Well if we keep changing things (including the battle of Tokyo after Blood Euphie), Lulu might never be captured by Suzaku, so no R2. If that's the case, knowledge of R2 becomes meaningless and we'd have to improvise based on what we do know of the characters of Code Geass.

Not really, R2 knowledge would still give us more knowledge on motivations, the order, the nature of geass and how to best end the world.

You watch as Cornelia's knightmares encircle the Black Knights. Lelouch and the others get trapped on a small road. Sutherlands are on either side of them. The shift in the timeline seems to be against them, but Lelouch is confidant as always. Before they can be fired upon, Slashharkens fly out of the trees and rip through the sutherland arms. The Saitama Ghetto resistance group seem to be piloting the stolen knightmares. The ambush quickly destroys the initial force, but more are coming towards them. Before you can see more though, one of the knightmares shoot the news helicopter and break off the tail. The last image the world sees is of the news crew crashing into the lake.

So we got him to stop rolling for us, because honestly, it was just punishing the players for whatever it was that he was doing that weighted the RNG in a certain direction.

If you feel the crit ratio is a bit absurd, you can always make us roll 5d20, have the low crit at 5-10.... Bell Curves give more mid range numbers per permutation than straight probability...

if 1d100 is replaced by 5d20, the lowest value becomes 5, the highest stays at 100, but you are more likely to get a number between 35 and 65...

The Bell Curve Probability favours the mid range, making crits that much more elusive, and thusly, bring forth more impassioned responses... though that may or may not be what CA wants...

In summery, a Bell curve is more likely to give you a mid range roll than straight probability...
