ALSO, as a clarification to the Harbinger deal. This "bug" you're debating about is completely wrong. The controlled subject does NOT retain skills and knowledge from the controller. The "bug" is that in rare cases, the subject remains conscious during the control period, which is comparable to being paralyzed. There's currently no clear answer how or why this happens, or how to reliably replicate it.
