I thought Fullbringers had to have a parent that survived a Hollow attack or something in order to get their Hollow-ish powers.
In any case with that in mind it's feasable to stretch that a little to say there's a dormant Hollow virus or something in Fullbringers that can be "activated" under the right conditions since we're playing sort of fast and loose with things here.

You take a look around the groups, but it seems like your human friends are conversing in one group and your Arrancar friends in another. Not out of intent, but more because the Arrancars all seem a bit nervous. Well, with the exceptions of Starrk and Lilynette, who are sleeping and happily chatting with your human friends respectively.

You quickly ask and see if your human friends are missing anything, but after an all clear, you head over to the Arrancars. The Tres Bestias seem the most Nervous, though you can see Neliel adjust the top hat covering her mask every few moments.

You give them a smile and sit down where there’s space.

“How are you all holding up?”

There’s a bit of hesitation to admit it, but it seems like they’re all a bit worried to be in Soul Society, the place where hollows fear to tread.
