Last time among Bloodsnow Deathsquad bandits it became winter once more and finally met that of which lies within. Or to be more precise fought with and skirmished against them. There we unleashed our silver tongued devils despite being bandits and proved an excellent point that paused and then outright ended the assault. There we were offered a proposition if we should watch over Base Walker during the day/summer they would do so at night/winter. Meanwhile winter is still underway and has nearly entered blizzard conditions, we also have secured tunnels to the Armory and Command Center where the icy former threat is located. They have no idea of their existence.

Depends on the season(which seems to be largely two summer and winter there isn't much between them). Monsters are especially bad during winter as summer there is plenty of zombies about.

Negative.

Froz are busy taking out the two bandit barracks and vehicle bay. Now that they don't have to worry about you so much. Apparently they need room and vehicles.

They refuse to part with winter tactics but info wise they state that monsters are most active during winter as food is more troublesome to get a hold of and there are less threats. Bandits prefer staying inside during winter unless they move out in force and they are most active in summer with smaller groups. Blizzards you should avoid at all costs as even with winter resistance you can very well end up dead or lost if your lucky. Zombies despite having a cold tolerance don't like moving around much during winter(the blizzards get to them) and will set themselves up somewhere or form colonies penguin style.


Cyborgs while few in number are active year round.
Bandits go out in HEAVY force during winter(though they try hard to avoid the blizzards). Summer they just slink around in small number.

I presume, not our borgs. How sentient are they and is it possible to communicate with them or are they basically automatons? Were they native to the base and if so, in theory do the Froz or perhaps some base computers would have authority over them?

So do we.
We'll have to ask about taking turns using them in between winter and summer sometime. How would they feel about that, seeing as how they're relatively inactive during winter. Do they plan to "ice-ify" them like they did the armory and CC?

In any event, should they fail to conquer the vehicle bay and bandit barracks before spring, how would they feel about us sweeping in for the final blow before they can lick their wounds? We will gladly share them the vech bay during the winter.

How do the Froz feel about winter monsters? Would they care if we found out a way to deter them during the summer before winter begins, so there is less threat of them during winter?

The borgs clearly have some intelligence as they move with purpose and are clearly tactical minded. Froz know them as the former survivors who didn't want to take mutagen to survive at the cost of their humanity. When everything was going to hell and in order to survive decided to go borg or were already borg in the first place. Ever since they would 'rescue' individuals for medical treatment and possible conversion. The ghouls have an alliance with them due to them sharing materials and skills/protection. The have an uneasy truce with the Froz. Be wary though their not afraid of mindwiping and downloading stuff into their captures during conversion. They choose the best of the rescues for conversion but prefer volunteers(less hassle).

The reason they iced the buildings is due to comfort(especially during summer). We do not know how comfortable it would be for humans. As for sharing their not willing to do for now.

Our engineers came up with the design of a new vehicle. Its a modified format of doom buggy combined with other some other stuff. Its resilient, powerful, fast, odd and winterized. Despite not being all that big it packs quite the firepower.

A number of bandits have mysteriously disappeared.

the brewer contest was won by Moonshot with his...mooning brew. I mean not sure how he made it buts its good, powerful, and cheap. Barbecue contests was somehow won by Pyro despite being busy elsewhere. Somehow he still made it to show off many bandits cried both from watching him work and how good it tasted. Baking meanwhile was a mutant winner my the name of Bogart who created some nifty hardtack that actually tasted good. Meanwhile the great chow down master proved to be CC with her Crazy Crazy menu, Most of which people were scared of trying out but had to choose something less CC take offense. Turned out to all be quite tasty. CP got so well fed he was noted to be rolling around do not not being able to use his legs. CC meanwhile took what she liked back to her room when she wasn't tormenting any cheaters or something.

Robots have been equipped with our new weaponry and their armor has been patched. Training wise they rely upon software, hardware, experience, examples and downloads.

HQ has been fortified and holes have been patched. Ghouls stated that when winter ends they come down to turn repair the security systems there. Not sure what else can be done without some good examples especially once the ghouls arrive.

During the shooting contest we found a number of top shots...but there was only two who could hit CP no matter what he tried. Said individual was Dreddy and Debbie duo. Who are twins that seem to be inseparable they can also speaking in unison. Shit is creepy.

Nothing was found wrong at least in the Ultra bunkers. Other buildings could use some work though. Ghouls do what they can but they can only do so much. Locals state they would like some more fucking, raping, and pillaging, also drugs that isn't Syn based, along with good food.

In any case

Warband forces have surrendered. Including the untouched one led by a Dread Witch. they found themselves entirely surrounded by literal horde of zombies...who just stood there staring. It does explain why our barracks was so damn quiet. The witch has some steel ovaries approached the mutated ones and requested a talk. Her forces thought her mad but well she ain't no dread witch for no reason after all.

Celebrations have begun(my earlier post took place during this). CP played an amazing and most amusing host. Drugs were everywhere, booze, food, sex the works really. Mercs with ethics basically. They offer their services far and wide with several companies at their disposal. They come hail from the Cities of Davos. Due to their homeland they actually had to operate with some form of ethics less the backlash effect their home. They commonly served as a way to harden up the military forces there as well getting them experience.
Only problem is the company under then Commander Dalkin got greedy and would of been executed if it wasn't for Dalkin deciding to take the blame. We came up with some crude sonic sensors problem is the howling winds make them useless their also kind of fragile.

Arms Master is attempting to upgrade the Plasma AA. Mostly by making sure the plasma stays plasma. Cold/range isn't good for it.

Charlie gets to working training the Davos Troops on how to be sneaky. They take to it well both because they are well trained and they want to keep their dicks. Sadly though many of them already had a real number done on them. Many of the handsome ones are no more.

Meanwhile a hellish training regimen has begun bandit style. Too bad we don't have any slaves or innocence to rape as incentive. So we just use the losers instead, also torture.

So...you know those sensors we were worked on? Well they sorta didn't work...and drew the attention of the monsters.

Well Arms Master tried building a design center in the HQ for him and the engineers. They sorta lost all their crap(research progress lost) and BilKil is sorta pissed as they sorta fucked with the command center making him losing access to lots of crap.

Our construction in the warehouses ended with us losing resources and the quarters in question collapsing. Turns out there are some vital stuff in there that keeps it all together.

Meanwhile the training regimen was so vicious and fierce ALL our guys snapped. It became a goddamn in our areas. Everyone out to get everyone else. Its a fucking free for all man. Luckily our heroes managed to restore order but before a lot people ended up hurt or dead. On another note CC is fucking pissed that her boy toy vanished during the chaos. We certainly shouldn't, it's a difficult question though. Go in too small and our faction isn't taken seriously (although if we showed up with 10k guys at the basing point for a continent-wide crusade it'd still not be serious...but at least that's something) and used as cannon fodder who'll be unlikely to survive long enough to get anything of note.
Not to mention we still have an uncontacted faction in our base and no knowledge of the outside, so any large decrease in our power/population would be sorely felt.
I suspect the dispatched warband is off for the Krulsade anyway. Not even CC can get amongst the Krulsade with absolute impunity.

Maybe we should just send a delegation out to sell them supplies (food and our DBMs would be good, our biofuel stocks are tiny and will be needed shortly I suspect.)

Priority #1 should be getting something to let us navigate in the snow. Priority #2 should be solving our internal problems so they take a little longer to crop up again. Priority #3 should be to improve our tech/training. We have 2 military outcasts here now (Us and the Cavo's) and a bunch of undisciplined rabble that could sorely use our expert training.
Then there's also all the scouting outside the base we need to do and exploring inside it (including our buildings) and unlocking all the bunkers, and whatever it is that's keeping AI BilKil held back, and what the Fozr are sitting atop, and what the ghouls+borgs are up to, and why the resident zombies that aren't with us like to drag corpses back with them into their base.
And salvaging the wrecked pirate ship and figuring out who's in the northwestern bunker/wall breach and sealing up the gates so the monsters don't get in here nearly as bad and what EDE's hints for solving our internal problems are...

Amazing comfortable living quarters have been constructed in the warehouses with all the creature comforts included.

We came up with things that could penetrate snow. Luckily we had all the stuff taking some Fozr stuff along with paramilitary and good ol banditry. Its as if the snow isn't even there anymore! We got vehicle based(longer range) and infantry versions.

Combat training continues. Our rabble has taken to the harsh training amazingly well. Granted they will never be as good as those born into it but fuck do they try. HARD. Probably has something to do with not wanting to be raped by the women...

Training has commenced with our forces. We know the basics but it wasn't anything compared to what the Fozr knew. So our forces tried to make sure everyone knew the basic crap. Which a surprising amount of our rabble did.

Our forces encountered some ghoul pack...made up of our former fallen comrades. Surprisingly enough despite being the Nekul type they were not hostile. They seem to not even be so far gone as to be unable to use equipment and amazingly enough are actually friendly even. In fact they never returned once the arose once more but instead formed packs and harassed bandit forces. They knew we used the zombies so despite the hardship they avoided preying on them.

Meanwhile our forces ran into some of our old forces who got rescued by the borgs. Nice and healthy the ghouls delivered them when they came by to do some work that needed doing despite the blizzard. According to them the more far gone members were converted.

Arms Master reverse engineered their personnel scale weapons basic. Heavy, exotic, and specialized have yet to go.

Ovah Kil was noted to grab a wrist computer, copper wire, and busted radio came up with a crude jamming system. He stated that this stuff you can take with you and is easy to make but suggests you stick with the Paramilitary kind that is laying around.

Monster hunt commences it was just a hit and SO effective we purged the entire base. Shit Pyro actually had to get more fuel for the barbeque because for once he ACTUALLY ran out. That never happened before.

Problem is there was so much no one is exactly sure who won exactly. Until that is the Dread Witch came back with her score. By far the largest which is saying something.

There was just SO much food. The ghouls actually came pouring over and started an unexpected party. Turned out we had enough to party all winter long just like the ghouls and they brought their shit along so it could be even BIGGER. We ended up using the HQ and the ghouls guided us down the maintenance tunnels to there to let the party commence. CrayCray meanwhile was unbeliavably depressed all this fun just sapped it out of her when she realized she didn't have that boy toy of hers.

Finally during the grand dancing competition Pyro ended up winning. Somehow that fucker can DANCE.

Meanwhile some time during the party no one knows when CC snuck out and away. Not even the Faceless Princes realized it.

Its worth noting that during the party itself CC seemed fine and had fun its just that somewhere near the end and after the dance off is when she mysteriously departed.

Sometime during the party Fozr actually came even the Borgs.

Fozr- White as snow skin over time it darkens like ice. Their hair color is also snow white and stays that way. Their irises of the eyes meanwhile appear as ice and darkens as such when they age. Turns out that skin of theirs is actually a velvety coat of fur. Underneath their skin is actually an icy blue. Their cold to the touch and when they breath when its warmer visible mist is expelled. Their ears are slightly pointed and can swivel around a bit. Their eyes are narrow and always look as if their analyzing you unless surprised or experiencing immense pleasure.

Reaver transition can either be very fast or slow the one and single common factor however is that they go solo. Problem is though reavers are so foul not even bandits no matter how vile want anything to do with them and their powerful enough to survive solo.

As for what he knows about her.

She is the daughter of the fallen commander and a ravager female who taught us the ravager way. Her parents died early on. When she was about to turn 10 she mysteriously disappeared for a while on the onset of her entering puberty. She was the only one who could withstand Ravager test...this was before she disappeared for a month. Upon her 12 birthday she mysteriously left for a year and upon her return brought back her boy toy. She was at that time 13 and him 8. Thing was though during that one year...she had became classified as a reaver during her journey it was how she earned her name Cray Cray. She is 18 now by the way and has been grooming her boy toy for 5 years now. Her reasoning being she wanted someone who wouldn't break(as everyone else had). Thing is though that month she disappeared when she was young? She got taken by the dark god that had tormented the Dead Snow Company. Only reason Cuban Pete knew this was because he too had seen it and kept it company for a long long time thus recognizing the familiar presence upon her. In exchange for the fun the Dead Snow Company had given it he was rewarded with the mask as a token of its appreciation.

What no one else knows however is during that 1 year journey she had become a reaver. Upon her return however it was lost but apparently she is going back to it.

I don't know, I'm really feeling like CP has some cards (rather, lovecraftian eyeball-mouth-claw-tentalces) up his sleeve mask that he hasn't revealed yet because reasons.

He 'died' once before, but that was against zombies/bandits. This is different, this would be a fight to the death (for CC anyway, obviously CP wouldn't kill her) for him against someone who's been touched by the god of the mask.

If it can be resolved peacefully though, that'd be ideal because we're likely to wake something up that we don't want eying us if they fight.

the only option that i like the outcome of is her joining back with the deadsnows. failing that the next best thing (short term) would be her dieing (long term: superpowered boytoy + army comes to fight her and finds out we killed her)= not desireable. after that is letting her change which would benifit+hurt us an unknowable amount of both.
right now the best option imo is also the one that is most likely to happen so i would like to continue on with the talking her into staying
