I feel that this focus on Matilda is going to get us axed by our sister for reasons that are difficult to avoid.

If we must go after her, let's at least send Aomi to finish off Marcus.

I will remind you guys that you really need to actually defend one point you can retreat elsewhere if things arent going so hot.

But it seems like we're kinda outnumbered, in which case removing enemies in the most expedient fashion seems like a pretty solid plan, and the quickest way to do that is to remove enemies we're strong against before they have a chance to take out allies who they're stronger against.

And if we need to defend the seal - which is kind of our primary job - we should be able to teleport directly to the seal room.

"Lets go kill illusion bitch." You growl out while transforming into your combat armor and you see your sister do the same. You nod at each other and jump out the window, the shattering glass harmlessly bouncing off your skin and armor. You use several of the countless outcroppings to keep yourself away from the floor until the last moment. And that's when you see her disgusting pink hair blowing in the wind while she stands in the center of a circle made out of charred ground. That's weird, is it an illusion to intimidate anyone who comes near? Not like it matters as you're making your last jump towards her. You summon your sword so you can hit her the hardest in the first attack.

You jump with our sister right behind you.

She glances up to you two and the ground twists and turns as she quickly jumps out of the way. She isn't going to make landing easy but fortunately for you it's a lot easier for you to do it since you can easily see through. Your magic sonar/radar helps too. Aomi simply closed her eyes before landing.

You land and she stands in front of you, glaring at you with hate in her eyes.

You grab your sword with both hands and Aomi looks ready to charge when she suddenly stops and starts blinking like if she's been blinded by the sun. She puts her hand in front of her face and frowns, "Again with your cheap tricks and jumps back to try and get some distance but trips when she lands. Yeah...

"This is between me and you." She brings her fists up and faintly feel something other than dad's energy coming from her body, it's small but still there. "No parlor trick this time."

"Fine with me." You smirk. You've fought her before and she's weak, way to weak to be able to hurt you so she hides behind illusions to surprise you. A coward by nature but even rats fight when they're cornered.

You charge at her with your sword trailing behind you, "I'll finish this with one blow!" You yell out and to your surprise she charges straight at you as well. This has to be an illusion, no way it isn't. You make a wide horizontal slice against her going from right to left and to your surprise you feel your sword connect with something.

Your pleasant surprise is interrupted by a nastier one made out of flames and the smell of singed hair. She's never used fire before, whats going on? You look down to your sword and see that even though you landed a solid hit that dug a bit into her side, she's stopped it with her other hand that is glowing with heat.

Your eyes open wide. This is very very different.

She's holding on to your sword, you can't allow that for no reason at all. The last person that disarmed you was fucking Sushi and you had o steal Akari's underwear so you wouldn't feel exposed all day. You pull your sword back and kick off her stomach to a more acceptable distance. Aomi is still blinded by whatever Matilda is showing her but she at least seems a tiny bit more aware about the world around her. You have a glint on your eye, an ability she has never seen before and wont be able to defend properly.

She knows you're planning something by jumping far away and breathes out black smoke so thick and heavy that it reminds you of some documentaries about volcanoes you've been forced to watch during class, oh and its racing towards you. Even if you can't see her you've learned how to deal with her hiding anywhere and everywhere with her illusions. You take a deep breath before the smoke reaches you, send out a weak magic pulse to sense Matilda. That other energy beside's dad's is growing stronger by the second.

But that doesn't matter. You channel a powerful pulse of magical energy into your sword and slice vertically towards her direction.

A fireball emerges from somewhere within the cloud to meet your slicer and it is quickly cut in half on contact, and sending both halves of the ball of condensed inferno careening off into the distance before they explode spectacularly.

You hope that no one got hurt by that.

Your ears are greeted with a scream of pain and your sister quickly retaking her combat stance and looking around for whatever's happened.

A wind picks up and the smoke thins enough for you to see Matilda clutching at her chest as she glares at you in absolute fury, "You! If only all of you weren't born."

Matilda is very different than how she is usually. Your powers would really kill her if you hit her hard enough and it would leave this whole mystery of this other energy unsolved. Besides you should be able to use it for your own good. Right now you need to get one of the cures her to purify her and maybe solve this. You would take out your cellphone but Matilda doesn't give you the chance as her fireball assault continues.

"Aomi, get spear and shield in here call them or do something! I'll keep her distracted." you try to make yourself heard among the roaring flames. Aomi probably heard you since she is keeping her distance from you and Matilda. Now it's a matter of time.

You keep her other power in check. Right now you feel her power composition is half anger from your dad and half...something else. Whatever that something else is is much better than the what your dad is supplying Matilda with as she feels much stronger than before.

"Hey lizard bitch!" You yell out, "I thought you wanted to fight me, not spit at me!" Okay yes, you really need to practice your mid-fight insults a bit more.

You blink.

She's now standing over you and time seems to slow down. A straight punch straight at your face. You duck only to find a knee coming at your face. You put your hands in front of you to block her strike. Next thing you know, you're up in the air as Matilda's eyes glow even harder now. She's panting and she doesn't seem to be able to keep up with this fight much longer.

Michiko jumps back a significant distance and holds her spear with the tip facing her opponent. In a burst of blinding orange light you hear her yell out "Precure! Meteor Strike!"

A you see a large explosion of orange light at Matilda's location but you lust Michiko, all you see is a light trail going from where Michiko started all the way to...how the hell did she get all the way over there? Nevermind the distance, the trail made some impossible turns as well.

"Let your heart filled with fury be pacified!" She yells out while swinging her spear and turning around to face Matilda. The trail of orange light quickly becomes polluted with combination of black and gold energy before shattering and laving Matilda without energy and hopefully her connection with dad gone.

You telepathically call up Lubu, telling him there's something important for him to see.

You cautiously approach Matilda and everyone does the same, she seems somewhat...younger and sleeping peacefully with a smile on her face. You smile in triumph and try to look cool, "Well that's one down. three left to go." At least Matilda doesn't seem like she's going to be a problem in the future, maybe.

They both jump away towards the monsters they were fighting earlier who are holding their ground right now from earlier instructions apparently. You close your eyes and sense around to see what is going on. Amano and Michiko are fighting those two monsters. Momoko and Misa are back to back agaisnt each other while keeping an eye out for Marcus who has left Akari's sensors' detection range. The doctor is with the other two monsters that are holding position and not being attacked at all.

It takes some time for Lubu to come out, apparently he had to set the Seal to finish the last modifications by itself. You somehow know this because seal magic, right whatever.

As soon as Lubu takes a step closer and looks at the uncoscious girl closely. Especially her face. He tries to remember smething as he is lost in thought. "I thought it was a rumor." He crosses his pawed arms and looks at Matilda again. "We might have one of the princesses of the kand of Pride." You do your best to not hug him when he's serious.

"Let us hope she is friendly."

What we don't have is the precure "purify" attack. Whether thats because we can't do it, or just because we haven't learned to yet it up for debate.

But Masako didn't "become" a Precure - she's technically a seal guardian.

It's actually kind of a (Lubu-borb) miracle that Masako and Aomi weren't simply annihilated by being hooked up to the Seal instead of Diavlo, given the nature of the two magics is basically the polar opposite...
