We contact the authorities, our PIs (to have them give copies of the evidence and get the witness), arrange things so the agents (both utopia and federal) arrest him after Brass is done beating him into dust, and that should end the first main arc.

After that we have no main villain for a while, but still have to finish the band, the videogame, maybe starting(?) the relationship with Mako, and then what?
