Unlocking Alchemy can be done by unlocking Fire, Earth, and Air manipulation.

Alchemy would be something that would be very good to get, as it would allow Asher to create permanent changes in the world through his magic and eventually achieve immortality through the creation of a Philosopher's Stone (would also require summoning, apparently)

LaVeyan would give us some good targets for Oaths, and might also do some other stuff. Also, it fits well with how Asher operates.

Theistic Satanism would open a lot of metaphorical doors, we could negotiate with demons better as well as other benefits for connecting closer to our magic. But it might close doors as well and we'd probably have to pay in some manner for these benefits, nothing comes for free.

This is not the SMT universe. Summoning thins from modern fiction is difficult, inefficient, and generally not worth it.

The metal door locks closed as the blades pick up, bringing up the altitude. The ruined buildings of the drowned city become less imposing, just a bit further away. Most everyone slumps into a seat and buckles in with Eshe taking the cockpit, silent in her concentration as she pilots this whirling bird.

Your body's a bit numb from your previous exertions, so you decide to walk around a bit, steadying your feet against the shit of the helicopter into forward motion. At a window you can see the chaos taking place upon the main road out of the city.
The barricades established outside of the city to keep The Followers stand out against their flames, fire, and lightning as beings of insurmountable power fight each other amidst concentrated gunfire. The explosive percussion of AM rifles tears through the air though muted between the metal door and beat of the chopper's blades.

Hot Rod seems to get antsy, leaving his seat to scrounge the munitions, nobody saying anything about it.
Aerin's body still looks pretty busted at this point, her right arm hanging limp. Not bleeding but still effectively useless for now. She slouches in her seat shaking intermittently, her lips shuddering in pain.
Helia takes deep calm breaths as she's been so keen on. There's a grime of tar and filth accentuating her body, dirtying what clothes she has left from this whole mess. You're all getting out of here though, alive.

You faintly feel Fara's presence. It feels like she too is in pain.

The woman jumps out of the helicopter, her veins flaring with a bit of power, sending her a bit farther than you'd think normal. She stumbles a bit, acquainting herself with the sand and loose, dry dirt.
“We need something to carry the water with...” You look about, and think about exactly what had been within the cabin. Should've thought about this before you jumped out.
Your eyes are drawn to the chopper itself. Should be pretty lightweight overall, right? You point to a decent panel.
“Bend that into a container, make sure it won't leak from the bottom. I'll worry about evaporation, you just concern yourself with the shape.”
“Asher,” She looks to you, the whites of her eyes bearing a subtle silver-white illumination. It's like the moon now that you think of it,”That's a bit big, right? How-”

Satisfied with that answer, the two of you get to work in the moonlit desert bathed with the occasional tinges of the aurora's color. It's quiet work with exception of Helia's part of the labor, tearing and bending the panel into shape with her own hands.

You approach some of the nearest cacti, feeling the presence of water locked away within its body and cell walls.
After a few pricks, you make contact with the surface of its flesh. You feel some kind of resistance as you assert your will against the plant-life, yet it gives way quickly as you briefly freeze it to destroy the cell walls, and then pull out pure, clean water from the plant, letting it fill your half-empty water bottle. Moving onto the next, you repeat the process over and over again as you let the waters fall into the sand.

When Helia presents the container, you draw the water up from the ground and throw it in, the sand undisturbed.

My first instinct is to have the space leading towards the PoI lead to the space behind him, etc. Imagine bringing two points of a ribbon together so that moving along it, you no longer reach the middle, but just move directly from point A to point B. In my early drafts Veins were actually absurdly powerful. I split Vein powers between Bones and Nerves and then limited the magnitude that veins are capable of.

In the distance, you see a woman walking upon the water. At first, you think she's human, only to realize that she's far more human than you'd like. You aren't quite sure exactly but as she approaches, she becomes all the more vivid, all the more knowing and then suddenly divine.
