "I ought to punch you for spooking me like that, you jerk."

"Marianne..." you say, stepping in front of the Princess and placing a hand on the pommel of your sword.
"O- okay," the Princess stammers as she moves aside so that you and Karel can make a barrier between her and whatever it is that the guards are running outside to investigate.

"You idiots, make way!" a guard shouts, shooing the others who are blocking the entrance. "We have a wounded man here!"
"Wounded?" you say as you strain your eyes in order to try and make out whatever it is out there. You think you can see one man propping up a larger one who's covered in blood...
"Someone got injured while out there hunting down the traitors?" Karel asks.
"Looks like it," you reply. "It doesn't look like an attack, but I still can't make out who's coming in."

Both cautious and curious, the three of you decide to hang back until you know what exactly is going on. It's not until they make it through the gate that you're able to tell who exactly it is that's approaching...

I believe we know Refresh, which will heal all minor cuts and scrapes.

While Healing Grace is an upgrade of that, which will heal minor injuries and stop bleeding, it will not cure major wounds such as deep cuts or broken bones. Considering he came back from battle, it is possible it is either of those, and will not help the situation, unfortunately.

He'd need to go to a medical bay, or get stronger magic put on him. Even then, it's not smart of us to try something we just learned not a couple of days (weeks?) ago, but the thought is good I suppose. It's still in our best interest to get someone better than us, and also get the King or Gregory.

We know Healing Grace, we learned it specifically because it's more combat-relevant. We didn't learn Refresh because while healing minor cuts and bruises is nice if you need to recover from a fight with an angry tomcat, it wouldn't fix a sprained ankle for example, and a sprained ankle when you've got to GOFAST can get you dead.
