You decide safety in numbers is the game to play here, and take a few quick steps towards her when "MOVEMENT!"
One of the twitchy younger men from the new group swings his rifle your way and fires. A few others from the other groups also follow suit and open up on you.

You throw yourself to the ground as the gunfire tears through the space over your head. Almost instantaneously, you hear Kris screaming at them to cease fire, but the damage is done. You hear a pained, choking sound from behind you and uncover your head, looking back over your shoulder to see the big guy clutching at his neck, spurting blood from several holes, before he topples heavily to the ground.
The short silence that follows is suddenly broken by a scream from the group you came in with, and you spin your head in time to see one of the lighter guys getting dragged kicking into the shadows. A barrage of bullets follows him, and then silence.

As soon as this second volley stops, you push yourself back to you feet and jog over to Kris.
She nods a grim greeting at you. "I messed up, Loli. I never should've brought us in here. Stupid... stupid!"

You shrug, and decide enough is enough. You pick up a rock near your feet and toss it at a pile of rubble, hoping it will explode. It doesn't. "Hey, hey wolf-guy! Remember your brother? Wanna know what sort of face he was making when I slaughtered him?? Come out and I'll show you!"
Your challenge is met by another bout of malicious laughter, so you fire a spray of bullets into the nearest clump of shadows, then call to the room in general to start shooting.

They join in eagerly enough, plastering the entire room with rounds. After almost a minute, the gunfire slows to stop as everyone runs out of ammunition and has to quickly reload.

"Twenty nine," Kris mutters in your ear.

As soon as everyone's finished reloading, there's a sudden yelp from the center of the biggest squad of light guys, and the group suddenly separates in a panic, to reveal one of their number standing, dazed, his own knife protruding from between his ribs.
He collapses to the ground without another noise.

A few seconds pass, and Kris leans to you again.
"Twenty seven."

You glare between the faces, but you recognize no-one beyond your own party. "Anyone not recognize anyone here?"
As the groups look between themselves, you quickly realize the pointlessness of the question. Everyone knows their own little groups alright, but they have no idea who the other people in their teams are.

After a few more long moments of everyone staring at each other, something comes rolling out from the shadows near the helicopter wreck. You have just enough time to hear someone call a warning, before the thing pops and immediately fills the room with thick, grey smoke.
You choke the smoke out of your mouth, trying to wave it away from your eyes and make out what's going on as you hear yet more screams from the center of the room.

When the room finally clears of smoke, an entire group of three are lying dead, looks of pain and terror etched in their faces.

"Twenty five... Loli, I think I got him, and I have an idea that can get him. But the others aren't gonna like it. You got any ideas?"

"Hey guys, uh. Didn't Kris say there were mines here?" Everyone significantly slows down their prancing, as a few faces start to quickly scan the floor, checking just how close they may have been to an inadvertent, inglorious demise.

Kris calls over in a soft voice, "and I'm pretty sure I didn't count 100% kill rates. There's probably some mercs left lurking around here." A few quickly start spreading out, attempting to locate any traps left over in the immediate area while the others quickly switch back into their ready formations.

You move over to her side and stare down at the corpse. "Yep. Definitely him. I'd recognize that face anywhere..." she tilts her face slightly away from you. "Thanks, Loli. I know you promised to kill him, but I don't think I really believed you until right now." The other side of you, Sergei holds his fist out towards you.

You're not familiar with the gesture. "...Dun' leave a man hangin', now." You tilt your head quizzically at him. "Bump i'..?"
Another pause, and you slowly extend your own closed first towards him. He punches his fist gently into your own, a grin spreading across his face. "Heh. Gratz on the kill, girly. 'S'gun be a while 'fore A see summit like'at again."

You thank him, then turn back to Kris. "Hey, where's Vasa?"

"Hmm? Oh, we left her by the door we came in by. She's conscious again, and not hurt anywhere badly, don't worry.

With the immediate business out the way, you spend the next four hours slowly combing the entire Jupiter plant. The yellow guys manage to root out two surviving mercs, who they take prisoner and take with them when they leave, whilst the guys in red manage to find three more who immediately surrender. They're quickly lined up against a wall and summarily executed.

For your part, you group finds an awful lot of very useful looking loot, like medical supplies and grenades and such. The majority of the guns are no better than your own, or are in worse state of repair so most of them are simply left, though Ice makes a point of picking a few of the better repaired ones, with the intent of selling them off for cash that he'll split between the five of you.

You yourself find nothing but ammunition for your guns. Though you do manage to find what appear to have once been Kiyiya's personal quarters in one of the buildings separate from where the others have clearly been staying for a long while.
In there, you find many notes about jobs being offered and requests for hits against certain people. You even find one for yourself, dated from a while ago, though there's no information on the sender, payout or reason. Just your name and that you're wanted dead. You also come across your survival knife and your second pistol, both of which you'd assumed lost after the last fight with Kiyiya. It appears he kept them both as trophies or souvenirs or something, though you're not sure why. He doesn't seem to have taken anything from any other fights, and there's no way to ask him in person anymore.

You pocket the stuff that looks most interesting, and meet up with the others and prepare to head home.
