Can also sue this to heal wounds, dissolving the wounded are, and then reconstructing it as needed. Yellowbacks(should they survive) eventually become immortal, sustaining their bodies, by constantly cycleing the Groove through their own bodies, though doing causes a change in pigmentation, lending a yellowish tinge to their skin.

The Fuzz/the Warmen/The Man: The remnants of the military & police force. They enforce order through out what remains of civilization. Like the yellow backs they circulate The Groove through their bodies, however, rather than use it to preserve themselves, they instead use it to improve aspects of their bodies. Some of them take down animals to copy certain aspects of the bodies onto their own, gaining the strenth of a Griza, or the bite of a Dahg. However in doing so they speed up their metabolism, and strain the body with parts it was not made for. Most don't live till 70.

Synchro Priests: These radicals swear vows of silence upon taking their mantle as a priest, but are given a Tempo-Staff as a badge of office. (kinda like the thumpers from Dune) The Staff emits a deep mono-rhythmical beat, which has hypnotic/semi hallucinogenic effects on its listeners. When a group of "followers" gather around a priest, they stomp and clap and chant to the tempo of his staff.

SO Anybody go other ideas for the wild life? How about Break Dancers? Trees that over time have soaked up enough grove that if a beat is played near them they begin to dance eventually breaking apart, except for the supple Break soaked HEARtwood, which when cut down, can be shredded and made into strings. Instruments containing bits of this tree have a natural resonance with the Groove creating a sort of speaker effect around the instrument.

After The Groove came, the old World broke down, it simply couldn't handle it's jive. One of the Greatest bastions of the old land was Las/Lost Vegas. The banshees are pure Groove chiselled by the echoes of opera. Banshees are shaped by their operas, and are mostly feminine. Thus, the most widespread banshees take the form of Valkyries, or femme fatales.

The Neuschwanstein and its surroundings has the highest number and most powerful banshees in the world. Chaff Beaters

A group of slaves from assorted people groups who formed when they defected from their masters. Their songs have the nature of keeping them working(Or fighting/running) an exceptionally long time, with an amalgamation of other songs buried in. The people are nomadic and allusive keeping the Groove away with their former work chants. They are known to get vengeance on slave keepers by killing crops and spoiling food with Groove.

The Rusters: constantly travelling, basically a mixture between Gypsies, and the hordes of madmax. They're called Rusters because they travel in ancient metal wagons pulled by their tamed Lizards beasts. The wagons are constantly breaking down and being patched up with new metal, but they use it anyways because it is traditional. They live off of selling metal. To mine land they use their music to send special shock waves through the earth that loosen, and bring up the right type of ore. Then they smelt it.

Metal and hard rock hordes are viking-like, totally drunk and berserk in battle, whereas punks use drugs to put themselves in condition.

Also, punk hordes actually tend to stay in the townships they conquer, while Rockers tend to pillage them then burn them.

Punks use often sabotage to break the civil order in towns before launching the attacks. They also use a lot of dogs.

After the groovepocalypse, the combination of radiation and Groove created parasitic creatures akin to masses of hair. These creatures bond with humans, making their hosts more connected to the Groove, at the cost of their endurance in tasks where they cannot call upon the groove to supplement their energy. Some humans learned to use the power of the Groove to great effect in many ways, including dancing. These acrobatic "Mofros" are used as shock troops by many armies across the world.

A group of genetic anomalies who are unable to percieve or match the external Groove: The Groove within their bodies follows abnormal, discordant patterns: for this reason, the Wightgyz pigmentation is altered, leaving them with albinism. Furthermore, the strangeness of their Groove renders them effectively insane (to them, however, the rest of the world seems off beat).

By dancing in accordance with their internal groove, they can inflict their eldritch rhythms upon the outside world. Others nearby, if overexposed, may adopt the alien Groove's behavior as their own and become Wightgyz themselves. Furthermore, normal Groove magic begins to behave in very unnatural ways.

Factions may be species-specific, however, classes are not.

To the other surface dwellers they still seem paranoid and neurotic though, they fear a lot of things that other races use carelessly and don't like experimentation with the Groove. This might only be a sign of a larger understanding that Gloons have of the world.
