>What is this?

Saiyan Story is a series of Choose Your Own Adventure threads in which you play the part of a saiyan warrior. Decisions are made by voting, with the first option to earn three votes winning unless an overwhelming majority is opposed to it.

>Stats

Power Level: 700,000

Health: Excellent

Ki: 100%

>Recap
You, Salta, Spina, and Fita began to plan leaving Earth, and the best course of action for challenging Frieza. You agreed that it would probably be wise to try and salvage a healing tank from Ica's ship, and you, Spina, and Fita travelled to the desert and scoured the wreckage. You found one tank intact but another was missing. You had little time to guess who it was before a massive power level started heading in your direction. Telling Fita to get the tank to Capsule Corp and then come to help, you and Spina stood your ground. The power level was soon revealed to be Ica, who was rescued and given artificial appendages by an unknown individual. You engaged in a fierce battle with both you and Spina nearly dying, but after putting every last bit of your strength into an attack, you managed to kill Ica once and for all. Fita returned, and Spina gave you a senzu bean to heal your injuries.
>>
You and Spina stand side by side, looking over the scorched Earth where Ica had been just minutes ago. Fita examines the area too, and grins, clearly pleased with herself at having been so thorough in destroying what remained of your enemy. Nobody says anything.

"Sounds good" Fita tells you.

"Woah, easy Fita, I was kidding. It seems obvious that we need more information. Doctor Briefs and Kami are good starts, though maybe someone should talk with whatever government exists on this planet. In the meantime, should we go to Ica's territory and put ourselves in charge? The glorious new Saiyan Empire has to start somewhere."

"It did start somewhere" Spina tells you. "But Sampa was destroyed, Spinopolis demolished, and I have no clue about Arlia."

"Look, we can either do a full-scale manhunt, or we can go to Ica's territory, pick one" Fita tells you.

"Alright then, we should probably talk to Doctor Briefs" Spina says.

With that, she takes off down the hall. You and Spina exit the lobby, walk down the hall, up the stairs, down a hall at the top of the stairs, and enter your room. Salta is sitting on the bed, rocking a sleeping Bardock back and forth.

SOMINUS, please make a rule that any and all votes to commit murder of innocent people or allies must be subject to a separate voting system.
The way things are now, if one day the serious questers find themselves predisposed, leaving this guy to fuck everything up in our absence, your quest will be ruined.

Please consider it.

"I didn't do it alone."

This quest needs something more. Someone who actively archives every single thread, reading through it right now and I'm at 38, but I'm gonna have to look for it on archivefoolz again. I was planning on making a list with links to all missing threads but I forgot, might do that once I'm a bit less busy irl.

Anyway, Good job so far Somnius. I lost faith for a short while after Fita died (I misinterpreted the "full aura" as back to full power too), but you handled it very well. Thanks for the awesome quest.

"I didn't do it alone" you tell her, leaning over and giving Spina a kiss. "Besides, I have good reasons to survive. For example, who would you use as a punching bag if I died?"

Salta laughs, causing Bardock to wake up and start crying, She sighs and begins rocking him again, trying to get him to go back to sleep.

"So, are any of them known to work with the Red Ribbon Army?" you ask.

"Know? No" Fita tells you. "But there are plenty of rumors about Doctor Gero. Most of the scientific community, while respecting his intelligence, have very little approval for him at an ethical standpoint."

Meanwhile......

He watched the footage again, #5 being reduced to a few charred pieces of scrap metal by that Saiyan's Kamehameha wave. It was a remarkable attack, he would have to admit. And he planned to continue researching it. While a bit disappointed to have #5 destroyed so easily, he overall was unconcerned with its fate. The battle had given him valuable data, and he had managed to collect genetic material that would be very helpful in his ultimate creation. The healing tank he had managed to retrieve from that wrecked ship could also prove useful in providing it with regenerative abilities. He felt a small wave of sadness knowing that he would likely not live to see his ultimate creation completed. However, as he turned to the two pods standing at the edge of his lab, labeled with the numbers 3, and 4 respectively, he smiled. He would still get to see some rather amazing things.

Meanwhile....

"So, we have a likely suspect. What should we do about it?" Fita asks.

There are several corpses spread across the room, including a short, redheaded man slumped over a large desk and a tall black man lying dead next to the desk. Behind the desk, an old man with long, white hair stares out the window. There are two figures on either side of him, but rather than facing the window, they are looking directly at you. One is a large, hulking man with a bald head, wearing a suit. The other is a man of average size with dark skin, wearing a t-shirt, shorts, and sunglasses.

"You've ruled over planets before?" he asks. "Interesting. Though I suppose someone of your strength would have very little trouble seizing power. I myself am not a fighter, my strength lies in my intellect. My brilliance has allowed me to create the mightiest beings on the planet Earth."

While he is focused on that, you grab his shoulders with a Dijon Driller and begin to pull him towards you. He holds out his hands and shoots you with a pair of yellow blasts. You feel intense pain course through your body, and you fall to the ground, your body convulsing, your Ki Strands fading as your opponent casually walks towards you.

You use Ki Strands once again, only this time you focus them all into something akin to a blade, slicing and trying to take out your foes optic sensors. He catches the strands and swings you by them, releasing you and sending you crashing into Fita. The two of you come to rest on the other side of the room, and your two opponents approach you.

"Kaio-Ken times six!" Fita yells, rising to her feet. She cups her hands and they begin to glow golden. "Kaa...me.....ha......me.....haaaaaaa!!" she yells, and a massive golden wave shoots from her hands, striking the larger of your two opponents in the chest. He is unable to block it and is sent crashing through the window and sailing far into the distance. Fita keeps it up, putting everything she has into the blast. Eventually, she can't continue, and she collapses, passing out.

Your remaining opponent looks at her for a moment. "Impressive. Number three did not survive that attack. However, it seems she overexerted herself. She will be easy to destroy once I have defeated you."

You begins travelling around the room, leaving afterimages, planning on striking at both Gero and your opponent. Only...Gero isn't there anymore. Instead, you focus on your opponent, who seems to be having great difficulty keeping up with your afterimages. As you continue to move, you charge your Kamehameha wave, unleashing the giant red blast and catching him entirely off guard. Your blast sends him crashing through the wall and flying off into the distance.

You fire a swift Dijon Driller that cuts the leg above you off. It falls on top of you, but really does no damage. You deliver a powerful energy attack into the now exposed area of his body, causing him to explode from the inside. His parts come raining down all around you. Fita is still unconscious, and what's worse, she seems to be breathing less.

Don't kiss, and bring robot parts to Dr. Briefs.

"Well we should at least warn the local government, I can't imagine a lab that can create machines like that being very well hidden. Until then, I think we should take some of these parts to Doctor Briefs, see if he can make anything of it."

She nods "Sounds like a good idea. Honestly, I'm not too worried about Gero, though. His technology has its limits, while our potential is limitless. What can he possibly make that could compete with that?"

Commander Red had an emergency escape route in his room. Gero killed him before he had the chance to use it. The androids would obviously protect their masters, you lost focus on Gero for more than two seconds, and his escape route was meant to get him as far away as quickly as possible.

>>28770481

>>
>>28770615
Anon was right in one regard, it WAS possible to add a kiss without making it the sole focus of the scene. Not that I disagree with your reasoning on just going with A, just that it's not as much a "lose-lose" as you seem to think. Take that or leave it.

As for >>28770550, I'm happy that kaioken essentially speeds up her slower advancement, since every 10k base translates to 50k or 60k at her maximum. But I still think we should mention that it seems to be taking a harsh toll.

There's plenty of smut around already, no need for it here.
