You entertain the idea of trying to hull down a bit better, but Rose is already sighted in and Miho was due around the corner. You hit the mic again. "Alright, get ready to fire on my mark!" You say , staring through the commander's telescope as you wait for Miho to round the corner. "Wait for it..." You say, low and calm. "Wait for it..."

Almost on que, Miho's Panzer IV races around the corner and, over the radio you hear Momo's voice cry "FIRE!" As she fires off a round. "FIRE! FIRE!" You mentally slam your head into an imaginary desk. The round, poorly aimed as it was, sails harmlessly over Miho's tank, but then a second round- a 37mm shell from the Freshman's Lee.

"HOLD FIRE! Hold you fire!" You shout into the radio. Dammit! Well if Glorianna wasn't expecting an ambush they knew about it now. "That's Miho!" You sigh. You see a final parting shot miss the Panzer IV as it turns the corner and begins climbing- the Matildas are smart enough to stay back long enough to regroup- you had been hoping to hold fire long enough for them all to be in the kill zone, but that wasn't going to happen.

As Miho's tank starts climbing the switch-backs, the first Glorianna tank finally makes its way into the open. They'd definately regrouped; the Black Prince was now leading the charge instead of the slightly faster Matildas, who were staggered behind it.

"Dammit." Yeah, this was definately not going according to plan.

Other way around. Her lack of social development caused her to go full tankphile.

Remember, this is the only character in the series without a terrestrial home, she's spent most of her life at a high school in the middle of the ocean. And what's more she spent most of that time looking like a yakuza, so once she did get into social situations people avoided her.

Granted the tanks didn't help, but if she was raised in an environment that allowed her to interact with people her own age she would never have turned to tanks as hard as she did, and they would have remained a healthy hobby.
