You have never managed to get the DNA of Samus, as you haven't managed to pierce the suit without everything exploding later. As for specific mechanics, get a shit load of index cards. Write room descriptions until randomly determining when Samus shows up. One person or everyone in sequence decides how Samus wrecks shit.
