LAST TIME ON GUNDAM AGE QUEST: http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive.html?searchall=Gundam+AGE+Quest

Check my Twitter for Updates and Reschedules: https://twitter.com/Crosswire

You name is Dirk Crocker and you are currently hanging out with a pirate! Don’t worry he’s just your Uncle Hogan. Everyone’s having a blast, even your Uncle Carlos is in a better mood and is back to cracking puns that make everyone die a little inside.

“When the Pirates of the Caribbean ordered my death, my mind went plank. I knew I was in Depp ship!” Carlos laughs and everyone rolls their eyes and shouts “CARLOS!” making your father look incredibly happy, bathing the Nostalgia of his youth.

Your Aunt Rysis comes out and speaks to you while everyone is focused on Hogan.

"So, I heard that your after that Rena girl to. You're making quite a collection young man, although you'll need at least three more before you can call it anything..."

What is your reaction/response Dirk?
>>
Same response as last time "Don't worry I can make anything I'm missing."

On another note, this is earlier than usual for a thread, so expect people to trickle in.
>>
>>25436354
(Thank you for the heads up. I though I'd get an early start to make up for yesterday. Things have been kind of pitiful on my part, but I've eliminated all distractions so unless my house starts to burn down I'll be right here)
>>
Be very, very confused.
"What are you talking about? What collection?"

Then notice Rena's face turning bright red, Scarlet grinning like a madman, and Jake giving you two thumbs up. Lose your shit and get adorably awkward.
"What? No, seriously, no, why would you even think that? I mean, she's nice, and smart, and funny, and I like her and why the fuck did I just say that? Uh... FUCK."

>>25436419
(It's okay, man, glad to have you back.)
>>
>>25436546

>Be very, very confused.
"What are you talking about? What collection?"

>Then notice Rena's face turning bright red, Scarlet grinning like a madman, and Jake giving you two thumbs up. Lose your shit and get adorably awkward.

>"What? No, seriously, no, why would you even think that? I mean, she's nice, and smart, and funny, and I like her and why the fuck did I just say that? Uh... FUCK."

"Awww, how adorable.Well I'm sure you'll get it when you're older..." Aunt Rysis tussles your hair and your face turns several shades of red as you walk back over to everyone.

You spend the next hour or so trying to explain the whole conversation to Rena before your Dad gathers everyone around, Asemu, Akito, Yurika, Rena, the rest of the Magnificent 7, Hogan, Mom, you and even Aunt Rysis.

"I know that it's usually a bad idea to split up. Horror movies, novels, movies, just about every single piece of fiction suggests what we're doing is the stupidest thing we could possibly be doing" Jake states as he pops the top off of a beer and sits down on the foot of your Gundam.

"However there is a Crocker on each mission and I've learned that a single person can make all the difference. I have the utmost faith that all of us are going to kickass, but remember there's always going to be problems, kinks in the plan, and just unexpected bad shit. When you run into this stuff, remember. When all else fails, improvise, especially if it's crazy"

What do you think of your Dad's advice Dirk?
>>
>>25437111
I agree that when faced with unexpected problems the best way to solve them is with unexpected solutions, but we should have a backup plan in case something goes horribly wrong.
>>
>>25437111
"Hopefully it won't come to that and our backup plans do the job before we have to resort to something insane like time traveling."
"And don't forget that we have the Asunos and everybody else on this. The Vagan won't know what hit them."
>>
>>25437326
>>25437238
"Back up plans are important, but you can't be prepared for everything" Carlos says with a shrug. "However good plans are important to have, you can't rely on surprise for everything"

"Yeah, besides look at who the Vagans are up against! The Crockers, the Asuno's, everyone here is a complete or upcoming bad-ass!" You exclaim. "In the end teamwork is the best weapon we have. Separate we're pretty awesome, but together we're unstoppable"

"Couldn't have said it better myself." Jake says leaning back. "Listen, we only have a couple hours left. Why don't we grab some food and have a little cookout right here in the hanger. Who knows when we'll see each other again?"

Well Dirk? What do you want to do?
>>
>>25437730
May as well. We won't be seeing them for a while.
>>
>>25437730
Find someone and talk to them about our family, show them pictures of our loved ones, and tell them about our dreams in the future.
>>
>>25437730
"Sure, why not. What do you need me to do? I could go grab something from the store or whatever."
>>
>>25437872
>"Sure, why not. What do you need me to do? I could go grab something from the store or whatever."

A cookout sounds nice, you've touched enough tech for one day it's probably time to relax.

"I've already sent Rena out to get the food, Scarlet's getting some fun stuff, Carlos is getting the beer, everyone else is setting stuff up for us. Why don't you find us a nice grill?" Your Dad passes you a thousand credits.

"It doesn't have to be much, just something to cook a lot of meat on it. If worse comes to worse I'll throw together a couple of heat blades and grill them all that way." You cringe, remembering how the blades kept cutting through the meat as they cooked.

You have 9 hours before you have to leave and plenty of transportation to get around the colony. What would you like to do Dirk? You're free to roam and do whatever you want, Dad wants to start the party in 2 hours though.

Does this work for Rena?
It's going to be weird when it turns out that she's been working for Leviathan.
>>
>>25438063
Is Asemu around? If he is, let's go get him to join us on this noble quest.
Can we go to our old house and fetch the grill we have there? Maybe pick up some more stuff from our home.
>>
>>25438104
Seconding the get Asemu part. Can't very well go wandering without him.
>>
>>25438074
(Yeah, that's about right. Nice pic)

>>25438104
>>25438137

Well the grill you had back at the house expired when you and Asemu gutted it for parts. It was a disappointment that they wouldn't allow you to attach the flamethrower to the MS Club's mobile suit.

You decide to get Asemu, if you're going to mess around you can't do it without your best bud. After a few minutes of searching you find him walking away from Hogan after what appeared to be a very pleasant conversation.

"Hey Asemu, I need to run out and grab a grill for the party. Want to tag along?"

"Sure! I don't have anything better to do"

Asemu has joined your quest to get a Grill. What will you do now Dirk?
>>
>>25438271

does AGE have the Super Napalm?

If not, then see what the shops have to offer...
>>
>>25438271
Drive recklessly through the area while blasting music at full volume. The destination is any store that would sell grills and other cooking accessories.
>>
>>25438271
Find a car and let's ride, Considering how we were just attacked, I doubt we'll find an open store that sells grills, so we might end up stealing somebody's.
Fetch Arnold if he's around, we haven't seen the big guy in years. Maybe call Scarlet and Rena, see if they need a ride as well.

"Glad to see you're feeling better, bro. I guess me getting embarrassed in front of everybody lightened up your mood."
>>
>>25438344
I think there was an option to make a plasma flamethrower for the Crusader, but in the end, we decided that it was too dangerous to use because of the friendly fire risk.
Too bad, because I doubt that the new Vagan armor could stand a chance against such a weapon.
>>
>>25438344
Your knowledge of existing chemical substances is sparse, but you don't believe an advanced form of Napalm is in use or development at the moment.

>>25438362
>>25438401
You flip out your G-Phone and call up Scarlet and Rena. Both of them are riding together and are doing very well.

"Are any stores in town open?"

"The Billy Mays Superstore is the only thing open at the moment, but they should have everything we need. I'm think I'm going to get some pineapple sal-“

“No.”

"But I like Pi-"

"No"

“No?”

“I won’t allow you to endanger everyone here. Let’s just have some nice none-pineapple related foods and not mention flowers, or marriage or relationships..."

"OK..."

Rena hangs up and you realize you probably weirded her out. However you're very sure you saved the life of enough people not to care.

Scarlet said everything but the BM Super Store is closed. They should have a grill, but maybe Scarlet missed a few places.

What do you want to do and more importantly, what do you want to go to town in?
>>
>>25438624
"Asemu, stop grinning like an idiot. She wanted to get pineapple salad. I just saved your life."
Are there any cars around? Or should we take the Gundams?
>>
>>25438624
What better way to test those incredibly expensive transforming suits than running errands? Ride them to the store and carry the grills back.
>>
>>25438662
this response, with
>>25438682
vehicle choice...
>>
>>25438682
Let's fly Vants to the store.
>>
>>25438624
"Why are you looking at me like that, Asemu? I'd rather not tempt fate. She wanted pineapple salad of all things! This stuff's gonna be dangerous enough without raising death flags!"
>>
>>25438858
Agreed.
>>
>>25438881
>>25438662
You look over and see Asemu giving you 'that' look nad you roll your eyes and shake your head."Asemu, stop grinning like an idiot. She wanted to get pineapple salad. I just saved your life."

"Yeah, Yeah. So how are we going to get to the store?

>>25438858
>>25438867
>>25438884

"Well I broke down the Vant for materials. Lets take the AGE-2 and the Proto-Clanche. We need to get their fairly fast and it'll be a nice test run"

"I don't know Dirk, I don't want to end up crashing or causing anymore panic..."

"Oh come on, they practically service mobile suits a drive-troughs now"

"OK Let's go" Asemu shrugs and follows you into the hanger. He hopes into the AGE-2 and you hop into the Proto-clanche. Taking to the air the two of you transform and head out. You notice that the controls of the Clanche are a pain in the butt.

You land at the Super Store and only scare a couple dozen people in the process. Exiting your mobile suits you head into the store.

What do you wish to do Dirk?

(Heading to the super market, I'll be back in a few minutes)
>>
>>25439016
Split the list of things we need and have a shopping cart race. Whoever gets their items first wins.
>>
>>25439016
Assume professional stance:
"It's okay people, sorry about that. We're on a run for the local military, and we needed to grab some things while testing the new suits."
"We are sorry for causing you any inconvenience."

Then have a friendly chat with good old Mr Mays, ask him for a grill and how his kids are.
I have a feeling this isn't the first time a Crocker popped up with a Gundam to do some shopping.
>>
>>25439156
Yeah, Jake's lived here for the past forty years, and I can't imagine Jack being any more subtle. The parking lots of Zarth colony are used to this sort of thing. Probably the people who panicked were from out of town.
>>
>>25439639
Probably. This being Zarth, having experimental suits and things flying around became an everyday occurrence.
I wouldn't be surprised if we do have MS drive-throughs.
>>
>>25439156
>>25439639
>>25439731
Everyone living in the colony is used to dealing with your Dad and the military's antics, everyone who's running is obviously out-of-towners.

You stroll on into the store and find Mr. Mays, who is happily running checkout amongst his employees. The only guy and his extended family to still own and work a store chain.

"Hey Mr. Mays! Long time no see" You say with a friendly wave.

"Hey boys how are you?" He asks with a golly smile.

"I'm fine, me and my Dad are having a cook out with some friends. How's the family?"

"Great. One of my Brothers, Billy the 57th had another son!"

"That's great! I assume he's going to be named Billy as per family tradition?" Asemu asks.

"You bet! Now how can I help you boy's?"

"We need to buy a new grill. Do you have any good ones here?" You ask.

"Of course! Made by my good friend George Foreman the 79th and his family. Best ones there are. Tell you what, I'll give you the friends discount this time since it looks like you're a little short."

"Thanks Mr. Mays!"

He points you in the right direction and you head to the aisle. You'll be able to afford the Grill with the discount Mr. Mays gave you and still have a 100 bucks left over.

What do you wish to do Dirk?
>>
>>25440180
Buy 100 Dollars worth of OxyClean.
>>
>>25440180
Get that grill, and probably some stuff for the party. I guess some drinks, sodas, salads, dressing, chips and snacks, and probably some meat.
Call Jake, maybe he has some idea what else we could get. If there's nothing else, head back to the party and help with the preparations.
We shall impress them all with our fancy cooking skills.
>>
>>25440211
I appreciate your enthusiasm, but remember, there are so many other fantastic products available at Mays Super Store. And many of them are perfect for a cookout. We could get the Big City Slider Station, perfect for cooking our burgers. The Grater Plater, grating our cheese for salads, why it can even do asiago! Not to mention the Vadalia Slice Wizard, the only tool with seven kitchen functions at once, easier and safer to use than any knife!
>>
>>25440290
We should give this speech to Asemu when he asks what to buy with the spare cash.
>>
>>25440211
I wouldn't be surprised if he got Jake to help him with the commercial.

"In my job as an engineer, I get dirty all the time, which is something you just can't allow when dealing with dangerous materials. But thanks to the miracle of OxiClean, I don't have to worry about nuclear fallout or toxic waste staining my clothes. Thanks, Mr Mays!"

"You get dirty all the time, don't you? Does Mellis know?"

"Goddamn it Rysis, not now."
>>
>>25440351
(OK I laughed outloud at that)

>>25440252
Rena and Scarlet are getting the food and utensils, you trust in their judgement after warding Rena away from anything pineapple related.

>>25440290
>>25440320
Mr. Mays stores sell all of the fine products his family has made over the years, even the legendary Oxiclean which has been in use since before the Colony Nation Wars.

You ask Asemu what you should get and he suggests the Billy Mays Scooper Supreme. It can scoop and flip anything from burgers to poop and doesn't rust. Barely have to clean it.

"Alright, we'll need something the burgers with" You say as Asemu picks out the grill.

As you head to the checkout, you run into Rena and Scarlet carting a buttload of groceries around.

"Hey guys, what did you get?" Rena asks.

Well Dirk?
>>
>>25440581
"A grill, a burger flipper, do we need tongs?"
>>
>>25440581
"You didn't grab any pineapples, did you?"
>>
>>25440581
"Oh, you know. Just some of the fantastic products available at the Mays super store, each one perfect for a lovely cookout. We got a grill, a burger flipper, and I guess we could fetch some tongs and one of those grill forks. What about you guys? Need a hand with those?"
>>
I guess this is going to end with us driving Rena around in the Merlin, isn't it?
>>
>>25440597
>"A grill, a burger flipper, do we need tongs?"

"Actually Dirk I think this thing serves at Tongs too" Asemu says, holding up the Super Scooper.

"Oh, nevermind"

>>25440600
>"You didn't grab any pineapples, did you?"

"No, no. I didn't grab any pineapples. What's with that anyway?" She asks, completely clueless on the matter.

Before you can go off on a tangent, Scarlet waves you down. "I'll explain later" She tells her and the four of you head to the check out.

After paying for everything the four of you head back to HQ and begin unloading everything. You finished and hour early and have plenty of time to cook the food.

Rena and Scarlet lay out everything. Hotdogs, burgers, bacon, eggs, plenty of fruits and vegetables, along with condiments, chips, soda and a lot of beer provided Carlos. Your Mom and Dad don't care if you drink, you're practically of age anyway.

Looks like it's up to you to prepare the food. What will you make Dirk?
>>
>>25441040
We have Culinary at 70. We make everything, and everything is glorious.
>>
>>25441075
Sounds good to me.
>>
>>25441075
Then we roll a nat 100.
>>
>>25441040
Pop open a beer, and start working on it.

We'll want burgers with fried eggs and bacon on top of them, we'll start cooking some bacon and using the bacon grease for cooking everything, especially the eggs.

Glaze the hotdogs with some good beer, make sure to grill some vegetables, especially onions, grilled onions are beautiful lovely things on burgers. Some thinly sliced potatoes fried in bacon grease is unhealthy and delicious, or just with some cuts made in them, filled with chives, rosemary, butter, bacon, and wrapped in tin foil before getting grilled. Bacon wrapped asparagus. If anyone has any dietary restrictions or is vegetarians make sure to make them some stuff special.

Take some apples, pears, peaches, figs if we have them, bananas, brush them with melted butter that has cinnamon, allspice, nutmeg, cloves, ginger, and some brown sugar mixed into it, and put them on the grill, it's absolutely delicious. If we have some ice cream they go great with that, but otherwise they makes a great appetizers anyways, wrap the figs in bacon afterwards as well.
>>
>>25441218
Oh, forgot to mention.

If we need help shanghai Rena as our sous-chef and have her help us with prep work and cutting stuff up.

While we're both working we can give an explanation of what death flags are. Give her examples like confessions of love, it being your last week on the force, being fresh from the academy, not having a name or just having a first name, saying you have something to say after a battle, boasting about how powerful you are, and why pineapple is a giant death flag. Rena doesn't know this, and she should.
>>
>>25441218
We do this. Considering Dirk's mastery, he can probably chat with people while doing it.

"Where did you learn to cook like that?"

"It was either learn to cook or live the rest of my life eating pancakes. I spent 15 years eating pancakes."

And then make some pancakes for Jake.
>>
>>25441269
I guess she figured it out, or Scarlet told her.
...fuck. Scarlet. Who knows what else she told her, especially after Dirk embarrassed himself before.
>>
>>25441218
I completely fucking forgot something.

Take some rum, because we should have rum, and brush it onto the fruits before we toss them on the grill. It'll put on a show for everyone else as it'll catch on fire, and given that rum is made from molasses it's perfect for this.

We could task a few people on making coleslaw, it's easy as hell to make just throw cabbage, green onion, carrot, onion, maybe some apples, celery, and maybe some other stuff into a food processor. Add celery seed, salt, pepper, maybe some mustard and vinegar, throw in some mayonaise and some type of salad dressing to make it more interesting, stir it up, and you can eat it as a side, or put some on top of a burger or hotdog.

>>25441277
Yeah that sounds about right. Dirk got tired of fucking pancakes, and I'm not sure if Mellis is a really good cook, so he just picked it up.

Though I think he would have started before he was 15, it's probably been a hobby for a while.
>>

Relax for a while. Chat with people, mostly Asemu, ask him what was he was talking about with Hogan.
Talk to Akito as well, see how he's holding up with his injuries. Just wave to Arnold, the brawny ladies man - we don't want to cramp his style.

On a side note, should we go and give some food to Zeheart? Fill him in on what we promised Yurika and all that.
>>
>>25441856
Get some food sent to Zeheart, he's a jerk, but he may as well eat well.

Talk to the rest of the Magnificent 7, get to know them better.

Introduce Rena to anyone she doesn't already know, such as Pirate Uncle Hogan, our 100+ year old creepily flirty utterly insane Psycho Aunt.

Make sure to give our Mom a hug at some point and see how she's been doing. Rena may fangirl out at this point, let her.

>>
(No, gimme a minute)
>>
>>25441907
>>25441948
You begin chatting up people, starting with Asemu.

"What were you and Hogan talking about?"

"Oh, nothing...just stuff. I mean being a pirate is a pretty interesting occupation. There's a lot to it I wanted to learn about that kind of stuff and since Hogan is basically the leader of most of the Pirates I thought I'd get some finer details out of him..." Asemu scratches the back of his head awkwardly.

You talk to Woolf, who is totally shitfaced and looking a little beside himself. He pulls you close and points to Asemu who is on the otherside of the hanger. "You see him? He's my pride and joy, or rather, our pride and joy. Me and Mellias love him. When we got him it was all we could have asked for after the miscarriage..." Woolf sucks down a beer in one breath and throws it over his shoulder, looking pained by talking about this. "We were going to name him Ash. It's a nice name, Mellias thought of it...sometimes I call Asemu that. It's not right really. He's not Ash, he's not my biological son...but I don't fuck..I love him as if he were..."

Woolf grows silent and continues to drink, HARD. You decide to leave him be for now and chat up some other people.

You talk with the rest of the Magnificent 7.

Outside of Carlos, Rena and Desil there are four other members (thus the 7)

Alfred Fornell: Nice guy. Very professional. Married, has a nice little kid back home whom he doesn't talk about due to the obvious Death Flags it would raise. He gives you some back-story on the Magnificent 7 and how Carlos formed him. Overall nice guy. He's Third in Command after Desil, although not that keen on leading.

>>
>>25442891
Poor Woolf.
Now we have to make sure he and Millais survive to see their son grow up to become the legendary Super Pilot.
>>
>>25442891
You know, at some point we should bring Alfred's son round the X-Rounder laboratory, see if they can figure out the genetics of X-Rounder ability by studying a parent-child pair. I hear Dr. Spriggan's doing that already with his daughter and granddaughter, but any additional data helps, right?
>>
>>25442958
Damn straight. Though it would be sad if Asemu still proclaims his self-actualization by shouting to the world that he is the "Super Pilot, Asemu Asuno". I can see a number of situations where Asemu forces Flit to confront the issue by saying that in the middle of a battle after he trounces an major enemy in a parallel to the fight with Desil. Imagine how that would make Woolf and Millais feel if he did it so publicly like that.

Alternatively, Woolf still dies like in canon, leading Asemu to decide that the people who raised him are more important than who he gets his genes from, and proclaims his identity as "the Super Pilot, Ash Enneacle". Though that would still be sad because, you know, Woolf would die. Man, Asemu is just fated for depressing shit, isn't he?
>>
>>25443015
But he's SUPER PILOT, Asemu Enneacle. Flit didn't raise him, not his dad except possibly in a purely biological sense.
>>
>>25443080
Right, I'm not saying that Asemu would identify Flit as his father in an emotional sense. Just that he would say it on the open channel to force Flit to actually talk to him instead of avoiding the issue.
>>
>>25443015
I guess Jake could have a serious talk with Asemu about family and all that, and he comes to grip with himself as Asemu Enneacle, son of Woolf and Millais, not son of Flit who never managed to look him in the eye.
> "But... But I'm not their real son."
> "You ARE their real son. It's just that you came from somewhere else. Blood isn't the bond that makes a group of people a family. It's the heart."

>>25443053
Fuck no. Woolf will be a grandpa, and Jack will be there to mentor him about that, just as he was there to mentor him on how to be a father and how to be a pilot.

Duke Cambridge: Large, black and ripped. He apparently was a professional basketball player who took a X-Rounder aptitude test on a bet and scored to a level B+. He military offered him a lot of money to join up so he did. Duke intends to go back to basketball once this is all said and done. He has a thing for gold plated stuff, even though he admits a gold plated basket ball would suck to use.

Jessica Spriggan: Grandaughter of Dr. Spriggans, the guy who helped make your glasses. She's young, small and not all the talkative. She joined up with the Magnificent 7 to help collect more data on X-Rounders. You notice she wears a downsized version of your glasses. A 'mass produced' version so to speak. You bond over your mutual painful experiences due to your X-Rounder abilities. She wasn't as bad as you, but seizures are seizures. However there are still issues with a lot of X-rounders and there is a demand for a greater understanding of the X-Region which she hopes to help her grandfather gain by gathering data for him with the Magnificent 7.

Zeal Minseal: Weird SOB. Apparently he was just a quartermaster before his X-Rounder abilities were discovered. He joined the military to open a...soap company? Apparently he has a ridiculously powerful sense of smell. Also, he appears to be on a cocktail of different medications. He's twitchy, making you unsure if that's a condition or if it's because he's doped up and crazy. You talk to Carlos about it and he says that Zeal is reliable if kind of weird to be around.

You decide to give some food to Zeheart. You make sure not to give him any bones or utensils to use to escape. He doesn't look or speak to you, despite your best efforts. That attack of yours seemed to take a lot out of him, maybe it broke his will? Regardless it doesn't look like you'll have to worry about him escaping.

You go back to the party, which is still raging on. So, what do you want to do now Dirk?
>>
>>25443176
Let's see how mom and dad are. We haven't had a proper family reunion in a while.
I guess Scarlet and Rena are over there as well, fangirling over Mellis.

>>25443106
If we do have a talk with him after all this, he's going to be "Asemu Enneacle, son of the Legendary Woolf Enneacle! And the Super Pilot!"
>>
>>25443176
So Jessica is either Reina's older sister or cousin, then? Whatever, not that we'd know any significance to that in-character. We should ask her if she can provide us with any data she gets from the mission to Second Moon. It would help a lot with building the X-Jammer. Honestly, I'm surprised we haven't met her already, given our interaction with the X-Rounder Labs. I guess she was just never there when we were.
>>
>>25443176
>Jessica Spriggan
Holy Crap, Dirk should marry her. Because in canon when Reina freaked out, she took control of every funnel in the battle and it was impossible to get close to her. Imagine how X-Rounder she'll be in this timeline.
>>
>>25443329
Unless they had a baby right this instant, any kid of theirs wouldn't be old enough to be Reina Spriggan. More likely she's Reina's cousin. We know Reina's mother is Dr. Spriggan's daughter, but we don't know if he has any other children. Reina Sr. could easily be the youngest child.
>>
>>25443329
THE HAREM GROWS.

On a more serious note, we don't know if Reina would freak out in our timeline. Alfred's kid could easily survive due to all the X-Rounder tech progress we made.
But we should keep in touch with the older Spriggan, she could prove invaluable to our research into Anti-X-Rounder tech.
>>
>>25443359
(Gonna take a shower. I'll be back. You guys can talk amongst yourselves until i return)
>>
>>25441040
>completely clueless on the matter
Oh poor Rena, you've never heard of that manliest of men, and most PILOT of PILOTS, Roy Focker? Next she's gonna say she's never seen Gekiganger III!
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Dy9UoRVhJqg
>>25443329
>not wanting Dirk to get with Rena and make little engineers together
BURN THE HERETIC!
>>
>>25443431
Maybe. Girard's death was more due to sabotage than genuine error. Improved X-Rounder technology would reduce the chances of the accident being fatal, but it would still happen. If we really want to prevent his death, we need to get Aaron Simmons killed or otherwise removed from the scenario.
>>
>>25443463
Well, Dirk is moving to Big Ring. Who knows what he'll uncover there?
Hell, he and Asemu might be the ones who bring the Olfenoas down, and uncover the entire list of traitors (including Aaron).

>>25443456
> Not Dirk and Yurika
It's like you don't want X-Rounder gods flying around.
>>
>>25443528
Look, Dirk's potent X-Rounder abilities make him a prime specimen for breeding, so he's going to have to get all of the X-Rounder ladies, all of them.
>>
>>25443528
>It's like you don't want X-Rounder gods flying around.
No, our ultimate X-Rounder will be Scarlet and Asemu's kid. He'll be Kio, only raised by awesome parents instead of left with his coddling mother and genocidal grandfather. So he'll actually be likable. Powerful psychic, trained by space pirates, has a strong belief in the worth of all humanity...that's basically Tobia Arronax. Why would you NOT want Tobia Arronax in this setting? Hell, Ezelcant is already basically Crux Dogatie. We can TOTALLY turn Gen 3 into Crossbone Gundam.
>>
>>25443604
To reach that end we must shape Asemu to be a man's man. Time to get him drunk.
>>
>>25443528
>It's like you don't want X-Rounder gods flying around.
Dirk and Jessica for life.
>>
>>25443604
Scarlet isn't really much of an X-Rounder, her kids aren't really likely to be SUPER X-ROUNDERS.
>>
>>25443604
That's assuming that Asemu becomes a Space Pirate in this timeline. It's possible that he even succeeds Flit as an Admiral.
Highly unlikely, but possible, especially if he picked up something from his adopted mother.

>>25443604
Asemu and Scarlet's kids are going to be Super Pilots. Each and every one.
Dirk and Yurika's are going to be Super X-Rounders.
>>
>>25443672
Actually, she isn't one at all. Dirk got all the psychic bullshit, she got all the badass piloting.
>>25443742
>Dirk and Rena's kids are going to be Super X-Rounders
ftfy
>>
>>25443672
Neither was Romary, and Kio was still pretty powerful. The genetics are probably pretty complex. But both Asemu and Scarlet have X-Rounders in their immediate family, so I figure they've got a higher chance of producing one than the average coupling of non-X-Rounders.
>>
>>25443742
She's already going to end up with the Z-man. We're still up in the air as to who Dirks is going with.
>>
>>25443760
Romary is going to end up with Zeheart, which breaks Asemu's heart so he finally notices Scarlet.
And Zeheart probably messed around with Yurika so he could get his hands on the Gundam and the AGE Builder.
...which means that we're going to face the unfinished Legilis now instead in Gen-3.
>>
>>25443760
Everyone. He shall spawn a generation of X-Rounders like the world has never seen from all the girls he obliviously adds to his harem.
>>
>>25443807
I'm going to clear something up here. Zeheart doesn't really have a choice in the matter. He's getting that Yurika lovin' whether he wants it or not.
She's a very determined once she sets her mind on something.
>>
>>25443852
It's going to be awkward when Scarlet finally tells Dirk that Yurika had a crush on him for years, and he didn't notice any of her advances.
And then he has to spend the entire trip to Big Ring and his entire time over there next to her.
>>
>>25443895
She was macking on Zeheart when we found her at her house. I don't think she's the childhood crush.
>>
>>25443947
Maybe Scarlet is the childhood crush.
>>
>>25443947
No, she had a crush on Dirk, not the other way around. He never noticed.
And Zeheart moved in for the sake of the mission. Our timeline Zeheart iz Glemmy Toto.
>>
>>25443221
Rena and Scarlet are together and having a rather in-depth discussion about something, although you can't tell about what exactly.

Mom and Dad are doing just fine. Besides the fact Aunt Rysis is here and hitting on all the underaged people. You sit down and talk with them until the time comes for everyone to leave.

Everyone has to split up and go on their missions. Is there anything you wish to do before you pack up and leave?
>>
>>25444370
Hit on Rysis due to the liquid courage coursing through Dirk's body.
>>
>>25444370
Give big hugs to Dad, Mom and Scarlet. We're not going to see them for a while. Hug Woolf and Millais, too. Hell, Hogan and Rysis, too. Everyone we consider family that isn't coming with us gets hugs. If anyone calls us on it for being overly sentimental, blame it on us being a little maudlin from the booze.
>>
>>25444370
Hug everyone, I mean everyone, kiss all of our family and various uncles and aunts, tell Rysis not to use tongue this time.

Make sure we have the stuff we need to fuck around with Nanomachines with us for when we go.

Have a last chat with Rena before we go, raise some death flags.
>>
>>25444370
Give Mellis and Jake a big hug. Fuck it, you're not going to see them in a while. Then give one bonecrushing to Scarlet, lifting her off the ground.
"Mom, Scarlet, take care of everybody here. Show those Vagans how scary you really are. Dad, do the impossible. Once you come back, we're having pancakes."

Find Hogan and Arnold, give them a hug as well.
"It was nice seeing you guys again. I'm sorry we couldn't hang out a bit more. Take care, best of luck, and leave some salvage for me once I come back."

Fuck everything, give one to Rysis as well:
"For that thing you pulled off earlier today - screw you. And take care, I'd really hate not to be able to mess around with the greatest, craziest aunt in the goddamn sphere."

Then wonder if you forgot something, only for Rena to pop out of nowhere and give you an out-of-nowhere kiss for goodbye.
>>
>>25444700
Forgot Woolf and Millais, they get a hug as well:
"Best of luck, you two. Not that you'll need it, you're the greatest Captain and Ace there are. Take care, and don't worry, I'll look out for Asemu."
>>
>>25444474
>>25444563
>>25444700
You give a hug to everyone and say some last words to everyone before you go.

"Mom, Scarlet, take care of everybody here. Show those Vagans how scary you really are. Dad, do the impossible. Once you come back, we're having pancakes."

You stop by Hogan and say a few words.
"It was nice seeing you guys again. I'm sorry we couldn't hang out a bit more. Take care, best of luck, and leave some salvage for me once I come back."

You even decide to talk with your Aunt. "For that thing you pulled off earlier today - screw you. And take care, I'd really hate not to be able to mess around with the greatest, craziest aunt in the goddamn sphere.

Eventually you talk with Rena, intentionally raising every death flag you know just to flip fate the middle finger. Rena is left quite confused, but she smiles and gives you a warm hearted hug goodbye.

You pack your things and help ship supplies to the Diva before it leaves for Big Ring. You watch Zarth grow smaller and smaller until it disappears completely...

(Alright everyone! Finally we're on our way to the actual missions. We've played for Dirk for about 5 parts, so next time you can pick who you want to play as.)
>>
>>25444911
Jake would be fun. Can't wait to see what that ship is going to turn out to be.
>>
http://suptg.thisisnotatrueending.com/archive/25436293/

Archived. I'll see you guys at 3:00 or so.
>>
>>25444911
I'd like to spend some time as Scarlet. She has the most support available. Three capital ships, several aces, and three colonies worth of raw materials to chunk up for the AGE Builder. So, from a dramatic perspective, she's the one most likely for things to go wrong to. I'd like to see what will happen to our home.
>>
>>25444911
Let's switch to Jake to see how the ol'boy has turned out.
>>
>>25445036
Let's go with Jake first. We can start a revolution on Vagan, kick Evilcunt in the nuts, and who knows what else.
Then lets go with Scarlet, and finally we come back to Dirk.

I guess all three stories are happening parallel one to another?
>>
>>25444911
>intentionally raising every death flag you know
We need to get some pineapple cake, and eat it.
>>
>>25444911

To Jake! let us see the reason for his existence...
