Tears are leaking down Ila's face. Her hand trembles on the switch.

I still think we might be the shard of wrath and haven't awakened our nature yet, at least not completely. Granted, there isn't that much evidence to support this theory, but there is some, at least in my mind. First, there's the fact that we have the berserk ability, which is something that is typically associated anger. There's also the humanity/temerity stats, which represent the two faces of wrath (burning, impassioned fury and cold, calculated hatred). But what struck as the most telling was the burst of anger in Palthair after Magcock teleported away.

A green wave of energy like frozen ice grabs onto the fingers and shoves them back to the outside of the cage. There, they stay, battling for dominance.
