You thank Kumatora for her diligence, and tell her that you'll do exactly what she said. You were expecting to hear from NECO tonight, sure, but not like this."It's fine, Warmaster. I'm just trying to do my job the best I can." Despite the hurried tone in her voice, you can tell that she's pleased. "Then, Warmaster, by your leave--"You tell her not to hang up just yet. Kumatora seems to pause at this, before murmuring something approximating assent - and it's here that you turn on your heel and then fling your smartphone at Kyoko in one quick, abrupt movement. The red-haired Eversor - who'd been distractedly fiddling with some switches on her DJ sound board - easily catches the flung device, her arm snapping forward and snatching it out of the air, a testament to Eversor reflexes."Eh?" Kyoko blinks her one good eye at the phone, then at you. Her free hand pulling her headphones off. "What's--"
>>28757355For you, you mouth at her confused expression. The Eversor blinks again, before nodding and holding the device up to her ear, talking to the receiver in hushed tones. You take this opportunity to go back to your seat, where you spot Midori hurriedly downing her glass of water. You apologize as you take your seat. You know enough that answering a call during a date isn't really all that polite."O-oh, no, it's okay, Chiaki-sempai!" Midori beams up at you, her cheeks still positively red. "Who was it? Was...was it an emergency, or something?"You shake your head. Nothing that important, you reply, glancing back at Kyoko - the Eversor now looking vaguely annoyed, like a pet owner being told that a pet's gone and shat on the rug that really tied the room together."Are...are you sure, Chiaki-sempai?" Midori blinks her wide crimson eyes at you, before reaching forward and placing her hand on yours. "It was something, wasn't it? I could tell, you...you have that look that says you're either angry, or worried, or someone's about to get their kneecaps shot out." She giggles here, a rather pleasant sound - and different from the Midori from earlier. "Come on, Chiaki. Tell me what you're thinking. Just for tonight, I want my sempai to be really honest with me." She smiles at you again, a tender smile, strangely all too similar to the smile Mami would make whenever she encouraged you to do something you'd really rather not - like stop drinking. "Please? It's our date, after all."...Ngh. Mami's been teaching her more than just recipes, huh...?How do you react?[]Tell her the truth.[]Deflect by bringing the date indoors. (Write-in)

>>28757436 >>28757446 >>28757432 >>28757460You can't help it. That smile of hers - you'd have said yes to anything for that smile, only for the fact that it was Mami who wore it. And she's always worn it with a disarming warmth and affection that you knew doing anything to the contrary of what she asked would simply be impossible. It'd be like trying to fight back a tide using only a small plastic bucket and harsh language. For Midori to use it on you, in this way, it's kind of unfair. Well, almost. She's not really Mami, that much is clear, and you know that comparing them is wrong - but you couldn't help but feel that there's nothing really wrong with that. Much more, you'd be fine if...if Mami were to somehow be replaced with Midori. Maybe for a day or two. No, for half a day. Probably. If you're drunk by the gills by then, insensate and feeling no pain.Still, Midori did get the smile down pat, and you find yourself unable to take your eyes off of her, her hand a soft warmth upon yours. It takes Kyoko walking up to the table to snap you out of it, the Eversor clearing her throat and excusing herself, before passing you back your phone."Thanks for the assist, Murderface." Kyoko smiles at you - her usual smile, but one that doesn't touch her eye. You nod back, slipping your phone back into your inventory, and turning back to Midori just as the Eversor returns to her sound station."Well, sempai?" Midori giggles again. "You've been looking at me really weird. Is...is there something on my face--"There isn't, you tell her. And yes, you'll be honest with her tonight, if that's what she really wants. It's here, then, that you take a hold of her hand. Making the green-haired Callidus blink at your touch, her blush deepening. But you'd like to do so indoors, you add. Where it's much more private, and where the both of you won't be disturbed.[1/2]
>>28758164Midori stays silent here, her eyes still wide, her blush going so far as the encompass her entire face. When she finally speaks, it's back in the reluctant stutter that she'd abandoned just a few moments ago."I-indoors? In...in p-private? With...with sempai...?"You nod, here. Your brow furrowing. It's...is there a problem with that? It's fine, you say. Mami probably won't mind, and whatever happens, you'll take responsibility."Sempai...sempai will...take responsibility...?" Midori echoes, her voice barely above a whisper, blushing like crazy now, sweat bedewing her brow. Her hand shaking in yours.Well, of course. It's your first time doing it in Mami's place, after all. "A-ah." Midori nods slowly, as if steeling herself to make an important decision. "T-then, please be gentle with me, Chiaki-sempai..." She murmurs this, giving your hand a squeeze as the both of you stand up from your seats. What? She doesn't even need to ask that, you tell her as you lead her into the house. Of course you'll be gentle as you can. It'll be hard for you to, but you'll try your best."A-ah, but if Chiaki-sempai wants, I...um..." Midori seems to stumble, here. "Sempai can be as harsh as she wants to..."Really? Well. You'll keep it in mind, then. The inside of Mami's vacation house is...well, there's no other word for it except that it's cozy. Very cozy. Expensive wood furniture everywhere, with tasteful bits of modern glass and steel that she's known for. The floors are also lacquered wood, made up of those geometric shapes that fit into each other, forming some sort of mosaic. The living room is especially cosy, with a modern fireplace that's already been lit.And true to Kyoko's word, the bear fur rug is there, in all its glory. It's a huge bear, just as huge as the sort you fought in Siberia. And its head is intact, too, snarling at you from its place on the floor.[2/3]
>>28758179>"Sempai...sempai will...take responsibility...?" Midori echoes, her voice barely above a whisper, blushing like crazy now, sweat bedewing her brow. Her hand shaking in yours.Oh god my sides
>>28758179Oddly enough, there aren't any sort of hunting trophies on the fireplace's mantelpiece. Not that you expected Mami to be a hunter or anything like that, but...well. Instead of them, there are framed pictures. Not of Mami especially, but of other girls. Magical Girls, from the looks of them. None of them especially familiar."Are...are we going to do it here, sempai...?" Midori speaks up, here, reminding you that she's there in the room with you - and her hand still in yours. Her voice so nervous and brittle you'd swear she was waiting for her execution.Huh. She's acting a bit weird...How do you react?

>>28758199 >>28758202 >>28758217 >>28758225You consider the shivering girl in front of you, then glance towards the fireplace with the bear skin rug - and it's here that you lead her slowly to it. No, you tell her - you'll do it here, on the rug. She looks like she needs warming up, anyway."A-alright, sempai, if...if that's what you want," Midori replies in a tiny squeak as she lets you pull her along, taking a seat on the rug as soon as you do so. Squeezing your hand all the while, as if loathe to let go of you....Huh. Well. You were expecting that the skin rug would be an uncomfortable and itchy mess, and that it'd smell like the huge beasts you had to put down back at Siberia - it's actually pretty damn comfy. The fur's thick and soft, if a bit stringy, but definitely warm. It doesn't smell either. Well, not as much as you thought, anyway - there's a definite hint of it, but only if you're looking for it. They must have treated it for that kind of thing before it was sold. The warmth coming from the fireplace is helping, too - it was getting chilly out, the cold seeping in despite your blazer. And if YOU were cold...well, Midori would definitely have been freezing, at least.Anyway, you might as well explain to Midori what's up, and it's here that you turn towards her to say so. You heave a heavy sigh here - no doubt it'll ruin the night for her, but it'd be better if she knew from you instead of finding out somewhere else."Midori, I..." You begin, before stopping as you realize what you're seeing. The Callidus was slowly, carefully, slipping the straps holding her dress from her shoulders. A hesitant, yet determined look on her reddened face."S-sempai...?" She looks up at you calling her, cheeks reddening even more. "I, um, give me a few moments, and--"What? WHAT? Why is she taking her clothes off?! You reach forward and trap her hands where they are, stopping her from lowering them more. She doesn't need to do that, you're just--[1/2]
>>28758828y'know it kinda doen't surprise me that NECO managed to infiltrate the fucking 1st
>>28758823>>28758827That's the plan, she gets the best interviews in her career all thanks to us.>>28758828Good, you won't even need to pack then!
Here comes the spaghetti.
>>28758837You're just...you mean...Wait....Oh, shit."Sempai...?" Midori is completely puzzled here. "I, um, would...would you like it more if I didn't...?"NO! No, you were just trying to talk! You didn't bring her here to do anything else, you wanted to tell her that someone was spying on the both of you and Kyoko and Kumatora are taking care of whoever it is and, and...!"Spying...?" Midori blinks again, before it finally sinks in. Her expression turning from one of puzzlement, to realization, then finally horror. "Y-you mean, sempai didn't mean--you weren't talking about--"N-no! No! It's all that damn NECO's fault!. . .The green-haired Callidus' face blanks out, here, her eyes glazing over - and it's then that she pitches forward, into your arms, her entire form slack. You blink at this, panic rising in your chest, and open your mouth to yell for help when you smell the scent of alcohol in Midori's breath.Alcohol...? But you were only drinking water, how...?You carefully turn Midori onto her back. Something falls from her gown's pockets - a small, one-shot bottle of vodka....Oh, Midori. It's here, then, that your cellphone rings. Cradling the passed-out - and obviously inebriated - Midori with one arm, you pull your smartphone from your inventory with your other and answer it."We got her," Kyoko's voice rings from your phone's speaker, tired but triumphant. "Gave us a hell of a chase, but we got her. Want us to bring her there, then, boss?"How do you respond?
>>28758850[x]"Yes, but give me a moment." Get Midori on a couch and her clothes straightened. Don't want NECO to assume anything.
>>28758765If we're going for hilarious lines from doujins, I remember one exchange in particular.>Why would you do this...?!>Why are you so surpised? I have three size D batteries lodged inside my asshole as a defensive measure. I call it "The Shining Dragon".

>>28758850[x] Do itTempting to order her tied up and hanged from a tree branch for the night, but meh.
>>28758850[X] Ugh, just give her a scare and let her go. If you bring her here, I'm going to end up shooting her.
>>28758850"Send her back to the Officio. We'll deal with her there. She's already done enough to screw up this date, let's not add to it."Then see if we can magically sober up Midori.

>>28758850[x] "Bring her, she has some explaining to do, and some punishment for ruining this evening."
>>28758850[X] No, get rid of the pictures and just tell her to get lost.we have more pressing matters to attend to.
>>28758850[x]Keep, uh, keep her in holding for the moment. I think I need to straighten something out first.

we finally have the chance to talk to her, and you idiots want to release her...for fucks sake, do that and we just get a repeat of the shitstorm from last thread happening every single thread.>>28758850[x] Bring her, we seriously need a very spirited conversation with the cat
>>28758850[X] Don't bring her here. Attend to Midori
Anons, before we all go ballistic on NECO, consider that she didn't actually end up ruining anything - either Midori would have passed out the same way from the alcohol, or she'd have been so piss-drunk that it really wouldn't have been very fun anyway.Though I'm wondering...how did we not notice alcohol-breath when we kissed her?

>>28758850Send her back to the Officio so we can deal with her in the morning. We're still on a date right now, we are not going to fuck this up worse than we have. Then put Midori in bed. Wash spaghetti off self, then put self in same bed. Snuggle, don't grope.
>>28758958Midori is out cold, yo.
Man. Midori's a serious lightweight.Between having just eaten dinner, having a higher bodyweight than us and the magical girl physiology, one shot of vodka REALLY shouldn't be inducing unconsciousness.Chiaki can get through most of a bottle of Kong.
>>28758950>I am so disappointed.Oh my god, that is exactly what we have to do to NECO.Channel the Mami. We've surely been on the wrong end of that disapproval enough to hit NECO with some of it.

>>28758910I'd say this is actually fitting. It's her first date with someone she really really cares for, she was bound to want everything to be perfect and nervous as hell about it and this might have seemed like good way to deal with it...>>28758915You knew what was about to happen. You knew it!
>>28758850[x] slap her on the wrists, hard, confiscate all her equipment, slice the tires on whatever she used to get here and send her home. this evening is ruined enough as it is without having to do more repairs.

>>28759235>You act like she kills people for a living. No, that's what WE do.I don't see why we shouldn't treat NECO like any other problem.
>>28759231Right. Should have added that
You chucklefucks.Kyoko gave us one rule. ONE RULE.No murdering people on the date. And what do you IMMEDIATELY set out to do as soon as the opportunity presents itself?
>>28759284Welcome to the Murderface Experience, where everyone leaves disappointed in us.
>>28758850[x]"Hold onto her, I've got someone to bed. I mean, put into bed. I mean, put to bed. I- Look, just hold her in custody for a bit and look disapprovingly at her for a bit, ok? Or have someone else do that and get back over here."
>>28759284As several people have so eloquently pointed out, the date is over.NECO is fair game.
>>28759261>>28759247Are we seriously going to kill someone just for annoying us on our date? We the players are aware of the possible full consequences of NECO's actions, but Chiaki only knows that NECO is ruining her date.Shit, if you're really so mad about people finding out we kissed dee gurl, then you should probably consider that Pinky doesn't need internet access to know what you did and is a far bigger yandere than Wendy will ever be.
>>28759284I don't know, there might have been enough of a last-minute swing in votes to at least delay us murdering the cat until tomorrow.
>>28759261Well, probably because coobie pretty much told us not to do that during the whole Ruri fiasco.I don't see why he'd change his mind about her now. I don't see why we don't go explaining the situation to her about all this Oriko stuff and how people out to kill us might be reading her stuff. She seems pretty good at sneaking into places and following people, why not ask her to help hunt down Oriko and say we'll give her an interview afterword. That just seems to make more sense to me, I dunno. Killing someone this good at sneaking around seems like a waste.
>>28759310>Are we seriously going to kill someone just for annoying us on our date?Yes, if they bring her here.
>>28759261She's a non-magical civilian, Mami, QB and likely Midori will be disappointed, Sayaka will be an even bigger bitch about it, Kyoko told us to not murder anyone and the date isn't over yet, we can still salvage it.If we kill NECO, all the hard work we put in to changing will have been a waste.
>>28759316Send her after Oriko?I think that might be a win-win for us, actually.
>>28759328We're ultimately going to end up doing this, regardless of what anyone says right now.But in the meantime, lets all indulge in murder fantasies.
>>28759306>girl passed out drinking>date is overNo, it's not. It's not over till you hand her to someone awake and responsible or till she recuperates enough to be left on her own.Even pervert has to have some standards.
When we do interrogate NECO, I propose we be wearing the Bangles.Partly because it should intimidate NECO quite nicely.Mainly because (and NECO doesn't know it, which helps) having Yuu in our head might restrain us from doing anything really stupid. Murdering somebody for petty reasons in front of adorable little sister figure just isn't cricket.
>>28759327thisNECO is a civilian considered harmless by both Mami and QB and viewed positively by Sayaka.killing her will cast massive doubts on us as warmaster since we killed a non-magical civilian.
>>28759328YesssI like the way you think
GUYS.Let's go to bed, then wake up early and make pancakes. We an eat pancakes together and it will be amazing.
We should not have to deal with this shit tonight. We should delegate this situation to our trusted subordinates. Confiscate/break her shit, let her stew overnight in a safehouse, and have someone "debrief" her tomorrow morning. This is nothing that requires our personal attention, especially when we are on a date.
>>28759317>spare Midori when she tried to kill us and rape Iori>kill NECO for interrupting a date with her twitter feedI'm sorry, but you're turning the "fucking cat" running joke too far.Shit, NECO probably worships the ground we walk on after our "performance." Are you really going to kill some normal girl whose only crime is stalking?
>>28759352Last I heard Midori was a card-carrying pacifist, too, so she probably wouldn't think highly of us either no matter what her porn fantasies say.
>>28759360I honestly don't have that much trust in Chiaki's cooking. Do you?
Rather than going full FoFA, has anyone considered just telling her "Your leaks are going to get people killed?"Someone floated the idea of trying the carrot instead of the stick with her, and that's probably best.
>>28759352>cast massive doubts on us as warmaster>implying we ever wanted the fucking job in the first place. If NECO is brought here, tonight, we WILL murder her.Tomorrow, we will restrain the fury and do the professional thing when we're back on the clock.Until then we are a clear and present danger to the cat.
>>28759350Wear the bangles, AND The Hat.
>>28759371What if we make the pancakes with love?I'm sure Midori will eat them for us.
>>28759352Yes, that's right. Sayaka gave us shit and said she'd handle NECO, and look where we are. NECO remains unhandled. I think its time we chewed her out about keeping her responsibilities.
>>28759328>>28759339>>28759357a good warmaster should be able to turn any annoyance into an asset...
>>28759366There's a difference between having to do a job you hate to feed your family and ruining peoples days for kicks by uploading private moments to the internet.
>>28759387Oh Midori eating the pancakes for us was never in question. The question was her continued survival after doing so.
>>28759390She never said permanently and probably only cautioned her during the concertOr NECO took it that way and Sayaka needs to drill it into her
>>28759372I vote for carrot. After subtle application of stick.Just a little.

>>28759372>>28759424Like this kind of stick?
>>28759436Not even tiny bit of stick?
>>28759424I'd really rather do actual violence to her at all. Our presence is probably intimidating enough to be all the stick we need.
>>28759441Helps if I remember the file.
>>28759424>stickYou mean golf club.
Said this last thread, and I'll repeat it again. Why not try the carrot rather than the stick? NECO is a reporter and all she cares about is getting a scoop.Direct information gathering, like an interview, is better than indirect information gathering, like spying on someone from afar.>>28759396This guy has it right. And a bad warmaster turns a minor scandal (although given Kharn's antics, Chiaki's relationship is barely a footnote of a footnote in comparison) into a major incident (how will Sayaka react? How will fans of NECO react? How will other Officios react?).I mean, seriously. Save your murderhoboing for someone who deserves it. NECO can't even put up a fight.
>>28759445Just the tip. Just for a second, baby, I promise.
>>28759448That is a very good point, actually. No stick, then.
>>28759448Rather not I mean , sorry posting from phone
>>28759456>I mean, seriously. Save your murderhoboing for someone who deserves it. NECO can't even put up a fight. If you save it 'til morning after a good nights sleep, then you'll get your fair, reasonable sensible Chiaki. If you insist on doing this tonight, there will be blood.
>>28758413of course and he will be appearing in this quest.
>>28759209This.This is what we should do. Not killing her, no no.We will show her how much she SUCKS.We will strip away her fantasies of being an "investigative journalist", and show her for what she truly is: a trashy paparazzi.THEN we will have her apologize, face-to-face, everyone who has been hurt by her actions.ONLY THEN will she go free, sans all her equipment.
>>28759456The problem is that we're rewarding bad behavior. She'd be getting the interview (which shed probably like but clearly doesn't need) only because she got caught snooping (and she only got caught because she started posting pictures of us while still staking us out). What we need to do is encourage her to actually go through proper channels to get access to us and other Officio members, but given that she seems to already have personal relationships with Mami (well, maybe) and Sayaka I don't think we can really restrict her access at all. Basically what I'm saying is that we have no real leverage in this situation so do expect to get anything out of negotiations. The best we can do is point her in the direction of something juicy and unrelated to us.
>>28759518There was some shit happening in the 8th...
>>28759512You. I like you, and your ideas.
I sure hope Midori isn't angry.Bah, who am I kidding, she'll put Kharn's worst outrages to shame with her rampage. She'll invade the First Officio's headquarters singlehandledly to shove her middle finger all up Faust's grief seed. Then she'll ask Chiaki to marry her.
Let's take away all of NECO's recording devices and then get naked in front of her.
>>28759512I don't think we have legal backing for taking her stuff.
>>28759563I don't think she has legal backing to spy on us.Since when have we cared about that anyway. The fuck am I reading.
>>28759563What's she gonna do. Sue us?We kill people for money. I am fairly sure, for all the officios are "Official", they are still pretty extralegal.
>>28759563Who is going to stop us, the police?
>>28759512>NECO gives up>goes crying to her mentor>real investigative journalist comes after us
>>28759563If she won't help us find Oriko it was taken from her when she was discovered trespassing on private property then lost in a tragic boating accident before being returned to her.>>28759518She's still more useful as an asset to us and if we get on her good side by offering to do an interview if she does a little favor for us by finding people that want to KILL some of her legitimate contacts (Mami), we might be able to get her help again. It'll impress coobs too, which is always good.
>>28759563Possession is nine tenths of the law. She's trespassing on private property and has recorded (at minimum) our image without authorization (I assume the Officio - like most major corporations - guards the image of its figurehead as tightly as possibl). Pretty sure she can throw a legal hissy fit, but we'd still win.
>>28759518How are we rewarding bad behavior. We haven't even met NECO yet in person. We could make her regret what she's done by saying something to the effective of "You know, I'm really disappointed in you. Sayaka gave me the impression that you weren't the paparazzi stalker that you appear to be and I was contemplating reaching out to you for an interview. But now... I'm not so sure..."And maybe we ask her to make it up to us by having her feed us interesting information she happens to come across. Like on people, events, and things which Malal referenced. NECO could hypothetically even track down the other golden weapon users.
>>28759563Since when was legal backing ever an issue?Considering that magical girls literally get away with murder in this setting, I don't think confiscation of property going to be crossing any lines. I could be wrong though.
>>28759605There's no way in hell a real investigative journalist would approve of NECO's paparazzi shit.
>>28759608>NECO could hypothetically even track down the other golden weapon users. Then she'd better talk real quick
>>28759605>Spider Fucking Jerusalem enters the QuestDude, don't tease me like that. Not literally every thread until he shows up is going to be a disappointment for me,
>>28759626Investigative journalism is generally a form of terrorism, so I don't see why they wouldn't.
In the meantime, Midori is going to bed.
>>28759551>midori as played by angry marine
>>28758935You look down at the sleeping Callidus on your lap, before shaking your head. No, you tell Kyoko. Have someone from Headquarters come over and pick her up, then secure her in a Silent Room. You're in no mood to deal with her right now - you might do something you'd regret if you tried. You'll deal with her in the morning. Besides, you're still on a date, and you're not going to fuck it up more than you already have."...Alright, boss. Kuma-chan's right on that. We'll be back there in about ten minutes, tops." She pauses here, and when she speaks again, she sounds more contrite than anything else. "Christ, Murderface, I'm sorry. I should've taken care of this before it go to this point, all I wanted was to make sure you and Midori-chan had a good time, and--"You cut her off, here. It's fine. It's nothing. You're not blaming anyone except NECO. Right now you just...you just want to salvage what little's left of the date."Right, right." Kyoko replies after a while, sounding more miserable than you've ever heard her sound. "Catch you tomorrow morning, Murderface, and...and tell Midori-chan I'm sorry too, yeah?"Yeah. You'll tell her."Thanks." There's a click, and a beep, and the connection is severed. You shove your phone back into your inventory, and glance back down at the inebriated girl on your lap. Midori now snoring through what looks like a wide, drippy smile."Sem....sempai, pleeze...hug me...don't let me go..." She murmurs, her voice thick with sleep. Dreaming, obviously. "I don't...want you to go..."You shake your head again, before carefully scooping her up in your arms and lifting her off of the rug. Rising to your own feet as you do so, carefully, slowly...Nrgh. Alright, you know she's taller than you, and definitely not as noodly, but...you probably need to tell her to work out a bit more. She may be a lightweight when it comes to alcohol, but she's no delicate waif. But warm. Very warm. And very soft, too.[1/2]

>>28759669Oh shit what are you doing
>>28759608I'm saying be careful about how you offer the carrot. We can't just give her an interview or access to information without getting something substantial in return. And given this mess, I'd say we should get our end of the bargain up front. But even if we establish some ground rules for a working relationship, never think of NECO as someone you can really trust. She's an independent agent, plain and simple.
>>28759662You make for the cottage's master bedroom, and it doesn't disappoint. It's not as big as your own quarters, sure, but it's certainly not uncomfortable, with a memory foam four-poster bed that could easily sleep five people side by side. There's also a silk pajama set on the bed - one green and one violet, with the former definitely in a larger size than the latter. It's clear that Mami was fully expecting the both of you to stay the night, and you murmur your thanks.Careful not to look or touch too much, you undress Midori down to her underwear and get her into her pajamas. It was certainly an ordeal - the Callidus seemed to have foregone wearing a bra tonight, and her panties were...well, very lacy. And black. With garters, too.A few moments more, and Midori is finally tucked into the bed, the quilted blankets pulled up to her chest. You step away after a moment, watching her sleep - and it's here that you work on getting dressed for bed as well. It's here that your smartphone beeps, however. It's...a substantially longer entry than what you're used to.[UNLOCKING ENTRY #4.][Rank Leader Malal always had visions. Since she was a little girl, she saw past lives. Dreamed about a goddess that looked exactly like her, that threw away everything, and visions of a short lifetime filled with blood and fire. Maybe the fact that it was short was a blessing, in the end. She was stronger than anyone, though. Braver, too. She never ran away, not for a step. She decided to take up the goddess's mercy - to hold up the universe for Kaname Madoka, and the ripples from her efforts are still bouncing wildly.][I wonder sometimes if everything she did was a part of it. If skipping school was something she had to do to save the world, or running with yakuza gangs. If hunting sparklies with Nicole Touchdown before they even spoke the same language was part of it. Maybe everyone she got close to - Miki Sayaka, Tetsuo Izumi, Nicole Touchdown, Sabrina Blackburn, Chitose Yuma, and Valnikov Ekaterina...a lot of people, probably more than that - maybe it was all part of her plan. Maybe she was setting it up as early as middle school.][But you need to remember: all of this is what she left behind. Kaneda Madoka is dead. Rank Leader Malal is dead. She set everything up as best she could, and now it's on you you force your way through whatever she couldn't save you from. But you aren't alone. She left you to carry the world on your shoulders, Matsuda Chiaki. That's all you have to do. Carry the one world. One that you're not likely to forget.T O M O E[PASSWORD ACCEPTED.][UNLOCKING ENTRY #7 ][You love her, don't you? It's alright. Everyone loves her. She makes sure of it. There's nobody in the magical girl business more connected than Tomoe Mami - she's got friends in every Officio. More than that, she has people that would kill for her, maybe even die for her for nothing more than a smile and a pat on the head. Not just rank and file, either - Warmasters have fallen in love with Tomoe Mami. Special forces. Cannibals and murderers, heroes and psychopaths. If Mami died, the entire magical world would grieve, and then it would hunt.][You're one of them. There's no shame in it. She's a mother figure for a lot of people, and a lover for a lot of others. Someone that always knows what carrot to use and when, and how to use the stick after she pulls the ribbons out.][I don't trust her. Nobody should command that much power. But if you're on her side - no, of course you're on her side. If she's on your side, and you know that for certain, she's probably the most valuable asset you could have. Just be careful. Watch your back. Don't let her smile fool you. She's a killer, just like any other magical girl that's been around for as long as she has.][Maybe worse.]. . .Okay. Instead of being cryptic as usual, this...this thing decided to talk about Mami that way.Whoever wrote this journal entry needs to be dragged into the street and shot.[2/3]

You're done with angry. You don't want to go to bed angry. You place your smartphone on the bedside table, before taking off your glasses and blearily rubbing the bridge of your nose....You hope that tomorrow would be better. Maybe...Midori will forgive you for screwing things up as badly as you have, tonight. With any luck, she may not remember anything before she passed out. With real luck, she'd think it was all a dream.Carefully, slowly, you slip into the covers, letting your tired, aching frame rest on the memory foam bed. Trying to make sure not to rock the matress too much as you move closer to Midori's side. Stopping until there's only one feet of mattress between the both of you.This...this is nice. This is near enough.Even though you're too wired to actually sleep, just...staying like this is enough. You try to close your eyes, to at least simulate the activity of sleep - when you feel movement on the bed, beside you. Followed by something warm and silky and soft pressing against your side, one arm draping over your waist and pulling you close."My Chiaki," Midori murmurs into your hair. "My sempai.". . .This is love, you think. When someone drags you from the wreckage when you have given in, ready to just lie there and die. This is love. When someone, no matter what the cost, shows you there is hope, a choice, that you can put down your gun. This is love. Love hurts.

>>28760479Not like it was anything we didn't know about her anyway. Chiaki said it herself to Yuma, everyone is broken, Mami is just better at hiding it.>>28760488Or that theory about her soul haunting our phone or she managed to hitch a ride onto our gem is starting to hold water.
>>28760442More fuel for the idea that we are this world's Homu, rather than the timeline shifter. From what I remember Decu said that this universe's Homu did exist, but he did not make it clear whether or not it was us.
>>28760442Plenty of fortune tellers running around.Speaking of, [X] make a mental note to see how Yuma's lady love is doing. Then, make a mental note to get an actual journal to write stuff in.Malal was a digital girl. Chiaki is pure analogue. If meeting Wendy proved nothing else, it's that we have a tactile sense of memory.Writing notes for yourself. It seems like a no brainer for someone who has frequent bounts of amnesia. Then wonder if we've ever done the journal thing before and forgotten about it.

>>28760536Eightball is a weird one in the way he thinks, though its probably just because he’s something else. Case in point; he believes the best way for two magical girls to reconcile their differences and events in the past are to team them up in a mission that requires teamwork and trust. And perhaps this would work if the situation didn’t involve the chance of death.…Least this wasn’t my extra. I would have killed him for that.“It’s fucking cold, why does it need to be-“Megan kept mumbling to herself while rubbing her arms in frustration. It’s been two weeks since the tourney, so either she didn’t get the memo that this mission would be way north or she thought she could tough out the cold. For me, a scarf, two jackets and thick pants seem to be doing fine. And honestly, the name itself should have ringed a bell. Mount Shasta, right? Or at least we’ll be near that area. It’ll be the farthest north I’ve ever been. The mission itself was quite simple; a smash and grab for some doc’s on some drug cartel up here followed by “GTFO ASAP”, as well put by Eightball. Megan, being the Eversor, will be the distraction by killing everyone she sees while I sneak in through the back and grab what I can. Once we’re done there we jack a car and make a getaway. At least, that’s the rough gist of it.“I’m sure the blood of the fallen will warm your cold heart, Megan.”“Oh, shut the fuck up Gina.” The biggest problem we have – and why I think Eighty is out of his mind – is the required amount of teamwork. Sure, being on a mission together puts up a different kind of quota needed, but she’s still bitter about the tournament. More surprising is her reason; it’s not because I won instead of her, but about how nonchalant I was about it.So Eightball sent us here together to make us learn more about each other. Wonderful.(1/11)

>>28760558“You girls know what you’re gonna do?” The pilot asked over the radio. We were being flown in by helicopter that doubles as our escape route.“We got a rough idea; we’ll see how things turn out.” I respond in the absence of Megan who still rubs her shoulders furiously to gain friction heat. “And cut that out. You’re gonna harm yourself before the mission begins.”“You know what happened to me?” She spits out the side, watching it fall down to the snow below. “Got woken up at six in the god damn morning saying I was in for a treat. I come expecting chocolate and gifts and I’m told I got ten min’s prep for a mission up north. Not how far, not for what. Just gets me going and-““Gifts and chocolate?” The pilot chimes in. “This isn’t daycare you know.”“It was a fucking analogy! Now hurry up, I feel like killing shit.”Yea… not going to go so well.(2/12)
>>28760549>Then wonder if we've ever done the journal thing before and forgotten about it.Judging from how several diary entries seem like clippings copy and pasted from articles or letters, I think that the diary app IS this.
>>28760574 We’re on the ground ten minutes later, a good mile away from the complex. Megan tried to keep a low profile for a while but gave up from coldness and transformed half-way there.“Keep it calm on your end and I’ll see none of the fuckers need to deal with you.” She notes as we approach the building. “Once you’re done I’ll get into the garage area and see what I can jack. Then we’re out. Plain and simple, just don’t fuck up.”“Yea, I’ll make a note not to do that.”The building looks strangely out of place on the white-covered mountain with its grey walls and blackened windows. It looks like a cross between a warehouse and an office, like the constructor just said ‘fuck it, we’ll do both’. It has an obvious entrance, which seems to be the go-to for Megan. The four floors might be difficult to get up but it depends more on the interior design than actual height at this rate.“Alright, seems clear enough. Go ahead and do your thing, Megan. Meet in garage in aprox twenty-“…Shes gone. Great, time to move.(3/12)
>>28760591Despite previous combat ventures, I’m still a Callidus at heart, even if my skills need to be bent a strange way in order to become one. Case in point, darkening the color of my barrier to blend in with the darkness of the room I’m currently in, which seems to be some sort of a warehouse. It’s not the best it could be right now, but it’s at least better than going-POP-FIZHHHK “Have fun, fucker.” The radio cackled in my ear as the power went off in the building, followed nicely by the swearing of various men, including …Missing out on tonight’s raid? A power outage shouldn’t- oh. Heh, we’re dealing with nerds. “Appreciated.” She’s actually pretty clever; nothing can interfere or drop in on our conversation now that the power is off. For now, higher ground and better stealth is all I’m looking for. They will already have a hard time trying to see a black blur during a power outage, but that doesn’t mean they can’t hear me. Of course, I can also take that advantage differently. The boys in the room over finally begin to move out while I’ve already ascended to the walkways above. Show time.(4/12)
>>28760589No, we wouldn't use the phone for it.The phone diary is something someone else set up. The fact it made the leap to our smartphone after our old phone was broken suggests that much.
>>28760604“The fuck is going on, seriously?” Thick boots give audible thuds as the men enter the room. Two with flashlights, three without. The cones of light scan the area in front of them, and they don’t bother looking up.“…Sir” One of the meeker ones tries to speak up. “I don’t think it’s much of a problem. Can’t you just-““Silence! Idiot, how much free time do you get, huh!?” The yells echo and bounce through the room, stopping in place as he points his flashlight at him. “We’re gonna fix this problem quickly and- huh?” He begins to configure something in his ear, only to rip it out entirely.“JESUS FUCK, CALM DOWN! What is it?!” Distractions are good, but I should capitalize on this. Anything around, no, up above… heavy boxes. Heavy boxes on a wooden shelf. This can work, just throw it hard enough. One step back, lever the arm correctly… throw. The mace begins to fly through the air. “Everyone, man the fuck up. We’ve got a- MOVE!” He yells as the boxes above begin to fall with the splinters from the broken wood. Only two are left unharmed; two are crushed immediately and one has his legs stuck. There’s a lot of blood.“Lock this place down! NOW!” The doors are closing, back-up power, shit. Mace back in hand, I manage to run to an exit on the walkway and jam the doors open to slide through. Still a black blur, still a-“INTRUDER ALERT! LOCK DOWN!”…Now things get interesting.(5/12)
>>28760471Thanks for the thread, Decu.Ai yo.
>>28760528I dont know, the Rebellion-Movie actually showed how much of a Meguca Veteran she actually is and that in the Animu Series she only died because Charlotte took her by surprise. She is probably the second strongest Meguca after Karma-Infused Madoka. I mean, fuck, the Homura/Mami fight was the Highlight of the Movie for me. Dat fucking Homura doing Gunkata, dat Out-of-the-Box-thinking of MamiMami is such a Powerhouse that even a broken ass meguca magic as Timestop doesnt help much.
>>28760622I manage to get to some office complex before the place begins to really get hard to move through. The windows are locked down too, so I’m almost perfectly camouflaged in the darkness. Main question still stands; how the hell do I get out of here?Of course, if there are no doors open, make one. I lightly swing at the wall to test it and it makes a good ringing. It looks like drywall, but its probably reinforced from the inside. Yea, no way I’m getting through this.“What was that?” “I don’t want to know.” Ooh, two voices on the other side. Maybe… I don’t need to break down the wall. I swing at the ground this time, another thud.“H-hey, don’t you think we should-“ “No. Not happening.” Hmm, a little more motivation, then? I set it up against the wall and scrape it sideways.“Give me the card, I’ll go through!” “I told you, I’m not-“He stops, probably now recognizing that the scratching was heading in the direction of the door itself. “…Get behind me.”They race to the door, and I do the same except go past it and hide in the dark corner, making sure my shield is still up. The door slides open and a well-prepared man with a rifle steps through first, followed by someone clutching a pistol with both hands. Now, how to make this work…Well, I could always do –that– but it’s a really dick move… whatever, what works works. One large step into a jump, twisting my body to kick the one lagging behind, propelling myself off of him and directly into the hallway he used to be in. “Agh- what?!” Landing on one foot, I twist correctly to throw the mace at the control panel, which breaks and sends the door slamming shut. Now run, just run.(6/12)
>>28760536so, have you got plans for the christmas special yet? cuz im seeing some good ideas in these threads
>>28760471>Love hurtsWelcome to the moral of the story kids.Chiaki may not want to see Mami as a "Joker" style overlord but she undeniably has the power to do so. Lunch with Mami should have us bring up the possibility of her contacts aiding us. >[...] and a lover for a lot of others.Hunting trophies over the fireplace indeed.
>>28760632HnnnnghFucking cat
>>28760642Double doors. The first pair I’ve seen in this complex, and most likely the location of my objective. It’s only been a few minutes since the lockdown, so I shouldn’t have much trouble. That doesn’t mean it hurts to be prepared. The door is locked at this point, and having no other way of entry, the mace in my hand will be my key in.Charging forward, I begin to swing the mace upwards as the doors- open?!“Eh-“There’s no time for protest as the chubby man from the doors goes flying through the room and lands on the wooden desk in the back. The desk barely holds as I hear the crack of bone breaking and the man falling on the floor, spilling a document full of papers everywhere. The hell is that wood made out of? I’ve heard of some Cuban tree whose wood was hard enough to break down concrete, but…What the hell, I have what I need here. But papers are going to be difficult to carry all the way out. They do have the information I have; I just need to find a way to-“Summary of all events is in the USB drive.”Oh yea, they’re techies. It takes a while to find the small drive among the piles of paper, but once it’s in my hand I’m gone.“Hope you’ve found a way out. Target secured, headed to garage.”(7/12)
>>28760536Thank you for another excellent thread, Decu.As for questions, can you confirm or deny that this world has its own Homu? And if so, can you confirm or deny whether or not that Homu is us?
>>28760657Southern end of the complex, a perfect square from overhead; It wasn’t hard to find the end location. It was more of a problem trying to be stealthy as a black blob in the middle of snow. “Hurry the fuck up,” an annoyed voice comes over the radio. “The corpses are starting to really stink.”“You’re fault for killing everyone.”“It’s my –job– dumbass. Yours getting what we need and getting over here.” I sigh in resignation and get to the roof, finding a loose hatch and prying it open. Once I get down, I immediately see an antique car; one with no actual hood unless you raise the black curtain in the back, with a long haired redhead in the front seat. And corpses, lots of dead people.“Open the door and let’s get out.” Climbing into the shotgun seat, I take one more look at the interior of the car, and god damn it looks expensive. “And seriously, this kind of car?”“Hey, gotta make a show when you go, right?” Finally, I notice the trigger she has in her hand.Oh, mother fucker.I cover my eyes as the explosion of C4 and grenades blows open the garage door, and immediately afterwards the engine revs up and the car bolts out the door. And Megan was laughing all the way-“STOP THE CAR!”(8/12)
>>28760570KANEDAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA
>>28760669My head was down after the blast, trying to rid my ears of the constant ringing. When I popped my head back up, I saw the one thing we didn’t want and yelled out. The car brakes screeched in protest as the car came to stop near a cliff side.“Fuck! Dead end!”We’re supposed to meet at the bottom for the pickup, but this is making things hard. With more roars of engines behind us, we’re trapped unless-Hmm. Fuck it. I kick the door open and resummon the mace. I ignore the cries of “what the fuck are you doing?” as I swing the mace and break the door off. Megan asks again, louder this time as I carry the broken door to the cliff. “I want to live, is that a problem?!” I yell back, setting the door down and getting myself ready. “If you want to live too I’d suggest getting over here!”“You’re fucking insane!” Looking back, she hesitates immensely, eyes darting back and forth until she sees the cars coming from behind. She swears to the air and any gods above as she runs to me and gets on my back, pushing the door down and riding the slope.“Out in style right?”“Fuck you!”(9/12)
>>28760635Rebellion Mami is only broken because she's literally an idealized version of herself due to being warped by Homura's witch barrier. Amusingly, Homura went for the kneecap shot.It didn't work.
>>28760679The chaos already begins. A few shots miss us from the firing squad up at the top, and I barely manage to drive the door-sled out of the way.“Contact the heli! Tell them to meet at the bottom!” I need to narrow my eyes against the wind, steering ourselves right and hopefully out of sight. It’s difficult with Megan’s arms wrapped around my waist Man, this is great. I should do this stuff more often.“I think we’re being followed!” Her yells make me aware of the approaching sound of motors. They’re most likely on some of those skis, and armed. “I’m leaving it to you!”“You’re expecting me to do that?!?”“I’M DRIVING!”She groans loudly, shifting herself so she can get her whip out of the container on the back. The sparks fly as she rips out the spiked chains, letting them fall onto the snow behind us as we continue sliding down the mountainside. It’s pretty clear for now, but I can see the woodlands up ahead. That’s going to be difficult.“Go left! I can get one there!” I lean over to that direction but it’s quite enough to get where we need to go.“You need to lean too!”“Right.”“You said left!”“RAAAAAAGH!”(10/12)
>>28760690She manages to pull it off in the end by making it explode, probably by overloading the electricity in the engine to enormous amounts. Well, I’m not a physics expert so only she really knows.“Another one on the right! With an uzi!”“Left is the safer way down!”“We’re gonna get shot!”“I got that covered.” Soon after the car door and both of us are encased in the usual barrier, not bothering with the color. Bigger ones are easier to break, but since we’re all moving like this it shouldn’t be a problem. “Evasive maneuvers incoming!”We finally breach the forest, shifting left and right to avoid the trees and bushes scattered. The motors in the distance falter a bit, and it seems only the good drivers are chasing after us from here. Shots are fired at us, but any that don’t miss or hit a tree are absorbed by the shield.“Heads up!”“What-“A foot in the air; that’s all we jump after going over a bump but it causes her to scream a bit and hold onto me for dear life. She curses as we land.“I warned you! What, a little scared of heights?”“RIIIIIIGHT!”…Shit. Well, someone had to bring in the bang.“Heli, get out of here! They have RPGs!” Megan quickly shouts into her com, but I grab it right after and yell into it.“Delay that order, move up! I have an idea!”(11/12)
>>28760536So, how're things, Gen?
>>28760705“Have I mentioned you’re FUCKING CRAZY?!”“Too late to get off the ride now!” I begin to lean right, looking out for the extra riders, if any are still here. “Megan, one at eight-thirty, take him out!” The door slides over as she reaches out with her whip, wrapping it around the handles and pulling the ski and driver over to us. They crash nicely into a tree, though some debris gets a bit too close.“ETA ten seconds, Gina!” The radio buzzes in from the pilot of the helicopter. Everything seems to be going alright.“Don’t worry about anything! Think of this as glory points for Eightball!” I encourage the furious girl behind me.“You’re still going to pay for this!” Megan still gets ready for the inevitable as the heli begins to pop into view and gets into position. The cliff is getting closer too. The shot is fired. It’s time. “NOW!”Both our legs push off the door at the same time as it goes over the edge. The barrier bursts and gives us an extra boost as it leaves us behind, hurtling back to the snow becoming a shield for the incoming rocket. The ladder from the helicopter swings as both of us grab onto it, Megan just underneath me. Looking back, the owner of the RPG can’t stop himself from falling over a ways right of us.“Get us out of here!” I yell upwards as I climb the ladder up. Once inside I slump right against the same seat I was in when we came in. Megan shoots me a death glare as I give her a thumbs-up when she enters.“I have a severe disliking towards you.” She grumbles as she slowly gets to her seat.“Love ya too, Megan.” Filled with complete sarcasm. And now it was my turn to laugh, all the way home. Completely spent.Today was a good day.------(I probably didn't do as well as I hoped)

Are they just there to make people irritated and to say lewd things to each other?Because that's pretty dumb.
>>28760785Unable to find a camrip that doesn't suck and cut off half the screen, and have the world's shittiest subs.
>>28760632The best.Thanks for running Decu!
Mami is the critical flaw in Malal's plan. Malal knows anything Mami does is so expansive if she deviates one bit from her plan, it all goes to shit.Malal's plan cannot survive if Mami does.>>28760790Watermelons, after all, have BLACK seeds.
>>28760786Does Pinkie write fanfics in her spare time
>>28760536Decu, /tg/ has a longstanding tradition of elevating minor characters to major significance, how do you feel about us having done this with Midori, and how has it changed your plans for MGNQ?
>>28760804Try Suffering Subs.If that isn't good enough I can't help you.
>>28760790We've already got good circumstantial evidence that it's Roberta, the Head Maid for Garcia. Or did you forget about her?
>out for a day of drinking and murder>come home>find Homura in bed with Midori
So maybe, rather than there being multiple world-traveling Homuras, something happened to Malal's Demon Homura in Charlotte's barrier? Confronted Faust, maybe? And it stripped her of her powers and memory?Rather than her still being out there somewhere with an unknown agenda, she could just be our past self.
>>28760720I liked it. Nice to have some plain old action sometimes.
>>28760832Hahaha, there's a possibility!>>28760835I get this question a bit! I was really expecting Midori to be just blasted out of the story the moment she appeared, but when she became more and more important I had to come up with things for her, and integrate her into the storyline! Some parts of MGNQ would not be taken up at all if it hadn't been for Chiaki sparing her life! It's been an eye-opening experience for me then to make sure all the characters I introduce are at least story-friendly, and not just make throwaways!
>>28760858Thank you! Next one should be a mix of both action and just normal every-day life. At least, thats the plan!
>>28760817I think its worth considering that while Mami's role in Malal's plans is open to debate, the real wildcard in EVERYONE's plans is Midori. No one expected Midori, and to be quite honest she completely changed Chiaki's character, which is a serious wrench in the plans of any and everyone who plotted based on Akemi Homura or Murderface.Face it, Nobody expected Midori.
>>28760780It's really crazy how many little things are in the movie that relate directly to MGNQ. I love the kneecap moment, I had the shit-eatingest grin when I saw her lower the gun to Mami's knee. I had to physically cover my mouth to keep myself from shouting "FULL MURDERFACE" right there in the theater.

>>28760887Nobody expected Midori.
>>28760870>Hahaha, there's a possibility!I KNOW NOW WHAT I MUST DO
>>28760908I would rate it a success! As for Midori, though, Chiaki will have to screw up really bad to make her mad.
>>28760780I totally loved the portrayal of Homura.I mean, she and her friends had literally everything they wanted. But Homura knew it wasn't the truth and couldn't stop herself from going in search of it even though it was obviously a bad idea.It just kinda screamed noir gumshow.

I remember some were girls who left/abandoned/got booted from their officios, but I'd guess theres also some incubator shenanigans where random girls get contracted. If there is an Incubator for the "Farming" Officio, I wouldnt be the least bit surprised if he was mass contracting girls just for the sake of having them witch out for grief seed harvest. That is a thing that this setting hasn't explored very much; I feel like there are far more grief seeds in this universe than the scarcity in PMMM implied.Shenanigans are going on in order to keep our MG's fed.
>>28761287Yeah, and then the Incubator can remote-detonate their soul gems. Remember Siberia?
>>28761305Mami for sure. Marigold never showed any motherly qualities beyond pushing her megucas over the brink to make the stronger. And her own personal amusement while at it.
>>28761334>shenanigansIt's called "this is a noir setting, and therefore a whole lot more familiars are able to kill enough people to evolve into witches and thus drop grief seeds".
>>28761338Implying that wasn't just tough lovecan't handle the lovings can you
>>28761336They're not supposed to do that, like, ever.
>>28761299>>28761318end of movie homura is very swag10/10 would worship
>>28761361I don't think Incubators care what they're supposed to do given that they get away with it anyway. One magical girl wiped a fucking city off the face of the earth with bilogical weapons, man, and nobody gave a fuck, she's still running around willy-nilly. Planet Earth in this setting is officially a playground where everything magical can just do whatever it wants and anyone making a move against them is crushed like nothing.
>>28761210>>28761233This. Facing off the Saints, if it comes to this, will be a highlight for me.I just hope that their whole opinion of themselves isnt just hot air. I will cry if they turn out to be weak as piss.I also wait for either Airi or Yuuri to show up since we killed one of those Twins in Mumi`s Apartment.
>>28761338In a writeup it was implied she was reading books with a younger magical girl.
>>28761334>Shenanigans are going on in order to keep our MG's fed.Kyubey has Walpurgisnacht chained up in a basement in Siberia and is milking it for Grief Seeds.
>>28761398>Planet Earth in this setting is officially a playground where everything magical can just do whatever it wants and anyone making a move against them is crushed like nothingAre you saying this planet needs a hero?
>>28761279>>28761299>>28761367After to Movie I also think that we should rely more in Firearms and learn Gunkata like Homura instead of using the bangles or other golden shitI also need someone to make a INCUBATORS - NO SENSE OF RIGHT AND WRONG edit since it was their own damn fault for messing with Homu.
>>28761334>intentionally witch out ones own MG'sOkay, this is plainly stupid, and I wonder why it keeps coming up. Are you unable to do the math? It takes energy to create a Magical Girl, more than is returned from the average Grief Seed. Contracting a girl just to Witch her out for her Grief Seed would put you in the energy hole so bad that Home Office would have you recalled.
>>28761455Chiaki needs to rely less on gunkata because she can't count on timestop anymore.
>>28761439Not really. It just needs to be put out of it's misery. This world is beyond healing, all one can do is inject the cyanide and hope it acts faster than the festering sickness infecting it.Luckily, it seems like Pinky and / or Homura provide in that respect at the end of this story. It will be fast and painful, but at least it will be over.
>>28761398They care about what the other Incubators, the First Officio, and their Home Office tell them what to do and not do.
>>28761456not nessiciarily - as I figure it, it's the wild mood swings between hope and despair before the final crunch that generate the energy. So, if you had a way of making their moods fluctuate (say, a green haired Callidus with neat illusion powers), potentially you could make it worth your while to intentionally witch out a magical girl.
>>28761491Obviously, those updates come in about once in a billion years, if anybody even bothers to send that shit in.
>>28761490>This world is beyond healingnanomachines, son
>>28761546Yeah, I remember who has the nanomachines. One of the officios, and they use em to give their own puella even more power to kill people even harder. At best, do you know what grey goo is? Wiping the slate clean that does.
>>28761519So Callidus would be best suited to intentionally turn in to witches?Maybe that is why the 10th has so few Callidus?I'm thinking we saved Midori from a lot more than we initially thought.
>>28761591you're killing me here and clearly missing the point
>>28761456>intentionally witch out ones own MG's>Implying I implied any such thingYou don't have to force anything. What I mean is closer to what was happening in the TV series, wherein an incubator makes a contract with a girl, leaving out the critical information on the MG process, and sits back and watches as the MG's wish goes tits-up and she witches out, ready for the clean-up crew to harvest for a grief seed.Face it, there are far too many seeds to be floating around for the amount of MGs in operation, with respect at least to the 9th's staff. In one write-up it was stated that a retired MG gets a pension of 2 seeds per month, and I think its a conservative estimate that an active duty MG is going to consume at least twice that amount. Now look at the 9th, 1000 MGs, at most half of which are actively fighting witches. Thats 4000 witches a month, 8 per month for witch-fighter, or about 2 witches per week. Now if fewer MGs are on witch duty and/or seed consumption is higher, things get even messier. Also, Waluigi night only got locked in a basement 2 years ago, and there are 18 other officios to feed as well.Shenanigans are happening.
>>28761616I'm too depressed for jokes. I need someone to write something with heroic magical girls doing something good and fixing things for once.
>>28761666But anon, that's what the Church of the Golden Land is doing.Fixing things. Fixing everything.
>>28761677Everyone should have a chance to enter the land where all dreams come true!
>>28761677Sure it is.Now let's see what happens if we assume that "fixing" is by normal person standards rather than crazy nihilist ones. Say that shit in red now. I dare you.
>>28761770Let's just kill the cunt and be done with the whole cult bullshit, yes?
>>28761801Been the witch
>>28761856English please.
>>28761881SACRIFICE SHEEP TO GOD
>>28761801noh. Wendy best girl. Because if there is anyhting I have learned from Rin x Sen + Ran -> Sem: Cross Mix. It's cult girls are best girls.
>>28761801>>28761953>Implying Wendy is the leader of the cult
>>28761953Whatever cult magic you just spoke just makes you a target as well.>>28761901The cultists are sheep? Hmm. Good point.
>>28761996>the cultists are sheepMore importantly, it's an Umineko reference.
>>28762017More cultist talk.
>>28761072Title of her book?
>>28761881Bern The witch
>>28761455I'm actually toying with the notion that Homura told him the story on purpose, -knowing- that they would be intrigued and try to isolate the cause for the higher energy yield. If so, we need to up our Keikaku Doori skills.
>>28762134What's with the sudden influx of insane, rambling cultists?
>>28762343Pinky is shitposting again, she ran out of Murderface x Midorin NTR doujins
