She walks to the center of the room and turns to face you. Goku and 17 enter the room, standing off to the side and watching. 18 drops into a defensive stance, and the look on her face tells you that she won't take it easy on you just because of your age.

She appears in front of you, delivering a right handed palm strike aimed for your face. You easily dodge this and kick at her right side with your left leg. She brings her right arm up in just enough time to block it and kicks at you with her left leg, but you block her attack with your right knee. You then counter with a punch to the face that knocks her backwards and off the ground. 18 backflips in the air and lands on her feet, slipping back into a defensive position.

This time, you strike first. You begin to rapidly close the distance between yourself and her, firing a series of energy blasts at her as you approach. A dome of energy surrounds 18, absorbing most of your attacks and weakening the ones that get through. Reaching the barrier, you deliver a mighty punch with your right hand that passes through it, shattering it as your fist slams into her face, knocking her on her back.

Punching through the barrier scorched your right arm a bit, and as you follow up with more punches, you notice that your right arm is moving slightly slower and with less strength, allowing 18 to block some of your punches and land a few hits of her own. Still, bit by bit, you force her back, until she sweeps with her left leg, knocking yours from under you. She fires an energy wave as you fall that sends you flying across the room and crashing into the far wall. You drop to the floor and get to your feet, your back aching a bit from the impact. Still, you're ready to keep fighting.

18 casually approaches you.

18 continues to walk towards you, smirking confidently. She's a skilled fighter, and from what you've heard, able to give even your father a hard time in a fight. She thinks that she's gained the upper hand and that her victory is within her grasp.

You show her differently.

Using Instant Transmission, you appear right in front of 18 and deliver an uppercut that causes her to stagger back a few steps. You follow the uppercut with an upward kick that sends her into the air. As she rights herself, you allow your energy to boil within you and rise to the surface. Your skin turns orange, and as 18 prepares a blast of her own, you unleash your Bardock Bomber.

Hundreds of balls of energy explode from your body, flying in all directions until you casually lift a hand and stop them dead in their tracks. 18 stares down at you, stopping her attack and raising her barrier. With a flick of your wrist, you send the deadly barrage of energy flying directly at her. Many of the blasts dissolve against her shield or are weakened enough by it to have little effect on her. But soon, the sheer volume of the blasts causes her shield to crumble, and dozens of blasts strike her at full power. 18 gives a yell of surprise and pain, falling from the air and landing rather ungracefully face-first on the floor. She manages to get to her feet, although this clearly takes a good deal of effort.

Her clothes are scorched, as is a good amount of her skin. She breaths heavily and stares at you for several moments before giving a small smile.

"You win," she tells you.

"You didn't make winning easy," you tell 18. That was a lot of fun. I can see why dad enjoys sparring with you so much. Whenever you want another match, I'll be waiting."

"Sounds like fun, but don't expect to win next time," she tells you.

You retrieve a small pouch your mother gave you. Fita's parents recently succeeded in growing a crop of senzu beans, and Salta, knowing of your tendency to get into trouble, made sure you got a decent share of them. You take two beans from the bag, handing one to 18 before eating one yourself. 18 gratefully takes the bean and eats it, instantly looking refreshed and recovered. Her scorch marks all vanish.

"Thanks," she tells you.

"Well, I take it it's my turn to take on Frank's Super Saiyan son, then," 17 comments.

17 chuckles as 18 calmly walks over to stand next to Goku, leaning against the wall with her arms crossed. Goku grins in your direction and gives you a thumbs up, wishing you luck in your fight.

17 attacks first, unleashing a volley of powerful energy blasts. Then, he vanishes, appearing above you and firing more. He then appears behind you and fires even more. He fires more from your left, and from your right; energy blasts are coming at you from every direction.

You deliver a kick to the back of his head, sending him soaring across the room towards Goku and 18, who jump out of the way as he collides with the wall.

Regaining his balance, he turns to face you. He breaks into a run, charging straight at you.

He yells in surprise and pain, and you pull your knee back, letting him fall to the floor.

He rolls over onto his stomach and struggles to push himself to his feet. "Alright, alright, you win!"
