After a fun night out drinking with the guys, you return home and get some sleep. The next day, you arrive at the landing pad at noon, finding your time all waiting for you. Portat, Carros, and Spina greet you happily, while Salta just nods.

"Glad to see you finally decided to show up" she tells you, before turning and speaking to the whole team. "Our mission is on a world called Fornall. The inhabitants of that world have low power levels but highly advanced technology. We can destroy pretty much whatever we like, but king Vegeta has asked us to keep some of their scientists alive. They could be useful. Also, the full moon on that world will occur the day after we arrive. Let's get going."

With that, she climbs in her pod, you and the rest of your team following her example. Your pods shoot off into space and head towards your next mission. You just woke up, and it's a fairly long ride to this world, perhaps you should contact one of your squadmates and see if they want to talk.

We could try to go for them immediately when we land, but they have good military technology, so in our normal states we may be unable to fight our way to them."

You laugh and follow Salta as she flies towards the nearby city. You hear the high pitched shriek of alarms as you approach, and a barrage of missiles is launched your way. You and your teammates dodge and Salta fires an energy blast that destroys the missile launcher. Several humanoid figures in full body armor come rushing out of various buildings carrying large guns. They take aim and fire at all of you. You dodge most of them and knock the ones you can't aside. They seem to be slightly weaker than ki blasts. Spina flies low to the ground and begins blasting alien heads off with ki blasts before flying back into the air. Carros lands in the middle of the street and begins killing the aliens with his hands. Portat fires energy blasts from the sky, killing several of the aliens. Salta fires several blasts into a large building, collapsing it and crushing several of your opponents in the rubble. Spina hurls an energy ball with two hands that incinerates a dozen foes. As you look down at the street, a hatch opens and a massive platform emerges from under ground. You see that it has several cannons armed with missiles, all aimed at Spina, who is facing away from it. They all fire, two many for you to blast down before they hit Spina.

She laughs "You certainly seem to try."

You chat with Portat and Carros about the battle, comparing killcounts, with yours being the highest, and Portat coming in second out of the three of you, probably due to Carros insisting on killing them one at a time and in the most brutal way possible.

After a few more moments, Salta stands up. "Alright people, listen up. The capital isn't far. We'll go in, and lay waste to it. The scientists we want are in an underground bunker about a mile from it, so leave that in one piece so we can get them later. Everybody ready?"

An attack on multiple fronts might be the best option. Responding to multiple fronts as a defense is extremely difficult due to adequately gauging how to allocate personnel and resources.

If one of the team gets hampered, most likely there will be a front that is lightly guarded that could be abandoned to help the teammate who is struggling.

Also, we would be offensive and take the initiative, which is the best thing to do in combat.

The only problem is that we are splitting our attack which could be problematic.

You say nothing, and Salta takes off. You and the others follow. You soar through the sky, and soon reach the capital city. Unfortunately, it seems you won't be able to waltz right in. The city is surrounded by what appears to be some sort of forcefield. You all attempt to blast it, but that seems to have no affect. Carros tried punching it, only to receive a painful shock.

"Well, seems like we're going to have to sit around and wait for the full moon" Salta says.

"Uh....sitting around might not be a good idea!" Portat yells, pointing towards the city.

You look and see hundreds of missiles heading directly for you and your team. Everybody springs into action, firing ki blasts rapidly, and managing to destroy most of them. You dodge out of the way, and they soar past you. The others dodge as well and blast the missiles as they come around. However, one makes it past the blasts and strikes portat, sending him flying and crashing to earth several feet away, motionless. Another two head right for him, but Spina intercepts them, blasting them to ash. You rush to Portats side, and your scouter confirms that he is alive.

A loud, mechanical sound catches your attention, and you turn to see a gigantic machine emerge from under the shield. It walks on four legs, its body low to the ground. This, combined with the shape of its head and the large tail it has give it the appearance of a giant lizard.

You yell in pain and fall to the ground, your flesh and armor burning. A pair of missiles make it past the others and strike Spina, who drops Portat and crashes to the ground several feet away from him.

It then fire another two blasts, one at the heavily injured Portat, and one at the heavily injured Spina. Their difference in power level means nothing, whoever gets hit will die. You can't reach them both in time, you can only save one.

You fly into the city, and begin raining red hot death down upon the people of the capital. Buildings collapse, civilians are burned alive. You see two more of those mechanical lizards approaching, and you reduce them to ash with a pair of energy waves. Missiles are launched at you, but you take them out with a combination of ki blasts and ki kicks before destroying their launchers. After about half an hour, the city is no more. Only ruins and rubble remain where the great capital once stood. You stand in the center of it all, breathing heavily. All that carnage and destruction was exhausting.

Salta, Carros, and Spina, now awake, fly to your location, all looking at you in awe.
