Taking a deep breath, you debrief your mutant cat of a boss about your recently-concluded mission, which pretty much involved spending the better part of forty-eight hours being jerked around by a super idol with too much money and too little sense.

...It's a painful debriefing to hold. You're still sore about Ruri's antics, one of them being that rigged contest thing that took you completely by surprise. Sure, Kirishima Ruri as a client and a principal was obedient and accommodating enough that coercion never came into the picture, but you'll be damned if she didn't make things difficult for you.

You go through the events as quickly as you can, from your first meeting with the idol to the many events that you needed to escort her through, and finally up to the bit in the stadium where you had to brutalize Lucius and her lackeys in public. You mention here how you were clued in to what was about to happen with Yoshitaka Mine's attempted escape, and how it turned out that Lucius and her idiots were after you instead. All for the Prophet, they kept screaming.

Bunch of fucking lunatics.

...It's a painful debriefing to hold.

You made sure to mention the degree of competency that Karasawa Enishi and Squad Hiryu showed in the mission - about how they never lost morale even when one of their own was compromised.

You wrap up your summarization by saying that Kirishima Ruri didn't seem to be in any danger at all, besides the Yakuza. Her staff seemed competent and savvy enough for that kind of threat, and Kyosuke himself surprised you by being capable enough to contribute to the mission without being a hindrance. That said, she may need more Magical Girl protection, as Yoshitaka Mine had proven that those after her may have Magical Girls on their payroll.

Overall, it wasn't that bad, but Ruri was a pain in the ass to work with, and it'll be too soon when you voluntarily choose another idol job again. You'll be delegating those to other people from now on.

[1/2]
>>
>>28034749

Kyuubey nods after you finish. "Well, we'll see about that. Kirishima Ruri did give us quite the cut of the ticket sales on top of her initial payment. All in all a very profitable mission, with the added benefit of televised promotion. It's almost a shame that the mission was cut short - the projected revenue for the remaining days would have been considerable." He makes a very pleased sound, here. "More missions with this kind of payout, and we may be able to fund the construction of our own moon base!"

Having your own moon base sounds kind of neat, but..heh, so it's all about the money for him, huh?

The incubator blinks at this. "I'd be lying if I didn't say that revenue was a big part in this, Matsuda. But thankfully, I am not my older brother, the Third. It is most of it, but not all of it." He shakes his head. "Besides, running an Officio can be a very costly endeavor, sometimes."

Well...you're not going to pretend that it's cheap, either. You'll just take his word for it, you're not in the mood to argue about finances or shit like that.

"How disappointing. And here I was looking forward to going over our profit margins with you." There's an amused tone in the mutant cat's voice. "In any case, let's get to the heart of the matter here. No doubt you have your own suspicions regarding this 'Prophet', who seems to have you in mind as a target?"

You nod, here. Lucius had already admitted as much, as well as also confessing to the partially-disassembled corpse she sent your way. Making the victim, whoever she was, look like Mami. ...Yeah, you're looking forward to interrogating her, that's for sure.

"No doubt, although Tomoe Mami may have beaten you to the punch, there. As soon as your prisoners were interred in their Silent Rooms, she was waiting for them." Kyuubey nods, here. "Did Lucius or her cohorts say anything that could give as a lead as to who this Prophet is, during your altercation with them?"

How do you respond?
>>
>>28034765
[x] Lucius claimed that I had taken something - or rather, someone - precious away from her, though apparently the actual reason they've got it in for me is because I'm totally bad news for the world, somehow. Sounds like a crock of shit. At any rate, given my unreliable memory, that doesn't really tell me as much as it should. Do you have any ideas?
>>
The most exciting time of the day has finally arrived!
>>
>>28034765
[x] "Not much. I've apparently killed someone close to the Prophet, but between my kill tally and my own amnesia, that's actually not too helpful."
>>
>>28034746
I was almost in withdrawal Decu, very timely.
>>
>>28034765
"There were some leads, yes - two in fact. My first lead is that they claimed that whoever the Prophet is had foretold that I, Faust's so-called 'Shieldmaiden', would end the world somehow. Now, don't get me wrong here, but someone on your payroll had predicted the very same thing - Misaka had an...episode of sorts, and claimed that I had to end the world. But if Misaka IS their Prophet, then they were certainly not acting with her consent or knowledge, since immediately afterwards she all but begged me to do it before 'she' could. She's had a few of these episodes, almost always relating to me or my shield."

"But my second lead casts doubt upon that little theory. I was also accused of killing someone close to the Prophet, and as far as I can remember I haven't killed anyone Misaka is close to. However, one person springs to mind when I think of people with grievances against me - Oriko, Kirika's friend. If she's contracted, and gained the ability to see the future out of a desire for vengeance..."

"There is of course, always a third possibility. Do we know the location of the Golden Staff, that was once in possession of the Third Officio's Warmaster?"
>>
>>28034765
[x] Apparently I killed someone close to the Prophet. And a lot of folks close them, too. Civvies or other magical girls, not too sure. Probably doesn't help alot with my track record.
>>
>>28034806
This is the first thread I have been able to make it to since we helped Kyosuke get some of Strawberry's clothes for that stupid game.

I missed this.
>>
>>28034832
>Do we know the location of the Golden Staff, that was once in possession of the Third Officio's Warmaster?
We actually already asked him this when we got back from Siberia. He said that it disappeared when Malal looked for it an hour after the fight, and he's been looking for it with no luck so far.
>>
>>28034765

"No definitive smoking gun as to who it might be I'm afraid. However the fanatics did drop a few clues that might help narrow down the suspicions.

Amidst their ramblings they mentioned that 'The Prophet' 'had yet to kill innocents, lost most of her loved ones and continues to suffer from some ailment.

They might not much clues to go by but these were the only concrete statements they provided.

However two of the attackers appear to romantically involved with each other. One Kana and one Kizuna. I suspect interrogation against these two would yield results the fastest."
>>
>>28034765
[x] "Nothing really. Only that their Prophet is oppossed to "the Blessed Lady", and they seem to think I am "the Blessed Lady's Shieldmaiden", and that I killed someone very precious to the Prophet. Some of them looke like they are renegades from the Third Officio, that should make them easier to track"
>>
>>28034859
Right, then lets amend that.

>>28034832
>"There is of course, always a third possibility. The Golden Staff, that was once in possession of the Third Officio's Warmaster, is still missing..."
>>
>>28034832

No Misaka. Leave her out of it. If need be we'll leave the suspicion with our Equerry or one of our assistants to take to QB if we vanish so they can track us down. Otherwise we shield the girl from Officio bullshit as much as we can.

>>28034870
>had yet to kill innocents
Of course, their definition of an "innocent" might not the same as ours.
>>
>>28034765
[x] "Yeah, she let slip that the Prophet 'sacrificed' her 'loved one' and everything she cared about, and continues to suffer. She also mentioned something about me killing a bunch of their allies; perhaps they're leftovers from the Third?"
>>
>>28034884
>Of course, their definition of an "innocent" might not the same as ours.
The not!Mami corpse can attest.
>>
>>28034884

Very possible but the context of that statement was in the suicide bombings. They at least think bystanders are innocents. That is at least something to check against. Like Magical Girls without a record of collateral damage.

I disagree with that. If anything, our actions have shown that it is possible to retire and stay alive to enjoy it. Kharn, of all people, is about to become a housewife and a mother, due to us.

As for the whole "fight and deal with death every day", that's only when you're on the active roster, and really is not much different from being a soldier in an active combat zone.

"Ah. A personal vendetta of some sort. Someone who wishes to seek recompense for something you did. As you say, it doesn't exactly narrow down the list of suspects, as it were." It's here that Kyuubey seems to chuckle. "Attempting to put together a list of suspects that may have revenge as a motive may take months, even years. You may have forgotten about them, what with your amnesia, but they certainly haven't."

...Of course you know that, you very nearly snap at your bastard mutant cat of a boss. Everything up to this point has been you getting fucked for something you did that you forgot! Fucking insane eldritchian goddess living in your shield not enough of a hint for him?

As if he hadn't heard - and he didn't, since you weren't crazy enough to admit to him that Pinky wasn't as minor of a problem you keep making her out to be - Kyuubey turns away from you to face his array of monitors. "Thankfully, careful interrogation by Tomoe Mami - as well as a cursory scan of their Soul Gems - confirms that they were contracted to the Third, my older brother. You'll remember him from the account Kharn gave you."

You nod. You're not likely to forget the tale Kharn told you. It's...well, you can hardly believe it yourself, but it's Kharn. Crazy as she was, she didn't have any reason to lie, being exiled to Siberia and everything.

...Wait, if they're from the Third...didn't Kyuubey assimilate what remained of the Third Officio, after Kharn went on her murder spree with Ahriman?

[1/2]
>>
>>28035276

"Most of them, not all." The Incubator turns to look at you again, his round crimson eyes glowing. "A number of them broke away from the Third as soon as I declared the takeover, proclaiming themselves as loyal only to Ahriman. Kharn had a field day rooting them out, of course, hunting them all over the city with you and Malal in tow." Another chuckle. "It was around the fifth day of the hunting season, as Kharn called it, that you almost died in assisting her."

That stopped you cold. You? How?

"Desperation, mostly. Kharn was slaughtering them by the dozens each day, and with you and Malal by her side, she was practically invincible. Their last ditch attempt had them pooling what little they had left into seperating you from your team and hunting you down. And they very nearly succeeded."

...Huh. More stuff you don't remember. Well, at least he's telling you about them now, right?

"Do mind that I wasn't expecting this to come up again." Kyuubey says, as if reading your mind. "After the incident, we conducted our own purge. With the help from one of the captured masterminds behind your assassination attempt, we managed to track down the rest of them, as well as those embedded deep within our own Officio, hiding behind re-established contracts." He shakes his head. "It appears she didn't find all of them. A pity, but I understand that prognostication is not an exact art. Especially made from inside a Silent Room."

and a version of Kharn the Betrayer as a Russian ex-Magical Girl.

"The Culexus, of course. We used them mainly to predict the locations of potential Witch events. Every Officio has something of the equivalent - the Fourth relies on statistical analysis, the Second relies on prayers and visions from their seers, the Seventh relies on teacup leaf readings - we rely on our Culexus." He turns to look at you. "Did you know that it was Malal who predicted the location of the Witch Charlotte? Not only that, but the exact time and place, and who I would send to address it." Another chuckle. "She also predicted that someone would be found inside. She was right. Do you know who Tomoe Mami found, when I sent her into the Witch's barrier?"

You frown at the cat. For fuck's sake, you wanted to know who was doing the prognostications NOW, not a fucking history lesson--

"You. Tomoe Mami found you." Kyuubey seems to smirk, here. "You must appreciate that a prediction like that, accurate right down to the second, is rare. Even the Fourth's most advanced forecasts has a margin of error as large as two, maybe three days at best, and in a one kilometer radius. The Seventh's teacup readers can only predict identities, of who the next major Witch event was before she turned."

...Huh. So the Officio's Culexus - and Malal - were really that good?

"The best." Kyuubey nods. "Why, we even managed to predict the last Walpurgisnacht with our Culexus, once more with unerring accuracy, while the rest of the Officios blundered about. Of course, well, that would be the last thing our Culexus squad would predict, as nearly all of them died." It's then that the Incubator lets out a sigh, one that sounds more mournful than anything else.

"Now we only have Omegon. She can predict Witch locations easily and accurately enough, but she needs long periods of rest while doing so. She says they're growing more and more difficult to seek out."

A shrug. "Thankfully, our prisoner from the Third - the one who helped us identify any potential traitors in our Officio - has been assisting us in that regard, along with some profitable predictions in the stock market."

Right. And who is this prisoner, then, the one that pretty much betrayed her own Officio? Yeah, you get that she helped, but to do something like that...

"Amane Haruka." Kyuubey brings up the picture of a rather coldly-beautiful girl on his many screens. Her pale blonde hair and startlingly-bright blue eyes making her look...fragile. "She was in significant duress at the time. And no, not because of our interrogation methods at the time. Rather, we found her in such a bad way after we rescued you that she was screaming for us to kill her. We had to sedate her heavily for days on end. Only Malal managed to bring her back, and persuade her to join us."

That's...huh. Did you, uh...did you do anything to her, then? That would probably explain it, if she went nuts like that.

"She didn't have any significant injuries when we found her." Kyuubey shakes his head. "She was, however, shrieking about how a ghost with pink hair and bloody teeth kept promising to eat her soul the moment she fell asleep."

Yeah. That'd do it.

How do you respond?

Madoka. First timeline also had Madoka at her weakest, with Mami beside her. So that's some good circumstantial evidence to show that Mami could hurt Walpurgis.

All Homura could do is buff Madoka. That's why she needed Kyouko.

>touch her

She seems to have a bad sense of reaction. Sayaka sprayed her with a fire extinguisher, Kyouko tackled her, and Mami has bound her in ribbons twice.

"We've kept her in a Silent Room for most of her stay here, yes. We deactivate the Silencing Field every now and then, when we require her assistance, or if she simply needs to recuperate. Rest assured she is always escorted by Omegon when we do so - and I'd hazard that our last Culexus has developed a liking for her."

That's something to take note of. What about her Soul Gem? Did she ever show any traces of corruption, or being in contact with any golden weapon, like Kirika did?

"None." Kyuubey shakes his head. "Her Soul Gem is unremarkable in all respects, except for the fact that it never seems to accumulate any Grief whatsoever." Another shrug of his tiny Incubator shoulders. "Of course, that could easily be explained by her being in the Silent Room for the better part of almost two years, but it is rather uncanny."

...Well. In that case, you want to talk to this Amane Haruka, and right away. Not only can she potentially give you information on who the Prophet could be, she's pretty much prime suspect material on being the goddamn Prophet herself.

It's here that you glare down at the Incubator. Jesus, didn't you ask him about Magical Girls that could do the future-seeing thing? Why didn't he tell you about Amane Haruka in the first place, then?

Kyuubey blinks at you, here. "She was included in the list that you asked for, Matsuda. But in light of what we've learned here, it may be moot. I must admit I didn't think she would even be a suspect, to be perfectly honest."

Oh? Why'd he say that?

The Incubator stares at you for a rather long, quiet while. "You'll see when you meet her." He says finally, before tapping a key on the Incubator-friendly keyboard in front of him. "Omegon, please come to my Office at once. Your Warmaster wishes to talk to Girl A."

[1/2]
>>
>>28036348

Shizuru is an perfect for the setting already, and Kotaro could have some Golden ribbon slaped into him, or have Kotori wish for him to live and get some magical bullshit out of that.

A burst of static issues from the speakers mounted somewhere in the room, followed by a voice reeking of equal amounts frustration, dread and resignation. "I'm on my way." A heavy, static-corrupted sigh, and then a click, and silence fills the Incubator's Office once more.

Girl A...?

"Just a coincidence, I assure you." Kyuubey's making that expression again where he looks amused and ready to be punched in the face. "Now, while we wait for Omegon, is there anything else you'd like to ask? Do so now, Matsuda, while I'm still free to."

Do you have any other questions?

[x] I'm worried that there's a bit too much of a belief in the "Blessed Lady" around here, I've heard a couple of murmers of it being used as a good luck charm, and Lucius was targeting me because of it. Do you know anything about it in our own officio?"
>>
>>28036414

Thinking about it we haven't heard from misaka for a while

[x] I'd like you to gather all available information on girls we know of or employ, with connections to the third. Have a team go through them for any potential links to Lucius or Haruka, as well as any with something even remotely suspicious or curious in their file. And make it priority, I'm tired of sitting around waiting for answers to drop into my lap.

We might need to call up Kharn just so we can get up to date on our self. Fuck we are missing so much information, we can't be an effective Warmaster like this.

We probably didn't give a shit about all these minor detail to begin with anyway, but god damn. We need to start pouring over as many files and documents as we can.

Thought we could get some free time before this next mission? That idea is blown to shit.

>>
>>28036606

Maybe split the work between the three. We're not Kharn and we can't expect Midori to be Malal.

We might have to sync up schedules and move into the officio. Because we either need to get up to speed on EVERYTHING or use the help we have available. And the help is no good if they aren't on the exact same page as us.
>>

We're ignorant of some of the most basic things in the Puella Magi's Uplifting Primer, that every trainee Magical Girl in the Ninth is issued.

>>
>>28036754
>We ARE rewarding her, by letting her take us out to dinner.

FTFY
>>
>>28036754
I'm anticipating the dinner going pretty poorly. It really isn't Chiaki's kind of thing, and the formal atmosphere is going to make both of them drop more spaghetti than usual, so conversation will be practically non-existent.
>>
>>28036754

>>
>>28036770

Depends on where she takes us.

She might realise that we hate formal, so takes us to a noodle bar.

Or a Denny's.
>>
>>28036770
Midori will take us out to an italian place, hoping to copy the Lady and the Tramp scene. The spaghetti will end up all over the floor and in our pockets so we can spill it later.
>>
>>28036771
There is no joke there. We agreed to her request because she did well on her mission.
>>28036790

srsly, no idea what your characters look like
>>
>>28036783

I always pictured a conversation starting with Chiaki asking Midori about how her mission with Kyouko went (emphasizing that it's not a debriefing but friendly curiosity) and then letting Midori talk about herself and her interests.

Because, let's face it, Chiaki has no memories of anything so she can'ttalk about anything other than work.

Ask about her family maybe. Midori seems to love them and it might set her at ease.
>>
>>28036793
It's a date, she could take us to Burger King and it would still have a formal atmosphere.
>>
>>28036815
If a date is automatically "formal" no matter where you go on one, you're clearly doing it wrong.
>>
>>28036770

Let the spaghetti flow. Though I doubt it will be all that bad. Since Chaki can sort of relax when she is around.

>>28036801

Megan and Gina are both OC. The closest thing I could find to Gina's body type is Mai from Sono hanabria, and I can't find anything for Megan yet.

Sami, as shown before, is Kagari from Rewrite while Izzy is Nishikujou from the same VN.
>>
>>28036811

You know.. We still need to talk with her about what happened in Sibiria and more accurately about what happened in the barrier.

1) While I want Midori to enjoy the dinner who knows when we will get another chance to talk to her about
And
2) I am pretty sure Midori is also bottling up a lot of stuff around the Barrier thing and the sooner we get it out of the way the better
>>
>>28036835
Oh for regular people, sure. For Midor and Chiaki? I can't imagine them managing to be casual on a date (yet).

...no pun intended.
>>
>>28036845

Might be better to let her broach those subjects herself, rather than bringing them up first.

>>28036849

Well, Midori already had a boyfriend back in highschool and she seemed pretty comfortable with the idea of dating. She was also really aggressive about coming on to Chiaki at first. She might be a little flustered, but I personally see her handling a date better than Chiaki
>>
>>28036884
Honestly, thats something I really like about the Chiaki-Midori dynamic. In Midorin's comic, Chiaki's the romantically aggressive one and Midorin's the one that keeps dropping the spaghetti, but in real life its the other way around.
>>
>>28036900
not always. See: When Chiaki was reading Miracle Midori on the plane.
>>
>>28036849

I honestly don't think Chaki would care all that much about formality. She won't be buddy buddy but she probably also won't go full on formal.

You let out an irritated sigh between gritted teeth. Right, you've had enough about shit you did in the past that you don't remember suddenly coming back up and biting you in the ass. Is it too much to ask for your complete and unredacted career profile? The one you got from Mami was so full of blacked-out lines that it looked more like a crossword puzzle without all the blocks you need to fill in.

"Redactions?" Kyuubey blinks. "What redactions?"

The redactions on your fucking file, bastard mutant cat!

"Curious." Kyuubey blinks again, before smiling to himself - or at least, he looked like he was. "Oh, I see. Malal. Of course. This explains everything."

Everything? It doesn't explain shit--

"Matsuda, I'll share something with you." It's here that Kyuubey taps on his keyboard again - and the picture of Haruka disappears, replaced by a picture of a Culexus messing around with her tablet.

"Ever since you were found in the barrier, two people took it upon themselves to...well, to care about you. One of them you'll remember as Tomoe Mami, and you felt her influence enough. The other, who took care of things in the background, is Malal. She requested that your career file be taken offline, and given to her personally to manage and update as she saw fit." He nods here. "A day before Walpurgisnacht, she surrendered your file to Mami. The redactions may have been there already when she turned it over."

...Fuck. So does that mean you'll never find out just what kind of shit you were up to before your last episode of amnesia, then?

"Perhaps, perhaps not. We do keep records, although it would take quite a bit to piece a coherent picture. Nevertheless, you could assign a team to comb through what we have, see if something can be constructed from there."

Yeah. Yeah, you'd probably want to do that.

[1/2]
>>
>>28036934

The flailing around is hilarious like that.
>>
>>28036993

"Assign one of your aides for the task, and I'll assign a team of Vanum to assist her." Kyuubey nods here. "I would recommend Hanegawa for this, at least. Callidus are often trained for quick information absorption, to better retain data while inside enemy lines."

Well. You won't lie, it's tempting. And it would keep her out of harm's way, especially since the Tenth's skulking around.

It's here, then, that the doors to Kyuubey's office creak open, allowing a Culexus in that's practically the mirror image of the one depicted on screen. Completely identical in every way, except for the fact that her gloves seemed worn and faded, as opposed to the rest of her costume.

"Incubator. Warmaster." The Culexus' vox-corrupted voice issues from the speaker set into her skulled helm, all warmth stolen from it. Not that there was a lot to steal, anyway - you doubt that even Sayaka could give a chillier greeting. "Here at your bidding, although I must protest this decision. There is no guarantee Haruka is mentally sound enough to receive the Warmaster."

Kyuubey makes a tutting sound, here. "Your protest is noted and summarily dismissed. It has been more than a year - she's healed enough, and your Warmaster wishes it to be so."

You see the reflective visor turn towards you, and even if you couldn't see her eyes through the heavily-tinted fibreglass, you could feel the hatred in Yuma's stare. "Very well. Warmaster, if you please." She gestures towards the door, stiffly.

"Follow her to Girl A's holding cell, Matsuda. And please, try not to kill her if things go out of hand - she's our only prognosticator left, and it would be a shame to let such a resource go to waste."

...You're not making any promises, here, but you'll try, you tell him as you follow Omegon out of his office.

"That's the best I can hope for, I suppose. Good luck, Matsuda."

[2/3]
>>
>>28037007

And with that, you leave Kyuubey to his own work, following the clearly-irate Culexus down the hallway and into the Elevator. She is quiet - deathly so - although you hear a click every now and then issued from her helmet's speakers. She is silent still as the elevator begins its descent downward.

The atmosphere is...tense. Pretty tense.

What do you do?

ENTRY #8: WENDY
[You're not the most social type around, and Wendy isn't either, so it was hilarious to find out that both of you clicked just like that. I thought you'd never give anyone else except Mami the time of day, but you did, and her, of all people. Arguably the most haunted, the most broken soul in all of the Eighth, the White Rabbit. Kindred spirits? Probably. Even Kyoko got jealous when we told her about it.]

[...Just be careful around her, that's all I'm asking. I tried to find out just what she's about, but...there's just some people you can't read no matter what you do. She seems to really like you, though, for what it's worth, and the same could easily said vice versa. But Santa Destroy breeds broken souls - and we're not sure if they're worthy of being trusted just yet.]

[Her friends are insane. Watch out for them. Easy enough to do so. They leave half-eaten bodies in their wake. Nice girls, though.]
>>

Hmm. Maybe BUTTS then.

The crowd is bigger today. They’re expecting a good fight for the finale. From my talk with Megan yesterday, it looked like she wanted to put on a good show.

Now, because of her, I want too as well.

What she stated yesterday, however, proves to be true; most of the audience seems to be cheering her on as she goes to the stage and poses around, bowing to each side of the arena to the audience. This actually might be a disadvantage for me; winning against her is completely different than winning the crowd. I overheard a fight that occurred in the cafeteria: A girl from the ninth was being shouted at, but she acted cool and played to the audience while the attacker fled the scene from embarrassment. I don’t plan on running form this, but anything can happen in the finals. Anything.

“So? Out for revenge?” Izzy asks beside me. Somehow, even in this state she manages to pull off her calm and friendly persona, even with her anger from Samis final match. “I normally would remind you to be careful, but I’m sure you’ve already thought of that a thousand times~.”

“I’m sure it’s been well over a thousand by now.” I sigh and rub my shoulders as the announcer keeps going over the numerous “traits” of my opponent, which include overall training, total kills and all the ways she can make someone wish they were never born. “Whoever is doing the introduction is just rubbing it in. Or she’s a fan, maybe both.”

The cheers erupt ten-fold as Megan is properly introduced and makes her way into the arena. She seems really pompous about it; waving her hands and arms at the audience like this is some sort of fashion show instead of a fight to the death (maybe). It almost reminds me of the idols back in Japan, dancing in the fame shes set up for herself.

It’s my turn next, and I’m not that excited to see what miss announcer thinks of me.

“Oh well, you can’t ask for everything~ right?” Izzy comments next to me. “Besides, this is what other people are thinking of you, not what you want yourself to be known as. You can take this chance to change that~.”

“Yea, yea, remark that all you want. At least you don’t treat me like- MPH.” Not again…

“Aw, you mean like Sami~? But she’s just sooooo much cuter than you!” She squeezes me harder for emphasis. “Honestly, if you cut out all that ‘dark and edgy’ stuff you’d be a great girl! Like I’ve said, the power doesn’t make the girl.”

“I get it. Thanks for letting me know. Let me go, it’s time for me to die.”

“Come on, don’t say that~!” She does at least let me go from her grip, but holds me by the shoulders. “I have total confidence that you can avenge Sami!”

“…And it looks like she has fancy for elder girls!”

GOD DAMN IT SHE CAN SEE ME?

“You… better go on.” Izzy replies with a slight blush, turning her head away as I head up.

Never again… I’m not doing this ever again, no matter the prize.

“And here she is! Give it up for the double liberator and savior of the Santa Destroys’ museum of death and dismemberment, Gina Falette!”

It’s the same few steps I’ve done many times in a row for the past few days; now with an extra flare coming from practice. My outfit would give off a “trench coat and rain” feel if it wasn’t as flashy as it is with its black and light blue coloring with a few grays. A thick scarf around my neck flows behind me, growing large enough to become some kind of a cape. Grey and light blue spirals adorn the large corset and jacket combination that ends with long leather pants and knee-high boots.

I wonder if Eightball is trying to make me edgy. Maybe he already succeeded.

“Hey, you shouldn’t look so glum for a fight!” Megan calls out from across the arena, whip already in hand.

“I don’t intend to call this a fight.” She gives off an amused laugh at this.

“So then, what shall this be called?”

“Three, two, one…”

“A grand show.”

“FIGHT!”

ENTRY #21: BUTTS
[They say that the quiet waters are the deepest. I guess I shouldn't have been surprised then when I got to know and even see what you did to Wendy that one time. I don't think you were even that drunk.

If she still insists on drinking and hanging out with you after that, she's clearly asking for it.]

It something isn’t broken, don’t try to fix it.

Well, that’s her idea at least, still starting off with the grand circle-whip around to show off her weapon. It would be pretty menacing if I hadn’t seen her do the exact same thing yesterday.

First things first; a shield around myself and having the mace in my hand. Now, if she wants a showoff-fest first, then sure. With a grin on my face I begin to slowly walk towards her end of the arena.

“Tch, don’t underestimate me!” She whips up and attempts an attack from an angle at the right. The mace collides with it nicely; sending the chain to the other side which gives me room.

Megan goes for it again from the left, fails, and then on the third manages to wrap the chain around the gap in the mace. I heave it away and break into a sprint, resummoning it into my hand and jumping to do a downward strike.

It wasn’t the best idea as Megan whips upward to catch me from under. Fortunately the shield is still up and it bursts from the attack, causing enough force to slide her back and give me an edge to throw my weapon at her which connects nicely with her cheek and jaw. She staggers a bit before rebalancing herself as I land, with a few cheers coming from the audience.

“Damn, good play.” Spitting a bit of blood onto the floor, she looks at me with the ferocity I saw back in her last match. “Let’s keep goin!”

Megan flicks the whip straight, making a bee-line right to my face. I jump back in time to see the entire chain stiffen and begin to rotate. Pops and crackles of electricity sound out from the straight chain as it turns faster and faster.

She… just turned it into an electrical chainsaw sword that’s longer then her body.

My feet barely react in time to move out of the way of the redesigned weapon when she thrusts it forward at me. Another mace forms in my hand as I swat it away, but it holds itself together unlike its whip form where it would flail around. She then swerves it under, aiming for my feet with a sweeping strike. Jumping over it is easy but it leads into her next swipe at me at the mid section. I block it by using the gap in the mace and-

I’ve made another mistake.

Almost instantly the sword bends back into its original whip form and curls itself around the mace and my hand. The sharp pain and static shock makes my hand drop the mace and pulls me to Megan who’s both advancing on me and pulling the whip to her.

There’s a way out, but it’s going to hurt like hell. A small barrier temporarily forms around my wrist as I wrench my arm free of it. It pops but the damage dealt to the arm still FUCKING HURTS. I immediately force a bolt straight at her, which hits her right arm which she-

Oh. Fucking clever.

I’m quickly bound in her trap, using extra force from her arm to swing the whip directly at me. Her arm is still sore; I can tell she wants to end this quickly.

“Good job, fucker.” She spits out, holding her right wrist with her left hand. “But the fun ends here.”

Ah… ehehehehe.

She Doesn’t -Know-, Does She?

“Ladies!“

Lets Make Sure She Doesn’t Forget.

…Fuck you, kinda.

“The shre-a?”

I got a brief flashback of when Gina lost against this exact move. There was a lot of blood and gore, but most MG’s are used to it. It was the sound itself; of flesh being ripped from bones and meaty bits being eviscerated that stuck in my mid. I had silently hoped then that I wouldn’t hear that sound again.

OH WELL. It was made even WORSE with the grinding metal unable to fight back the “limit breaker” that’s fixated in my power. The whip flies off of my body as I become illuminated in the familiar light blue glow. Refreshed, strong, willing, motivated.

Now, let’s see how you handle me.

“Fucking hell!” Even with the exasperated response, she still looks willing to fight. Damn, she is EXACTLY what the rabbits want. The whip straightens back to its solid form, ready to charge at me again. “How about you die already?!”

Oh, Not This Time!

The gap in the mace collides with the tip of the whip-blade underneath, sending a shockwave that breaks its normal form and causes a ripple upward, traveling through the chain until it whips back at the handle which makes Megan curse and drop it from pain.

Heh, physics.

Time can’t be wasted now; this form only lasts so long. One bolt of pain keeps her distracted while I close the distance, but she manages to avoid the first swing at her by rolling to the side and grabbing her whip again. I can tell she’s injured, but by her personality she isn’t going to give easily.

You Must Kill Her To End It.

Sure… Fine.

The mace tangles with the whip when I throw it at her, causing her to fumble with it and not notice my right fist closing in on her face. With the last of my extra power from my form, the punch rams her cheek and sends her flying back to what used to be my side of the arena. My aura dissipates around me as the whip goes flying with her and- OW, hits my backside.

That really huts. I’m really running out of time.

(6/9)
>>
>>28037480
It swirls over my hand, engulfing it in power. My blood, my sign of pain, becomes my power as I raise my hand over my head, sending it upward to form the barrier I’ve done many times before. Just right now, I don’t care about winning the tourney or showing I’m the best; I just want to NOT FUCKING DIE.

That’s all that matters.

With the mace back in my hand I charge ahead while she charges her whip again, but her usage of power the entire time is leaving her drained and the whip is spinning noticeably slower than normal.

Jump attack into spinning overhead strike from me. She dodges to the left.

Megan whips around and tries to get me as I land. I jump over it via back flip.

I finally manage to get close enough for a good strike until I feel the whip trying to crawl up on me again, sliding over my barrier. With a stomp of my foot the barrier goes off, causing her to fall back and pull the whip-

Not this again…

I loose my footing as I’m dragged with Megan down to the floor. My left arm and legs pin her down but the whip encircles my entire body that prevents me from moving. It still twirls over my skin, however weak it is, and begins, grinding, painfully, and-

Oh, I can win this.

The grey and blue matter swims up my body, accumulating at my right hand, still wrapped in the painful chains. It burns, churning the last power I have into one last bolt.

“OH.” Megan finally realizes, looking at my hand. “Fuck. You.”

“…My pleasure.”

One last bolt. Her eyes roll backwards in pain before closing. The grinding on my skin ceases. My body falls limp on top of hers. “We have a winner!” Is the last thing I hear before my hearing deafens and I slip… away…

But somehow, I knew… this wasn't death.

Oh, I know this place. Just not from this angle.

“Good job not dying.” Says the small, silver-haired figure sitting on the chair next to me. “Though, if it was out of revenge, I’m taking it back.”

“Ahaha… I’m not Izzy… I, fainted?”

“The loser is in the other room. Just in case she still wants to kill you.” Sami looks to the right door, and her face immediately changes. “You… have an extra visitor.”

“Oh boy…”

“Congratulations Gina!” Izzy yells charging through the doors and heading straight for my bed. “You’re the best of the newbies! Aren’t you proud of her, Sami~?”

“Sureeee…” Her motivation is lost within the arms of the nicely-proportioned young woman squeezing her. “Get off.”

“Aw, that’s the way you’re always going treat me? Can’t you have some better respect for your elders?”

I’ll… see what my extra prize is from Eightball, before this gets out of hand. Again.

Despite the warnings that I should rest more, nobody stopped me from grabbing a nearby pole and using it as a walking stick to get to the elevator. As it slowly rose up to his floor, Megan somehow came to mind. While she was a bitch to deal with, she was fighting for a good fight, it seemed, even if she wanted to win in the end.

Maybe I can reconcile with her later. Maybe.

---

“What the he- Gina!” My welcome from the Incubator of the eighth isn’t what I expected. “You’re supposed to be on yo’ ass resting right now! The fuck you came up here for?”

“I get a prize right?” Resting in a chair feels perfect right now, lounging right next to the thing that made me a magical girl.

“Hah! Fuckin’ greedy to waste yo rest time to come here for some dough.” Eightball jumps off of his chair onto the desk and stretches out. “But I know you. You wana hear bout the details of the secret prize, huh?”

“…I can’t hide anything from you, huh Eighty?”

“I -fuckin’- knew it! Aw, Gina girl, you gonna be a bitchin’ Callidus with this kinda motivation!” He looks to me and goes to my end of the table.

“Get yo ass in gear and come back to the arena tomorrow. Yo extra be waitin for ya there.”

This was the place. Room 312 of New Hope Hospital, a relatively new building off in the high-end district of Mitakihara. The night air crept in through the window behind me; I didn’t really bother to close it, ‘cause I’d be leaving through it anyway. I guess it depended on whether the staff would be around, but the room was unoccupied anyway.

Even I would have felt crazy bad about breaking in if there were anyone in here. Sneaking into a hospital wasn’t really something I liked doing anyway, y’know? But like I figured it would be, the door was closed. Probably locked, too, after they let the girls from QB Heavy in here. This was the sort of problem only a magical girl could deal with, after all.

This was a witch’s barrier.

The way she’d put it, it was bad. Really super ultra USA bad. This little barrier was enough to get the Ninth Officio to send in some really heavy artillery, some of their best. Witches in hospitals were basically the worst thing, she said (in not quite so many words), with plenty of weak, desperate, people to feed off of. Scary stuff. It kinda made me glad I never really got sick.

The thing…the marking, or the entrance or whatever, was plain as day on the wall, a sigil that crappified the very air around it. The wall it was sitting on looked years older and kind of unwashed, and it tainted the whole room with a sick purple-black. I just…I just had to touch it, right? Touch it and also not get debrained by bad witch mojo. Nothing to be scared of.

Totally fine, nya. Completely safe.

…I took one last look at the window. There was still time to turn back, and it was probably safer and smarter. Kaneda would be pretty mad, if she was here. I mean, she’d still go in, but she’d wanna do it alone, and I’d probably just go in after her anyway. And then one of us would get hurt, and we wouldn’t be friends for like two weeks, but I’d be there anyway to make sure she didn’t sneak out of her stupid room, or she’d show up to lecture me about just staying at home if I was just going to do dumb stuff, or…

…Ugh. It didn’t matter anyway. I was pretty much being handed a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity on a silver platter – the Warmaster was in there right now. A goddess of battle, I heard, who danced in the blood of the fallen and picked the flesh off of their skulls with her teeth so that she could make stylish office furniture. Also she was some kind of sex dynamo? Those things seemed kinda mutually-exclusive to me, but sparklies get off to weird stuff.

My hand brushed against the sigil on the wall, and I took a deep breath as the world around me shimmered. It swelled for a long moment, everything did, and I felt as though my insides might explode out in a glorious shower of truth and gore. Then, all at once, it squeezed together. I felt a flash of phantom pain, something that really should have hurt and didn’t, and the world turned white.

This would be worth it. It had to be worth it. If I made it through this stupid barrier and got through the interview with Warmaster Kharn mostly unmolested, this would be such a big scoop I could already taste it in the back of my mouth.

Wait, no. Wait. That was still the hospital smell. Ew.

I thought for a second that I might have died, with the white light there. Like, gotten squished into nothing - an inglorious and pointless end for our charming heroine. But as I scooped myself up off the ground, it became abundantly clear that this was just a THING here. The world around me – the sky, at least – was all a bright, blinding white, with the ground under me a stark and abyssal black. With a glance, I checked my body, too – a dark grey, just barely distinguishable from the ground, just barely shaded in. A sleek and alluring silhouette in somebody’s low-budget sex scene.

With some deliberation, I trotted over to the edge of the black building. It was…odd. A little hard to move anywhere else, like invisible, intangible walls blocked me in, forcing me along one path. When I peered down off the edge, all I saw were more pillars – buildings, I guess, each curved and distorted in its own way, from what I could tell. A mock-up of Mitakihara in shadow, twisted from a young girl’s perspective and crowded around a colossal statue with its arms outstretched. It clutched a torch in one hand, the only dot of color in an otherwise silhouetted world. The whole city seemed to be bowing to it, or at least it felt that way when I stared at it long enough, and it made me kind of uneasy.

…Well, I didn’t have too much time to sit and think about it, and I was kind of grateful. They were probably almost done already. I kept it to a minute or two of footage of the place and my own commentary, although it felt like I could barely get the words out here. I was sort of surprised my camera worked her at all, but I figured I could probably just leave it running for now. I guess even if I didn’t catch the Warmaster in time, this could still make for a really, really cool article.

I pulled myself up over the edge of another building, the third one in the last five that’d been higher, almost too high to work my way up. This place wasn’t THAT much harder to get around than the real city, but I could barely get handholds on these buildings at all. The sides were almost completely smooth, aside from deep gouges here and there I couldn’t even make out in the silhouettes. I kind of wondered if the Warmaster had made these. …Actually, I really really hoped the Warmaster had made these, because I didn’t want to meet what else might have. Or maybe it was just symbolism or something. I couldn’t really say; witches are weird.

Truth be told, I wasn’t really moving all that quickly. This whole place, even if it was basically leading me in one long, wobbly line toward the statue in the center, was a real pain to navigate. I could make the jumps down to lower buildings, sure, but the climbing really broke my pace, and the air here felt really, really thin. Even breathing as deep as I could manage didn’t feel like nearly enough, and stopping to try and rest only seemed to make it even harder, like I was just sucking all the oxygen out of the entire barrier.

Sometimes it really, really sucks being a normal. As if to really hammer that point home, the building under me started to ripple – no, it was like it was quivering. Shaking a little bit, as it forced…something out, just a few feet to my side. A giant snake, at a glance, or the shadow of one, unnaturally thin and swelling near the top. It ended in a parody of a wolf’s face with awful, empty eyes I could see the blinding-white sky through, and strings of I-don’t-even-know. It wasn’t quite right, it wasn’t quite at an angle where I should have been able to see what I did, I think, and trying to think about it hurt my brain. Not that I had a ton of time to think – the moment we locked eyes, it swung down at me, its mouth open wide enough to swallow my head.

(4/12)

>>28037566
Nooope. Nope nope nope. I kicked off in an instant as its jaws closed in on where I was just a moment before. It didn’t make a sound, but I could sort of feel it… screaming – and as I looked back, I saw them. Legions of them that had emerged from the buildings I’d passed, sprouting from the tops, twisting around the sides. Snakes or…worms, or villi or something, each with an animal head, some growing out of each other, some diving into the buildings again. I hoped that just meant they were leaving.

Eyes front, I told myself. I wish I hadn’t, it was just more bad news – a whole forest of them, already rising between me and the next rooftop. Fast. Gotta go fast. No problem. Yeah. Fast was what I did, and a bunch of stupid…heady…necky things were nothing compared to slipping out of a warehouse full of pissy magical girls, or even one or two friendly ones on a bad day. My chest burned as I forced my legs to go go go, whirling around a lion, diving between a some kind of bastard rabbit and a Salvador Dali rooster. The roof ahead of me seemed to drop off into nothing. Good. Jumping was way easier than trying to clamber up one of these buildings. It was probably only a story or…or two.

I could manage that.

My confidence drained as the edge drew closer and closer, and a knot welled up in the pit of my stomach. That was probably five or six meters easy, and they were already down there, waiting. And the next building was a climb. A short one, but it was probably more than I could get up in one go. …I was really in over my head. I was probably going to die, and the world would be denied its most awesome teenage reporter. …I jumped anyway. Well, I had to, right?

(5/12)
>>
>>28037579
Deep breaths. You’ve done this a thousand times. Make sure there’s as much horizontal momentum as you can when you jump…no problem. Done. I was basically a freakin’ blur, here. Lean in, keep your knees bent so they absorb the impact instead of snapping like twigs. Land on the balls of your feet-

The shock of the next roof came all at once, but I was ready. Thousand times. Done it a thousand times. The force of impact jolted through my legs as I threw myself forward, tucking my camera in close as I whirled through the air. The back of my shoulder hit cold, black not-cement, and I rolled off to the side before kicking off again. …I was gonna feel that in the morning. My legs didn’t even want to cooperate now, and my stride turned heavy and uneven.

I lurched out of the way of another lunge, forcing my stupid, dumb, aching legs to move. Just like thunder, Izumi, come on! The world around me had become a jungle of black, with only flakes of white from the sky to show me where to slip through. My lungs were burning. My legs were numb. It was like my silhouette was fading into all of theirs. A strange sound, a buzzing noise, started to tear at my ears growing louder and louder as I neared the edge of the building.

I heard a voice, I thought. One I hadn’t heard since middle school. A familiar, sweet scent filled the air for just a moment, and…I guess it cleared my head. Took some of the ache away. With a new spring in my step I broke through the last line of creatures, ignoring a heavy thud behind, me, and my eyes flicked up to the roof of the next building.

(6/12)
>>
>>28037587
“You idiot!” crackled a voice above me – a motorcycle helmet attached to a small shape leaning over the edge of the roof. “What the hell were you trying to do? Die?” I didn’t bother replying. Instead, I leapt at the wall, dug my shoe into it and kicked off, up toward Rank Leader Malal. She held her crowbar out – just within my reach, just barely – and I grabbed on. Like we’d done it a million times. She grabbed my arm and hauled me up, cursing the whole time.

It wasn’t a silhouette for her. I guess she could just ignore that with Super Culexus Powers or something.

“You said to haul ass.” It was kind of familiar, somehow. I could still feel her glove on my arm – she hadn’t let go right away, and she was digging in hard. “I wanted to see this, so…”

“I didn’t mean…Look, I could have gone out and gotten you. You’re USUALLY right where it’s the least convenient, so… …so this is really no exception.” Her grip on my arm loosened, then she let go. “…Might want to get that camera going, those things aren’t going to last for very long.”

Those…? I scooted back over to the edge again, and in a flash I brought my camera to my eye.

(7/12)
>>
>>28037593
It was…it would be a bloodbath, if, I guess, these things had blood-oh. Oh, they did. Wow. Blood or some kind of goo, hard to tell. Either way, in those few moments, the Warmaster - nothing but a monster’s dark silhouette with hair floating gracefully behind her – had turned the entire roof into a mess. I mean, I couldn’t tell? It was all totally black. But as her chainsaw sword roared, the impression of a sound echoing through the whole barrier…chunks of things flew in arcs of ichor, shooting stars in the white of the sky. Shaped like animal heads.

And, uh, chunks. I guess that’s a shape.

“This is probably the coolest thing I’ve ever seen. Also kind of gross!” I chirped to Malal after a couple of minutes – when they’d been more or less cleared out – but she just grunted (I think that’s what it was) and kept fiddling with her tablet. And once the Warmaster was on her way back over to us, she stood at length and held out her hand.

“How are your legs?” Good question. I wobbled a little as she helped me up, and my knees still hurt a lot more than I really wanted to let on. I was…probably not going to school tomorrow.

“Not broken!” It was all I could promise, and she nodded, as if to say ‘good enough’.

Yea, I know I'm not the best. Trying to get better though.
>>
>>28037603
It was a relief, being able to breathe again. Malal could ward off the worst of the barrier’s effects on me if I stuck close, I guess, and I could even see a couple of my colors coming back. Which was great, I was sort of used to those. We were perched on one of the statue’s arms, now, as the two of them dragged me through the rest of the maze. Mostly Malal – I wasn’t sure the Warmaster had even noticed me in whatever blood-haze she was in.

While I was finally starting to become more than an obscenely cute shadow again, the Warmaster didn’t bother. Or couldn’t. Or just didn’t need to. She was pretty easy to make out anyway, even among the mass of familiars. She was the one that hadn’t gotten ripped apart by a chainsaw yet, an almost skeletal-seeming figure of eerie grace, moving from one familiar corpse to the next.

It was the witch she was fighting now. I’d never seen one before, and I was kind of surprised. She almost looked normal, almost looked like one of us, but ragged. Miserable. Trying to watch her kind of hurt my brain, so I wasn’t looking forward to the footage later; no matter where you turned, it was always a side view, always a silhouette in two dimensions of a girl with her hands clasped in prayer, her familiars – along with trees that seemed to sprout out of nowhere, spawning more and more branches to try and skewer the Warmaster, or block off her movement, or delay the inevitable face-sawing.

It didn’t work for very long. Even when she landed a branch, or her familiar got a hold on Kharn, it was glancing. It was on her freaky gauntlets or her weird monster legs, or it was caught by her sword and whatever it was just got shredded anyway.

(9/12)
>>
>>28037613
…I kinda felt bad for the witch, though Malal just kind of snorted when I told her. When Kharn caught her, it was…not fast, and it was not kind. Well, she probably meant to be fast, and it was probably kinder than it could have been, but I saw her buzzing bastard sword dig into the witch, then sink into its body, teeth gnawing at it from the inside, hurling shadowy ichor everywhere.

With a jerk of her arm, she ripped through the rest of its body, and with another, she removed its head. A practiced motion, it seemed like – she caught it, even as the witch’s body started to fade, and she flicked black blood off of her sword as though it were second nature, and the world started to disappear around us. My organs seemed to swell again – did this happen to them? Did you get used to that? – and for a moment I blacked out as everything crashed together.

“Malal, you brought me a present! Is it party time now? It is party time now, yes?” Her voice was loud and powerful, and it just about made me leap out of my skin as an ice-cold metal hand clamped onto mine, followed by a leather glove on the other. The two of them helped me back up, and all at once the ache in my legs returned.

…I didn’t mean to. I really didn’t. But I sort of fell into her arms. Into the Warmaster’s. Her chest was soft, inches from my nose, and just slightly exposed, and I could smell-wait, wait. No. I’m not getting into that.

I yanked myself away, my eyes drifting from her chest to her face, to a stunning (but kind of scary) grin, and eyes filled with excitement and an almost childlike joy. I opened my mouth to speak, but my words died on my lips. I wasn’t sure how to feel. I was definitely…kind of terrified, but something about her was kind of intoxicating, too...My face started to heat up, and she grabbed my camera strap, practically holding me in place as a steely, sharp finger played its way under my chin.

“Kharn. Kharn, stop it. NECO, stop it. I’m not saving you again tonight. She’ll break you.” Malal glanced up from her tablet, but didn’t really do much more. …She sort of sounded like a pet owner whose cats should know better.

“Oh, this is NECO? Well. I am wondering now if I can make you purr…” My knees wobbled under me, and all I could do was nod.

“Dammit, Kharn, she’s not here for that.” This time she pushed her way between us, prying the Warmaster’s hand off of my camera strap in the process. I clutched it myself and looked down, like I needed to toy with my camera. I just…I just had to stop looking at her. She was a sparkler. She was like, the sparklest. She probably had mystic eyes of enchantment, or something weird like that. That was it. I wasn’t…I wasn’t even interested in girls like her. In girls.

“But…Malal, isn’t there a Japanese saying for this? I am sure I have heard it before.” I looked up just in time to see her adorably nibbling her lip. I could barely believe this woman was the killing machine from like…five minutes ago? Ten?

“No. There wasn’t. Aside from maybe ‘don’t molest reporters, it’s terrible PR’.”

“No, no…it was ‘A cat is also fine’. Yes, I am sure that was it.” She beamed, and my knees buckled under me. I instinctively pulled my camera out from under me as I was falling, and then everything went dark.

It was just exhaustion. Malal dropped me off at home and told me to stay off my feet for a few days. She stressed that they wouldn’t be around to check on me, so I’d better listen the first time. And that I was lucky Kharn didn’t take me to her rape den, whatever that was. …It sounded really familiar. Except the rape den part. That didn’t usually come up much. But at the time, I was really too tired to care.

Oh, not at all! If you're talking about the list, Kyuubey hasn't given it to you, he was going to give it after the Ruri mission.

>>28037632
How predictably lewd of you, Kharn.

... WILL you punish us if we DO forget things that haven't been mentioned for 50 threads?

goodnight gentlemen.

that sounds strangely hopeful.

I won't, and I'll do my best to make sure I don't forget any details as well! But if I do, please don't hesitate to point it out and I'll do what I can to fix it!

Hos is the bloody cat still alive with jumping in witch barriers and taunting megucas by infiltrating their missions?

Fucking EX rank luck.

Thanks for running Decu!

I liked both writeups too. I thought the first showed improvement!

Pinky is keeping her alive because she pisses off Chiaki.

More like 'fucking Malal protecting obvious intelligence liabilities.'

NECO's writeup is quite interesting, but the main thing I got from it is that, should Chiaki ever encounter her directly, that she may be one of the only acceptable targets to use the Hat's power on.
>>
>>28037752
>implying Chiaki would risk incurring Midori's jealousy for anyone other than Mami

That was awesome.

Nyahaha, thank you!
>>
>>28037779
It wouldn't be to actually get into her pants, of course. Probably. It would just be a simple, yet satisfactory way to incapacitate the reporter. Midori would hopefully understand.

Again, this would require our paths actually crossing, which is unlikely to begin with.

So when can we shoot NECO in the knees and make her contract?
>>
>>28037881
We don't want to shoot ourselves in the foot anon, that would mean having her around all the time.
Kyuubei and Sayaka (old ver.) would have nothing combined on her in terms of annoyance.
>>
>>28037881

When the stars are right! Or when you choose to take up her invitation for an interview!

You know, one of the first things we did when we met Yuma after becoming Warmaster is remind her of the person who killed all of her friends and mentor, and then went on to rub in her face and remind her of the fact that no one but another Culexus likes being around her by inviting her to a party.

We need to repair the damage we've done when we came to this position before we can start on the stuff that came before.

>>
>>28038094
Yeah that's sort of why I want to show her we are working on fixing outr fuck ups, if we just try to fix our last one with her she won't believe we are changed or actually trying to be a better person

We still need to introduce her to Midorin as well

Whatever happened to that height chart? Did that ever end up getting finished?
>>
>>28037255
I did it, but then I looked and the handwriting was horrible. Horrible! I'll ask a friend later I suppose.
(I could still post mine)

It was abandoned in favor of starting a breast size chart.
