You are Doctor Victor Von Doom, Ruler of Latveria, Rightful king of the world, Master wizard and genius scientist.

You are currently in Doomworld, your science based theme park with Valeria Richards. It seems she wants Chicken nuggets for dinner

Currently, you control 18 Doombots, lifelike automata of yourself, 34,600 servo-guards, robots superior to a modern day soldier, and 20 time-bots, robots with experimental time based weaponry.
In addition, you have constructed 20 Doomknights, More combat oriented variants of the Doombot, with superior weapons capabilities, and 20 silent stalkers, Stealth Robots designed for assassination
You also control the "Battle CDC" a 100m tall doombot that houses 80 scientists working on cures for diseases.
Furthermore, you control one Doombot converted to act like Mr Rogers, to entertain the children on your media network More can be constructed from your worldwide network of Foundries

You have several goals, including:
Rescue mother from Mephisto
Defeat Reed Richards and friends
Take over the world
Steal Vibraniumfrom Wakanda
Establish other interplanetary mining colonies
Defeat Captain America to recieve present from Namor
Score

Short term goals include:
Deal with the fantastic 4 approaching your mars base
Investigate unknown ore on Phobos
Build Doomwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry
Entertain Valeria Richards

How would you like to proceed, Lord Doom?
>>
>>24380074
Couple of questions:
1. Have we antagonized Morgan Le Fay in this timeline yet? I think she would make a good headmistress for the school.
2. How long until the fantastic four approach our base.Oh, in the meantime lets bring Valeria on a tour of our mars base, then let her call her father from it.

Last time you met, you parted on good terms, I believe. It may require some convincing for her to teach her secrets to others, however

It would be 12 days before their estimated arrival
Very well, when would you wish to depart?
>>
>>24380074
>Currently, you control 18 Doombots, lifelike automata of yourself, 34,600 servo-guards

Build 2 more Doombots and 45,400 servo-guards (10k for each variant of Doombot)
>>
We should search for that sorcerer that our Vampires mentioned. I think one of our Vampires could also teach something.
Also, look for more magicky types in our country, there ought to be some.
Of course, we could always have specialized doombots teach theory but they should be just a filler till we have more teachers.

>Build Doomwarts school of witchcraft and wizardry
See what ideas Valeria has. Does she want to oversee the construction? (I assume it will be build very fast with our level of technology)

>skrull ships
Can we build a prototype space-ship in the coming 12 days? Would be great to take Valeria to space.
>>
>>24380300
Very well, the doombots will cost $4 million, and the servoguards will cost $681 million.

Finances stand at 9.2 billion dollars. Tax income is expected next month, and tribute from Slovakia shall be arriving within 2 days.

Is this acceptable?
>>
>>24380074
>Currently, you control 18 Doombots

Didn't we give one to Valeria as a present?
>>
>>24380391
yep

Did we start any research into Magic-bots?
>>
>>24380399
We build her her own Doom-suit :3

Richards might freak out / try to reverse-engineer when he sees a Doombot in his household.
>>
>>24380421
We should probably look into magical mass production. It would be far more cost efficient down the line, I'm sure.

The sorcerer lives in a retreat upon mount Victorium. I shall dispatch an envoy at once.
Our vampire friend is an expert on haemomancy, and is moderately skilled in demonology. He would be happy to help

There are several functioning skrull ships. It would be possible to change the controols inside one, making it pilotable by humans. I shall begin work on this

"You'd let me build it? Can it be a castle?"

HAIL DOOM! Glad to see this thread up and running i was worried it wouldnt happen i dont stay up all night for any old thread you know!

>>
>>24380507
>"You'd let me build it? Can it be a castle?"

It will defiantly look like a castle!
...As long as we don't sacrifice any efficiency but I think we can manage.

Of course we don't let her actually design the thing with blue-prints, we take her suggestions and work them in with the team of expert Architects.

>Our vampire friend is an expert on haemomancy, and is moderately skilled in demonology. He would be happy to help
What was his/her name? We could get some suggestions from her/him too
>>

This.
Later we should take her to tour on one of the other space colonies, speaking of which

>Investigate unknown ore on Phobos
Tell the administrator to investigate the ore, asap
>>
>>24380507
Most certainly it can be a castle, and I'd certainly be interested in having your input on the design. That reminds me, a former teacher of mine might be interested in the position.

As to why Morgan would be interested in teaching, well she was always interested in the present in the comics, had frequently asked DOOM for technological toys. Which we can of course provide. Could also let her run one of the moons.

Since we are in the design stage, we can ask him if he has anything he wants us to build.

while our citizens patriotism is admirable, they should know that DOOM recognizes that there are many who benefit from his magnificence, even beyond our borders, but do not reciprocate in kind. a more formal system can infact reduce their traditional burden with as much or better revenue, all while influencing more efficient economic outcomes.

unlike other so called 'first world' nations in the thrall of banking interests, DOOM also recognizes that many existing tax schemes serve chiefly to extract utility from the people while excusing those able to exploit the loop holes, therefore he favors one that is blind in incidence to either private subject or international corp. namely a flat value added tax, transfer and transaction tax, and negative income tax.

Because of loljewish politics and its affect on Americans. I have no problem taking on more oppressed, impoverished and destitute and showing them the glory of DOOM

Very well.
Over the period of the next week:
Barbiketchup becomes an instant hit in Latveria, you put all proceeds into an account for Valeria
Valeria quickly masters many basic spells. She goes a little overboard with the sleep spell, and she seems to have animated her Doomknight plushie
Evening meals tend to have a nugget theme, apart from sunday, which is apparently pizza day
She enjoys a tour of the colony, even giving advice on how to fix a broken generator
Having shown her the "locked" section of your library, you find her inside in the morning. It seems she made a lockpick from a broken lightbulb filiament
Namor's gift arrives, a stack of books on atlantean sorceries, carried by a damp merman. The merman hands you a vial of blood, then goes to run a bath
A large amount of servoguards are completed, and equipped with jetpacks
Mr Robot requires a new fusion cell, as his was used by Valeria to power a copy of your time platform

The fantastic 4 are 3 days away. They shall be in contact soon. How would you like to proceed?
>>
>>24382618
>Just make sure we can accommodate them all and we have much better integration policies than America and Europe

If our next Megaproject can be Latverian Harmonization of Immigrants I'm up for that.

We already have a strong education system, the biggest thing would be making sure they have jobs and we can do the same kind of hijinks that we originally did with the Slovakians

>>that said, DNA scanners DNA scanners everywhere.
>>
>>24382701
>The fantastic 4 are 3 days away. They shall be in contact soon. How would you like to proceed?

After they find out they are just mining colony's, give them the message that we have their daughter.

And she's having the time of her life.

Love and Kisses

Unca Doom
>>
>>24382786
Yeah. No. Unless we want the fantastic 4 smashing into latveria like a hurricane let's not do that.
>>
>>24382360

several points, even though we own everything, it is clearly not feasible for us to personally oversee acquisition, production, and distribution of all things to all people. therefore doom allows his subjects the luxury of conducting their affairs aslong as it serves dooms interests (and of course DOOMS interests are everyones interest). moreover, the world is full of societies who do not yet recognize dooms righteous authority, and thought it may be tiresome we must still be able to interact with them in someway. moreover, it is also clearly impossible for a prospective and unfettered society to provide a 'place' for everyone that is of direct and explicit benefit to someone. so to achieve this and also address problems of immigration, we simply make eligibility for beneficence dependent employment, education, internship, or participation in a wide range of approved volunteering or crowd sourced projects, and must be vouched for by a third party with equal culpability in case of fraud (collective punishment works, especially when collective action problems are the case). and of course, those seeking entry to our borders or citizenship must meet certain standards (or service in our foreign legion).

thus, it is in the interest of our interests to structure the system so much that it better influences the interests of other to better coincide with our interests, as our interests are obviously the superior option.
>>
>>24382753
Also, we should make sure they don't start their own ghettos or something.

>>24382701
>Mr Robot requires a new fusion cell, as his was used by Valeria to power a copy of your time platform
Did she succeed? Mr Robot is Mr Rogers, right? Or some other robot. Anyway, get him a fusion cell.

>he merman hands you a vial of blood
What's that blood for?

Ask the merman what he would like to see the School include while it is still in design/construction stage.

Are starships complete? We could take her to scape for a joy-ride.

make sure we have at least 2 doom knights a doom bot and a time bot to protect the teck

give them a tour, when they go to leave, offer them a faster ride home with one of the modified skrull ships (they wouldn't take the offer but lets brag about our fast new ride. )
>>
>>24382965
>give them a tour, when they go to leave, offer them a faster ride home with one of the modified skrull ships (they wouldn't take the offer but lets brag about our fast new ride. )
NOPE for the faster ride home. Let them waste 2 fucking months on chasing ghosts.

Also, I hope you are not implying we give them the tour ourself. We shouldn't let them know we have instant travel.
>>
>>24382819

The most benefit to the benevolent dictator, is the freedom to do what is right. Having extensive consumption taxes, internal structure (aka the judicary and independant police) and incouraging the codification of our will will only be a limit on our power.

Tariff's are fine and having requirements for newcomers is great. We already do this (which is where I presume latveria gets its money?)

You assume its impossible but latveria as is, more or less stands a utopia because its none of those things you want

>>Doom: Stop hitting on me you silly statists.
>>
>>24382819

with such a setup a negative income tax isint really necessary, so it can be safely discarded as superfluous, which is well because it has many implementation problems in terms of cost of oversight and incentive for fraud.
>>
>>24383004

They'll just presume its a bot anyway. lets create a sensor scrambler so that we can hide the fact we're not a doom bot from anyone who cares to scan.
>>
If the martian colonies are just mining bases can't we just withdraw all the expensive equipment and let the fantastic four sit on an empty mine for however long they like?
>>
>>24382839
Mr robot is the Doombot that Valeria has become attached to. He was given to her as a gift.

The blood was a sample of a dangerous sea creature. It's intended purpose was cloning

The merman requests that his classes take place in a seawater environment, and that his quarters are likewise flooded. Atlantians do tend to dry out, after all

I was also lead to believe that we were running a campaign to attract mutants. I can have the designs changed at the tourism board if that is your will

One Skrull ship has recently undergone retrofitting. It is ready to fly and would reach mars in less than a day
The United Nations are convening in one month. You have requested to sit next to the british ambassador

>>24383042
>They'll just presume its a bot anyway. lets create a sensor scrambler so that we can hide the fact we're not a doom bot from anyone who cares to scan.

Yeah no. There are no Doom-bots on colonies, we made sure to make them look as peaceful as possible. There are human guards with servo-guards only.

Even if there were, I would still be against going there ourself.

>>24383076

>One Skrull ship has recently undergone retrofitting. It is ready to fly and would reach mars in less than a day
>reach mars in less than a day
HAHAHAHA
And it take the "Fantastic" 4 entire month. This is just hilarious. Also, no to offering faster rides home. Let them brood in their horse carriage for another 2 weeks.

I wonder if Valeria is missing her school.... ah, we don't really care... unless she could get into trouble because of that
>>
>>24383076
Nono. We still want to attract mutants too I believe.

At most, we should do a quick little trip out to the Latverian Space Agency's robotic mining ship on its way to the asteroid belt to make sure everything on it is working properly, then a quick trip around the Moon.

>>24384013
>we could use the portals to there and back again before they even arrive.

I would prefer that we just wait for the Fantastic Four to show up at the Mars colony and find nothing. And record the fuck out of them with video and audio. Watch them constantly without their knowledge while they're there and not go into space at all.
>>
>>24384032
Just a trip to space, maybe a quick trip around the Moon, staying respectfully far enough from the Immortals so as to not intrude on their controlled space.
Maybe a visit to the Asteroid Belt.
We'll take her to the moons of Jupiter when she's older.
>>
>>24383967
I know.
I didn't even want to fight the captain from the beginning but I really hate it when long-term plans get messed up like that. Very well

You both step into the ship, with accompanied by Valeria's growing entourage of creatures that resemble you heavily
The ship is unfamiliar at first, but the controls are intuitive enough. You both buckle in, and prepare for liftoff. Despite both of you expecting to be pushed back into your seats, it would seem there is some sort of G diffuser installed

You reach the space station within 5 minutes, docking with care

The gravity is lighter here, but the gravity device seems to be working regardless

She enjoys looking at all the experiments, commenting that her daddy never lets her near the labs at home.

Soon though, it is time to return. You have a sorceress to visit, and you still haven't picked a present for her yet

Wait, is this Morgan le Fey in the present? So that giving her a technological item would not be disruptive to the timeline?

>>
>>24384423
Something technological, that could make her life easier, but which cannot influence the timeline.

How does a laptop using a micro-fusion battery and holographic projector sound?
Hear me out:
She's a sorcerous, so a holographic interface is no different from a couple illusion spells.
Micro-fusion battery means that it's got enough juice so that it can activate a temporal beacon to have it be pulled back to our time if it's about to leave Morgan's possession.
>>
>>24384467
Good point actually, if we're bringing her here, you can offer her all manner of things
