You are Doctor Victor Von Doom, Ruler of Latveria, Rightful king of the world, Master wizard and genius scientist.

You have mail!

You have just attended an Illuminati meeting. Stark wishes to get a ride to Latveria

Your armies stand at:
90,000 Servo-Guards
100 Doombots
100 Doomknights
1600 Silent stalkers
100 Time bots
1 Battle CDC
Please inquire as to any confusion with the different types

Finances stand at $18 billion dollars.
You have also recieved a grant of $10 billion to construct additional ships
Your new currency seems to be on the rise, being worth around $3.20 to one Latverian Victor
In addition, you own a controlling percentage in Porsche and Mercedes Benz
There is also $7 million you aquired from the fantastic 4 as damages to my person. This too, is at your disposal
The colonies on Mars are thriving. The atlantean habitats are complete, and the mutants homes are now completed. Magneto has moved his people there, and people are settling into a routine

Current allies are Molecule Man, Laura Kinney, Morgana le Fey, Otto Octavius, Deadpool and Magneto. Namor is also your friend, but does not respond well to orders.

You have several goals, including:
Rescue mother from Mephisto
Defeat Reed Richards and friends
Take over the world
Establish other interplanetary mining colonies

Short term goals include:
Investigate source of attacks

How would you like to proceed, Lord Doom?

How does a schedule of tuesday, thursday, saturday sound?

Read the mail, and acquiesce to Stark's request.

Also, send a mail to Xavier and Black Bolt that we will notify them as soon as the Mutant/Inhuman holding facility run by the Skrull is located.

Once we get back to Latveria, we must interrogate the Skrull prisoners again.

In addition to >>24958085 increase shipyard production using time dilation spells and the grant money.
Also begin drawing up plans for Planetary Defense Batteries and sensor satellites for the System Defense Grid that can defeat the Skrull cloaking device.

Inform Octavius that we require a massively powerful energy source; give him the projected max power output of the Skrull battlecruiser's reactor as the target for his fusion research.

Lucia, also see if a TED Talk for Octavius can be arranged.

Also, has Magneto already filmed his interview with Colbert? A warning about the type of humor that the Colbert Report is known for may be in order.

Look into the construction budget for the space ships we shall feild the following types:
Destroyer
Light cruiser
Battlecruiser
Dreadnaught (DOOM's flagship, one only)
>>
>>24958007
That sounds good to me.
>>
>>24958085
Yes, sir
It appears to be from Susan Storm, inquiring as to why she's suddenly expected to be the director of shield. I have omitted some of the more pointed curses

Of course, sir.
I shall have them prepared for it, sir

>>24958137
"Teleports? They always make me ill. Alright though. Point me in the direction of these ships once we get there."

>>24958158
Octavius's lab has been completed, and I have passed on the dimensions he has to work with on the ships

Of course, sir. I am unsure as to when the next one is, but I'll certainly try

filming is tomorrow, and the episode airs on thursday.
>>
>>24958007
If that fits your personal schedule, go for it.Just let us know when the next instalment is.
We need to further interrogate the Skrull Commanders to determine where the captured Supers are taken. And I want scanners based on Skrull-tech, capable of detecting the cloaked ships, intalled on satellites and ships throughout the solar system. If the skrulls send so much as lolcat pic back to their home galaxy, I want to know about it. Richards is in charge of pinning down the exact location of the wormhole, correct?

Get a smaller lab ready. I want it completely bare-bones, just the essentials. Have paper printouts of all our data on captured Skrull weapons, armor, forcefields, technology, and biology placed on a table. Send three deactivated Doomknights and three Servoguards, last year's models, with their network access and Operating System removed, to the lab. Call Stark. His job is to retrofit those units as prototypes. Once he's made them as powerful and Skrull-unfriendly as possible, we'll duplicate them as much as possible in a major Production Run. We will keep one sixth for ourselves, give one sixth to Wakanda, 1/6 to Atlantis, 1/6 to Black Bolt, 1/6 to Sword, and 1/6 to Shield. Those are the only organizations which we can trust with them, especially since we now hold significant sway over Sword and Shield.

Has Sue responded to our offer of leadership over Sword?
>>
>>24958217
We should probably use our own money for the Dreadnaught, The UN might not be happy with us using their funds for our vanity. Plus, that will leave us funds for more ships.
>>
>>24958228
Director of SHEILD? She seems to be confused, she's the director of SWORD.
>>
>>24958228

"Dear Susan,
"You were chosen due to your qualifications. If, however, you wish to refuse, that is your right. However, the defense of Earth is hanging in the balance.
" - Dr. Victor von Doom"

>Stark and ships
"If your weak stomach prevents it, then it cannot be helped. A Latverian ship will take you to the Latverian Space Navy's shipyards in the asteroid belt."

>Magneto and Colbert
"Max, I hope you know what you're walking into. Remember that Colbert IS a comedian; prepare to be mocked by the Court Jester of the American Public."
>>
>>24958228
"Susan, you have extensive experience with the Skrulls. More importantly, you have extensive experience in balancing your family's finances, both personal and corporate, managing two of the largest egos on the planet (your husband and little brother) while dealing diplomatically with any number of lesser egos, and despite being one of the most powerful superhumans on the planet, you show a respectable level of restraint and level-headedness rare amongst those gifted with power. I challenge you to name anyone on the planet more suited to the position, besides myself."
>>
>>24958228
I believe the answer is "Because you are competent, and the previous director was not. Also, the list of competent, politically acceptable people is extremely short."

>>
>>24958276
Yes, I apologise, sir. I misread.

>>24958248
The commanders did not appear to know of the location of the supers, though it is possible it was done by a different team

"Guess I'll do what I can. You can do the AI for them though. You're supposed to be better at that than me, apparently."

>>24958264
Of course, sir. I have the designs for the Dreadnaught now, if you wish to view them

Yeah, no. We have plenty of in atmosphere systems, we need to worry about ships
>>
>>24958395
Yeah, no no no. Stark is working on ships, not robots. Lets view the dreadnaught design though
>>
>>24958416
In atmosphere also equates to a boarding party. We lost thousands of robots in Slovakia, so we need some kind of upgrade
>>
>>24958416
>we need to worry about ships
Not as much, because we can use DoomPortals to sending boarding forces directly into enemy ships. We need some, but we don't need to match the Skrull ship-for-ship.
>>
>>24958416
Yes worry more about the ships. Plus, the DOOMDOOR tech is the sort of ability that the enemy always comes up with a countermeasure for.
>>
>>24958395
View the Dreadnaught plans.

Also include the schematics for the light Skrull ships and the battlecruiser to Stark. We need a streamlined design that eliminates the number of parts and materials required while maintaining reliability and decreasing time of construction.
>>
>>24958451
>>24958444
Why the hell are we worried about the strength of our boarding parties. If by some miracle they don't come up with a countermeasure we'll just port an AntiMatter bomb on a 5 second timer into their ship and be done with it.
>>
>>24958416
OK, ships it is. But we'll need more Doombots and Servoguards. They did very well in the previous boarding action. And we need them better. Get Tinkerer and Force in here. And anyone who has ever worked on the Crimson Dynamo project, any iteration. And ask Xavier if Forge is available. I want each of our weakest Servoguards to be a match for a fully functional Nimrod sentinel, and I want thousands of them ready to stand guard against the Skrulls.

Galactic empire or not, fleets are expensive. If we can seize their war materials and turn them against their creators, it becomes a war of logistics. And defenders, especially defenders who can repurpose captured equipment, always have an advantage in those wars.
>>
>>24958501
set up a direct link between Octavius's lab and Stark's. Octavius will be providing the reactors, and Stark needs to know what he's working with.
>>
>>24958432
Yes, sir

The Dreadnaught should be roughly 5 miles long, and have armour around 90 feet thick. Assuming Octavius' Power source works correctly, the shields should be virtually impenetrable to all recovered Skrull weaponry. Hundreds of laser weapons should prevent lack of ammunition, and there would be over 200 fighters and bombers aboard. There would be room for a very large weapon, but that would be beyond my capability to design. There are several other matters as well, such as bridge location and general asthetics that I wou;dn't be fit to decide
This, as you can imagine will cost a lot, but there is a large buildup of useful materials collected that should offset costs

>>24958525
I'll get on it, sir. I think the tinkerer should be the easiest to locate.
Once Xavier returns I'll ask him
>>
>>24958561
>Dreadnaught
The bridge will be located in a nice and highly visible area, but the CIC will be located deep near the center of the ship, and will be where the command staff relocates during battle, just like a modern warship design.

DOOM shall now begin work on a Skrull detection satellite, using Skrull sensors and our own Skrull detector. It will help in locating where the mutants/inhumans are being kept.
>>
>>24958561
Oh, oh,oh could we use the rest of the anti-metal vibranium as a battering ram!?
>>
>>24958561
>90 foot thick
Jesus christ. If it's what we're on, though, I guess that's fine
>>
>>24958510
Because if the Skrulls do develop a countermeasure to the DoomPortals, then we need servo-soldiers and Doombots that can crew the ships we are producing, since we don't have the time to train actual human crew.
There's also the assault on the Europa base, where we want to keep everything intact, especially because that's where there might be prisoners we want to rescue.
>>
>>24958561
Main gun should be the GAMAC with ESAM ammunition. Gravity Assisted Magnetic Accelerator Cannon with Electrically suspended antimatter ammunition.
AKA: Massive gun that fires bullets with an antimatter core.
>>
>>24958626
>a battering ram!
Fuck that, we can use the rest of the anti-metal vibranium to build us a fucking Drill Prow so we can core out the Skrull flagship.
>>
>>24958617
Yes, sir. Are all other matters acceptable? The current specification should cost around $12 billion, and use almost all collected resources.
I apologise for this, of course

>>24958648
Shall I get stark working on this?

>>24958626
Yes, sir. I shall set a specific button to activate ramming speed, as well

>>
>>24958648
A weapon that fires bullets in realspace?
How quaint.

Since we're dealing with superscience and magic, we can use a c+ cannon, firing shells equipped with FTL drives that cause the shell to skip between hyperspace and realspace, so that by the time it hits a target, the shell is traveling faster than light in realspace.

Or we use pair tachyon generators so that we create a Collimated Ion Resonance Cannon, hitting with the energy and radiation of a solar flare and penetrating past shields by not having actual beams that can be dispersed in realspace.
>>
Could someone find a somewhat appropriate image for the ships? I'm just imagining a super star destroyer at the moment

Have Stark concentrate on streamlining the manufacturing process for the regular corvettes and battlecruiser. If his predecessor could reduce construction time of a ship from 230 days to 42 days, he should be able to do the same.

>>
>>24958697
Excessive and wasteful.

take our mining vessels. replace any drills or rock crushers with portal generators. Use them through the enemy shields to forcibly remove chunks of the ship's interior, exposing it to vacuum while the armatures and robots dismantle it for parts. We will mine their ships for resources as easily as any rock.
>>
We should also investigate countermeasures against Skrull infantry weaponry and defenses. Also, did we make the upgrades to the doombots that we noted after the atlantean tournament?
>>
>>24958785
That assumes that a countermeasure cannot be found for our portal technology, when we are fighting against a galactic power that has thousands of worlds with billions of scientists and engineers.
Not only that, there are enemies against which such an attack method would be foolhardy at best and suicidal at worst, such as the Phalanx.
>>
>>24958758
Of course, sir. I hope it will be acceptable
"Childs play, with all the jetpack robots you have. As long as you don't mind me borrowing them, that is"

>>24958697
That might be possible, and theoretically should be powerable through our current generators, provided the shields are disabled throughout the firing process.

>>24958802
Yes, sir. No spears shall defeat them now.
>>
>>24958785
Don't be a one trick pony Scholar. The doom portal is EXACTLY the sort of tech that somebody comes up with a technobable counter to. And then it doesn't work anymore.
>>
>>24958785
>mine their ships for resources
This sound reasonable but wouldn't be better it we add AI update to our space doombots to hack/capture any possible space ship they find?
>>
>>24958849
Like that time with the wakandan Vibranium
>>
>>24958697
The shells should still have an antimatter core.
>>
>>24958849
Agreed. Maybe convert some torpedoes into landing/boarding craft? Anti-metal tips shear through the enemy hull then split open to disgorge our shielded infantry robots? Robots can survive G-forces and impacts much easier than humans, especially if they're Doombots.
>>
>>24958874

She is not a maid or servant, but a guest. You do not press your guests into service.

I expected Valeria(our old girlfriend) to be Doom's love interest. Then again, we're DOOM; have two concubines is what we deserve.
>>
>>24959172
I rather think that would send the wrong message. Namely, that we see her as a weapon or asset.

Which, admittedly, we do, but only in the sense that we see EVERYONE as assets, which is not what she'd likely get out of it.

T'Challa or Black Bolt.

>>24959782
"My dear, that is WHY you are here. To learn to do things besides 'break stuff'. Have you never had an interest in art? Music? Learning? What do you want to be, what do you think you would have been had you never been trained as a weapon? That is what I will help you become."
>>
>>24959842
The additional Stalkers have located the few remaining skrulls. More important skrulls have been assigned two or three stalkers each, as we have a surplus.
They can begin at any time

For the base assault, I currently have 6 ships prepared with cloaking, or you can wait until the dreadnought and/or Stark's cruisers are completed if you would prefer a less stealthy approach
>>
How many forces are we able to commit to the attacks? If necessary we should probably get reinforcements from magneto for the Europa attack. He's probably lost a few people after all.
>>
We should also prepare a briefing for the UN. Our strike is bound to alarm them. Plus, the publicity will make us look good and proactive against an existential threat to mankind.
>>
>>24959901
Stark has borrowed the 15,000 flying servo guards for construction purposes, and all silent stalkers are currently engaged, but all other troops are accessable
I would recommend leaving some Robots as the latverian police force, though
>>
>>24959889
Then all preparations are ready?
Every single Skrull infiltrator is accounted for and targeted? The Stalkers will use their stun beams?
Also, the converted mining ships are prepared to create DoomPortals so that once they get in range, they will create portals that will allow thousands of Servo-Guards and teams of Doombots, Doomknights, and Timebots to assault the base?

If so, then send a coded communique to members of the Illuminati that we will attack in one hour.
>>
>>24959889
Stealth seems prudent. We strike as soon as our forces are prepared.
>>
>>24959938
Then we will leave 10,000 Servoguards as a police force.
That means that we have 60.000 Servoguards available for this operation.
>>
>>24959959

Might I suggest a plan?

We leak information about the Cruisers to the Skrull base, Wait until their attack force departs to assault the Shipyards, Then have our cloaked ships assault the weakened base. Then we can have the Cruisers destroy the fleet... maybe let one 'escape' so we can locate the Warp gate so we can construct a series of Battle Stations around it...

"You cannot compare yourself to Valeria. She is like me, she has a natural talent for everything, and nothing is beyond her grasp. You should compare yourself to yourself. Everyone has natural aptitudes. Do you think that Tony Stark was not born with a slight tendency towards science or drunken hedonism? That Doctor Strange doesn't have an innate talent for magic? Anyone can learn a skill, but some people learn easier than others. You have to find where your talent lies. Not by copying others or doing what is expected of you, but by examining yourself and studying who you are, and who you want to be."

At this point, pre-secret-invasion and brain-reboot, the undersheathe that allows him to interface with his armor is now a nanobot-slurry stored in the parts of his bones that used to be the marrow. Octavius' research has been moved to the shipyard in the hopes it will be completed in time, and for easier testing

Stark seems to have refined the designs, adding lighter but much more effective armour that is currently undergoing testing
The carriers are now a preset function, and one can be built in 3 days. You can of course, build additonal shipyards
Work on the dreadnought is coming along well. Most of the superstructure is complete

>>

We approach via stealth and attack the infiltrators and primary base simultaneously. We'll port in personally with whatever metahuman allies we are bringing along and will strike the primary command center directly. Other primary objectives are the power generator and any grounded ships. Then enemy troop concentrations and suspected metahuman containment facilities.
>>
>>24960773
>color scheme contrary to orders
He painted it red, didn't he. What does he think it'll do, make it go faster?
Bah, we'll reprint the Dreadnaught later.

The plan for the Europa base is that the ships will approach under cloak. Once they are in range to properly calculate the coordinates, they will form DoomPortals inside the base. We will send in 40,000 Servoguards and the available Doombots, Doomknights, and Timebots.
Primary purpose is to capture the main reactor, communications, the central server room, and command and control. Use stun weapons, and no explosions; we can't afford losing atmo when prisoners we want rescued could be there.
>>
I just hope that sometime before and after the skrull invasion we'll set an appointment or exchange addresses with stark.

>Give sob story about how I am a dick because my mother is in hell. Admit I need Deadpool and that accursed Richard's help.

>They'll think I must be wrought with desperation and emotion to come to Richards and admit I can't do this alone. In actuality I basically will hand Mephisto Richards and Deadpool on a silver platter. He can have my cow of a mother, I've got bigger plans. Now he can have Richards who I've always blamed for my problems, and Deadpool who is just a retard and destroys the minds of too many people to idolize his "randumb xD" humor.

>I know Richards, he can't go two steps without tagging along those other morons. So I'll just conveniently teleport Susan away, and say Mephisto is full of tricks. In actuallity Susan has been transported to one of my dungeons so I can mangle her cunt and have little Doom children who will have invisibility on top of a genious intellect. Heuheuheu! Might want to brainwash her or something to avoid that fiasco when she inevitably escapes. But at the same time her being self aware makes my boner even harder because it further disgraces Richards!

>Now I must plot over the can... because I know all of this is going to attract the attention of Doctor Strange whose going to find out I fed three of Earth's best heroes to the devil, (and Deadpool...) and he's going to be pissed.

The ships launch cloaked from mars. The trip is taken at sub-FTL speeds to minimise detection
after a few hours, they enter orbit of Europa. With some careful mathematics, portals are opened in important locations in the base

Simultaneously, the Silent stalkers move into position to detain all skrulls.

>What do people think about bringing X-23 in on all of this mess? It would give her something useful to do besides being our maid.

Catching up - I think we should bend our will to trying to make Valeria and X-23 best buddies.
Not just a babysitter, i mean.

X-23 has expressed an interest in a formal education, but frustration at learning.
Valeria is brilliantly smart, but not mature, and needs an adult around.

So, I propose the following! We ask Valerie to help Laura with her studies. We impress upon her that its important to learn to be a leader, to help and respect those lesser than you - a new kind of challenge, that of charisma. Earning people's respect instead of alienating them by being more intelligent.
We be honest, and say that with the invasion going on, we don't have as much time for personal mentoring as we would like.

We tell the same thing to laura - we want to see her succeed, and are sorry the invasion has taken up as much time as it has - but we've arranged a mentor and a friend for you... and that we're also concerned for valeria's safety with the invasion and all, since the fantastic four have been a target for the skrulls before. Ask her if she would be willing to accept a retainer fee - to get her new life started and save for the future - in exchange for keeping a closer eye on valeria. Like a nanny crossed with a bodyguard - what she already does, just a bit more formalized.

It we sell it right, it should be the start of a beautiful partnership.
