You're stunned as you slide down from the side of Black Jack. You skirt around to his back and look at the neat hold punched just below the exhaust. You blink hard, your pulse is still pounding in your ears, cold adreneline still coursing through your arteries.

You are the commander of the M26E1 Pershing heavy tank Black Jack, and that battle was unlike anything you've ever experienced. Above you, the rest of the crew is extricating themselves from Black Jack.

"Dude! I got a kill!" Patrick yells out, excitedly, ignoring the fact that Rose had been firing her M2 as well. "I always figured the .50's were for decoration!"

You finally turn to look over at Miho's Pz.IV- it's engine idles, it's gun still leveled at Black Jack's rear as if waiting for it to come reawaken and begin fighting. Finally the engine stalls and dies as the Commander's hatch opens and Miho's head pops out. "That was a really great game!" She says cheerfully, sliding down and running towards your incapacitated tank. "Yukari! Great shot!" She calls as Yukari sticks her head up out of the gunner's hatch.

>Shake her hand "Good game..."
>Grin. "We still got more kills."
>Dismiss. "Lucky shot!"

>Shake her hand "Good game..."

Combination of both. Enough praise to make them feel accomplished, yet still with a bit of a challenge so they don't rest on their laurels.
>>
>>24851114
She did it with the power of plot, also, seconded.
>>
>Shake her hand "Good game..."

We are gentlemen. Let us learn from our mistake: DON'T give up the advantages your tank possesses.
>>
Shake her hand. Congratulate her. Then tease her a little.
>>

>>Shake her hand "Good game..."
Gotta commend them on a kill, regardless of the circumstances. We just need to fight smarter.
>>
>Shake her hand "Good game..."

Something's been bothering me - shouldn't our tank have been able to turn, even with a broken track? Just give power to the working track and the broken one should act as an anchor.

Actually, wasn't that basically how all tanks turned in place before pivoting was developed? If so, how come our driver didn't realize this? Even if it didn't turn us very fast it probably would have given our rear armor enough of an angle before the PzIV reloaded.
>>
>>24851083
>>Shake her hand "Good game..."
We just got straight outplayed. She took advantage of our experience, and correctly assumed that we would get tunnel vision when presented with a target. gg no re

[X] Good game! If you can get them that accurate with 45 minutes of work, this will be a good season!

Because we got rail railroaded and it wasn't about what would actually happen, it was about making sure the Mary Sue magically won.

On that note:

And it wasn't just lucky shot it was lucky EVERYTHING that she somehow magically ended up behind us at exactly the right moment, there was really no skill invovled.

Why not? She got extremely lucky, why should I be showing any respect for that? She ganged up five vs one and manged to squeak out a win with blind luck (really act of plot), I am not impressed. She was irritating enough in the show, I'm not here to be fucking sucking her dick over her supposed "genius"
>>
>>24851230
It would have been slow. They had us dead to rights. We just need to keep our eyes up and the turret pointed in a useful direction

Also, OP: The M-26 has one .50. Both the hull gun and the co-ax are M1919 brownings in .30-06 (or .30 government as I think it was called in the period) We would have needed to be outside of the turret to employ the M2.
>>
>>24851326
what are you here for then? This is not WoTQ. It'd be far better for you to leave than to make everyone else miserable with your complaining.
>>
>>24851350
It has nothing to do with being "WoTQ" it has to do with not shit writing. The entire scene was a fucking cluster fuck of stupid clearly engineered solely to wank a character that was already a borderline sue in the show. So sorry if it offends you, but I have no interest in that shit.
>>
>>24851326
Well, you don't have to suck her metaphorical dick. Just say "Good game" and be over with it.

If you say that it was pure luck, even if it was, then that will only cause them to doubt their skill. Which could come back to bite us in the ass sometime in the future
>>
>>24851326
You are the same person who has been bitching about this for the last about 4 threads, right? If you hate it so much, get out like you have said 3 times now.

>Shake her hand "Good game..."
Remember we want to support Miho and the girls.
>>
>>24851387
They SHOULD doubt there skills and they should have a realistic assessment of where they stand. They just started and they got extremely lucky, which is NOT something that can or should be relied on it. There is no quicker way to get stomped them to think you're better then you are.

Beyond that though my problem was the entire thing was just such a blatantly forced railroading ot play into the intensely annoying "OMFG MIHO CAN'T LOOSE" crap. Call me a dick if you want, but I actually prefer characters that aren't ALWAYS right and don't ALWAYS have every damn lucky break go there way.
>>

Umm going into the forest is why we LOST, I actually wrote in to just chase her and finish her off, but everyone was too busy whacking off to what TACTICAL GENIUS she was so they all just decided to run like pussies, which should have just prolonged the fight before we won, but due to act of plot resulted in a loss.

>ALWAYS right and don't ALWAYS have every damn lucky break go [their] way
its one battle dude. the first battle of the quest, in fact. you cant exactly say EVERYTHING is going Miho's way based off of a single datapoint
>>
Whine whine whine.

We fucked it up. It was down to the Panzer IV and I-Go and instead of following the PZIV up into the hills (where we'd have had problems catching it but also open enough sight lines to prevent getting buttfucked by it), we got overly cautious and afraid after the way Miho and the team had been piling on the pressure. So we turned about and fucked off into the woods, likely with the Panzer IV keeping tabs on and stalking us. Then the I-Go provided the distraction and BOOM. FFS, we even worried about the I-Go despite it having no chance at all to hurt Black Jack.

Also:
>Shake her hand "Good game..."
>Grin. "We still got more kills."

I don't think you're old enough to be on this site.
>>
>>24851418
In-universe, Miho was the child of the best in the business, trained to be the best, and expected to be the best. Her whole thing is "unconventional tactics" and we played right into her hand, going into the forest where smaller, faster tanks were better suited. We fucked up, and payed for it. What do you not understand about this?

Another mistake was that we let that little ambush throw us off so badly. I think we can avoid this as long as we don't assume assume our opponents are pathetically easy pickings, which I think we did at first in the practice match, leading to the ambush throwing us off.

We lost more or less the moment we lost our collective composure.
>>
Can we pack a minelayer for next time? I kind of want to see this Miho commander go to line up another rear shot, and haver her roll over an AT mine.

>>
You shake her hand, giving her a wry grin. "Yeah... We still got more confirmed kills." You look back over at the I-Go, itself being evacuated by the Volleyball crew. "Don't think we've ever managed to kill skill something with the Ma-Deuces before." As you pulls your hand back you look down at the hole in Jack's armor. "Gotta say... That was about the craziest match I've ever been in."

Miho smiles. "It certainly didn't play out as I expected it to!" She says.

You look back over at her. "How did you do it?" You ask, simply.

"Well... You were probably going to destroy the team anyway, so I got the Freshmen to help me ambush you- maybe show them that you can use team tactics to make up for inferior tanks." She says, looking back at the Panzer IV. "We wanted to push you all the way into the forest and maybe try to surround you, but then the president's tank showed up and stopped you."

You blink at her. They hadn't even expected to win?

"Noriko did well though- She was shadowing you the moment you crossed the bridge." Miho continues. "I thought you'd just come up the hill and finish us off, but when Noriko told us you'd went into the woods we got a second chance..."

>"So were you driving or something?"
>"You're lucky that first shot knocked off our tracks..."

OP: There is one M2 on an M26, mounted as an antiaircraft gun. The coax and hull guns are M1919 .30 cals. One Ma Deuce. Not multiple.

Voting for: >"So, if I had come back up the hill, what would've been your plan then?"
>>
"So if we'd have chased back up into the hills, what then?" You probe. Yukari is pointing out the hole from her hatch and Saori grinning ear to ear.

"We would've lost." Miho says, deadpan. "We were trying to get you down into the woods where you couldn't see or shoot very far, where you'd be slowed down by going through trees and bushes." She looks up at the Ninety-millimeter, still cocked out to the side of Black Jack. "Up in the hills we had nowhere to hide- you could take us out from range long before we'd even be able to penetrate your rear plate."

"So I messed up?" You say, finally putting a few pictures together.

"If you call destroying four tanks messing up." She says with a smile. "You were right- you more than carried your weight and I think the rest of the team understands just how powerful tanks can be." She smiles warmly. "And I think they'll be encouraged by the fact that, from now on, you'll be watching out for them. I know I am."

Yukari comes running up. "I can't believe I took out a Pershing like that!" She says, giddy with excitement. "I feel like Carius or Knispel must've felt!" She looks at you. "Thank you, So much! For Everything!" She says bowing deeply. She turns to Miho and bows again. "Lady Nishizumi, thank you so much for allowing me to be part of your crew! I will do everything I can to help us win!"

She blushes a bit. "Thank you!"

You remember something. "Hey, random question- either of you know the exchange rate for yen to dollars?" You ask.

They look at you deadpan. Yukari thinks for a second. "Well, when I ordered a model a few weeks ago it was about... a hundred yen to a dollar?"

"Thanks." You say, noticing Roy finally dropping to the ground.

"Hey, got all the ready-rack ammo back stora-" He starts.

"Five-Hundred Yen." You state, holding out your hand. "We shook on it."

>If you don't like it, DON'T READ IT.
While the guy you're arguing with is looking like a hater, and should thus be ignored, that fucking phrase is bullshit.
It's a bullshit crutch used by people who don't want to listen to criticism. Now, OP shouldn't listen to haters, and that phrase may have STARTED as a way to deal with them, but it is SO often used to tar any critic as a hater. Criticism serves a healthy function, and it comes from a good place. It's a sign that people wanna help someone improve.
Personally, I think it was a LITTLE fishy how lucky Miho got in this match, but I'm not gonna scream "RAILROAD BULLSHIT EITHER WAY WE LOSE!" yet, since we did go to the wrong bloody area thanks to people being TERRIFIED that Miho had some Tzeenchian master plan. I'm gonna refrain from assuming 'til the St. Gloriana's match, where Jack's effect will become clear.

Now, to offer some ConCrit for op, one thing you might want to watch out for is slipping up Rich and Rick, which we all do too. It doesn't really help the confusion when they get flipped in your post. I know how easy it is to accidentally hit the wrong key when you're typing, so my advice is to type it up, wait about a minute (go to the bathroom, grab a drink, do something else) then come back and read back through it with your head fresh. This'll help you spot any typos you made, or any odd phrasings, so you can fix it before it goes up. It's not perfect, but it helps.
Another thing to keep in mind, is that we can't see your notes, so even if something was legitimate, it can FEEL like railroading to us just because we're frustrated, and we don't know WHAT would have happened otherwise. You have to make sure that anything that bites us feels like a genuine consequence of our choice. Pull it off right, and the readers will be at each other's fucking throats over the outcome, and whether the other choice would have been better (see: SW89 and the sinking of the Kitty Hawk).
>>
>>24853049
What could be done is to introduce a random element like rolling in when combat occurs honestly i don't really think that we would need it but it would prevent railroad bullshit responses. I'd prefer to use a dice pool style mechanic where you roll so many dice for an action but it is up to op. anyhoo i enjoy watching this quest op and i hope you continue

"So, how did Hana work out as the driver?" You ask, counting Roys money before putting it in your wallet. "That corner-work back there was some of the best I've seen!"

Miho and Yukari mouth laugh a bit. "Actually... That wasn't Hana at all at that point." Miho starts.

"Yeah, we took a glancing blow from the Lee and Lady Isuzu hit her head." Yukari says. "But we luckily we had Mako with us! We almost ran her over, but we picked her up instead and she took over driving while Hana rested!"

You blink again. "So, you just found a driver?" You say flatly. "And she just knew how to drive a Panzer IV?"

"Well, no. She read the manual." Miho says.

"Still," You say, looking past them as Hana extracts herself from the radioman's hatch rubbing her head. "We'd better have the coach have her looked at..." You look around. "Speaking of which, where is Chouno?" You say looking around. "For a coach she sure doesn't... coach a lot."

"She's on her way!" Saori yells from the turret. "Just talked to her on the radio!"

Yukari smiles. "She really is good with that radio!" She says brightly. "We would've never gotten the Freshmans' help if she hadn't gotten in contact with them!"

Well, it looks like your crew have settled into their positions... If this is what they can do off the bat, Then in time, we might need a 1 on 1 rematch.
>>
"So where is Mako anyway?" You say, looking around for their fifth crew member. "Would love to meet someone who drives that well after reading the manual for a couple of minutes."

Yukari smiles. "She's probably asleep. She's got low blood pressure- she's always late for class because she sleeps so much..."

Wait a minute...

"That Mako? Long hair, reads a lot?" You say, remembering the sleepy girl you forced to have a nourishing meal on your first day.

Yukari and Miho nod.

"Small world." You comment to yourself as a jeep followed by an old deuce-and-a-half truck come rumbling up the path Black Jack had carved through the forest.

Chouno, driving the Jeep, honks the horn excitedly before she pulls up. "Great work, Nishizumi. You really are a credit to your family!" She says, grasping Miho's hand to shake it. "Top notch!"

Miho blanches. "T-Thank you, coach!" She says with a bow.

Chouno turns to you. "And you, Commander. You did admirably as well, though I am surprised that you were not the overall victor." She says with a nod and a smile. "Would you mind gathering your crew? We'll get them back to the school- we have recovery vehicals on the way to get your panzers."

"Tanks." You correct.

She looks at you. "And actually, Commander, would you mind riding along with me? I'm sure you have things you'd like to discuss with me."

You know, this match turned out alright. At least it wasn't like the anime, where the Pz 4's 20mm rear armor stopped the StuG's shot without popping its flag. Now THAT's a mismatch between penetration values.
>>
>>24854739
true, AND it should have shaken that bridge much harder to the point of damaging it. it did NOT look that sterdy to me.
>>
>>24854739
even with using the bridge's nature to weaken the shot? (I believe that's the plan in the anime)
>>
>>24854969
Physics generally don't work that way.
>>
>>24854969
>plan
Pretty sure the bridge was less "cunning plan" and more "they got stuck there".
>>
"Sure." You nod. "First, though. Hana Isuzu bumped her head during the match and was knocked out." You node over towards the girl. "Would appreciate it if you could get her checked out, make sure she doesn't have a concussion or something." You've seen concussions get ugly before. It was one of the more common injuries in tanking- Even if a shell didn't penetrate the crew compartment, some of it's energy still did and it could still be dangerous- one of the biggest things tankers had to learn was to never stay too close to the sides of the compartment.

"I'll have someone waiting for her at the school." She says with a worried glance over at Miho's former driver. "Here, hop in."

You oblige and climb into the jeep with her. "Rose, Captain Chouno needs to talk with me, could you make sure Black Jack is buttoned down before you guys head back?"

"Got it." She says before Chouno speeds off.

"Are you hungry, Commander?" She askes. "There is a diner in town I think you might find interesting."

That's often used as an argument for why the StuG didn't pen them when it should have, but it doesn't change that sitting in the middle of the bridge was clearly not Miho's plan. They were crossing it when they suddenly got stuck with enemies on each side.

I like to think that Kay is an Army brat, the product of a wild night on the town between some young serviceman and a Japanese woman.
>>
"Sure. I could use a bite to eat." You say, buckling yourself in as the jeep reaches speed. "So, what's the deal? What did you need to talk with me about?"

She glances over at you as she drives off the rough, tank-plowed path and onto a service road. "Actually, I was wondering how you and your crew are fitting in. I was worried about sending a mostly-male crew to an all-girls school, though the President assured me that it wouldn't be a problem." She says calmly darting around a small crater that had been blown in the road by the day's activities.

"It's been fine." You say, holding onto the top of the windscreen just in case she whipped around another one like that. "Hell, my driver managed to get a girlfriend on his first day. Though I think Rose is having trouble getting used to the skirt."

"Oh?" She says, seemingly paying more attention to the road as she drives at speeds you would consider quite reckless.

"Y-yeah." You say as Chouno whips around a turn onto the main road that heads into town. "She's, uh, always been the jeans-and-t-shirt type."

"What about you?" She says. "How have you been getting along with your new environment?"

"I guess." You say, non-commitally. "Everyone's been a lot more friendly than I expected."

Chouno finally slows and pulls into a small cafe with a tank-shaped sign. 'Cakes und Panzer' is lettered in overdone teutonic lettering.

That funky thing with genetics means a half-breed can't have the blonde, but their kids can.

You look at it. You know what's going to be inside- Every goddamned armored vehical in there is going to be called a panzer. Considering the last few days, this could be a small version of hell for you.

"Eh, why not?" You say with a shrug. "Food's good, right?" You ask Chouno as you walk in.

"Excellent. I've been coming here for years!" She says cheerfully.

You take a seat in a booth- it reminds you of one of an Applebees or Chili's from America, but instead of hubcaps, streetsigns and pictures of movie stars, it's tank parts, dummy shells and autographed pictures of senshado teams.

You read a plaque under a picture of an Oorai-marked Sherman that hangs over your table. "Commander Rika Misufune, Senshado Regional Champion 1987, with her Panzer M4 Sherman." While the history is interesting, a bit of you dies inside.

"So, Commander, anything you'd like to discuss while we wait to order?"

>>
>>24856828
>We don't have the money they paid us
What did we do with it? piss it out in the form of pure alcohol? not like it matters, they broke the contract, we don't owe them a thing.

And damaging our tank purposefully would in fact nullify their contract, if we press the issue it's nothing but a sheet of paper to wipe our arses with at this point.

That was a fully legitimate threat, Oorai wouldn't have a leg to stand on, and we almost certainly would have been able to force them to pay for transportation off the ship.
>>
"Actually..." You say, glancing down the menu for anything savory. You need some kind of animal-matter to chew on. "This morning you said Miho's sister was a big help to Senshado."

"Oh yes! She and her commanders volunteer regularly to coach, or to referee." Ami tells you.

"Well, from what I heard her family basically disowned Miho because she lost." You say bluntly. The duality there hadn't made sense since you'd heard it.

Ami sighs. "Listen, when I said the Nishizumi school was a driving force in helping senshado, I was telling the truth- the women of that school are incredibly driven individuals and very helpful but..." She looks at you. "They are also perfectionists. They practice senshado not for the sake of fun or even for competition, thought they are always competative. They look at senshado as a way of purging weakness from themselves, of becoming..." She stops, midsentence. "They want perfection- strength, determination, discipline." She laughs a bit. "Sometimes I think they wish they were tanks themselves."

"So they thought Miho was weak?" You say incredulously. "On the fly, she was able to recruit an opposing tank to not only stop attacking her, but help ambush my tank. And it damn near worked." You bang your hand on the table. "If I'd had to go up against anyone half as good as her back in the states..." You say, trailing off. "And it was with two first-day amateur crews."

"I understand and agree with you completely, but the Nishizumu school- especially Miho's mother- don't want great. They want steel-smooth perfection." She looks out the window. "Unfortunately, her mother didn't believe Miho measured up."

The waitress finally arrives, dressed in a tanker's coveralls and you and Ami begin ordering.

as one of the ones trying to see it repainted, we've made our point to Anzu, if she goes against it again, then we'll go over her head to Chouno/the administration.

Until then, who cares? The major complaint was that we weren't being allowed to do anything about the paint job at all.
>>
>>24857495
We've pretty much resolved it.
>>
"So, you've been tanking a lot longer than me, Captain." You say, staring at the outside roadwheel of a panther mounted on the wall. "What happened today? How'd I do? Where did I screw up?" You say earnestly looking for an answer. Even back in the states against opponents that were much more experienced, you didn't lose that often.

Chouno looks at you and laughs. "Four kills and he askes why he didn't get a fifth!" She observes. "That is exactly why you're here. You aren't comfortable with doing well, or even doing great- You want to win!"

"Yeah, so why didn't I?" You say, pushing her on the subject. "I had a better tank, a better crew..." You say, numbering off the reasons on your hand.

"You want to know why you lost today?" Chouno asks. "You didn't trust yourself. You didn't trust your tank or your crew enough." She says, her voice suddenly iron. "Miho got the drop on you and it spooked you- Miho's good, don't get me wrong, but Black Jack is more than an overmatch for that Panzer IV, and that's before you take into account your crew. You drew back away from what you saw as an unfamiliar and scary situation- you were in a bad position and you turtled up, trying to make yourself safe instead of trusting that your tank and your crew would win."

You nod. "I see..."

"Not yet, you don't. But you will- and when you do you will know and you will be a force for our team that cannot be stopped or even hindered." She smiles at you. "You're not there yet, Commander, but Oorai's betting that you will be, given the chance."

>"So about that... I threatened to leave the team if the council didn't repaint my tank."

ALL ABOARD THE PAINT TRAIN! WOOOOO WOOOOOOOOOOO!
>>
>>24857637
>> So about that...

Suddenly, I feel like dicks. They respect us so much and they old painted our tank to make us feel welcome, show some team spirit- but we got emotional/sentimental about it and threatened to abandon them over something that small.
>>
>>24857769
Tell me about it. I felt as though something magical was forever broken when we made Yuzu cry the first time this paint business came up
>>
"Yeah... about that." You say. "So, the student council decided to repaint Black Jack." You start. "They didn't even ask me..." You say, getting annoyed all over again. "And then they've been jerking me around every time I've told them to fix it."

The waitress brings out your cake- a chocolate raspberry affair in the recognizable shape of a KV-2, complete with a little rolled-wafer 152mm cannon. It's almost too adorable to eat. Almost being the key word. After taking a bite you continue, "So yeah, I got really angry with them this morning and basically told her that if it wasn't fixed by Wednesday, I'd leave the team and take Black Jack with me."

Chouno nods before swallowing a bite. "So do you think they'll have it fixed?"

You look out the window. "I don't know... I hope so." You carve another chunk out of the KV-cake. "I mean, I want to help the rest of the team, but I don't want to let the council walk all over me, my crew and my tank to do it. There needs to be bounderies..."

Chouno smiles at you. "Anzu... You know her heart really is in the right place and she's doing her best to help the school- she can just be a bit obtuse and even abusive sometimes. She really does have the best intentions at heart though."

You feel your phone vibrating in your pocket, pulling it out you check the number. "Speak of the devil- Do you mind if I take it?" You ask Chouno before answering it.

"Commander," Anzu says politely. "I wonder if you could make it to the council's room at school in the next half hour? There will be a meeting for Oorai's tank commanders."

"Um, sure." You say, not used to her actually asking something.

"Great! I'll see you there!" She says before hanging up again.

You look at Chouno. "Well, guess she wants all the commanders together for a meeting at the school."

>>
>>24857948
I think she just doesn't give a fuck.
>>
>>24857863
Anzu be damned, I think of everyone else it effects. Whatever little power play she's getting at is her own deal...
But when it concerns everyone else as well? Just seems selfish to bring their hopes up and crush them over that.
We were paid to be here, to support this team and be a leader. Flipping shit over something as trivial as paint, as irksome as it is that they did it without our persmission, was foolish. It can be fixed.

Regardless, we've made our stand and I'm pretty sure she knows we mean business. So doesn't really matter now, eh?
>>
>>24857826
I understood she meant well, though some people just took it as a chance to get their rage on to rather excessive extents.

It's hard to enjoy this when people go on and on about Anzu supposedly screwing us over, leaving threats, contract breaches and generally hating the poor girl's guts.

It's like people were wanting an excuse to hate her.
>>

>>
>>24858012
It's odd how low key Grandpa's been so far as you'd think he'd show himself at the washing (Yuzu, nuff said)

>Abuse of authority

And driving our tank without permission probably counts as grand theft auto in some jurisdictions.
>>
>>24858040
Also, I don't know if we've told him about Black Jack's new paint job. I'd really like to know if, once being told about it, and how we responded, he simply slaps us in the face and tells us to stop being a simpering sentimental fool.

>she tells everyone why they brought senshado back now
the fact she has done all this despite how perilous the situation is, while knowing about the situation makes it inexcusable, its like she wants teh school to get shut down and is trying her hardest to that end

Good point!

This was the shit I'm talking about.

I get the feeling he would.

Also the whole "holding her in contempt for knowledge the MC doesn't even know" is just excessively spiteful.... and over paint of all things. If she went about doing something worse i might understand.

That and most people don't actively use their family heirlooms. They have them put somewhere really safe.

The thing is that since MC doesn't know that the school is in a dire pinch, he can blow these things out of proportions.

I think the MC wouldn't threaten to take his tank and go home if he knew of the stakes. At least not when we finally get to hear it after bonding with the team

She'd be being held in far less contempt if she had simply repainted the tank when asked the first time instead of playing silly buggers.

Since she was in fact playing silly buggers, she has lost all potential respect.

It's not just the paint, though that is on its own irritating, it's also the part where she has no respect for MC or his property, it's the fact that when he respectfully talked with her about the issue in private, she proceeded to ignore him.

This is why silly anime shenanigans only happen in anime.
Trying to pull them with real people and this is what happens.

Way I see it, the paint this was really just a heat of the moment sort of thing. Now that we've had a bit of time to cool off, might be a good idea to make amends with the Prez and maybe get her a bag of those sweet potato snacks or something as a sign of goodwill after acting like a prima donna. I'd say keep he paintjob they gave Blackjack as well, but that'd probably be twisting the knife after making such a fuss over the paintjob in the firstplace, and then going through the effort of rush ordering new paint to please us. I mean it can't be /too/ bad, right? And getting it done it such a short time means they put quite the effort into it.

>keep the paint job

Fuck no, it's godawful. tanks should be tan or green or grey, specifically American milspec

As for making amends, that only comes after the paint is re-done, and it most certainly isn't coming from our side of the table.

get the fuck out

No. I'm fine with getting on the level with Prez but that paint job is going.

I keep saying, if we want this thing fixed and fixed right, we need to do it ourselves, or at least get in direct contact with the auto club and have them do it.

Dealing with Anzu and her games is just going to lead to more frustration.
