Your name is Jack Crocker and your have just joined up with the mutineer Grodek Ainoa to destroy the U.E. Space Fortress called Ambat all in the hopes of taking him into custody peacefully so you and the crew of the Armstrong don't go to prison.

Yeterday you built an AGE Builder with an AGE Builder and experimented by using the data you collected to build two new cowls.

It is 7:30 AM and you have just woken up. The Armstrong is still docked with the Diva, but the Captains were supposed to be done looking over the data you recovered from the U.E. Suits.

What will you do Jake?

Any info on our enemy is useful.

You decide to look around for the captains to see if they have anything useful, besides they don't start serving breakfast until around 8:00. You cross the connection bridge to the Diva and make your way to the captains quarters. After being allowed inside you see Captain Frizzle and Captain Grodek sitting down, drinking coffee.

"Good morning Captains. Did you find anything interesting off the U.E suits?"

"Yes." Grodek says with a nod.

"Do you wish to hear the good news or the bad news first?"

Check up on Melis, then see if we can't help Flit develop some new wears for the AGE-1. We've upgraded our MS compliment, but the Diva's remained pretty much the same.

Maybe we could contribute some of the data on our AGE-X so we can help Flit develop pic related.
>>
We should instal that custom OS on the new mobile suits we got.
Also, engineering question - should we perhaps put some small retractable blades on the arms of our Gundam?
>>
>>24749549
"The good news is we discovered enough information to properly formulate a plan of action to prepare for the assault on Ambat" Captain Frizzles says, sipping her coffee.

"The bad news is that we discovered Ambat has three other installations near it that we will have to destroy. The information on the drives was nothing solid, we don't know anymore about the enemy, only that they are definitely at Ambat and that we need to destroy three installations before our assault" Grodek doesn't seem unnerved by this.

"What are the installations?" You ask.

"They are small, but most likely critical ones. Our guess is that they are a Outpost, some kind of secret mining operation and a hidden early warning system. We'll present to both crews in the next two hours, I suggest you try and get what you want done." Giving the captains a friendly wave of goodbye you exit the office.

You could install the XM3 OS on the new mobile suits, maybe bug Flit to see if he needs any help developing some new wears for his Gundam, or perhaps you should talk to Mellis?

What will you do jake?
>>
>>24749518
"Is the bad news that they're actually humans? Because I've been thinking about that since I saw the suit they put Mellis in. Hell, just the fact that they have compatible file formats for us to read is a tip off."
>>
>>24749726
Mellis is probably out cold from the painkillers.
Let's install the OS, and then have a test run with our new suits. The sooner we get to know them, the better.
>>
>>24749726
I'm all for bolstering the Diva's forces. We got our shit covered, but all the Diva has is a Genoace, the G-Exes, and a Gundam with only two wears.

That, and the Zalam and Euba forces aren't exactly the best of backup.
>>
>>24749726
Check in on Mellis to see if she's awake yet. If not, get to work on adapting the XM3 to the new suits. After that, I say we talk to Flit. He's trusted us enough to let us have his tech, we should try to establish good relations with him. Maybe ask if he and Woolf want to join in on any practice we're doing with the new suits. We've all gotten upgrades recently, and some team exercises might go a long way towards easing the tension over "We were originally going to fight you".
>>
>>24749805
Offer to make the Genoace guy something with the AGE Builder.
>>
>>24749746
Tell them this. Exactly this.
>>
>>24749805
Yeah, that's a pretty good idea. Just getting some DODS rifles and beam sabers built to give them heavier weaponry would be a good addition. Maybe see if Largan wants any additions to his Genoace. Unless, of course, Flit's given him the second AGE-1.

You decide to talk to Flit about improving the suits aboard the Diva, after all he helped you, so why not help him? You walk into the hanger and look to see Flit working on the other AGE-1 he built using the AGE Builder the last time you talked. Various panels are open and extensive internal modifications have been made.

“Hey Flit? How’s it hanging?” You ask, floating up to him.

“It’s going pretty well, with all that data you gave me the AGE Builder has been busy all night generating new designs from it. It’ll take a while to complete them though, so in the meantime I’ve been trying to modify this copy of the AGE-1 to work without the AGE system. I don’t think I’ll be able to program it to use the Wear System properly, but I can always mount weapons onto the chassis itself.”

“Well I wanted to know if you’d like some new wear now. After all we’re going to attack Ambat in two weeks, so we have to get cracking”

“Sure, what did you have in mind?”

You and him spend a couple of minutes talking concepts over and you settle on using the data from the AGE-X to develop a more balanced melee attack form for the AGE-1 as apposed to the fragile Spallow wear. Flit’s pretty damn good with hard science behind engineering, but you have more imagination when it comes to designs. Eventually the new wear is programmed into the AGE Builder, the “Swordia” wear.

“Will this be done in an hour?” You ask.

“It should be. Why?”

“I’d like our crews to do some training together, we both have new equipment and suits we want to try, so why not together? You know, so we can get past the whole ‘we were ready to kill you thing?”

Flit pauses for a moment then nods “Oh alright. I’m sure Woolf and Largan will be up for it.”

“Alright, see you then!” you float off as Flit continues to work.

You install the XM3 operating system into Arnold’s, Ralphie’s, Carlos’s, Tim’s and Dad’s units. After a few tests you see its working descent, but problems will most likely show up during the practice match. You’ll be able to make better adjustments after that and you’ll be able to see how it reacts with suits other than the Genoace. With a few minutes to spare before lunch you stop in to see if Mellis is asleep, surprisingly she’s awake but rather out of it on painkillers. Still she recognizes you when you walk into the room.

“Jake?” she murmurs, slowly turning to look at you.

What will you say to her Jake?

It's a little fuzzy, but I remember the pain and me trying to kill you. Honestly Jake, I couldn't control myself. I was in so much pain I was desperate to just try and end it."

"It's fine Mellis, you weren't in your right mind then. Do you know what was causing you pain? Or who did this to you?"

Mellis blinks a couple times, slow to respond and slower to think thanks to the drugs flowing through her system. "All I know is that whenever the loud mouth and that blue haired kid were nearby It made my head feel like it was going to explode. It's not so bad now, but I'd suggest they keep their distance. As for who did this to me, I'd assume it was that kid, Desil"

"Wait, Desil? Grodek mentioned something earlier about him. You think he did this to you?"

"He said his 'friends' did it. He lured me to the back of the arcade promising to show me how to improve my skills and I got knocked out. Next thing I knew I was awake inside that suit."

"Desil...He'll pay for this."

"Don't go getting yourself killed. Last thing the doctors said I need is stress. So don't go 'revenge' mode on me, I'm still alive and kicking. So wait till I'm up and walking around so we can kick that little assholes face in together. Deal?"

You, Dad and the others collect in the meeting room for an assembly. Everyone knows they’re going to help Grodek take down Ambat, but they don’t know about the additional details yet and neither to you.

“Alright, everyone we’re going to attack Ambat, but we need to collect supplies, augment our own forces, gain additional allies and collect strategic resources. Our first step is to head to Minsry to attempt to convince Alzack Birmings to give us funding and strategic resources. With those funds we will mass produce the beam weaponry developed by Flit Asuno and distribute it to the Zalam and Euba forces to improve their combat performance. During that time we will attempt to enlist the help of the pirates that owe Jake Crocker a favor and we will launch operations against three strategic points near Ambat the U.E. is holding. A mining operation, an outpost and what appears to be an early warning detection system. Once these things are done we will be able to launch a full Assault on Ambat” Captain Frizzle gazes over the crowd as she speak.

"That was the plan Jake. We're going to wait on planning the force distribution until we have everything settled, but we're most likely going to split up and attack each sub-installation at once then press onto Ambat, that was we can take the U.E, by surprise. As for their force strength and composition we can only assume there will be a lot of Common, Assault and possibly new types of U.E. Suits awaiting us. We don't know anymore about what the U.E. could be the we did before, however our battle yesterday showed we can beat them if we work together."

We should share what we know about UE tech so far - that their armor protects them by dissipating heat, so normal spray guns aren't gonna do much against that. But first, training.

Thankfully the U.E suits were thoroughly analyzed and disarmed of traps yesterday with help from the Diva crew. You give a reminder to the crew about the basics, but it's stuff they already know. However you make sure to warn them that while they have won, it's obvious the U.E. have the technological advantage and probably have a lot of tricks up their sleeves.

The meeting is dismissed and preparations are being made to leave for Minsry, but you still have a few hours. So it's time to start training!

After informing Flit that he should get ready for the training session. You, Dad and the other pilots gather in the hanger and equip shot markers and dulled melee weapons. One by one you launch, meeting up with Flit in his AGE-1 wearing the new Swordia equipment alongside Woolf in his G-Exes and followed by Largan in the AGE-1.2, a copy of the AGE-1 made by Flit using the AGE Builder.

Here are your Units.
You: AGE-X Gundam + Titus Full Cowl

Arnold: AMS-001S G-Exes Sniper Custom

Carlos: PMS-001P G-Exes High Performance Custom

Tim: CMS-TC/67 Shaldoll Support Type Custom

Dad: JMS-001 J-Exes +Back Weapon Cowl

Sadly you can't use any of the new weapons you got, unless you wanted to try and actually kill one another. Sadly your regulated to shot markers and dulled physical melee weapons.

What kind of training would you suggest?

“It’ll give me a chance to test just how better this thing is to a Genoace” Largan says, already practicing limb movements with the Gundam.

“Absolutely. It’ll allow me to chest the combat speed difference between the Spallow and Swordia wears” Flit sheathes the large sword his Gundam had drawn.

“Alright, One lap around the colony. 1,2,3 GO!” You say, bursting forward at high speed, everyone rocketing after you.
What’s your plan Jake? What kind of strategy will you follow to try and win the race?

Make sure we're following a good route, if anyone tries to pass us too aggressively we can knock them out of position because we're beefier than most of the other Gundams.

(Yurin is a girl Flit met and saved on Nora. He likes her a lot. Alzack Birmings, the rich industrialist we're going to meet adopted her. When we leave Desil will kidnap her and try to control her to use against Flit for petty revenge/boredom)

The virus program is an incredibly powerful asset, since the Vagan still don't know about it or how to counteract it.

Of course, it's only practical if we want the enemy pilot alive.
>>
If I might make a suggestion. Once we finish training, I say we modify our Excalibur, since it's our most powerful weapon.
What I have in mind is a kind of beam emitter akin to what the Titus armor does, amplifying and "extending" the blade of the Excalibur far beyond its original reach so we can go all Megazord finishing move on unfortunate saps.

As the race begins you remind yourself that you’re unused to piloting the Gundam without Ma G’s assistance and try to play smart. You plot the shortest, smoothest course you can and use your rear camera’s to watch the other’s lead on you.

As Tim and Ralphie’s Shaldolls fall behind, it becomes quite apparent that this race will be between you, the AGE-1’s and the G-Exes. Woolf appeared he wasn’t lying when he was a good racer, he started in last and is already crawling up your ass. Thankfully you manage to flail your Gundam’s arms enough to keep him away. It appears the G-Exes have a better overall speed then the AGE-1 Normal, but the Gundams appear to have a greater rate of acceleration.

You soon come to a cluster of colony plates, probably fallen off or broke off due to poor maintenance . They’re pretty large, but since there made of reflective panels used to collect sunrays they shouldn’t be too tough. What do you do Jake? Go around them? Throw them or over them?

The OS of the 'Common' Type U.E. you recovered, which you discovered and the OS of the U.E Suit Mellis was forced into aren't too dissimilar to standard operating systems, it's just the details that get you. >>
>>24753862
>Like the Master Phoenix?
Yes, kind of.
Really, I just thought it would be the easiest and most practical way for us to get a devastation attack for when we need things dead in a flashy and dramatic manner, especially since we have the AGE system to ease the process of making it.
>>
>>24753862

We super beefy so I say we go through them instead.
>>
>>24753508
Will he, though? He already tried the Farsia trick with Mellis and it did not go well for him. It would be entirely in character for him to brush off the failure by deciding that it's a stupid toy and he never wanted it in the first place.

Of course, that could just mean that he's going to do something different to Yurin. Maybe he'll use her in a different capacity than the Farsia. Some setup where there's no chance of her gaining control over whatever machine he puts her in. Like a second cockpit in his machine just so he can have her amplifying his abilities with no access to controls.

Or maybe he'll just kill her right out. If he can't win the game he's just going to flip over the board.

Either way, I don't think things will go down quite like canon. If anything, they'll probably be worse.
>>
>>24753949

Considering you have to be an X-rounder to make those things work, it makes sense.

Anyways just use the beam emitters to blow through them. I don't think we have the agility or speed to outmaneuver AGE-1 and G-exes.

>>24753973
"Disengaging limiters. Titus Full Cowl, Beam Emitters Maximum output!" You accelerate towards the broken plates, firing the additional thrusters on the cowl. The emitters rise out of the full of the cowl and begin emitting beams. Emitting all that once they create enough beam emissions to make an accidental barrier of sorts.

You smash through the thick plates with ease, burning through them and flying onwards like they weren't even there. Woolf and Dad kick off the debris you scattered around, managing to go around the massive plate without two much of a loss in time. Flit does the smart thing and follows you through the hole you made. Largan just flies around it, acting like he's still flying a Genoace as the others just blast their way through.

Things seems to be going pretty smoothly as proximity sensors screech. You happen to have raced around the colony and are at the point during the colony's rotation where your in the mirror's path. Unlike those fallen plates, the Colony mirrors are much thicker and your Titus Full Cowl is in cooldown mode from disengaging the limiters. The colony probably wouldn't be very happy if you damaged the mirrors. The G-Exes and Gundams seem like they could probably outrun the mirror.

What will you do Jake?

Seriously, thing had six Beam emitters on both sides, and one at the tip that also functioned as a beam rifle's barrel.

Honestly, I'd be worried about direct modifications to the blade like that. The Excalibur's a vibroblade. Things could get nasty if we insert devices into the body of the blade like that. When you have sidestory characters like Lowe Gear from Gundam Seed Astray series doing crazy things like crafting a 150m Japanese Katana out of space metals AND THEN crafting an alien-esque support mecha power loader so that his 18m MS can swing the damn katana? No, there's no such thing as too little.

Sidenote: later Lowe created a set of arms for the 18m MS that let him swing the blade by itself without the need for the power loader.

(Previous thread?)

You organize the tournament and try to match people up in a fair a manner as you can. The matches happen one at a time, allowing others to observe and watch until their match is up. Ma G acts as a kind of referee in this situation since being a computer she’s more capable of making unbiased decisions.

The first match is Tim vs Woolf. At first the match seems pretty damn unfair, with Woolf having more speed, mobility and experience then Tim. However Tim shows you that he has a damn good head on his shoulders as he uses his suit’s weight to knock Woolf around and made sure to stay in close range where Woolf seemed to have difficulty using ranged weapons. Woolf still one, but Tim put up a hell of a fight and showed he could figure a lot out about an enemy just by watching.

Watching Arnold and Ralphie fight was like watching fire and water crash together. One focused on ranged combat, the other on melee combat. The match was short but exciting. Ralphie knew he couldn’t last long at a distance and Arnold knew he couldn’t last long in melee. Ralphie sped towards Arnold who tried to cripple the arms of Ralphie’s suit. However the Titus-based armor of his Shaldoll Melee Type Custom proved to be stronger and took the ‘fake damage’ easily.

The fight between your Dad and Largan was pretty straight up. Largan has a superior suit, but didn’t know how to use it. Dad, testing out the Back Weapon System flew circles around the AGE-1 in terms of maneuverability and speed, managing to take Largan out without too many problems.

Now it’s you vs Carlos in his G-Exes Precession Type Custom. He’s wielding two shot Markers and two ‘fake’ beam sabers. Remember, the fake damage doesn’t cause any real damage, instead the mobile suits simulate the damage and calculate how much it did. When a part of an MS takes too much damage it ceases to function.

What is your plan of action Jake?

>>
>>24755417

Okay, so we're fighting an X-Rounder, so he's going to be king at dodging.
If we have our Excalibur outfitted with the bumpers, I say we use that. If not, we should get in close in order to minimize the effectiveness of his powers.
>>
>>24755417
Okay, Carlos is severely lacking in defense and we have it in spades. So we're willing to trade blows as we can just shrug them off with the cowl.

I have an idea. An idea so crazy, it just might work.

If the cowl is one complicated bit, instead of two bits on each shoulder, lets see if we can't get it opened up, and then program it to shift back into its closed formation after a set amount of time has passed.

Then we eject the cowl while it's still open, and try to trap Carlos in it, and wail on him with impunity.

If you can't play fast, play smart.

You know that Carlos is a fast son of a bitch. If he can dodge a shot in his blind spot then he can dodge a whole lot more then you can throw out with the beam marker. You toss your beam marker aside and lunch into melee with Excalibur. Carlos spends about 10 minutes bouncing around out of your reach, launching off his G-Exes wired guided arms and trying to shot the spots not covered by your armor. However you eventually manage to get him while his G-Exes arms are coming back and cleave the SOB.

Carlos shrugs off the loss like a good sport and explains that he learned a lot from the fight.

Next up is the fight between Flit and Woolf and you and Ralphie. Do you want to have your fight first?

>>
>>24755675
(Yeah, sorry I didn't see that response when I posted. Would have gone with that. However the cowl comes in four separate parts, each plate can move interdependently from one another. Still, good thinking)

You decide to let them go first. The battle is pretty damn amazing. Flit has superior mobility and reflexes, reacting to a lot of Woolf's shots that should have hit, not to mention that Swordia wear provides a kickass sword and shield modeled after your own.

However Woolf has superb accuracy, amazing control of his suit and great combat instincts.

You watch the two dance around for an hour before Ma G has to call the victor based on the fake damage done. Woolf loses, but only by a little.

Next up is you and Ralphie. Both of you are wearing Titus based equipment and while your a little faster then Ralphie's suit it's not by much.

What's your plan of action Jake?
>>
>>24755805

Of course let's stay the fuck away from him. he's got Titus gear on that shit.
Take advantage of our new thrusters and fire a barrage on him.
>>
>>24755906
(Ralphie's Shaldoll is based off the Titus's weapons and armor, it's not using Titus gear it's what the Titus would be if it was an independent unit all to itself )
>>
>>24755805
Keep to medium range and try to maneuver over or under him. Possibly close in some in an attempt to bait him into charging into a barrage. Aim for the head if possible to disable his main camera.
>>
>>24756060
>>24755906

You keep your distance at medium range and begin to hammer Ralphie's Shaldoll. He only needs to lift his arms to block and he's set. The only place that isn't all that reinforced is the head. He boosts forward a couple of times and throws some pretty heavy looking punches, trying to catch you while your changing strafing directions. Ralphie's suit might be heavy, but he keeps you on the move and doesn't allow you enough time to get any proper shots in. Eventually you manage to bait Ralphie into charging at you. Blasting your thrusters you fly over him in an arc, firing a flurry of Shot Markers into his Shaldolls face, disabling it and his main camera. After that all you have to do is come up from underneath him and slash him with the dulled Excalibur.

While you won, Ralphie put up a fight. If this were a real battle, he could have badly damaged your suit if not crippled it before you killed him.

The battle between your Father and flit ends surprisingly fast. Flit abuses the Swordia wears melee abilities when he finds out Dad can't use any of his suit's functions will wearing the Back Weapon Cowl. You note that it takes at least 30 seconds for the Back Weapon Cowl to detach and once it does, it can't be re-equip in the field.

"Are you ready Jake? It's just you and me now" Flit says in his AGE-1 Gundam Swordia.

What's your plan Jake? This is the final match of the tournament against Flit himself .

(Damn things have slowed down a lot)
>>
>>24754612
I wonder if we should also look for a possible Jake too.
>>
>>24756604
No suit functions? 30 seconds to detach? That sounds like it needs a total rework.
>>
>>24756604

engage in swordplay. prepare the Beam emitters to flash blind his sensors so that we can get behind him and introduce the back of his suit to the business side of Excalibur...
>>
>>24756604
(not a lot to talk about other than the quest itself. Normally we'd have some tangent to go off of, but things are pretty stable.)

Make a mental note to re-tool dad's cowl so that it's less inconvenient for him, or at least make it so that he can use his stuff when the Back Weapon Cowl is attached.

Then cockfi- I mean swordfight with Flit. Make use of the Arthurian shield, and watch out for his Gundam's speed. Use your superior durability to your advantage and charge him when he's vulnerable. Even though we don't have Ma G active right now, we could still win.
>>
>>24756604
Engage him in a One-on-One MANRY sword duel. Flit, even though he's an X-Rounder, he's still getting used to the Swordia, which has a similar setup to the Crusader, sans the EM Crossbow. Therefore, since we've been using such a setup for longer, we MAY have an advantage over him in this regard.
>>
>>24756679
That's no ReGZ alright. It should take 2 seconds at most to purge the BWC. Not too certain how to fix it. Perhaps fewer but more heavily reinforced connections to the MS? Against Flit, it depends how fast the Swordia is compared to the Crusader. If we can't keep distance, we'll have to pull some tricks up close to throw Flit off-balance. Maybe use the cowl opening to parry a strike then counterattack?

You could probably improve the detach time but again this is your prototype. Your not quite sure how you'll be able to allow the suits functions while the Cowl is attached. Being able to use melee and hand held weapons would be useful, but it'll be a nightmare to implement.

>>24756776
>>24756779

You toss your shot marker to the side and rip out Excalibur. Flying forward you clash with the AGE-1, Flit parrying your strikes with the Swordia's own blade. He tries to leap to your side and land a strike to the back of your Gundam's leg, but you swing Excalibur and deflect the blow. He lunges forward the same time you do, both of you smash your shield into each others Gundam's faces knocking one another. Backwards.

Now is your chance! Rushing forward you prepare to do something risky...

(Roll 1d100 vs Piloting Skill. 32 or lower will succeed. 1 is a critical success and 100 is a critical failure)

>2 CRITICAL SUCESS, FUCKING CLOSE ENOUGH

You run forward sword raised like your about to strike, but activate the beam emitters on the cowl for a second. The sudden activation of the emitters and the burst of beam energy produces a blinding flash.

Flit however attacks through the ruse, lunging forward with his blade. "I'll end this, with one strike!" his blade connects with something and he believes he's won until his camera becomes clear.

His eyes widen as he sees you opened and closed your cowl as he lunged his essenitally catching the blade in the armpit of your Gundam.

You quickly knee the AGE-1 and knock it back, it's sword still between your armpit. "I'll end this fight with as many strikes as I want! Just who the hell do you think I am?" you take the Swordia's blade from out of your Gundam's armpit and bolt forward at top speed, Excalibur in one hand and the AGE-1's sword in the other.

By the time Flit has recovered from the knockback, it's too late. You slash him cross the torso with the dull blades in an X shaped fashion. If this were a real battle his Gundam would have blown up and you would have turned and walked away before it did. Because cool guys don't look at explosives.

Sadly, this was just a mock battle. But you still won.

"H-how did you do that?" Flit coughs, as his Gundam's systems reset.

"How do magnets work?"

GAR.
We did it with pure GAR.
>>
>>24757344

A low power discharge from the Beam emitters temporarily blind the sensors, this provides time to make minor corrective maneuvers, so as long as you have a good idea on how your opponent will attack, you can counter or disarm your opponent. Unfortunately it is only of any use in Close Quarters...
>>
>>24757344

"Sometimes, you need to use your resources in ways that they weren't intended. Sometimes, things that seem to have only one use, can be effectively used as something else, with a little creativity."

"I thought outside of the box and used what I had at my disposal to create an advantage for myself. That's what separates the good pilots from the great ones."

Then we go for a handshake, and compliment him on his skills. Don't offer him any pointers, because that seems pretentious. Rather, say something like this:

"I'm sure this loss will have taught you that there's still room for you to grow and improve your skills. Of course, what needs to be improved upon is something only you can figure out."

Wait. Why are we making the BWS pack, when it was made specifically since transforming suits were too expensive? Do we really need the Waverider mode just yet?

Look, why don't we just convert the BWS pack into something more usable, like attachable armor, Tallgeese/GP01 verniers and high powered beam rifles/mega launcher weapon binders?

I favor the Super Gundam and Rick Dias S myself.

"Oh, I didn't think of that. Well, that won't work on me next time. You didn't exactly pull any punches ether" Flit warns as you hand him his Gundam's sword.

"I try not to use the same trick twice...unless it's totally awesome. Then your screwed. But you almost kicked my ass Flit, I'm not going to bullshit you I wouldn't want to fight you 50 years from now, by then I'd be terrified to see the skills you'd have ."

"Old man Flit? Now that's an amusing thought!" Woolf says with a laugh.

"I wouldn't tease the kid Woolf. By the time he's a grown man you and eye will be old farts, by the time 50 years rolls by we'll be god damn decrepit" Your dad warns, but Woolf shrugs it off.

"Nah, I'm gonna live forever. Even if my body gets old, I'll still remain young in my head. Isn't that what counts?"

Anything you'd like to say on everyone's performance Jake?
>>
>>24757669
"You guys are freaking awesome, no doubts about it. But before you guys go getting swelled heads, there's always room for improvement."

"After all, why settle for being -just- awesome when you can be -FUCKING- awesome? Right, guys?"
>>
>>24757753
That seems like it'd work for the others and MAYBE Flit, but God knows Woolf's going to argue the point that he's already fucking awesome. Dunno about our dad, though.
>>
>>24757669

"I'm going to be honest. When I started on this crazy space trip, I never dreamed that I would be flying with, and be counted among, mobile suit pilots of your guys' caliber. Any mistakes I've seen in this entire training session can be fixed in 30 minutes with some mechanical tweaks. I almost feel sorry for those UE bastards, because if we perform like this on the battlefield, we're going to smear their scrap across the galaxy!"

"Sorry, but I'm already pretty damn awesome" Woolf says cockily as he flies back to the ship.

"Don't mind him, he's a lot more humble then he sounds" Dad says, his G-Exes patting your Gundam on the shoulder.

Flit, Largan and Woolf return to the Diva and you return to the Armstrong with everyone. Shortly after landing the Armstrong and Diva disconnect from one another and leave Fairdain with 4 of the Euba/Zalam ships, headed for Minsry.

It's damn late, so you decide you might as well finish up the OS adjustments you planned on making.

(1d100 vs Computer skill. 85% or lower will succeed.)

Speaking of which. If our Excalibur were wider, then its flat side could be used as a makeshift shield. Of course, our sword is already big already.

>Your not quite sure how you'll be able to allow the suits functions while the Cowl is attached. Being able to use melee and hand held weapons would be useful, but it'll be a nightmare to implement.

Instead of the mobile suit lying flat to have the Cowl, just re-orient the Cowl 90 degrees forward.

You manage to get the OS's adjusted before heading off to bed. You manage to not only re-write the OS to swapable between G-Exes, Shaldolls and Genoaces but improve the overall performance of the program.

Once again you crawl into bed and get some sleep for a change...
-------------
Far in the distance, buried beneath the fertile earth of the lush, Earth-like environment of Minsry colony, something ancient as the Gundam itself stirs. A nightmare from long ago, a shadow cast by the bright light of the Gundam's past. Slowly, it begins to awaken from it's slumber, starving for the thing it was created for:

War
