Don't we have like zero information on which to base this decision? That doesn't obligate us to do anything. The only reason people picked A was because it was the easy option. The only thing we have to talk about with Jinx is how much she wants our dick. The conversation with Raven is going to be more difficult because of lots of reasons that come to mind, including how we relate to each other now and what she means by she understands why we picked Jinx, and BB and Terra have their thing going on.

No, hey man, i completely agree there as well. Starfire is in some sort of danger, she's had our fucking back. She's in trouble, we're partially at fault for her being used to make a Suit of leather, and she's been nothing but nice to us.

But we've also got our own shit, personal in our head and our hearts to sort out with Raven and Jinx. Jinx spent a time hurt because we'd outright lost our memories of her, we were damaged, and treated her like Nothing. People made dumb choices back then to not talk to her then, and any time we ever seem to make an effort to focus we veer off again to deal with other stuff.

We were starting off with Jinx, and then when we went on that damned undercover mission, we didnt even talk to her before leaving! And we can at least spend time with Raven and Jinx for things besides personal Gain! Every time it was 'More powers' instead of 'spend time'
