The Oorai carrier is literally a honeycomb of hundreds of miles of passage ways, storage areas, pipes, engines and machinery, more than any six people could ever hope to search in a year, let alone a day. To find a tank down here is to find a needle in a dark, steamy, loud haystack.

The Lee isn't bad when it's the top tank. Hell, it's where I got my first 10-kills-in-one-match thing.

And that's the thing. When it's matched against tanks it SHOULD be facing, it's excellent. Problem is they made it a Tier IV, and damn near every other Tier IV in the game is more advanced than it.

The Lee has great penetration, good damage and RoF for its tier. Unless you're facing something like a Hetzer, you should be able to outgun most Tier 4s in a straight out gun fight.

the problem is that battles do not take place on an ordnance testing range, there are these magical things called 'tracks' that let tanks move around, and this 'movement' happens to be the nemesis of the Lee

From what I've gathered, the Lee would lose in an conventional battle, good thing Oorai's tactics are anything but that in the end.

You should take the tank battles in GuP with some suspension of disbelief. Some tanks are a lot faster than they should be in real life. It's fun for what it is, though.
