I try to keep my opinion out as far as possible, so I'd rather not arbitrate on what decisions are worthy of consensus.

I was happy to stick with the old method but the occasional bad decision by a troll was upsetting people.

Let me take my guess:

Bones was probably full Chaotic neutral with subclass in stubborn. Kinda childish for a int based class, but the random choises and troll awnsers may have contributed to that (and that the dice gods liked to have way too many fun with him)

Roland seemed to be Lawfull good, or at least
Neutral good. We couldn't see much of him. I hope we get to play his part eventually once we reach a break point in the story.

Jack even though has some similarities with Bones, is obviously more clever and relies on lies rather than just mindfucking stuff out of his way. Even then, he seems to be a bit more humane than Bones so I'd say he is Chaotic 1/3 good 2/3 neutral.
