Welcome ladies and gentlemen to another exciting edition of Succubus Lord Quest: Good Friday edition! What’s special about this edition! Absolutely nothing!

Last time on Succubus Lord Quest, we decided that it was best for Brooklyn to begin some heavy training while the rest of the group would head off and figure out what exactly was up with a town called Hamelock, wondering why the Priest wanted so many barbarians when they were so close to death...

So in the meantime, Erika was elected to be the temporary protagonist while Brooklyn does his best to train at home!

Seeing as the wagon had a bit of a delay when the axel of the wagon came off, you all decide to make a camp for the night instead. It’s probably not a good idea to sleep in a town where everyone suspects something is way the hell off.

“You sure you girls don’t want anything?” Alex asks as he stirs a pot of stew over a firepit.

“No thank you, I’m not all that hungry.” you reply.

“That’s right! We Succubi mainly rely on our aetheric energy to keep ourselves full rather than physical substance!” Mina says.

“That’s awfully convenient. You don’t need to worry about starving to death in the middle of nowhere then.” Alex replies as he takes a serving for himself.

“Yea but in exchange our natural aether recharge REALLY sucks! Plus being hungry is just... terrible in itself...” Mina says. “It scares me as nearly every mortal you look at appears to be more like a meal rather than a person.”

“W-Woah! Don’t you dare try to eat us!” Troy says pointing the ladle at Mina.

“Oh don’t worry... I can find other ways of eating you up...” Mina says to Troy in a suggestive manner.

“Ha ha! Looks like she’s coming onto you Troy!” Alex says patting the smaller Troy on his back.

“S-Shut up!” Troy says pulling his shoulder away, his aura a light orange colour (embarrassment).

“Though seriously I do want to have some of your stew please!” Mina says holding a bowl out to Troy.

“...I thought we weren’t supposed to eat human food. I mean isn’t it bad for us?” you ask Mina.

“Oh pfft! Nonsense! It isn’t bad for us at all! Rather we just don’t get anything out of it compared to mortals and other demons.” Mina says accepting the bowl from Troy and taking a bite into it. “Oh wow! This is really good! Very spicy!”

“Yea Troy has a natural talent at cooking it seems.” Uilosdir says taking a bite of his food.
>>
[2/3]

As the talks go on, you remember how you acted like a complete and utter... well bitch to Uilosdir when on the way here. You may as well make amends here and now.

“Sir Uilosdir? I wish to apologize for my behavior earlier in the day.” you tell Uilosdir.

He stops himself just as he’s about to take a bite of food. “Hm? Behavior for what?”

“Earlier in the day I acted extremely unladylike for someone of my status. It’s just... I’ve been under a lot of stress with my training as of late.” you tell him.

Uilosdir’s aura turns into a bright Vermillion colour (Happy). “Oh don’t worry about it! We all have times where we’re stressed out due to various things happening in our lives! I’m actually kind of glad that you apologized over something so small! Pollock never did!”

“That’s because he had his head so far up his arse he couldn’t see any other viewpoint than his own.” Troy mutters while stirring the stew.

“Yea... We’ll all miss him.” Alex says.

“Some more or less than others...” Alex mutters under his breath, his aura turning into a brown (bitter) colour.

Master Sebastien and Brodin away from the rest of the group at the moment, currently eating dinner while talking about something which you cannot make out over the rest of the talk in the camp.
>>
[3/3]

You have some free time to talk to some people if you wish before it is time to head to bed. Mina said she’d be taking watch tonight as she only needs half the amount of sleep that everyone else does. If it’s part of being a Succubus, then you don’t know of it as Master Sebastien training program has...

...Let’s not bring up those horrid thoughts again. While thankful, they are not something
you wish to relive at the current moment. You make note that if you wish to talk to Lady Mina again, then it might be best to avoid any subject regarding Brooklyn and Lord’s. Mina’s aura kept changing to a dark blue (suspicion) whenever you asked her and her train of thought became a single voice, rather than the cascade that is normally supposed to happen. If there’s any information to be had, you extremely doubt that you’d be able to extract it from her.
>>
>>23948735
Erika would probably talk to Alex. We haven't spoken to him much, and we want her to be a fighty type, right?

Also, we are almost certainly a little worried about eventually coming out to our religious sister.
>>
>>23948728
Join sebastien and Brodin, see what they are talking about.
>>
>>23948735
Do we have a game plan for this mission? When we get to town is there contact we'll be speaking to first? Or we just jumping right into going after the priest or whoever it was.

Asking this kinda in general for Adventuring group.
>>
>>23948846

Oh derp.

At the moment, it's to basically arrive and talk to the Priest, see if anything is fishy about him. After have a look around the town. With luck he shouldn't suspect anything out of the oridinary.
>>
>>23948866
Mmm ... okay. Then might as well see what the Old Man and Angel of Death are talking about.
>>
>>23948735
Hmm, we should probably sic Mina on reassuring/comforting Alex, bitter companions should be supportedin their grief after all. We should probably check up on broden and sensei in the mean time.
>>
“I’m going to see what Master Sebastien and Sir Brodin are up to.” you say excusing yourself from the group.

“Have fun!” Mina waves to you as you head on over.

“And the downtown district?” Sebastien asks Brodin.

“Oh great place to unwind after work. Which... was needed every day as I hated my job.” Brodin mutters as he taps the shaft of his scythe against his shoulder as he leans against the wagon. “They should’ve gotten their own coffee for once.”

“Pardon me Master Sebastien, Sir Brodin. Am I interrupting anything vital?” you ask both of them.

“Nothing much no.” Sebastien says.

“I was just mainly telling Sebastien of my time when I was mortal and used to work here.” Brodin says.

“You used to live in the old world?!” you gasp, somewhat amazed by this.

“Heh... To your view it must’ve been the ancient world. I was originally contacted to do the Reaper job in 1937. Very, very long time ago.” Brodin says. “I mainly spent a lot of time after that just in the Underworld and doing some odd jobs in other realms, but often they prefer Reapers to stick to their native realm or planet, as being a local would supposedly help you out more.”

You think of some things to ask now. Such as the possible upcoming task ahead of you, advice, general banter, or something else.
>>
>>23949124
What's the current dating system? Is it still the Julian version with the years still up to date? Don't remember if this was discussed or not.

Personally, ask for advice for what Erikas role in this should be. Just support or watch and learn type of thing. Maybe prob Brodin about how the old world was. Hell, depending on when in 1937 it was, could be pretty interesting stuff to hear about.
>>
>>23949124

general banter. While grateful for His tutelage, we do not want to have another training session with Master Sebastien...

though practicing mind reading on Sir Brodin might be good practice. see if we can 'get into his head' without him noticing... and trying to keep Master Sebastien out of ours...
>>
>>23949272

For ease of use, yea we still use the Julian one. It's about 2434 AD currently.
>>
>>23949389
>2434 AD
Damn. That's long time ago then. When did the whole war with Pride happen again? I recall something like 300 years ago, might be getting dates and years mixed up.
>>
>>23949124
Chat about the task. Would draining a number of weakened people to death provide more energy than a smaller number of strong, healthy mortals? The pirate group represents a decent amount of mana, curious what use might be had for so many.
>>
>>23949616

The Pride Demon war was about 300 years ago yes.
>>
[1/2]

“I’m just... well somewhat nervous about the upcoming affair. Mainly of what my role should be.” you tell Sebastien.

“You’re good at the sword, so I trained you to be a melee focused Ranger. Your task will be somewhat similar to Troy’s. Let Mina, Brodin, and Alex take the assault head on while you dart around and assault whomever is currently most vulnerable at the current moment.” Sebastien says while exhaling on his cigarette. “But even if comes down to no fighting, the intel you can give off with your aura sight is invaluable.”

“Oh most indeed. Just... I do miss reading things...” you reply.

“Get someone else to read for you.” Sebastien replies.

You can only give a small groan in response. You can’t tell people to read your novels to you! You just can’t!

Though... Maybe practicing some mind reading on Sir Brodin would be in order? ...Maybe while keeping Master Sebastien out of o-

(“Keep trying kid.”) Sebastien’s voice echo’s in your head.

OK while that’s out of the question then! Still, you could try to focus on Brodin for a bit...
>>
[2/2]

...

...

OK you’ve been trying for a few minutes but still to no avail. What on earth?

(“Kid even I have trouble trying to pry open Brodin’s mind. This is probably a good thing, as in his job as a Reaper he’s probably had to deal with things that would break the minds of lesser men.”) Sebastien says.

...Yes... You’re not sure if you would be able to do things such as killing the sick and elderly just because your job demanded it.

(“Can’t say I envy him.”) Sebastien replies.
>>
>>23949620

One's aetheric energy is completely independent from how physically fit they are. A thin man would give as much aether as a beefcake.

But generally healthier people provide more aether than sickly ones.
>>
>>23949701
I can't think of much else to do, spend some time with the rest of the group, chat about the job we're taking care of, relax, get to know people better, try some soup.
>>
>>23949701
>>23949841
Yeah just chill for the rest of the night. Talk a bit with everyone. Then move on to the town.

Also, yes, soup on.

I wonder if there's a Soup Nazi in this world.
>>
[1/2]

You spend the rest of your night mainly doing some small talk with the rest of the group around the campfire. You have some of Troy’s stew. While far more spicy compared to what you’re used to, it is indeed quite good. After that you all head to sleep. Mina does most of the watching, so you’re all able to get a fairly good night’s sleep. Your watch is the last one that comes up. You can only spend a small part of it looking over your novels and lamenting that you’re unable to read anything on these flat indigo coloured pages. ...Someday once again...

Once your shift is over, you go back to waking everyone up, having the people who still need physical food get something to eat, before you then head back onto the road.

“...Can I pull the wagon?” Mina asks.

“Too obvious.” Sebastien replies.

“But I couldn’t do my morning workout and now I have all this pent up energy!” Mina complains.

“Deal with it.” Sebastien replies.

“Maybe I could help you work out some of that energy later mon aime?” Alex asks her taking Mina’s hand. His aura a deep red (lust).

“Oh you... I’m not sure...” Mina says. She’s obviously playing with him, her own aura also a deep red as well.

“WE’RE ABOUT TO GO INTO THE LAIR OF A POSSIBLE ENEMY! STOP FLIRTING WITH EACH OTHER!” Troy roars.
>>
[2/2]

“Keep it down back there! We’re here now!” Brodin says while in the drivers seat of the carriage.

You and a few others look out ahead to the small town. Looking out you can see it is a rather small-ish village with about a few dozen houses. Hamelock mainly serves as one of the nightly stops for traders, so it relies almost completely on outside trade. As your wagon rides through the village, you can smell the meat of various animals and fish being prepared and cooked in different ways. They live in an area rich with wild game and not far from a forest, meaning their main trade is that of wood and animal related products.

But as you continue to move through the area and look at some of the population, you notice that the auras on some of the people are... strange. A few of them have black veins running through them in addition to normal aura colours. Something you’ve never seen before and have no idea what that could possibly mean...

"We're nearly at the Church." Brodin says, having now dressed himself up in some of Brooklyn's old clothing since he entered the town, to avoid suspicion.
>>
Ask Brodin about it. He'll know
>>
>>23950280
Ask Sebastien if he knows what those black lines are, outside of 'Nothing good.'

Mentally.
>>
>>23950280
>black veins
I'm guessing necromancy as demoninc power isn't black
>>
>>23950280
Bring this information up to the rest of the group, quietly, we don't want to cause a big alarm. See if anyone knows what it is other than 'bad'.
>>
>>23950427
bring it to Brodin first as he's most likely to know what the hell it si
>>
[1/2]

Um... Master Sebastien? What does it mean if there are black veins in one’s aura?

(“Black viens?”) Sebastien asks.

Yes. Not like a pure black aura which is usually hatred, but rather bits of black that seem to slither around inside of one’s aura.

(“Ah shit... It’s a sign of Necromancy. I need to tell the others about this.”) Sebastien says.

N-Necromancy!? Oh dear... Looks like the situation is a little worse than you all originally thought. As Sebastien tells everyone one by one, you can see their auras turning into a dark blue (suspicion) colour.

(“Brodin says its a necromancy spell. Those people are likely just intelligent zombies.”) Sebastien says. (“I’m going to check out the forest near the town. I got a hunch that I want to check out. If you need anything, I asked Brodin and Mina to keep their minds open for you.”)

By yourself Master Sebastien? Isn’t that dangerous?

(“All of you together would only slow me down. I shouldn’t take more than an hour or two. In the meantime you be sure that you keep your own head about you.”) Sebastien warns you before he hops out of the moving wagon and head off towards the forest.

“...There’s the church.” Alex says pointing out to a building, leaning over Brodin’s shoulder. “The Town Hall.”

“...You sure?” Brodins says stopping in front of a building. It’s not the typical picture of a church you see in Amanda’s illegal books, but rather that of a typical two story building. Rather than seeming imposing, you can only see that it seems more friendly than anything else. A sign is out in front, where if you could read it that it’s say it was the town hall.
>>
[2/2]

“They can’t go putting symbols of Illysia on it while in the territory of Lord Articus now can they?” you remind Brodin.

“...Yea true enough I guess.” Brodin says as he hops off the wagon to tie up the horse. “Do you think you guys can handle the Priest?”

“We certainly should be able to Monsieur Brodin, but any reason why you don’t wish to come with us?” Alex asks.

“I want to check out the town. I heard the tavern is... queer and I want to check it out.” Brodin replies to Alex.

“No! No drinking on the job!” Mina says pointing out to Brodin.

Brodin can only sigh as ties the horse to the horse stand.

“What about me?” you ask.

“What about you mon aime? Do you want to come with us to see the Priest or head out with Brodin?” Alex asks you.

“I’ll go with Brodin! I’m not trusting him in a bar!” Mina says.
>>
I have a feeling Brodin is going to do his job rather then get drunk. We should help him out.
>>
>>23950733
Go with the group of adventurers, Mina/Brodin can handle their stuff, but we work best with a group so we can use Leadership.

Though I admit a bit of worry about going to the church given that we're a succubutt.

The 'priest' is apparently a necromancer, I don't think we have to worry too much about holiness there.

Well, how we handle the church will tell us if it's really holy or not.
>>
>>23951212
Yep, that should tell the adventurers something about the priest's legitimacy, no?
>>
[1/3]

“I’ll be heading with you your group Sir Alex, if you don’t mind.” you tell Alex.

“Not at all! We’re always charmed to have such a fine mademoiselle with us.” Alex says taking your hand gently and kissing it.

You graciously accept the kiss on your hand, giving a small smile as Alex does this. You’re no stranger to having this done to you, it being one of the more popular ways in introduce one’s self to a noble after all.

“Coming Mina?” Brodin asks once he’s finished tieing up the horse.

“Coming!” Mina says as she runs after Brodin.

With that, you head along with the Adventurer group and into the building. Knowing that this is a church, you’re somewhat expecting that queasy feeling to be flooding over you once you enter the building. Your tension and nerves seem to go into overdrive, becoming rather hyper-aware of your surroundings. You’re even now constantly using your pre-cognition powers to guess whenever your next step will be a trap.

Entering the building you can only see what appears to be a rather large and spacious opening in the floor. Simple wooden chairs and tables for peasants can be seen lining the floor. On the other end of the spacious room, you can see a man currently working on some sort of prop on stage, hammer in hand and nails in his mouth.

“Father Gregory! We have returned!” Alex calls out to the man on the stage.
>>
[2/3]

“Alex! It is good to hear your voice once again!” the man on the stage says turning around. You can tell that he appears to be a rather large and burly man, well suited for the rigors of townfolk life. No signs of him being priest can be seen on him (at least not colour wise). His aura currently appears to be vermillion (happy), but upon looking over the group it turns over to dark blue (suspicious). “...You’ve been gone for some time my friends! Where are the snow pirates? What of your friends of Pollock and Bass?”

“They... They didn’t make it.” Uilosdir says, a small hint of regret in his voice.

Father Gregory’s facial expression matches the colour of his aura exactly (Orange, shock). It then quickly turns into one of silver (Sadness). “I-I’m... I’m so sorry for your loss comrades. W-what happened?”

“After our little tussle in the bandit camp, we were ambushed by Yeti’s.” Troy says.

“It was only because of the actions of Lady Wendy and her companions that we were able to avoid death.” Alex says motioning to you, using a fake name for you. “They were able to save us but Pollock, Bass, and the other bandits were... not so lucky.”

Father Gregory walks up to you, his rather massive hand seeming to completely wrap around your seemingly petite one, holding it rather tightly yet gently at the same time. His aura is still that of a silver colour, but also switching to vermilion. “Lady Wendy, words alone cannot express how thankful not only I, but nearly everyone in Illysia is of your deed. You and your companions truly went above and beyond the call of duty and what was expected of you, saving your fellow man from savage snow yeti’s.”
>>
[3/3]

The tone of his voice... His inflection... His aura... All of them seem to both feel and sound completely natural. The man feels as if he is nothing but a man who is saddened by the loss of dear comrades yet glad that you managed to help out people unknown to you (even though that was technically Brooklyn).

...Still... You doubt this can be a church. Walking into Amanda’s room made you feel completely ill, but in here you feel no worse for wear. Odd thing is that while you are currently consuming the auras of your allies, your body is not currently eating the aura of Father Gregory. Somewhat odd because as far as you know, this process is automatic.
>>
not to be a dick, but the "mon aime" is wrong if you're using french...

it would be "ma amie" since Erika is a woman... if Erika was a man it'd be "mon ami".

>>
[1/3]

You make a note not to trust his aura for the moment. Master Sebastien warned you that some people could do such things as disguising their auras. Father Gregory could very well indeed be one of them.

“Your compliments are noted Father Gregory, but we only did what we could. If anything, we should be blaming ourselves for not arriving even a minute earlier.” you reply.

“Don’t concern yourself with haves and have nots young lady. You’re correct in that you did exactly what you could do. I wouldn’t ask you to do nothing more or less outside of that. Come, let us all do a silent prayer for the ones who have fallen.” Father Gregory says getting on the stage.

All of you get on your knees and begin to pray in silence. While Father Gregory begins a small eulogy for the fallen, you begin to pray yourself. Not for the fallen people. Oh no, you’re sad they’re gone. Rather you’re praying that whomever Celestial may be listening on this prayer that the don’t notice a demon is also praying and smites you where you kneel. Thankfully, no smiting takes place, in fact you don’t even feel ill at all.

“T-thank you Father Gregory... That was beautiful.” Uilosdir says wiping a tear from his eye.

“It was the very least I could do Uilosdir.” Father Gregory says, putting his hand on Uilosdir’s shoulder. “I assume you’d be staying for the night yes? Given the time I doubt you’d be able to reach the nearest town before sundown.”

“Yes, like it or not we’re stuck here for they night.” Troy replies.
>>
[2/3]

“I assume the inn isn’t full yet Father Gregory?” Alex asks.

“Not at all! Please tell them that I sent you! At the very least it should get you a good homecooked meal!” Father Gregory says.

“Thank you Father Gregory, your generosity knows no bounds.” Alex says. “Have a pleasant day Father.”

“You too my friends!” Father Gregory says waving as he sees you all off.

“...So what now?” Troy asks.

“I say we meet up with Mina and Brodin now. I’d like to see if they have wine at the inn to drink...” Alex says pondering to himself.

“What about Sir Sebastien?” Uilosdir asks.

“Master Sebastien will be the one finding us.” you reply as you walk out of the town hall and towards the inn. “...What time is it anyways? I can feel the sun, but it is hard to tell the difference between night and day with this blasted thing on...”

“4:15 PM. We probably won’t be having much light left given how short the days are in winter.” Uilosdir replies.

“I dislike this blindfold so much...” you complain once again as you head out towards the inn.

It doesn’t take that long at all for both Brodin and Mina to find you. All you do is turn around a corner and they’re already there.

“Oh! Lady Mina! Sir Brodin!” you say somewhat shocked to find them. “Did you find anything in your trip to the inn?”

“Eh... Nothing I’d talk about in polite company.” Brodin says.

You make a symbol of you scratching your head but also pointing at it, hoping that Brodin would get the message at least.

(“Wraith bitch tried to ambush us when we went into the cellar.”) (“I hate their screams so much...”) (“How thick were the doors in that cellar? She was screaming her head off and no one came.”) (“...I think I’ll see about taking a barrel or two back to Fort Hope. Brooklyn’s house could use a good barrel of ale.”) Brodin’s thoughts race out.
>>
[3/3]

Oh dear... That isn’t pleasant. The trip with Father Gregory was seemingly mundane in comparison to yours Sir Brodin. He seemed normal but... The area didn’t feel like a church. Walking into my sister’s room I’d get sick, but in this area I didn’t feel any ill effect. Secondly, I wasn’t eating his aura unlike the rest of the people I come across.

(“Sure sign of two things.”) (“First he knows how to hide and mute his aura.”) (“Or that your body is not eating anything that is considered toxic to you.”) Brodin replies.

“I see you’ve all be taking care of yourselves.” Sebastien says walking out of a nearby alleyway, giving nearly everyone aside from Brodin a scare.

“Master Sebastien!” you exclaim. “How did your expedition go?”

I assume you listened into my conversation as well?

(“I have been, yes.”) Sebastien says taking a long drag on his cigarette. “I found nothing.”

“Oh! Well good! That means we don’t need to worry about anything!” Uilodsir says.

“...The problem is you found nothing right?” Troy asks Sebastien.

“Oui.” Sebastien replies tapping his cigarette.

“...Yea... Animals leaving the area due to ‘something’ spooking them isn’t usually a good sign...” Brodin says.

“I guess this means we’re probably going to have to take some action now.” Uilosdir says.

“Oui... Action indeed.” Alex replies.

(Any plans of approach?)

>>23951679
This whole quest is full of little mistakes like that, he writes quickly.
>>
>>23952467
Hmm, SeaBass isn't all that amazing at Telepathy, that's annoying.

The most likely candidate for causing weird shit is the Priest, he can hide his aura and his true aura is either poisonous or he's really good at disguising it and keeping it untouchable.

Either way it needs to be investigated. Seabass can get more information from his mind than we can, but we shouldn't rely on that too much as he's not amazing at it.

If Uilodsir has any spells that can penetrate such defenses they might be useful now, if not it looks like we'll have to do this investigation the old fashioned way, sneaking into basements and killing things.

Okay, creepy town filled with zombies and a priest who is at lest a necromancer.

I recommend fire.
>>

Uilosdir is mainly a blasto mage. Many of his magics focus on fire.
>>
>>23952537
We should try and figure out if the priest is acting alone or if he's being aided by some outside force.

These two it is. Writing now.

I would have to agree, we should trying gathering such information before we act.
>>
>>23953018
Exactly we don't want to burn the place down only to have necromancers scatter every which way.
>>
>>23953058
Though we might have to act quickly since Brodin encountered the wraith as i'm sure someone noticed that.

“We’d probably need to figure out if this is the work of the priest, or whenever it be from some sort out outside force.” you say to the group in a hushed tone of voice.

“But no matter what, it all comes back to the Priest.” Sebastien says taking a drag on the cigarette.

“Exactly. What we’re going to do is see if we can get some information out of the Priest.” you say. “We’re going to be having a small... talk with him.”

Master Sebastien, can you try and do your best to read the mind of Father Gregory while we talk to him? You’re more skilled at telepathy an I and I doubt he’d willingly let me into his mind.

(“I’ll try my best.”) Sebastien replies. (“I’ll try to remain out of sight while doing this. Hopefully he won’t be able to notice me.”)

“I’ll see if I can try to sneak in and remain out of sight in case things go sour.” Troy adds.

“Oh! Before we go in I think I can get something that show help...” Uilosdir says flipping through his spellbook. “Uh... Um... Ah! Here! Something to help see past lies!”

“That’s *perfect*. Keep a clear head so I can talk to you still.” you say to Uilosdir.

“Now, shall we pay a visit to Father Gregory once more?” you ask the group.

“Let’s.” Alex says as he turns back around to head back to the town hall, all of you in tow.

When you head back to the town hall once more, you can see a few other people up on the stage, setting up what appears to be wooden props with the help of a few other people. You notice that two of these people have black veins in their auras as well.

(“l’ll tell the others.”) Sebastien replies.
>>
[2/2]

“Father Gregory! I thought setting up those props on stage would be pointless with the bandits being all dead! Unless you plan on calling up the spirits of the dead bandits!” Alex says bellowing across the room.

Father Gregory just makes a hearty laugh as he hears this. “The youngsters still got to have a chance to have their own play!”

“We’ve come here to ask you Father Gregory, what need did you have of the snow bandits again?” Alex asks.

Father Gregory looks a bit confused to why you’re asking this.

“We... Were hit on the head. The last few days were a blur and we do need to report this to the guild after all.” you tell him.

“Ah! I see what you mean young lads! Simple! I was just aiming to re-educate the barbarians in order to help bring them into a good and honest life! Our town’s population is in a bit of a decline lately, so I figured this was a good way to get rid of two birds with one stone!” Father Gregory says laughing.

(“That’s a lie.”) Uilosdir says. (“The Re-educate part is truthful, but the rest is not.”)

“What of the animals? I went out for a stroll and I didn’t hear any of them while I was out there.” Alex then asks.

“Oh... I’m pretty sure it is nothing. The animals don’t come too close to the rim of the forest. Too afraid of our ace archers! Scourge of animal and bandit alike!” Father Gregory laughs once again.

(“Lies once again, except for the last part.”) Uilosdir tells you.

(“I can’t get anything out of his head. He’s actively resisting.”) Sebastien tells you.
>>
What the hell. We all know it's going to come to this at some point anyways, so let's just kill him. Once he's dead we can have Brodin wring any answers we want from him.
>>
>>23953438
...Wait. Erika has Precog right? Can we use it to tell what would happen if we attacked or called him out right now? I mean we could use to confirm what we suspect and then come up with a plan?
>>
>>23953438
Not good. But better than nothing. Keep on having questions asked, we might get more from it.

Say that we've noticed some of the townspeople look under the weather and were wondering if he knows if anything was wrong with the people, if he knows of any illness or affliction, it might narrow stuff down a bit and get him to give something away through lying.
>>
You use your precognitive powers, trying to divine what would happen if you tried attacking Father Gregory at this very moment.

...A small chill runs up the line of your back. Yea, attacking him at this current moment would definitely be a backfire in this sort of situation. ...Oh yes! You also have your other superior precognition power with yourself! You’re still not used to this whole psychic business so you had it completely overlooked!

Will Father Gregory attempt to kill us today?

Yes

...Well then that pretty much narrows it down now, doesn’t it?

("...I think he knows I'm here...") Sebastien warns you.
>>
Sounds like a good time to retreat and make some plans.

[1/3]

Sebastien, Uilosdir, I think it is time to retreat from this place. My precognition warns us that he’s going to attempt to kill us some time later on this day. In all likelihood this area we’re in right now is just a trap. It is best just to retreat for the current moment, find a place that is more conductive to have a battle within. ...Brodin how large is the inn?

(“Bit smaller than the Adamant Door.”) (“Smells better too.”) Brodin replies.

Then we’re going to be using that area. Wide open with enough room to move around, lots of exits for a quick getaway, cover from arrow volleys... It’d be the perfect place to defend against an incoming assault then launch our own counterattack when the time is right.

(“Good idea, I’ll tell the others.”) Sebastien says.

“Well that’d be for the moment Father Gregory.” Alex says.

“Oh! You sure you guys leaving tomorrow? You’d be missing the play of the kids!” Father Gregory says to you all. “The kids would like it if real adventurers were here!”

“Hm... We’ll see. Duty calls and all that Father. Have a good day!” Alex waves as you head on over to the inn.

Heading on over to the inn, the gang sees about getting some food for yourselves. Granted that you yourself are a bit full on your aether supplies, so you and Mina only just get a drink of water for yourself.

But just as you go to drink it, your precognitive powers ring out in your head once again that drinking this would be a bad idea.

“Oh man I’m starving...” Uilodsir says as he prepares to cut into his meat.

“...I... Think we should wait a bit...” you say to Uilodsir.
>>
[2/2]

Alex looks down at his pig ribs, then back to you. “...You’re kidding...”

You simply shake your head in response.

Alex can only sigh, putting down his fork and knife while shaking his head. “The first time in months I have a chance to eat pig...” His aura turns into a brown (bitter) colour before muttering a string of french curse words.

“...I guess this makes if official that they don’t want us around any longer.” Sebastien says putting down his own fork and knife.

“...I’m pretty sure the serving girl just ran out of this place.” Brodin says looking towards the kitchen door.

“She did.” Troy replies.

“Then I guess we should prepare this place for company then, shall we?” you ask the group, raising your mug of water in a toast before smashing it against the floor. A Nordic tradition you heard of before.

Looking around, you can see this place has one main entrance. The kitchen, you can safely assume, has one other one. Multiple windows are on the second floor rooms up above in the rooms usually reserved for higher class merchants and anyone related with them. The last exit on the main floor you can think of is the rear door exit of the main room. There’s also the basement but they probably won’t be using that. The kitchen should be stocked with all of the main things you’d find in a peasant inn kitchen. There are however a shocking amount of wooden tables and chairs here. More than enough to clog up all of the exits if need be. ...In fact, some of the alcohol in the barrels downstairs can probably catch fire too... Interesting to note when making your plans.

As you process this information, you can hear and unearthly screech echo into the night air, in where a second later it is followed by nearly a dozen more additional screeches.

“...We need a plan.” Uilodsir says.

“Working on it.” you reply.

“NOW.” Troy says.

“WORKING!” you reply.
>>
At this point, I'm going to have to call it for the night as I'm drowsy as hell. We'll definately be continuing this quest thread tomorrow. In a way this gives more time to plan as well.

I'll throw up on twitter when I'll be continuing tomorrow as well. Now just need to hope this doesn't die.
>>
Well, Uilodsir is a fire specialized mage, right? Can he protect us from fires as well as create them? If so then I'd suggest working a holding action until we get as many as we can in here, then blowing the place up while we use his protection to escape the building and take care of the left overs outside. That seems like a good way to start at least.

We should leave one entrance open or them to focus on, and where we can concentrate fire. Anyone think of a way to utilize the fire without trapping us in here?
>>
>>23954503
Okay, Uilodsir can throw around fire, that's good.

Melee fighters start blocking off entrances to its harder for them to come from multiple directions, we can always remove them later if we need a getaway.

Have barrels of high proof alcohol brought up to the second floor so they can be thrown at the incoming foes and then Uilodsir can set them on fire. We'll be on the Second Floor to command and direct the battle as well as shoot people with the bow, we'll jump in with the sword once that's the optimal choice.

Brodin, Alex, and Mina act as meat tanks, Troy goes after stragglers and the like, he might go in and outside a fair bit, SeaBass and Uilodsir stay on the second floor for the most part and do their thing.
>>
>>23954569
It would involve baiting them inside the inn to fight. Keep two exits open. One in the back, one the front. We'll have to keep one cleared at all times. Get as much of the alcohol on the floor or where ever as possible. Once whoever we're fighting is in we start to back out of the entrance that we've kept cleared. Then light that bitch on fire. Simple plan but question becomes how many of them are we fighting? And should we really set zombies on fire?

My thoughts at least.
>>
>>23954567

Oh yes. I'll list the fire spells Uilodsir has off the top of my head:

Wall of Flame: Makes a wall of flame that harms anything that attempts to cross it, friend or foe. Can be maintained with a minor action.

Fireball: Tosses an explosive fireball that explodes upon impact, friend or roe.

Incinerate: Ignites a single person on fire. The fires are short lived, but quite damaging and easy to stop to spreading to other things.

Fire Burst: A simple attack where it makes a small, fiery explosion around Uilodsir, hitting only enemies. The fires continue to burn for a while afterwards, continuing to damage the opponents.

Fire Sphere: Creates a very large and very hot fireball. Uilodsir can control this with his will and choose to attack with it. Anyone standing next to it is burned, though it takes some will to control.

Astral Shield: Can create a very short lasting, but very durable and strong magical shield that people automatically know how to use. Can be cast on anyone.

Dispel Magic: This should be obvious. Remember that innate things (such as Succubi shapechanging) cannot be dispelled.
>>
>>23954678
The Wall could be really useful. We funnel the enemies through a door and once a manageable chunk are through he throws a wall behind them cutting them off from the rest and letting us tear apart that group.
>>
it might prove helpful to ask Sir Brodin if there is any particular method of fighting Zombies.

Though fortifying the downstairs area to funnel the enemies into a single bottle-neck if a good idea. especially if we can create a 'collapsible' barricade at one of the other exits for a quick escape.

>>23954583
I do like your idea of moving some of the alcohol onto the second floor and using it in a similar fashion as the 'boiling oil' on old castle ramparts...
>>
>>23954678
okay , the inn is made of wood right? if so we definitely don't want him to cast spells on enemies who are inside the inn.

I wonder if brodin will get a bonus from his boss for taking down a necromancer/lich/whatever the priest is. if the priest turn out to be a lich we'll have to check the paperweights.

“Sir Brodin, were there any barrels of high proof alcohol down below?” You ask.

“I didn’t get a good look, but I’d be able to tell if I went back down there.” Brodin says.

“Lady Mina, you and Sir Brodin head down below and get the highest poof you can possibly find!” you order Mina.

“...Aye aye!” Mina says as she and Brodin head down into the basement.

“The rest of use, start breaking apart these tables as a barricade! Make a funnel in the main entrance while setting up a barrier which we can easily collapse for the back door in case we need our escape! Block the kitchen door as best as you can once Lady Mina and Sir Brodin come back up!” You say going over to a table and stomping on it, your newfound strength allowing you to easily reduce it down to parts. “Master Sebastien, Sir Uilodsir, and I will head to the upper floors and use our ranged weapons to pick off as many as we can. Sir Alex, Sir Brodin, and Lady Mina will remain on the lower floors in order to block any from coming in. Sir Troy, you’ll be acting as both a scout for intel and picking off any stragglers!”

“...You know I’m beginning to like you. You’re as good as Pollock when it comes to plan but not nearly as obnoxious.” Troy says as he runs up the stairs to the second floor.

Everyone then gets to work breaking apart the various pieces of furniture in a rather rapid pace, you carefully telling them how to put it in order to make both a proper barricade and one that could collapse quickly in case you need a hasty retreat.

“Where do you want these Erika!?” Mina calls up as she comes back upstairs with two barrels.
>>
[2/2]

“Upper floor!” You say as you put another table against the back wall.

“I can seem them coming now.” Troy says as he looks out of a second story window.

“How many!?” you call back out to Troy.

“The entire town by the looks of it.” Troy replies.

“...Oh what?” you ask. You quickly jump up to the second floor and stick your head out the window. It isn’t the stereotypical town mob armed with pitchforks and torches that you’re worried about, but rather it is the fact that all of the auras are a bright red (anger) while having black veins running through them. Some of them look and appear to be decomposed humans as well, all of them marching towards the inn with silent voices, only the crunch of the snow beneath their boots. All in all, you’d guess that this is about 120 people. On the bright side, most of the inn is completely fortified at this point.

“...I think I’m going to need more ammo.” Sebastien says looking down below.

“As would I Master Sebastien...” you reply as you begin pondering the next move.

I am so glad that Erika has MILITARY TACTICS and LEADERSHIP.

Well AOE is the name of the game. Thankfully we have Uilodsir with us, have Mina fling the large things of alcohol at them which can be conbusted by fireballs to cause bigger burny explosions.

I reiterate that using Wall of Fire to split the enemy forces is a great idea, it allows us to easily pare the Zeds into manageable chunks.

Everyone else uses AoE stuff as well once they get to combat ranges, Brodin can throw Shadow Spike Graveyards at them for example. Mina is much better at one on one fights than groups but she can still be useful. If there are any who really stand out as hyper-dangerous we throw Mina and maybe the Rogue at them.

Erika picks off some with her Bow while they're still far out before switching to sword and getting involved in the melee going after spread out groups, especially those who try to find a way around the barricades or something like that. SeaBass uses Rebounded Shot to catch as many as possible with his rifle.
>>
[1/2]

“... Sir Uilodsir if you may, please start throwing your fireball attacks now.” you calmly tell him.

“Uh? Fireballs? Are they heahahAH!” Uliodsir gasps as he looks out the window to the incoming army below. He quickly opens his spellbook, chanting out some sort of spell in high astral, somewhat hard to follow as your knowledge of it is only passable. Uilodsir’s spellbook glows before a ball of flame appears above his head. With a gesture, he sends it hurling towards the zombie mob.

The zombie mob doesn’t even see the projectile incoming before it is too late. The fireball aiding their dispersion method in the worst possible way for them. Some of the zombies run around screaming while engulfed in flames. You can see a volley of arrows incoming, but you easy manage to step back into the inn before you can hear the thocking of arrows hittng the side of the inn.

“...Master Sebastien, what are you doing?” you ask Sebastien, watching him fill up some empty bottles from a nearby table up with the keg Mina brought up.

“Molotov Cocktails. Might as well try to save the ammo.” Sebastien says as he sticks a rag into one before lighting the rag on fire and hurling the cocktail down the street towards the zombie mob. Once the glass hits one of the zombies, it cracks open and the high-proof alcohol catches fire instantly.

“Keep making them!” you tell Sebastien while you take out your bow. You can notice a few of the quicker ones have already made their way up into the entrance of the inn. You let loose an arrow from your bow, your arrow soaring through the air with the force of a ballastia, the arrow cleanly blowing through the body of the zombie as it tries to run towards the inn.

“Not likely!” Alex says as he attacks one of the zombies entering the room before it even has a chance to react, his scimitar cleanly slicing a rather large and horrid gasp down the zombie.
>>
[2/2]

But as the zombie recoils in pain for a few seconds, thickened blood spewing all over the walls, the zombie begins to twitch. The slowly his wounds begin to knit back up bit by bit until the zombie is about standing up once more! Not only that, but even the one you shot begins to climb up off the ground as if nothing happened!

“What!? That ain’t right!” Mina says in a horrified voice as she watches the zombie regenerate.

“Hm...” Brodin hums to himself, as if thinking something. He then lashes out at the zombie, using his scythe to slice the zombie in half, exposing the zombies putrid organs to the rest of the group.

“Bullseye!” Brodin shouts while reaching into the zombies organs, ripping out the zombie’s heart and crushing it in his hand.

“O... Oh... god...” Mina says as she watches Brodin do this.

Brodin looks down at the zombie for a few moments, remains of the heart in his hand, but the zombie does not rise back up. “...Yea I thought so. Alright, unless you destroy the heart these things are going to keep getting back up. They’re a low quality job, so it appears they still feel pain at the very least.”

“So my spells do nothing!?” Uilodsir asks in horror.

“No they will. Just burn them to ash.” Brodin says in a low voice while raising his scythe once more.

Upon heading this, you can now hear some of the zombies now pounding against the back entrances which you have barricaded.

“THEY’VE BARRICADED THE DOORS! GET THE LADDERS!” you can hear some voices cry out behind the house.

>>23961844
That's what we have Troy for, put him on Ladder duty, he goes after single ones or those who are distracted by trying to set up a ladder or something like that and he backstabs them in the heart. We should join him on that, staying in the house but dealing with anyone who tries to get in that way by knocking the ladder down or stabbing them with a lightsaber we don't want anyone getting in to go after the squishy mage.

Alex and Mina keep the front door clear of the stream of Zeds, they ought to be able to stab or rip out hearts without too much trouble.

Uilodsir keeps on lobbing fireballs but focuses on concentrated fire meant to reduce things to ash. Given that they still feel pain they'll still avoid Walls of Fire, and they still might get ashed by those, so once a fair chunk are in he throws one of those up between the horde and the entrance. Once that's up Mina and Alex can push the horde that's inside back to the Wall forcing them to BURN.

Brodin sticks with Alex and Mina but also throws AoEs with Darkness Control.

SeaBass should consider where a good vantage point to see this battle would be and investigate a bit, I would think that the Priest is watching and directing his goons and that'd be the best use of SeaBass's bullets.

“Sir Troy! You’re now on ladder duty! Take out any zombies going up on the ladders while also knocking them down!” you call out to Troy.

“Got it!” Troy says as he begins to swing through the rafters defty before landing on the second floor.

“Catch!” Sebastien says tossing an unlit molotov to Troy.

“Sir Uilodsir! Keep lobbing fireballs at people! Try to aim for the people already burning to see if you can incinerate them! Master Sebastien, please him him out in that endevour!” you tell Sebastien and Uilodsir.

“Got it!” Uilodsir says as he begins to chant up another firefall. Sebastien meanwhile assisting him by throwing another molotov out into a small batch of the crowd down below.

Looking down below, you can see that zombies are now mainly crowding around the entrance of the building. They’re somewhat spread out to avoid fire, but still rather vulnerable to being hit by area of affect attacks.

“Sir Alex and Lady Mina! Keep doing your best! Sir Brodin, don’t forget to use your darkness magic to make things easier! Like that time Sir Brooklyn did back in the castle!” you tell the people down below.

“When I have a clear shot and make sure that Mina and Alex won’t be impaled as well, sure!” Brodin replies while bringing his scythe down on an opponent, cleanly cutting them in two.

“Ugh... This is so icky...” Mina mutters as she rips the hearts out of the zombies that Alex cuts up.

“Better than being mobbed ma aime!” Alex says as expertly parries a pitchfork from a zombie before delivering an artful repotsie against him, cutting off a chunk off of his torso.

[2/2]

You head back up to the top floor, leaning out the window again just as another volley of arrows comes down. Your barrier quickly activates, slowing down a few of the arrows and forcing them off course. It skims the side of your armour, but the patchwork armour holds true. You use your aura sight to see the archers off in the distance on nearby rooftops. Using your telekinetically boosted arrows, you begin to fire off shots towards the enemy archers. You try to aim for their hearts, but given the distance it is rather hard to do even with your powers, so for the moment you just try to make due by delaying the enemy archers.

It is then something catches your mind. An aura that is far larger, with twitching black veins as thick as knotted rope. You turn your head to try and catch a better view, but you’re only able to see the foot of the figure as it disappears behind the alleyway.

“Erika! The wall!” Mina calls out to you.

Looking over, you can see that a section of the Eastern wall of the inn is literally beginning to just rot at an alarming degree. The study wood slowly beginning to turn deep brown and crumble. So soft that the axes and pitchforks of the nearby zombies are having an easy time chopping through the decayed wood. It won’t be long before they break in.

>>23962476
Bugger. We need to take out the bigger one or at least distract him. Sebastien is doing to least here right now as he's loath to waste bullets on mooks like this, he and Troy are also the members of our party best suited to independent action. So give Sebastien the last known location of the big Aura and have him move out to fuck with it.

Uilodsir sets up a Wall of Fire close to the Eastern Wall, not close enough to burn apart the wall significantly but to prevent the Zeds from getting to it more and effectively attacking it. If there are too many that will be stuck between the wall and the Fire and that will still take down the wall we can deal with them with sword and arrow.

The rest of the party, Brodin, Mina, Alex, and Troy keep at what they're doing.
>>
>>23962476
Might want to consider setting up a trap for the Inn. Something that involves fire would be good. I doubt we'll be able to hold this position for much longer and since we seem to have a good target as to where to take our offense to (the alleyway) might as well start planning for that.
>>
>>23962661
That's what I meant, the Zeds are outside the wall, the Wall of Fire should be right on top of those fucking Zeds.
>>
[1/2]

“Master Sebastien! You and Sir Troy are the best independent operators! I saw some nasty aura head into the eastern alleyway! Please see if you can do something about that!” You call out to Sebastien.

“On it.” he says as he throws one more cocktail down below before running over to the area of the house filled with rooms.

“Sir Uilodsir! Put up a firewall there, but be careful not to light the inn on fire!” you tell Uilodsir.

“Just give me five seconds!” Uilodsir says as he begins chanting.

The zombies are now breaking down the rest of the wall, the first bit of them now crawling into the room.

“Do it in three!” Brodin demands as he swings his scythe to cut off the legs of a person before slamming the blade directly into their heart.

“BURN!” Uilodsir says as he points his finger directly at the alleyway where the zombies are breaking through. Pillars of flame rise up from the ground, consuming the zombies in the alleyway. A few try to run away, but Uilodsir moves his finger in a line, engulfing the retreating zombies in flame as they try to run away. The smell of burning rotten flesh can be smelled in the room as the zombies continue to burn.

Mina now switches gears as well, grabbing and hurling some zombies into the nearby burning alleyway. Both Brodin and Alex continue fighting to the best of their ability, limbs flying everywhere as the lower floor of the room begins to fill with clotted blood and rotting organs.
>>
[2/2]

You begin to take aim with your own bow, switching to fowling tipped arrows and begin to fire at the zombies who are running out of the flame, sending them flying back into the burning alleyway in where they continue to be incinerated.

“There! Firewall up! I set it up so it’s burning the entire alleyway but I cannot change the shape of the wall once it is up!” Uilodsir warns you.

As soon as Uilodsir says his, you can hear the near deafening shots of Sebastien’s weapon go off down the nearby hall from you. You cannot see through walls unlike Master Sebastien, so you don’t know what is going on. Also you’re nearly out of arrows at this point, only having three left. The arrows you shot into the fire obviously have no use anymore.

Start TKing any arrows embedded in zombie flesh. Lets spend a few moments doing a quick precog to see where the next danger is going to occur. If we can locate the priest in all this even better.

Switch to the PLS Saber, use Slashkinesis and normal melee and help with the Zeds, stay on the fringes of combat and keep directing people.

Trust the Seabass, he can take care of himself, let him do his thing.

Honestly we're at a happy pace right now, everyone is doing their thing, though make sure that Troy is still doing okay on Ladder duty and keeping our flanks safe, check in on him mentally, make sure he doesn't need backup, if he does we can go to support him.

Mina, Brodin, and Alex have found a good rhythm and there aren't any other pressing issues that require their attention so let them do their thing.
>>
>>23963230
that was retireve arrows via TK, relazied I wasn't exactly clear.

[1/2]

You decide to use some precognition to see where the next attack would be coming from, trying to use yourself as a target.

(“The front door.”) (“Raining from the ceiling.”) (“Flying in through the windows launched by catapults.”) (“Climbing over their bodies to reach the rear exit.”) (“Making food in the kitchen before coming at you with frying pans.”)

...Oh right. If you attempt to use yourself as the target for something twice in a row it often gives you back many answers, regardless of how stupid they sound. The real answer could be buried in there under a mountain of garbage.

But by the looks of how things are going, you may not need to worry all that much. Everyone seems to be getting into a feel of things as they continue to fight down below. Funneling them is seeming to work rather well. Alex, Mina, and Brodin seem to be handling themselves rather well for the current moment without getting completely overwhelmed. You take this chance to take out your PLS saber while using your telekinesis to grab a few arrows that are not burnt to a crisp. About six of them are in still usable condition.

Suddenly you can see the kitchen barricade now failing. The zombies now pulling it apart piece by piece. A few of the zombies already straggling through the gaps of the barricade.

“They’re coming in through the kitchen!” Brodin says as he runs over to slice the head off one of the kitchen zombies, barely managing to block a stab with a pitchfork from another zombie.
>>
[2/2]

Hm... This is bad... If they break through the kitchen entrance then you’re probably going to be overrun now in a bit... Judging from how the upstairs seems to be zombie free, Troy must be doing fairly good work himself while on ladder duty.

“I can use a hand over here!” you hear Sebastien call down from the hallway while another gunshot goes off.

Ugh... So many places to be... Only one you...

I vote Seabass. Killing the big guy quick, then the both of us can run back.

We'll head to Seabass. He could use some help.

Since Troy is doing well on ladder duty inform him to split his attention between Ladder Duty and backstabbing the ones beating through the Kitchen. Uilodsir can also drop some AoE on the ones trying to bust the Kitchen wall if it won't distract him too much from his current AoE stuff and the Wall.

There are economics actually. One of the reasons you haven't taken over your beginning city yet is because if you did, your townsfolk would be fucked due to no supplies.

At this point, if we make a break and kill whatever it is Sebastien is fighting we could more than likely make a strong push for the church and finish this fight.

“Fall back to the stairs! Hold for as long as you can before pulling back to the hallways! I need to check on Master Sebastien!” you call down to the people below as you race down the hallway.

As you turn down, you notice Troy in a room, stabbing a zombie in the heart and slicing the throat of it before he kicks down the ladder, tossing the molotov down afterwards. “They’re getting more ladders! I’m not sure how much longer I can keep this up!” Troy says as he runs out of the room and to the next one.

As you round the corner, you nearly trip over Sebastien’s cannon. Looking down the hall you can see Sebastien punching Father Gregory’s in the stomach. Father Gregory now appears to be even taller and more imposing than was back at the town hall, easily have grown another foot with muscles nearly as wide as your torso. Sebastien keeps punching him in the stomach, but Father Gregory just seems stand there with a large smile on his face, the blows seemingly having no effect on him.

Just as Sebastien pulls back, using his TK to grab a knife from his hand, Father Gregory punches Sebastien. The very impact of which shakes the walls of the inn and sends Sebastien sailing through the air before skidding on his back, coming to a rest just below your feet.

“What the fuck!?” Sebastien says coughing as he tries to get back up on his feet after the blow.
>>
[2/2]

As he attempts to get back up, Father Gregory begins to charge down the hallway, his hard and thick steps booming throughout the house. Sebastien uses his TK power to throw the knife at the charging monster, but Father Gregory merely swats it away as if it were a lazy fly.

“Master! Look out!” you say as you use your Telekinetic powers to push Sebastien out of the way to avoid being trampled by the monster, only to caught by the stampeding monster. It feels as if you’re being hit with a solid slab of stone moreso than a flesh and blood creature.

Father Gregory continues to charge down the hall, blasting you through a door of a room and out of a nearby window. Crashing through a nearby window, you sail across the alleyway before impacting the roof of a nearby house, falling deep into the snow that exists on the ceiling.

You give yourself a small cough, seeing some of your multicoloured blood on your hands. The suit took most of the damage but you certainly felt that one.

“You bastards sure have a lot of guts to try and stop me here.” Father Gregory gloats while cracking his knuckles.
>>
>>23964321

Fire off a couple of arrows at Gregory, preferably at his eyes. never know, he might not be used to fighting blind, and maybe they won't regen...

Then draw the PLS Saber and unleash the fury upon him!
>>
>>23964321
Okay, it's Swordy time. Get our Saber out, start by using Slashkinesis on him, drawing him towards us. Once he's in melee with us we can use our Precog to keep from getting hit too hard, fight defensively, keep him occupied, let Seabass set up a shot and use 'A Certain Psionic Railgun' at Medium to put a massive hole through the fuck or Rebounded Shot to hit him a lot of times, up to him depending on how tough this fucker is to penetrate, his Accurate Shot ability combined with our Precog should leave us safe from getting hit.
>>
>>23964321
"Why's that?"
He seems like the type who likes monologuing his evil plans. Let's get some info on what's actually going on here.
>>
>>23964321
okay first resist the desire to shout "TANK!" over the top of our lungs because seriously where did that come from.
then use telekinesis to make as much knife as possible fly then use them to stab him to death if setting up the knife storm takes time try >>23964595 while doing this grab and throw seaBass his rifle.
once this is all over stab him with our saber, hopefully it'll do wonder.
if all of that fail scream for brodin's help, he dealt with this sort of shit before and will know how to kill it... hopefully.
by the way sand if brodin used his HORSEMAN OF THE APOCALYPSE: DEATH (Basic) special how long would it last and would he be out of the fight for good (too tired to do anything)?
>>
[1/3]

You use your sleeve to wipe the blood from your mouth before you slash at him with your saber.

Father Gregory is caught off guard from the attack, not expecting your mid-air slash to actually do something. He quickly raises his arms to cover up his face as he quickly begins to move backwards from your assault.

Once you have enough room to leap safely towards the ledge and use precog to check, you leap across the gap and back into the room. You leave your saber uncharged at the moment, as you want to charge that up the moment you have a killing blow. But for the moment you continue to fight defensively.

You use your sword to make a quick attack at Father Gregory, hearing the sound of your sword scraping off his hand as he parries it. You’re not surprised by this, but rather keep your cool and your assault.

Father Gregory seems to catch onto this, his attacks now coming more and more quickly. He brings his fist back to punch you, ripping through the wooden walls of the house with seemingly no effort as he goes to punch you. You barely manage to pull your head back in time, feeling the air pressure left you in the wake of his blow, forcing you take a few steps back in fear of a follow up.

It is then that Troy appears from a nearby room, darting out with knives in hand as he attempts to stab Father Gregory in the back.

Father Gregory seems to have seen this coming, for he spins around and grabs Troy’s knife in his hand with seemingly no injury.

“WHAT!?” Troy asks as he sees Father Gregory grasping the blade.

“Nice knife.” Father Gregory says grinning to himself before he closes his grip, reducing the metal knife to pieces in his hand. Troy barely has time to react before he is booted by Father Gregory down the hall, soaring through the air and crashing through the door on the other side.
>>
[2/3]

“What in the name of the infinite realms are you!?” you yell at him as you begin to charge back at the man once again.

“Don’t confuse for those holy man pansies of Pollock and Troy!” Father Gregory says rushing towards you, literally not caring about the sword slash you seemed to be in the middle of. He begins to give you a bear hug, one so tight that it feels as if you were being crushed by mountain. “I could break Langy in two if given half a chance!”

You grit your teeth as you bear with the hug. You try using both your strength and psionic powers to break out, but this man’s strength is truly monsterous.

BANG

Sebastien’s cannon sound rings out, firing through the wall to impact Father Gregory. The sheer force of impact causes him to stumble and him to release his grip on you.

You stumble back, sucking in a deep breath of fresh air once more, but only to be interrupted by the a sharp pain in the backside of your shoulder.

“GAH!” you shout out in pain, turning around to see a villager behind you. You point an outstretched hand towards him, blowing him out the way you came and through the roof of the next house.

Looking forward, you can see that Father Gregory get back up despite the shot that Sebastien landed on him.
>>
[3/3]

This is bad... There are still zombies coming into the house, each one requiring special action to finish off which requires time you don’t have. Worse you have Father Gregory which even with three of you teaming up on him it is rather difficult to assault him.

...Probably time to kick it up a notch yourself then?

(NEW UNIQUE SKILL! Erika learned Psionic Focus! This ability combines both Precognition and Telepathy to constantly analyze the surroundings, knowing exactly when an opponent will strike so you can defend and where to hit for maximum effectiveness. This is a special technique similar to Mina’s focus but mainly serves to increase Erika’s psionic abilities and damage with psionic based weaponry. It does come with a cost in that using it for too long counts as pushing Erika’s powers. The more ranks in this skill, the more she can remain in this mode without it pushing Erika to the next warning level [Which remember, is bloody nose -> Headache -> Blood from ears -> Migraine]. Like Mina's focus, the aether cost is constant so long as it remains up)
>>
>>23965166
It's time to turn it up a notch. Turn Psionic Focus on, keep on fighting him, when we have a good opportunity stab him somewhere vital as we turn it on, keep him occupied with us so that Sebastien can keep on pounding him with ACPR shots. Don't let him turn around.

It might be prudent to have Brodin go full Horseman for this, and join us against this fucker.

Big Guy, he's the one we're having trouble with, we want him down ASAP and Brodin makes a perfect Tank for this.

If his commands to lesser spirits of death includes the Zeds, which seems unlikely, he can make them kill each other, which is cool.

[1/3]

“Alright then... Let’s see what I’m really capable of...” you mutter as you begin to focus. As you do, you can see everything in the world to get... sharper. Colours and objects appear to be more vivid, less shifting in a way. Looking out in front of you, you can see several possible futures, shown by ghostly outlines and display the most likely futures. A symphony of voices also arise in your head, constant verbal chatter of the voices of people from the future and present, nearly impossible to make out for anything but noise, but still not impeding your normal hearing in the slightest.

“SIR BRODIN! WE ARE IN NEED OF YOUR ASSISTANCE!” you bellow out below as you begin to charge towards Father Gregory once more.

“Don’t you be getting cocky kid!” Father Gregory says as he aims a punch at you.

(“Collarbone!”) (“Follow up with blow to the head!”) you hear Father Gregory’s thoughts in your head, his voice sound more sick and twisted that what it actually is in reality.

You ignore the two outlines of yourself getting punched in the face and follow the one of where you slide along on the floor. You swing your sword in violent and uncontrolled motions, going full out while Father Gregory is left defenseless. Your attacks rip through his shirt and up into the ceiling themselves, sending chunks of wood raining down. Once you’re finished sliding, you quickly flip back up to your feet, sword in hand.

Father Gregory’s shirt is now in shambles, falling off his body piece by piece. It is at this point you realize that what is under Father Gregory’s shirt isn’t flesh at all, but rather many pieces of bone that appear to be interlocked with each other right up to his face. No wonder your weapons from earlier slid off of him. Those bones on him are as thick as any sort of armour.
>>
[2/3]

He rushes towards you once again, you running headlong into meeting him into combat once more. As he attempts to do an overland slap to take off your head, you bend over like a reed, swirling your sword around with you. Father Gregory attempts to make a few more attacks at you, but each type you quickly bend your body back. The doors and walls around you begin to fall apart with the constant yet accidently slashing you are doing to them while you dodge Father Gregory’s attacks.

It is then that Brodin comes up the stairs, scythe in hand. “Alex and Mina are on the stairs, but they don’t k- ...Oh...” Brodin says as he notices the scene between you and Father Gregory in the hallway.

“I ain’t lettin’ some damn Reaper get in the way of my plans!” Father Gregory says hopping away from you before running over to meet up with Brodin.

You quickly reach out with your telekinesis, using your powers to try and slow down or at least hold the monster in place. But even while focusing it is as if you’re trying to hold back nature’s fury itself.

Then you notice Father Gregory noticeably slowing down. Looking next to you, you can see Sebastien leaning out of the room, hand outstretched as he assists you in trying to hold back this monster.

“BRODIN! NOW!” Sebstien shouts out to him.
>>
[3/3]

Brodin seems to close his eyes and concentrate for a few moments. Before he suddenly opens them up and looks as if he’s having a seizure. His aura seems to vanish completely, collapsing in on itself before exploding outward into a pitch black cloak. Brodin seems to grow until he’s nearly eight feet tall, no feet visibly whatsoever from beneath his cloak. Brodin’s scythe warps from appearing to be a simple farming tool to one straight out of one’s nightmares, blade on both sides of it to show that it no longer reaps wheat but men. It is difficult to make out his form, but yet easy at the same time. For his figure is coloured in the darkest black that you have ever seen against a bright and vibrant background.

“YoU’rE tImE hAs CoMe To Be JuDgEd NeCrOmAnCeR...” the chilling voice threatens as it raises its scythe.

Father Gregory breaks loose from your grip after Brodin transforms. He looks up at Brodin and gives a small chuckle. “Cute trick farmer, but I’m not so easily impressed. As once I’m finished with you...” Father Gregory then looks back and points at you. “You and the rest of Fort Hope are next.”
>>
>>23966190
Okay, I think Brodin knows what to do, beat the fuck out of Father Gregory with his Scythe, lots of Gravity Scythe Crusher and Crossing the River Styx for status effects. Don't hold anything back.

While Brodin does that we stab him in any vulnerable locations we find, turning the PLS Saber on, we want as much hurt as possible.

Sebastien keeps on shooting the fuck, fully power ACPR shots.

>>
[1/3]

You hold back for the moment, waiting to see if you can find a good time to attack him while he’s distracted with Brodin.

Father Gregory roars forward towards Brodin, arms reaches back in a blow before he lunges forward, hammering Brodin in what you think to be his legs. The impact causes literally the entire house to vibrate with the shot.

Despite the devastating blow, Brodin only slides back about a meter before coming to a complete stop, much to Father Gregory’s surprise.

“YoUr BlOwS aRe MeAnInGlEsS... cOmE... aCcEpT tHe InEvItAbLe...” Brodin rasps once more before he raises his scythe.

Brodin then swings his scythe, the small confines of the room being absolutely no problem as his scythe seems to rot the wood to a point where he seems to cut through it as it were air. Father Gregory attempts to defend against the attack, bringing his hands up to deflect Brodin’s blade in a burst of sparks. Brodin seems to have Father Gregory pinned down as his scythe sweeps back and forth down the hallway, obliterating the wooden walls and fixtures in his path.

“Here boy! Catch!” Sebastien says levitating his blade over for Troy to use, whom catches it without a beat while he strides towards Father Gregory. He appears to be injured, but has a grit of determination on his face

You join up with Troy to take this chance, charging your PLS saber so that it begins to glow a bright green in your hands. You charge Father Gregory alongside Troy, aiming to make a devastating overhead strike

Troy jumps on Father Gregory’s back, stabbing his knife directly into Father Gregory’s back, twisting the blade around inside since he cannot get the entire thing in. You swing down your PLS saber directly on top on his shoulder, the green psionic energy easing your passage into his sickened flesh, but even then you can get no more than a few inches inside of his flesh. Quite a shock since you’re able to slice through stone normally without much effort with it on
>>
[2/3]

Father Gregory roars in pain, quickly whipping his arm back hard enough to hit you and send you crashing through a nearby wall. A dull feeling spreads throughout your battered body as you slowly come to once again, you can see Gregory holding up a squirming Troy in his hands as a meat shield towards Brodin. You can see Gregory taking a few steps back before he pushes Troy towards Brodin and leaps out of the ceiling, sending bits and pieces of wood down below as he leaps out.

You’re not going to let him get away that easily. You quickly run over and jump up the hole Father Gregory left behind, Brodin coming up after you. The first thing you can see upon getting back up on the ceiling is that Father Gregory has now lifted up an entire wagon over his head, straining himself before he flings the entire thing at you. Looking down at the ground, you can still see there about about 60 or so zombies just around the house.

“Sir Brooklyn... Where are you...” you mutter to yourself.

*ELSEWHERE*

“Ah... AH... AHCHOO!” you say sneezing to yourself.

“...Are you alright Lady Sara?” Amanda asks you.

“Tissue?” Leona offers you.
>>
[3/3]

“Thank you Leona dear...” you say wiping your nose. “I guess I’m not used to all of these strong smelling sweets...”

“Yes she did bring a lot of them this time, didn’t she...” Amanda says, looking down at the array of sweets while sipping her tea. “Shall I ask her to bring them back?”

“Heaven’s no! They’re perfectly fine! I do so enjoy eating some nice pastries with my tea!” you exclaim.

“...Um... Is Erika really alright?” Leona asks nervously while looking at her tea.

“I’m sure she’s doing just fine.” you reply as you sip your tea.

>>
>>23967118
First, dodge the wagon, that's a given.

Have Sebastien keep on unloading augmented Psionic Railgun shots into his stupid fucking face. Brodin charges the guy and keeps him tied up in melee, we keep Focus on and backstab the jerk.

Pull Mina out from Zombie duty and have her join Brodin and us in piling on this ugly fucker, she ought to be able to cause some major damage with Byakko Ko.
>>
He's running. That's a good sign.

My instincts say keep pressure on him, but I'm a little worried about the others. Maybe send Troy back? He doesn't seem that effective against the necromancer.
>>
>>23967334

we can try to make him drop the wagon on himself...
with an arrow to the knee...

though mayhap a shot into one of his wounds could cause him to flinch, thusly dropping the wagon on-top of himself...
>>
Dodge the wagon, try to deal with some of the zombies.

Also pointing out the possibility:

[03:38] <Jokarun> does brodin have a way of calling in some kind of reinforcements to deal with an overly powerful necromancer?
[03:40] <@Sandact6> Long term yes, short time (like this very moment) no. He'd need to wait a few days

If we can corner him but not end him, we could call in the cavalry.
>>
>>23967426
Too bad we aren't strong enough to telekineticallyull his feet out from under him.
>>
>>23967274
When? Erika was questioning Mina about why she referred to Brooklyn as male in the last thread, and Mina made up some shitty excuse.
>>
>>23967440
Or, if we managed to get him restrained but not dead (assuming he isn't already) we could feed him to the queens. Probably enough energy for Amanda right there. Assuming we want to risk the trip back with him.
>>
>>23967465
His talking about how, just before we introduced Erika to the queens, we shifted into our natural form and told her who we were. We neglected to tell her that we were a demon lord because it really wasn't an appropriate time.
>>
>>23967494
I don't think that is an option here seeing we are controlling Erika, not Brooklyn.
>>
>>23967494
I'm picturing a trussed necromancer in a cart being used as a chair by a tetsubo-wielding Mina.
>>
>>23967523
Mina, Sebastian and Brodin would probably think it up on there own. Not sure if we want the adventurers to meet the queens again, but I'm sure Janine would enjoy having something to do (refining her work on their minds).
>>
>>23967494
I think that'd be a bit too much of a risk, lots of potential power but a lot of work to get him back there and have him not break out and cause trouble.

Also, if his Aether is anything like Brodin's, we don't know if it is or not but it seems quite possible that it's close, than it won't work, it'll be poisonous. This is supported somewhat by the fact that we didn't drain anything from his Aura when we were around him.
>>
>>23967532
I very much like this image. Thank you anon.
>>
>>23967578
Hmm, hadn't thought of that. I suspect the queens might have work arounds (at least Oksana and Miyu should), but that does make killing him much more tempting.
>>
>>23967634
> I suspect the queens might have work arounds

There's no guarantee of that, better to just air on the side of caution and kill him.
>>
>>23967634
They might but it pushes the odds in favor of just killing him here and now.

Getting him to the Queens alive would be a complete bitch on fire with many opportunities for everything to go horribly awry.

I mean I suppose if we manage to utterly subdue him we could give him a kiss, test how poisonous his Aether is and if it's safe consider taking him back, but that seems like an extra step that we only take if we just happen to render him a non-threat and break every single bone in his body.

[1/3]

You quickly jump out of the way of the incoming cart. If one of the futures you saw just comes true... it won’t be good.

Reaper Brodin swings his scythe at the incoming cart, slicing it cleanly in half, but only to be tackled down to the ground by Father Gregory himself. Reaper Brodin slides up the roof with Father Gregory, lying down on the ground with Father Gregory on top of him.

Father Gregory raises his fist high into the air, coming down on Brodin with enough force to make even the packed snow on the roof vibrate.

“Die! Die!” Father Gregory says punching Reaper Brodin with fists, his blows getting faster and faster until it seems only a blur. Reaper Brodin’s body withstands this abuse while it is being literally pummeled into the building itself. Finally Father Gregory raises his hand up into the air, unholy power flexing his muscles causing them to bulge out even more. “DIE YOU PIECE OF SHIT!”

The next blow that Father Gregory brings down on Reaper Brodin with the force of an angry god, causing a virtual explosion of wood splinters and snow to rain down from up above the sky. You hardly miss a beat as you reflect the bits and pieces raining down while you dash over to the hole where Brodin was hammered down into.

Glancing down it appears that Father Gregory literally hammered Brodin all the way down into the kitchen. It appears they have landed on some zombies, but Father Gregory hardly seems concerned. Father Gregory barely has time to backflip out of the way of Reaper Brodin’s scythe swing.
>>
[2/3]

It is then that Reaper Brodin spins his scythe around before slamming the hilt into the ground, making an eeire mist fill the air. Even with your aura sight up, it appears as mist would normally appear to the senses. You wonder what is going on at first, before you suddenly notice the zombies below suddenly begin screaming. Slowly appritions appear all around the zombies doing all sorts of unspeakable things to them. Setting them on fire, attacking them with putrid weapons, causing some others to begin attacking their own allies, while others just scream in horror as they slash their own eyes to escape the horrors around them before beginning to stab themselves in the chest. Even Father Gregory seems to be taken hold by this effect, seeing his bone armour around him become charred.

You don’t waste any more time, releasing a barrage of ranged slashes down below at
Father Gregory, ripping through the floorboards as you continue to barrage him. Sebastien following suit, firing his cannon to blow through the floor to hit Father Gregory.

The attacks seem to hit dead on. Sebastien’s cannon hitting Father Gregory directly in the stomach while your sword slashes continue to barrage him from above.
>>
[3/3]

Looking behind you to investigate a noise, you can see that a ladder has been put up to the roof. Two zombies are now running towards you, pitchfork and knife in hand as they begin to blindly charge towards you.

To further complicate matters, you look over to see that thick smoke is now rising from the other side of the inn. It seems that the inn has now caught fire and is now burning itself...
>>
Well that takes care of most of the zombies.

Shall we get the others out of the Inn and here to help drop Greg?
>>
>>23968346

throw the two zombies off the roof, hitting the ladder if possible. The Inn being on fire is a mixed blessing as if we can bury Father Gregory in the rubble, the fire will consume him and either weaken or out right kill him. However, getting him in that position without ending up there ourselves is the tricky part.

I continue to suggest firing arrows into either his wounds or eyes. I fear we may be pushing our powers at this rate, as Queen Janine warned us of the negative repercussions of straining our power too much, and it did not sound like a pleasant experience, so I would rather not test out that now...
>>
>>23968346
I'm very glad Brodin was in Reaper for that.

For the two Zombies behind us don't worry about taking them down permanently, just use ranged Slashes to remove their legs from them and then TK to throw their legs far away, they'll be down for long enough for us not to give a fuck. After that return to continuing the barrage on Father Gregory and yelling out orders, encouragement, making full use of Leadership.

Sebastien keeps on blamming Gregory with his Cannon, just keep on sending fully powered ACPR shots into him.

Brodin should hit Gregory with Gravity Scythe Crusher about now, get as much damage as possible while he's still Reaperized. Get Mina to charge Gregory, hit him with the most powerful stuff she can.

We haven't had any severe symptoms from using our powers yet so I'm not that worried, if we start bleeding from the nose then we worry.
>>
>>23968346
Welp. If we can, TK the zombies off the roof, along with the ladder. We'll have to deal with them quickly. By that I mean kick them, hard, off the roof.

Keep pressing the attack against the good Father. Don't let up on him at all.
>>
>>23968512
>We'll have to deal with them quickly

>If not, we'll

There was supposed to be a 'If not' there. I don't know what happen to it.
>>
Oh yes! Nearly forgot!

Erika's nose is now bleeding at this point. She feels no ill effect otherwise though.
>>
>>23968639
Ah, well we should still keep on going, we need to take this guy down, we'll really worry once we hit the bloody ears.
>>
[1/2]

You decide to react to the zombies on the roof, using your psychic powers to send a telekinetic blast of energy, sending the zombies soaring off the roof and over to another place a few houses away. You then use your powers to crush the top bit of the ladder before pushing it off as well.

“We now have them on the run! Please keep it up everyone! Lady Mina! We require your aid in the kitchen! Sir Alex, fall back into the hallway! Sir Troy, if you can still move please support Sir Alex in whatever way you can!” you begin barking out orders down below.

Sebastien is now forced to reload his weapon, quickly swapping out one magazine of ammo for another. Reaper Brodin down down below seems to get smaller and smaller before he finally shrinks down more and more until he takes the shape of normal Brodin once more. His anima still missing as Brodin now seems to be dressed back up into his reaper cloak once more.

“CCCCCCOOOOMMMMMMIIIINNNNGGGG!” Mina chrips loudly as you can hear the walls of the inn below being destroyed one by one. The sounds get louder and louder before Mina punches her way through the kitchen wall.
>>
[2/2]

“KKKKKEEEEERRRRRRPOW!” Mina says as her white fist impacts Father Gregory, sending him flying through the stone wall of the kitchen as if were soft down snow before sending him into a nearby house, collapsing it down on top of him.

It only takes but a second later for Father Gregory to burst free from the rubble that has been collapsed on him. His roar being as deafening as Sir Sebastien’s gunshot rounds while other zombies who went to check up on him are also blown violently back along with the wood. Looking back down on him, he appears to be in fairly rough shape now. While his body may not show it, his aura seems to be a bit weaker now compared to what it was before.

[1/2]

“Everyone! Keep going! Don’t hold anything back against him!” you cry out as you leap down from the ceiling. Mina and Brodin runs up along your side you join up with you for the final assault.

“Die you pieces of shit!” Father Gregory calls out, taking his fist back as he prepares to bring it down on you, only to have it deflected by Brodin quickly lashing back out with his scythe at him.

“Too slow!” Brodin calls out after the deflection.

Father Gregory stumbles backwards, the expression his face matching his pitch black aura of pure hate. “I’ll break you like twigs!” Father Gregory roars, only this time his fist hurls through the air at a speed where even with your focus on it says that you’d be hit by it.

“YOU WON’T BREAK MY FRIENDS!” Mina says bringing her own fist towards him, throwing all of her weight into the blow to meet up with Father Gregory’s, with a speed just as swift as Father Gregory’s. The impact of the blow blows all of the loose snow around you away, before it also hurls Mina a few meters away as well. Mina shaking her fist from the horrific impact of it.

Father Gregory’s sight now focuses on you. He begins to charge towards you, arms outstretched and screaming in rage. Brodin attempts to block him but is only swatted aside as Father Gregory charges towards you.

You begin to unleash a flurry of blows back onto him with your ranged attacks, forcing him to parry them with his hands. These attacks do seemingly nothing to him, but that’s what you’re after... Oh no... You see a better future ahead of you aside from being crushed.
>>
[2/2]

A loud bang echo’s throughout the night air as Sebastien’s cannon rings out, blowing through the inn’s wooden walls and impacting Father Gregory in the chest. You can see Father Gregory flinch from the attack, seeing the muscles even under his bone armour react in surprise.

“NOW!” you scream as you duck under Father Gregory’s clinch attempt, flipping your PLS saber’s grip, activating the sword with full power and ramming it right into his stomach and clean through the other side of his body!

Blood flies out from Father’s Gregory’s mouth, his aura going into a bright Orange colour from shock.

From sheer exhaustion, you take a step back and observe your work. Your PLS saber now clearly punched through his body, coagulated blood now spilling out from his wound and his mouth.

You gasp and wheeze with all of your might. You’ve never, ever been tested like this before. But that blow... While Father Gregory may be standing, there is absolutely no way that didn’t affect him in some way or another. It’s probably taking everything he’s got just to remain standing at this point.

(How do you want to finish him?)
>>
>>23970118
Cut him in half by lifting our blade straight up, in an uppercut motion.
>>
>>23970118
Quickly and efficiently, take whatever energy we have left and rip the sword diagonally upwards and towards the center as far as we can so we get the spine if nothing else, if we're lucky we'll cut him in half, more likely we'll just have a massive hole through him that'll kill him.
>>
>>23970202

and throw him into the inferno that will soon engulf the inn...

now would be a good time to ask Sir Brodin if killing him will release or kill all the other zombies.
>>
>>23970254
No kill confirmation on a necromancer? No.
>>
Take his head.
>>
>>23970384
I'm going to agree with this. We need a kill confirmation. No part two for this guy.
>>
[1/2]

You quickly run towards Father Gregory, grasping your sword once again and activating the PLS saber mode. The sabers usual quiet hum is drowned out by Father Gregory’s gurgling sounds.

You grit your teeth and throw everything you’ve got into the attack. Using your higher than normal strength to force the saber upwards through his ribcage, before finally giving a psionic push upwards, the sword cleanly cutting up and out of his body. Blood flies from the wound as the two pieces of his body fly away from each other.

“THE HEART! GET THE HEART!” Brodin screams out at you holding several zombies at bay.

“IT’S OVER!” you scream as you reach for the Necromancer’s heart within his flying torso. It offers resistance, but you don’t care. You pull out the sickened creature’s heart from his chest, ripping out several major blood vessels that are attached to his heart.

You look down at the twisted mockery he calls for a heart. The heart still beating despite the rotten tissue it is composed of, but still seeming to have its own ribcage of sorts. You put all the power around your hands, suppressing your urge to vomit as you crush the heart in your hand, bits of rotten flesh and blood flying out from the heart as you crush it.

As you do this, Father Gregory’s aura seems to sputter at first before then starting to quickly die down, as a flame slowly being suffocated.

“F-F-Father is dead!” One of zombies says as you hold the remains of his heart in your hands. “FATHER IS DEAD! RETREAT!”
>>
[2/2]

With that said, all of the zombies begin to make a full retreat out of the inn and town. Looking over the remains, you judge that there are at least 40 or so left.

“GO! DON’T LE-” you stop in mid-speech as your aura sight seems to flicker. The only things you can hear are distorted screams of terror from panicking zombies, their voices seeming to be akin to nails on a chalkboard. The world around you starts to become fuzzy, and when you try to focus a throbbing pain in your head only seems to worsen. You fall over, but quickly stab your saber into the ground for support next to you.

“ERIKA!” Mina’s voice cries out as she runs over next to you, her voice sounding warped and distorted. While it brings you comfort on a small level, her sharp voice sounds again to someone running nails against a piece of sheet metal.

“Please... no yelling...” you whimper. You figure that this is the Ayarian headache in action.

“...Erika! Your nose!” Mina points out to you, quickly running down to your side and offering a shoulder to lean on.

“Yea I... Guess I over extended a bit...” you mutter. This must be the Ayarian headache in action. Janine wasn’t kidding about this. This is a hell of alot worse than a normal mortal headache. “I... I think can I still do some things at least...”

“No Erika please! You’ve done enough!” Mina tells you in a hushed whimper. “Just relax for the next bit! Please!”

Technically Brooklyns first use of Shadowspike Graveyard was both Erika AND Brooklyns first encounter with 'shredded' corpses.
Sure, this will be an unpleasant memory, but it is technically her first victory, thusly something she will keep going back to.

regardless of the psycological impact of the evenings combat, It is time for Erika to release her focus and sleep off the headache.
>>
>>23970775
Mina knows what she's talking about, relax, don't do anything intensive.

Tell her to have the rest run down the rest of the Zombies, don't give them a chance to regroup and try something.

Keep alert, one might try to sneak up on us.
>>
>>23970919
I agree on turning off Focus, I disagree on going to sleep. We keep our eyes open until the battle is truly over.

Metaphorical open eyes, not literal ones, we can see with them closed. But keep our awareness level up, keep coordinating people, just don't do any heavy lifting ourselves.

I was concerned that our continued use of aura sight might exacerbate the headache. If that don't matter then I won't worry bout it.

It actually doesn't cost any Aether for Erika to use Aura Sight if her eyes are closed or, I would assume, blindfolded. Danger Sense is likewise free as long as she has Aether.

>>23970775
"Mina, I will be ok. Please, go make sure everyone is alright. I will take it easy"

Take a short sit, and rest our head. If we still have on the blindfold, take it off. Drop our aurasight for now.

It's not aether that's the problem.
>>
[1/4]

“No... Not yet...” you say Mina as you shut off your focus ability. “We... We still have some things left to do... Search and Destroy teams for those zombies... Burying the mountain of corpses we have left... AH!”

You kneel over in pain as Sebastien’s cannon shot rings through the air, your ears now ringing a bit. It felt as if you were literally standing right next to the cannon as it went off. You clutch your head in pain as it feels as if the sound is now echoing and reverberating in your head.

“Erika!” Mina says in a hushed and worried tone as she kneels down to pick you back up.

“I’m... I’m fine...” you say in a hushed tone.

“Those zombies are going to be the basis of a rat hunt for the next few weeks. I can go out and chase a few of them down, but otherwise I think I’m going to mention in the report a few of them got away.” Brodin says looking over the battlefield full of decapitated and burnt bodies. “...That Necromancer must’ve had a lot of time on his hand to make mini-liches like that.”

“Please... Keep your voice down Sir Brodin...” you mutter to him. “And mini-liches?”

“Yea, they’re the things that were sent after us. They still have all the human intelligence and personality inside of them, but their regenerative abilities are increased ten fold. During night time it becomes damn near impossible to kill them unless you either shred what remains of their soul or destroy their phylactery. It has to be inside of them in order to rapidly heal, so in this case the heart was chosen. They wouldn’t be able to heal like that if exposed to sunlight either.”

“That’s... annoying.” you mutter to yourself. “Will you be heading out now?”

“No. I’m going with Sebastien to the town hall. It’s more important to find out what exactly the Necromancer was up to, where he came from, amongst other details. After that I’m going out hunting for a little bit.” Brodin says.
>>
[2/4]

“Do you... think he’d have the town hall booby trapped?” you ask.

“One way to find out. Pardon me Erika.” Brodin whispers to you before the turns towards the burning inn and shouts. “SEBASTIEN! GET TO THE TOWN HALL! WE NEED TO RAID THIS BASTARD’S OFFICE!”

Even being prepared you cannot help but to cringe a little from Brodin’s booming voice.

“HA HA! WE DID IT! TRES BIEN!” Alex then calls out as he leaves the inn.

Alex’s booming voice doesn’t help that much either.

“Ssshhh!” Mina whispers over to Alex. “Erika has a headache!”

“...Hea-headache?” Alex says first in a normal tone before switching to a more hushed and whispered tone of voice.

“I-It’s a... Succubus thing...” you complain as you rub your forehead. “Just... keep the voices down and I’ll be fine... How are you guys?”

“I’m fine, but I’m nearly out of prepared spells.” Uilodsir replies.

“I took a few blows from the zombies, but I’m fine otherwise.” Alex says, taking a knife out from his shoulder without even wincing. “Troy took a few good blows. He’s still in a decent shape but he’s fairly winded so I don’t think he’ll be doing anything for some time.”

“Right... Sir Alex... Are you still in decent enough shape to go on zombie hunting? I know this is soon, but the longer we w-”
>>
[3/5]

“I’m bad a tracking but even I know why such things are important. I’ll head off right mon amiee.” Alex says as he puts his sword back into its sheath and runs off after the zombies in town.

“For now I... I...” you say things as the colours in front of you begin to blur and mix more than usual, before the colours simply cease moving altogether.

“Erika? Erika!?” you can hear Mina’s voice as you slowly begin to drift off, the smell of charred and rotting flesh filling your nose.

******

You slowly begin to stir once more, a feeling of warmth surrounding you. You quickly sit back up in a hurry, the world around you still dark as night as your aura sight is not on. The second thing you notice is the pain coming from your head. While not as sharp as before, the pain is still a dull throbbing at this point.

“Ssshhh! Easy!” you can hear Mina’s voice call out to you, her reassuring hand felt on your shoulder.

“L-Lady Mina! Where are we!?” you ask her in a hushed down while you turn on your aura sight. The explosion of colours happening in of your eyes before they begin to materialize slowly into identifiable shapes.

“We’re at the town hall. The others thought I should stay here and look after you because we’re both Succubi. Here, have some water.” Mina says passing you a cup of water.

“Thank you!” you say as you grab the cup of water, greedily gulping down the cup of water. While you may not get nourishment from it, water sure does wonders for your dry mouth. “W-where are the others?”

Mina motions aside with her hand. You follow her gaze, showing what appears to be both Uilodsir and Troy now wrapped up in sleeping blankets and sleeping soundly in front of a crackling fireplace. “Alex, Brodin, and Sebastien are out hunting for some stragglers. Brodin said the zombies morale was shattered, so they’re unlikely to pose any real threat against them.”
>>
[4/5]

“That’s... good to hear. Did Sir Brodin and Master Sebastien find out anything from Father Gregory’s office?” you ask.

Mina nods. “They found his... ‘workshop’. Father Gregory is actually an old apothecary from Fort Hope many years ago. He recently came out of... some forest near Fort Hope and wanted to take it over. Sebastien said it made no sense for him to be doing it, but Brodin said that the dead tend to obsessively focus over odd things.” Mina whispers.

“...The Forest of Regret...” you mutter under your breath. “That place as a dark past. It is where all the original personal of Fort Hope were executed after Uncle’s ancestors betrayed them all. For them Fort Hope was the last hope of their nation, but even today their cries and moans of anger can be heard from the forest. ...I never heard of them being so violent though...”

“Yea, Brodin said such a thing is highly unusual too.” Mina says

“Yes... Indeed...” you say as you look back over to Uilodsir and Troy. Their light blue (calm) auras wavering back and forth as the fireplace behind them. Their mellow tasting auras wafting onto your tongue. The sheer taste of it seems to tickle your tastebuds, only serving to tease you as you are reminded of the bandits you consumed when you first transformed. The very taste of their aether felt utterly divine, despite them being just mere bandits. Maybe... Maybe since Uilodsir and Troy are of a higher class that their aether could taste even better? You can feel a literal drop of drool come out of your mouth as you think of the thought...

“...Erika... Why are you drooling?” Mina asks you.
>>
[5/5]

...What were you just thinking!? You were just thinking of consuming both Troy and Uilodsir! The very people who fought alongside you and saved you multiple times today and you looked at them as if they were mere food! A small feeling of horror comes over you as you realize this. A feeling of horror overcomes you that you'd act like you first did with those bandits, and what is more sickening is that a small part of you deep down is edging you to do this horrid act...

“Erika... What’s wrong?” Mina asks you, a look of concern on her face.

“I... I think I’m being affected by my new instincts...” you reply to Mina in a bit of a mutter.

“Eh?” Mina asks, being somewhat confused by your statement.

You lean in closely to Mina, giving her a tight hug, your arms shaking a bit as you whisper into her ear. “I'm hungry, and part of me wants to eat from Sirs Uilodsir and Troy and hurt them. I don't want to hurt them, we saved each other's lives today and now some part of me only sees them as food...”

Mina only smiles, her own arms reaching around you and rubbing your back tenderly to reassure you. “Ssshhh... It’s OK. Right now I’m nearly the exact way. This happens whenever Succubi tend to get really low on aetheric power. They get really hungry and... well our main form of feeding comes from other people. But if you’re worried about how you felt when you first transformed, don’t be. Back then you were obviously overwhelmed by all of the new impressions you were having. Just... think of yourself back as a mortal and when you were really hungry. ...Well I’ve never actually been a moral before, but I heard that it feels the same way!”

“I-If I take just a bit will... they be okay? Will I have enough control for that?” you ask, doubting yourself as you recall how you acted towards those bandits.

“In all likihood yes, but even if worse comes to worse, I’m here hm?” Mina says giving a gentle smile at you as she brushes your hair out of the way of your eyes.

Your heart begins to beat faster as your mouth begins to water, but you push aside those animal urges to figure out what to say next...

(In addition to choosing what to take next, Erika gets a new ability!

Cleave: If Erika downs one enemy in melee, she can attempt to make another normal attack against an adjacent enemy.

Support Attack: If Erika is next to an ally and that ally attacks, Erika can then attack after them as a free action. She must still be in range and have the energy for the attack, but any attack is valid. This skill can be purchased multiple times, each time giving Erika another chance to attack after an ally.

Predict: Erika’s Hit/Dodge goes up after being in combat for a while. Stacks with the Psionics boost.

Potential: As Health decreases, Hit/Natural Armour/Evade/Critical rate goes up. Starts at Rank 2, kicks in at 52% health or less. Increases naturally over time.

MAXIMUM BREAK: A special type of support attack command. Upon being selected, Erika can select up to three other people to attack with her. All of these people perform a team attack against the target, followed up by an individual attack from each character, meaning 5 attacks overall. Requires: Support Attack level 1, Leadership at Good! rank.

we don't need to request anything, we just need to chew on Mina, and by chew i mean sex.

if it'll distract us from the hunger.....

Psionics Rank up: Increase Erika's Psionics rank from 3 to 4)

It's just solid, it improves pretty much everything psychic. Though I'm tempted by Support Attack, when you combine it with Slashkinesis you can just stick her next to someone like Brooklyn who is going to constantly be throwing Annihilator Beams out and get free attacks.

"Mina, unless you happen to have a snack on you I'm going to kiss (whichever one looks to be in better condition) and take a bit, just enough to tide me over until we can get an actual meal. I'll try to be careful, if it looks like I'm taking too much pull me back, please."

Then kiss whichever one is in better condition and take a bit, not enough to hurt them, maybe 5-10% of our Aether if that isn't too much.

>>23972916
She just said she's almost as hungry as us, all that us getting stuff from her will do is make her hungry, it's a zero-sum game between Succubutts.

They're both asleep and we're very hungry and need it. Waking them up means they might object, it delays us sating our appetite, and it might lead to a bit of awkwardness.

I'm not going to really argue that much against waking them up, but I'd prefer to let them sleep the sleep of the just.

[1/2]

You look down over at the two sleeping soundly in their sleeping bags, and judging from the vivacity of their auras, Uilodsir seems to have the brighter aura of the two.

"Lady Mina, unless you happen to have a snack on you I'm going to kiss Sir Uilodsir and take a bit... just enough to tide me over until we can get an actual meal. I'll try to be careful, if it looks like I'm taking too much pull me back, please." you ask her.

“Yea... I’m sorry to say that I have no snacks on me. I’m pretty bone dry at the moment. I always envied how mortals just... naturally regain their aether.” Mina says looking over to the two.

“R-Right... Here I go...” you say as you slowly get out of your bed and begin to slowly crawl over to Uilodsir’s sleeping body.

You look down upon his face, noticing that Uilodsir’s face seems to be rather soft and gentle. You doubt this has much to do with him being an elf, but rather just how he appears to be a youthful male.

You repress the feelings of your unfaithfulness that are welling up inside of you. “David... Please forgive me...” you mutter as you lean down over Uilodsir’s body and plant your lips against his.

The first sensation you feel is that his lips are rather soft, softer than David’s were. You suppress your shiver as you begin to process drawing the aether out of his body. Unlike the bandits which came so easily, Uilodsir’s aether seems to be... dense as it were. Difficult to draw out, but it still the sweet, sweet flow of aether begins to once again flow into your mouth.
>>
[2/2]

You shiver with delight as feel the sweet, sweet substance flow into your body and disperse over it. That sweet and tangy feeling that is far more enjoyable than any other food you ever tasted as a mortal. You give a soft sigh of bliss as you close your eyes, enjoying the taste and feeling of raw aether spreading throughout your body.

“Mmm... Hm... HM!? HHHMMM!?!?” you can hear Uilodsir struggle below you as he wakes up.

“W-wah!” you say, jumping back from the fright yourself as Uilodsir wakes up. Looking over at him, you can see that his aura is an Orange colour (shock).

“W-w-w-what were you doing!?” Uilodsir asks while looking at you.

“Hm... What’s going on...?” Troy says yawning while waking up.

“I-I-I-I w-was hungry s-s-so I t-t-thought that I c-could get... some... aetherfromyou...” you quickly say the last bit while blushing as red as a beet.

“That... That was my first kiss...” Uilodsir says, his fingers running over his lips while his aura remains orange.

“...Eh?” Troy asks in a confused tone.
>>
>>23973452
"Go back to sleep Sir Troy, you need your rest.

Sir Uilodsir, I apologize, I was starving, you were in better condition than Sir Troy and I wasn't really able to think straight or wait.

I hope I didn't take too much, I didn't mean to wake you up."
>>
Yea I think it about time for me to hit the hay myself. If this thread is still alive by the time I wake up, I'll continue updating for a little bit. I can say with utter certainty that we'll be back to Brooklyn next thread.

you know if their are soles of the dead in the forest of regret and Borodin officially does not have to reap them technically we could turn them into succubi as an army. This by the way is an idea for far far down the road.

Now you will know the sorrow of all the lives you have ended!

There's a lot of logistical problems with that, not to even start on questioning the feasibility of turning ghosts into succubutts as I really don't think it'd work but we don't have a solid answer on that, we have to convince them to do it, get the requisite power to fuel said transformations, pick out the ones with relevant skill-sets, make sure they're not crazy as fuck from being ghosts stuck in a haunted forest, not make waves by messing around with ghosts, and all sorts of other problems.

Our problem is not a lack of people to turn into succubutts and it probably never will be, we already have a pile of potential candidates and finding more people isn't that hard. It's a very large world with a lot of people, we don't need to start looking at the undead for candidates.

The problem is powering the process and sifting out the competent, hard-working, loyal people from the rest. Going with ghosts presents a new host of issues and doesn't help either problem save perhaps the loyalty to a degree as they hate many of the same people we do, but that isn't loyalty.
>>
>>23974548
What do you mean he doesn't have to? They are restless undead, Of course he has to reap them. He just doesn't care enough to do it.

quick question does the reapers give the same treatments to undeads (nice ones who don't want to kill everyone if the even exists) and demons? by that I mean send someone if he gets his ass kicked leave the guy alone for X years before trying again?
>>
That reminds me. Loot the entire town before we leave.
>>
>>23976568
Reapers (judging from Brodin, which may not be the best example) don't seam to care a wit about demons period. I think we've also had it confirmed that other reapers work for demons in their free time come to think of it. The undead, on the other hand, they exterminate regardless of morality because that is their job. As long as they remain up to date on their paper work or are on a special assignment when killed in the line of duty I think a replacement would be assigned rather quickly since undead issues tend to grow exponentially more complicated when allowed to fester.

You can feel your blood rush up to your face, your entire face glowing red from embarrassment as you were caught during one of your more embarrassing moments.

“I'msosorryiwasreallyhungryandionlytookalittlebitishouldhaveaskedfirstandihaveaboyfriendalreadybutiwasreallyreallyhungryijstneededtotaketheedgeoffpleasedon'thateme!” you say blurting out bowing in front of Uilodsir.

“...Eh?” Uilodsir asks with a confused face.

Mina just laughs as she walks over to you, grabbing you by the shoulders and pulling you back up gently, but with still a bit of force. “What Erika is trying to say is that when Succubi get hungry, they often do what you mortals tend to do: look longingly at any piece of tantalizing food.”

The realization hits Uliodsir up the side of the head. “...Wait... You mean...”

“I think she’s looking at you more as if you were a piece of meat.” Troy tells him.

“...Oh...” Uliodsir says.

“I-I-I’m sorry!” you say bowing in front of Uliodsir once again.

Mina pulls you back up from the floor once again. “Don’t take it personally Uilodsir. I mean we all need to eat right? It isn’t that bad in all honesty! I mean we don’t need to kill anyone we eat, and you being a Wizard should know what happens to the aether of people when some is missing.”

“...Yes I do. It begins to regenerate naturally. The Succubi aetheric regeneration rate is naturally very slow, so they often need to rely on the aether of others to maintain themselves.”

“Exactly! When a Succubi gets hungry, Succubi often forget a few things as well... Such as Erika not noticing she’s been in her underwear the entire time!” Mina says

...Oh no... Oh no please don’t let that be the case... You look down at yourself, only to see that Mina was telling the truth. Your armour must’ve been removed during the time you were unconscious.
>>
[2/2]

“AAAHHH!” you give a small scream of horror out loud as you move to cover up your body.

“Oh don’t worry about it! It’s only your body!” Mina says laughing, before she gives you a hard shove, causing you to topple forward right into Uliodsir’s surprised grasp. “Now stop worrying about such a thing as being unfaithful! You’re not being unfaithful in the slightest so long as your heart still belongs to David! There is no shame in enjoying the feeling of feeding as a Succubus, so go on and enjoy yourself!”

You can only blush heavily as Mina tells you this while you can feel Uliodsir’s arms wrap around you. At first it was only out of reflex, but now you can feel his grasp tight around your frame.

Your mind races just as fast as your heart begins to beat, unsure of what exactly to think of the situation or how to progress with it. C... Could what Lady Mina said be right? Is this what the Succubus mentality is actually like? It’d probably make sense as Succubi probably would need to eat multiple people in order to get back up to full power. S-such a very act in your mind is unfaithful for the vast majority of human and demonkind... But since you’re a Succubus maybe things are different persay?

You feel odd conflicting feelings deep inside of you... Butterflies in your stomach from how nervous you are, a small part of you saying how you’ll be unfaithful, and another part of you that seems all too eager to do such a thing with it possibly lusting for more...

First things first, put some clothes on and try to calm down. How much Aether was replenished by that kiss?

Remember that draining mortals takes a few minutes. Uilodsir is enlightened, so it is harder to get aether out of him

Stutter badly, back away, and get clothes. Give her a few moments to try and think clearly.

Oh, this going to be fun.

Forgetting that we are in Uls arms right now.

And the the both of us are nervous virgins.

Well, as long as we save THAT for David we are still technically faithful. After all, we want to be with him without killing him, and that means practice.

>>23978996
"Um. I-I'm really hungry... if you don't, uh, mind?"

She ain't.

She has never done it with her Succubus form though.
>>
>>23979265
I think Erika is the hopeless romantic type and any degree of 'hanky-panky' would seem unfaithful to her.

At least how I see Erika so far.
>>
>>23979421
Ah.

Well, we still don't want to sentence David to death by snoo-snoo. We should figure out how that works.

For Davids sake. That's right.
>>
>>23979522
Easy fix? Enlighten David.
Harder fix? Learn to control it perfectly.

Anyway for now, Lets try it. We need to know what its like before we can judge if its being unfaithful.
>>
[1/3]

“I-I-I-I n-n-need s-some time! E-e-excuse me!” you say pulling away from Uilodsir’s grip, heading back to your bed area and looking around to see if you can find any decent clothing for yourself. But try as you might, you cannot seem to find anything aside from your patchwork armour off the in corner, which is currently in pieces as Master Sebastien was planning to either repair it himself or teach you how to repair it. You didn’t bring any change of clothing either.

...Ugh... You always thought to yourself that this must’ve been the one bad part about being an adventurer. How can they manage to do all the things they do without fresh clothing!? Back when you were in the castle you had a fresh batch of clothing for you every day!

You groan to yourself as head over to your bed, grabbing your blanket and throwing it over you, being the only thing remotely close to clothing.

You begin to take a take a few deep and calm breaths, practicing your controlled breathing in order to calm your racing heart down some.

...Alright... Succubi do need to consume aether instead of normal food to survive and empower themselves. When you get hungry, you act just like any other person who’s normally hungry for food, except that you eat souls... But Mina did have a point, in that you only need to shave off a bit for yourself. So long as you leave *some* left, they should recover just fine in principle. It was one of the first lessons that Sir Brooklyn taught you about Aether after all, with Uilodsir and Mina just confirming it.

But... the feeling of unfaithfulness... You love David dearly, and do so detest the thought of doing anything behind his back. What is even more shameful is that the act of draining aether is divine in of itself, but morally disgusting. Even more disgusting is that the physical sensations completely overpower your sense of morality while doing it.
>>
[2/3]

...Still... This is an emergency situation and it cannot be helped. You’re a demon now, Succubus to be exact. This... This shouldn’t be any different from a hungry man eating whatever is at hand yes? Granted Sir Uilodsir is no mere piece of meat! He’s a fine gentleman and I’m sure he’ll fine his own to be with one day! ...He still doesn’t compare to your beloved in the place of your heart after all.

Mina’s point then rings true in your head. So long as your heart remains faithful to David, this is perfectly acceptable. After all, this is an emergency right?

You walk back over to Uilodsir, sitting back down in front of him. “Um... I-I’m... Really hungry... S-so if y-you don’t mind?”

“O-Oh sure! O-Of course!” Uilodsir says laughing while scratching the back of your head.

What follows is an awkward silence between the two of you once again. Both of you now shifting uncomfortably while each of you wait for the first move.

“Honestly!” Mina gives an exasperated sigh as she then pushes you back into Uilodsir’s arms.

“Ah!” you say as you stumble forward back into Uilodsir’s arms once more. His bright red (Lust) aura seems to envelop your own. You’d decry him for feeling that way, but your own aura is the exact same colour as you too deep down are just as anxious for this.

“L-let’s just g-get this o-over with...” you say.

“O-Ok...” Uilodsir says as his rather shaky grip brings you towards him once more.
>>
[3/3]

Your lifts just softly touch upon one another’s, each of you giving a small jolt from the shock of the feeling, before you go back into actively kissing each other once again with more feeling put into it. Your lips press against Uilodsir’s own, the saliva causing it to brush over his over and over again as both you and him constantly readjust yourselves to make your lips realigned once more. You can feel the sweet, sweet taste of aether flow from his body into yours once again, giving a small sigh of rapture as you exalt in his feeling.

As you and Uilodsir both continue to make out, you can feel his arms begin to move away from your sides and begin to explode over your back as well. Goosebumps form on the back of your neck as he does this, only serving to light the fires inside of you even further. You wrap your arms around his neck, inwardly chuckling to yourself for a brief moment as you feel the goosebumps on the back of his neck as well.

As you continue, you notice Uilodsir’s hands coming to the front of your body, getting a little more daring. You can feel his light touch caress your skin through the fabric of the sheet, the wooly texture tickling your skin as he does this. He gets further and further up your body, eventually to the point where his hands very briefly cup your small breasts. You can feel them hoisted up for a second before he lets go, probably out of shock from what he was actually touching. Your addled mind tries to process what exactly you should do next for this.

You decide to go along the flow with your inner desires, feeling both pity for Uilodsir, you push your body closer to Uilodsir’s, forcing his hand back closer to your chest once again. Your arms wrap around his neck where you pull his face closer to your own, to the point where you’re nearly smashing his lips against your own, sucking even harder to pull out more of his aether. Your bedsheet begins to fall off your body as you continue your aggressive push.

Uilodsir is surprised at first, but then slowly begins to take heed of your aggressive advances, before he once again cups his hand against your breasts, this time more eagerly groping you through your bra.

You press against Uilodsir’s face with far more force in response, gasping lightly as you pull your lips away from his before stifling them by pressing your lips against his once more. Slowly to begin to force Uilodsir back down on the mat.

“Oh mmmyyy~...” Mina says she begins to watch you two on the mat.

(I will admit here I flipped a coin when it was a split and wrote this assuming FTB. If you guys want, you can feel free to reverse this decision or go along with it. I’ll probably let the decision of the choice be known in the next thread.)
