"Well, why did you chose me anyways, I'm sure there's people that could do it a lot better than me!" You say, complaining and sounding just the right tone of bitch. The chameleon looks away and plays with his ruby ring. "I don't know why your father insisted on you to take the first chance on it, maybe because he thought you wouldn't run away like a coward when your target was right in front of you." He stretches his arm and looks at it from far away, "He also told me to give you this ring but frankly, if your failure is any indication, you don't really deserve it." He turns and walks away. "Are you gonn-" You say before he interrupts you, "Yes, get the memory crystal, of course I am, just not today. I will let you now." He says before quickly vanishing along with the scent of cologne.

You quickly get out of the alley and go back home. As you jump away you notice that Cure Axe just missed you, it seems like she can't sense you, must be that chameleon's cologne why she found out that place. You keep jumping from one rooftop to the other making sure to look back in case you're being followed. Thankfully you don't see Misa following you and you manage to get back to your room in Akira's mansion. You sneak back into the open window and quickly take off your disguise to hide it in a drawer, take a quick bath and lie down on your bed. As you look at the Ceiling you can't avoid thinking that it might be nice to have a sister but you realize that to get one, you would be betraying one of the people who you've spent most of your life with (All week worth of it). You laugh sadly, you're really no different from father and you feel:
