You get the feeling that getting caught or seen currently would be very bad.

The sleep from Hypnosis - the power - is just a sleep. They do not hear anything, or percieve anything during the sleep.

Burst cannot be used on an area you cannot see.

Telepathy is 'heard' as a voice distinct from the target's internal voice, coming from an unknown location outside their head. Subconscious expectations will even shape it. If you use it in a cave, for instance, the person will hear it echo.

You do not have the proper vocal cords yet developed to actually talk.

I'm not accepting the votes made between this post and my last, because I explicitly said voting for final tally would begin NOW.

I'm going to say that for the duration of time Telepathy is used, you can hear thoughts the other person is actually trying to send back to you. Otherwise, they will likely attempt to communicate by talking.
