Ryūken Ishida really has excellent reasons to hate his quincy powers you know?I mean, first it forces him into an arranged marriage, then it said powers lead to his fiance nearly dieing and getting saved by a shigami while he watches powerlessly. Then he marries a childhood friend of his, only to have her fall into a coma on the same day his ex loses her powers and dies, so he KNOWS said powers are responsible. Is it any surprise he tries to dissuade his soon from using his quincy abilities?
